This is the tour that o have been waiting for. I am so interested in history especially about military history. For me, visiting Hawaii for the first time, this is a MUST see, experience and enjoy the place and give respect to our fallen heroes. This is the best tour! Our driver Tony, and tour guide Corin were the BEST! Tony was very kind and helpful. Since, the USS Missouri was not included in our trip, I approached our kind Tony and he immediately help us to get the other trip. It was quick and easy fix. He even texted us for the details of our pick up since he is not our driver anymore going back to Waikiki. Thank you, Tony. Corin, our tour guide was knowledgeable and ready to answer your questions right away. Thank you, Corin. As I mentioned earlier that Tony was not our driver back to Waikiki anymore, I want to give a shout out to Chris, our second driver. Chris was patient as he waited for one family to show up ( about ten minutes) before leaving the area. Unfortunately, the family still didn't show up after a long wait. Chris was so funny and made our travel back an amazing and informative experience. I highly recommend this tour and the company for your tour to USS Arizona, Pearl Harbor, and USS Missouri. Driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Did his best to keep our son entertained. We would recommend this to anyone.

This tour was perfect. Our guide lived in Hawaii all her life and have such a warm and detailed tour. It was the perfect amount of time too. We got to explore everywhere possible in the amount of time we had.

Excellent City Tour and Pearl Harbor visit, especially with Tony as the escort. We had a timely pick-up, and learned a lot about the history of Honolulu and the island of Oahu in general. Tony was not only informative, but humorous and personable. He provided great tips on how to navigate the Pearl Harbor tour. Highly recommend!

We enjoy this tour each time we take it. We brought our mom and wanted her to experience the sites of the island. Chelsie was very knowledgeable with details about the different stops, as well as along the route. I would recommend this tour to anyone with plans on visiting Oahu.

I was told in an email to call after arriving at the airport, but I couldn't get through. While I was lost, I spotted a Roberts Hawaii vehicle and, upon speaking to them, I learned that they were checking in at that location.

The Luau was amazing. The surroundings were beautiful. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome guide, Tony! During the city tour, he really gave so much important and valuable history and background of Hawaii for someone who has never been to Hawaii or know much about how the state came about.
Our Pearl Harbor tour was great! Would have definitely added the USS Missouri tour as we felt we wanted more time at Pearl Harbor.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and fun, great way to see the island and the Polynesian center was fun and the show was amazing

It started out with the driver arriving more than an hour late. He had to use the bathroom upon arrival which delayed us by another 15 mins. We had to rush through everything g. There was no swimming at the waterfall. We walked up to it turned around and walked back. Got to Dole in time for whip to jump back in the van to air in traffic for 1.5+ hours. There was no air conditioning and the speakers didn’t work. We were HOT with no tour/history lesson. HORRIBLE!!

We had such a great experience on this tour! Our driver was awesome. He was super helpful and explained all the changes due to COVID. They had our numbers on the list in case they needed to call us to make sure we got back on the bus. The city tour was just a quick drive by and no getting off the bus. It was the perfect amount of time to view everything. 2 hours was plenty of time for the memorial as well as the two museums available.

I can not recommend this enough!! If you are on Oahu it is worth the trip to Waimea Valley. This was my family & I's absolute favorite thing we did in Hawaii! It was incredibly personable, authentic, and overall an amazing luau. They were all very nice and made a point to come to every table and talk with all of the guests. They even went above and beyond by helping the table next to us and walking their baby around in the stroller so that they could eat their dinner. Everyone was in awe at how amazing the crew made this experience for everyone. They were truly enjoying teaching everyone about the Polynesian culture from the Polynesian Islands, and it made the experience that much better. Can not recommend enough! GO GO GO!

Very humble experience to witness the oil seeping from U.S.S. Arizona after all these years. The video was very informative.

We had the best flight! It was our first time on Oahu. This was a wonderful way to see the island from the air before we started exploring. We had a great pilot who was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be doing this again!

It was stated that I could contact them in Japanese with a phone number, but no matter how many times I called, I couldn't get through. When I finally did get through, a staff member who couldn't speak Japanese answered, and I felt anxious because I couldn't communicate in English.

