Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was a bit worried about the airport and hotel transfers due to COVID-19, but I was able to complete the transfers without any issues. Since there were no Japanese customers due to the impact of COVID-19, it was a private transfer, which made it very comfortable!

Last year, during our honeymoon trip to Hawaii, we participated in this tour. With guidance from a Japanese university student studying abroad, we explored the vast grounds and engaged in activities, allowing us to directly experience Polynesian culture. My husband was also able to join a dance event along the way, and it was truly enjoyable.

留学中の日本人大学生ガイドさんによるご案内で広大な園内を散策しながらアクティビティーに参加し直にポリネシア文化に触れる事が出来ました。
旦那も途中でダンスイベントに参加することが出来て本当に楽しかった。

I used the hotel to the airport on my return day. There was a parade in Waikiki that day, and I had to wait for over 30 minutes, which made me anxious about whether I would make it in time.

帰国日ホテルから空港まで利用しました。
当日はワイキキでパレードがあったこともありますが30分以上待ち、間に合うかハラハラしました。

After arriving in Honolulu, we had some time before the afternoon check-in at the condominium, so we chose to stop by Ala Moana Center for some shopping reconnaissance. The lounge was very convenient as they stored our family's four suitcases. It was just before the COVID-19 outbreak, so there were fewer tourists, allowing us to relax comfortably. We had lunch at the food court in the center and coincidentally got to see a hula dance performance, which really got us into the Honolulu spirit from day one. The friendly lounge staff and the cheerful shuttle bus driver were also highlights. I highly recommend it!

ホノルル到着後、コンドミニアムの午後のチェックインタイムまで時間が空くので、ショッピングの下見も兼ねて、アラモアナ・センターへ立ち寄るコースを選択しました。ラウンジでは家族4名のスーツケースを預かって頂け、とても便利。ちょうどコロナ感染拡大前で旅行客が減少してきたころだったので、ゆったり過ごさせて頂きました。センターのフードコートで昼食を取り、偶然センター内のフラダンスステージも見学できたので、初日からホノルル気分が盛り上がりました。フレンドリーなラウンジ係員の方、シャトルバスの陽気なドライバーさんもポイントが高かったです。お薦めです！

After arriving at the airport, I was able to go through immigration smoothly, so I arrived at the meeting point early. Since there was some waiting time until the bus arrived, it would have been even better if that waiting time had been a little shorter. It was good for the price.

Since check-in at the hotel was after 3 PM, I stopped by the lounge at Ala Moana Center, where I was able to leave my luggage and wander around for about three hours without any bags, which made me feel like I gained an extra day. The KCC Farmers Market on Saturday was suddenly canceled due to the COVID-19 situation, but aside from that, I had a fun eight days shopping and exploring. I've been here about seven times since my honeymoon 40 years ago, but this time I spent my time using TheBus and walking instead of renting a car. On the way back, I also used the shuttle service to the airport.

ホテルのチェエクインが15時以降だったので、途中のアラモアナ・センターのラウンジに立ち寄り荷物を預けて手ぶらで３時間位ブラブラ出来たので１日得したような気がしました。土曜日のKCCファーマーズマーケットは新型コロナウイルス騒ぎで突如中止でしたが、それ以外は買い物などで楽しい８日間を過ごせました。４０年前の新婚旅行以来７回ほど来ていますが、今回はレンタカーを借りずにTheBusと歩きで過ごしました。帰りもシャトルサービスで空港までお世話になりました。

The airport was very crowded the year before last, and I was kept waiting until the last minute for my flight, which was quite nerve-wracking. Last year, I was picked up right in front of the hotel, and the road to the airport was smooth, which was great. There are one-way streets, and I had to go down the same road multiple times, which was inefficient and took a long time to get to the hotel. Please improve the directions a bit more.

It's just a shuttle service, so there's no conversation, just shared transportation. There's nothing particularly special about it, but I think it's cheaper than taking a taxi.