日本語で連絡ができると電話番号が記載されていましたが、何度かけても電話が繋がらずやっと繋がったと思いましたが日本語が話せないスタッフが出て英語が通じず不安な思いをしました。

Beautiful hike to a Waimea Falls. The botanical gardens were beautiful and.full of history too. Easy hike for my kids Got to swim in the lagoon under the falls at the top. I love that they provided life jackets. Once we came down and changed it was off to the luau. We had a great time participating in some of the cultural activities and learning the Polynesian history and culture. Dancing was amazing and food phenomenal. My family really enjoyed it -especially my 11 year old and 15 year old. Highly recommend!!

fun interactive luau experience. cousin Billy was the funniest ever, we enjoyed our first luau with very friendly staff and night full of culture experiences.

I received a call from the Japanese staff the evening before. Charlie Taxi was arranged and arrived to pick me up about 7 minutes before the scheduled time. I felt very secure using their service. I think it would be smoother to register a mobile number that can communicate or, if using the hotel phone, to provide the room number when making a reservation.

This was an outstanding tour and I learned a lot about the Hawaiian culture from the guide. He was funny and just one of the nicest persons I have met.

Good experience. We need more time in Pearl habour. 2.5hrs isn’t enough. Too much to unpack there

This Pearl Harbor tour was more than what I had expected. I expected to just be dropped off at the location of Pearl Harbor to tour it on my own, which would have been ok. But the trolley ride was enjoyable, and the driver was very knowledgeable and informative about the events or Pearl Harbor, and also the history of the island as well. He was very entertaining, humorous and personal able, relating well with his clients, getting them involved in the tour. He assured that we all know what to expect and what was expected of us. We had plenty of time to explore and to pay or respect to the men and the events of that terrible day in history. I would recommend this tour to all I know when they visit Oahu and hope that they are lucky enough to get our guide for this experience.

We were initially skeptical of going to any Luau after a previous experience we had on Maui. We were concerned it would feel like a crowded dinner show instead of an authentic experience. We live on Oahu and had guests who really wanted to go. Tao Luau appealed to us because Waimea Falls is a beautiful setting away from resorts, and it has way less occupancy for the event then the others (200 compared to up to 800!). We were pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome, hands on experience, delicious dinner, and stunning show. We have visitors coming in a week, and more in the summer, and have already booked for two more times!

After exiting with the orange tape for pre-clearance, I was welcomed with a board that had my name on it, and after confirmation, the staff guided me to the pickup area. In reality, a Charlie Taxi was arranged, and I was the only passenger! I arrived at the hotel in about 20 minutes. I believe the attentive service is due to the impact of COVID-19, but I can only express my gratitude for the pleasant service during such difficult circumstances.

Great tour! The guide was very knowledgeable about the island's history and pointed out may wonderful views, art murals, and landmarks as we drove towards the harbor. Pearl Harbor was a WONDERFUL experience and we had plenty of time to see everything we wanted and visit the gift shop.

It was so nice to just jump on the bus and let Frank tell us about the history. He was an amazing tour guide and there was no stress of knowing where to go. He was very professional and kind. He was also very knowledgeable.

I lived on Oahu, and have attended many of the popular, industrial, Luaus on the island. Due to Covid, most were closed, so we went with Waimea Valley Toa Luau. I can say it was by far the most intermate, and authentic luau I've ever been to. The "cheaper" tickets still have a great, elevated view. The members/staff/performers are all family and the demonstrations they have are authentic to their history. With the admission to Waimea valley included, you can easily make an entire day of exploring the valley and concluding with the Luau. It truly felt like a family cookout (which is the true spirit of a luau) and not an assembly line of people and mediocre food (as most other industrial luaus are). Homemade coco drink, and no less than 5 fire throwers at once, put Waimea Valley Toa Luau over the top for me. Also, not a coconut bra in sight...

I felt safe even during COVID-19. I was very worried about the transportation between the airport and the hotel in Hawaii, where there were no Japanese tourists at all, but I was able to relax because they were very kind and accommodating. I definitely want to use this service again, and I look forward to it in the future.