送迎だけなので何も会話もなく乗合で移動だけです。特に特徴はないけどタクシー代よりは安く行けると思います。

I dislike waiting, so when I called, I was told they would arrive in 5 minutes, and they arrived exactly in 5 minutes.

Since I arranged everything personally from the hotel without using a tour company, it felt like being left to my own devices the moment I got off the plane. If you want to get to the hotel and Ala Moana Shopping Center smoothly, I recommend using a service without pushing yourself too hard. Once you're familiar with Hawaii, I think it's good to take the bus or a taxi by yourself. Also, please compare your arrival time at the airport with the operating hours of Ala Moana Shopping Center and consider that. I recommend using a service after arriving in Hawaii.

ツアー会社を利用せず、個人でホテルから手配したので飛行機降りた瞬間放置プレイとなります。
スムーズにホテルやアラモアナショッピングセンターに行きたいなら、無理せず利用をおすすめします。ハワイに慣れたら、ご自分でバスやタクシーに乗るのが良いと思います。
また空港到着時間とアラモアナショッピングセンターの営業時間を比較し検討して見て下さい。

I had some anxiety since it was my first time using the service, but the smiles of the welcoming staff completely eased my worries. There was almost no waiting time at the airport. Since the hotel check-in was at 3 PM, I used the lounge at Ala Moana Center. The staff at the lounge were very pleasant, and I didn't feel any language barrier at all. I definitely want to use this service again next time. I highly recommend it.

初めての利用で多少不安も有りましたが出迎えてくれた方々の笑顔で不安もすべて吹き飛びました。空港での待ち時間も殆どなし。ホテルのチェックインが１５時と言うことも有ってアラモアナセンターのラウンジを利用させて頂きました。ラウンジ担当の方も大変感じよく言葉の不自由も全く感じさせられませんでした。次回も是非利用したいですね。オススメです。

After a young guide named AYA gave us a tour of the museum, the lesson began. I could barely keep up; my husband was in charge of the music, and a Japanese female teacher taught us dance in Japanese. Since I was alone this time, I paid for two people to receive the instruction.

最初にミュージアムの案内を若いAYAさんがしてくれた後、レッスン開始。ついていくのがやっとでした、旦那さんが音楽担当で日本人の女性の先生が日本語でダンスを教えてくれました。今回一人でしたので、二人分の費用を払って教えてもらいました。

It took about 20 minutes by taxi from Hokulani Waikiki to get there, costing $35 with HANA Taxi. On the way back, it was also $35 to Ala Moana Shopping Center. Since we arrived too early, we sat on a bench and found free Wi-Fi. We flew with JAL this time, so the Rainbow Trolley didn't stop at the Bishop Museum, and I reserved a taxi for the return trip, but it would have been better not to. This is because there was a café called Café Leria, and there were many other things to see. The three-story building had an elevator, so my elderly mother was able to tour it. The guide was an older lady named Noriko, who briefly introduced various plant names and showed us around the museum. I was clumsy with the lauhala weaving, so Noriko helped me, but my 85-year-old mother was able to make it on her own.

行きはホクラニワイキキからタクシーで20分ほどHANAタクシーで35＄、帰りはアラモアナショッピングセンターまで35＄。早く着きすぎたので、ベンチに座っていたら無料のWi-Fiがありました。今回JALでしたのでレインボートロリー、ビショップミュージアムにはとまらないので帰りもタクシー予約しましたが、HANAタクシーはLINEで日本語で来てくれるので帰りの予約はしないほうが良かった。なぜなら、カフェレリアガあったそうでしたし、他にもたくさん見るべきものありました。3階建ての建物にはエレベーターがついていて高齢の母でも見学出来ました。案内してくれたのは年配のNORIKOさん、いろいろ植物の名前、館内を簡単に案内した後、ラウハラ編み私は不器用でしたのでNORIKOさんに手伝ってもらいましたが、85歳の母は自分で作れました。

When we arrived at the hotel we were staying at, there were a couple of groups already on board. After that, we stopped by two places before heading to the airport. It didn't take much time and everything went smoothly. The place we got off was the check-in counter for flights to the mainland United States, so I unknowingly stood in line for a while. I thought it was strange that only foreigners were in line, and when I asked, I was told that the flights to Japan were on a different floor further ahead. I almost ended up waiting in line for a long time. I wish someone had told me that when I got off the bus.

我々の宿泊してるホテルに来たとき、２，３組の方が乗ってました。あと、２件寄って空港へ。特に時間がかかることがなく、スムーズでした。降りたところがアメリカ本土行きのチェックインカウンタだったので、知らずに、しばらく並びました。途中で外国人ばかりが並んでいて、おかしいと思い聞いてみたら、日本行きはもっと先のフロアだと言われました。危うく、ずっと並んでしまうところでした。バスを降りたときに、一言教えてくれたら良かったのにな、と思いました。

I got off at Ala Moana Center from the airport. At the Roberts Hawaii lounge, I checked my luggage and reserved a shuttle bus from Ala Moana Center to Sheraton Waikiki, departing at 3 PM, and then I went shopping and had lunch. I was worried about what to do if I couldn't make it in time for the 3 PM bus, so it was great to be able to discuss it in Japanese. It seemed that I could contact them about the 4 PM bus and change my reservation if there was availability. In the end, I think it was better to check my luggage here and enjoy shopping and lunch rather than wasting time on travel.

空港からアラモアナ・センターで降りました。ロバーツハワイのラウンジで、荷物を預け、15時発のアラモアナ・センターからシェラトン・ワイキキまでシャトルバスを予約して、ショッピングとランチをしました。買い物に熱中して15時に間に合わなければどうする？とか、日本語で相談できて良かったです。16時のバスでも連絡して空きがあれば変更できるようでした。結果、移動の時間ばかりで時間をロスするより、ここで荷物を預けて、買い物&ランチができて良かったと思います。

After shopping at Ala Moana Center, I requested to change the scheduled pickup time, and they responded smoothly. They also took care of all my luggage, allowing me to make good use of my time, and I am very satisfied!

アラモアナセンターにて買い物後、予定していたピックアップ時間を変更お願いしたところスムーズに対応頂けました。

Our driver( Larry ) was funny, entertaining and informative, which he blends together that got the crowd laughing, intrigued and bouncing questions back. He was prompt, professional and made the tour. The bus was comfortable and when the pickup changed not by the company but by the city Veltra contacted us by phone, after trying to reach us by email to make sure we didn’t miss our pickup, so 5 stars all around.

I usually spend time at the hotel by checking in my suitcase until it's time to check in, but I decided to book this service because I could stop by Ala Moana and then get a ride to the hotel afterward.

The transfer from the airport to Ala Moana was smooth, and at the lounge, I was able to change and freshen up my makeup. It was really helpful to finish my first round of shopping and then get a ride to the hotel.

Even if I bought bulky items like sneakers at Ala Moana, I could just put them in my suitcase and have them sent to the hotel, so I was able to shop without worry.

I think I will use this service again next time.

いつもチェックインまでの時間にホテルでスーツケースを預けて時間を潰すかんじだったのですが

アラモアナに立ち寄れて、その後もホテルまで送迎してもらえるとのことだったのでこちらを申し込みました。

空港から、アラモアナまでもスムーズで、
ラウンジでは着替えたり化粧直ししたりでき、
まず1回目の買い物を済ませてホテルまで送ってもらえるのは助かりました。

アラモアナではスニーカーなどかさばる物を買ってしまっても、
スーツケースに入れてホテルまで送迎で行けるので気にせず買い物もできました。

次も利用すると思います。

The flight was at 11:10, but the hotel pickup was at 6:35. I wondered if they really needed to come so early.

Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.

Since returning from Kona to Honolulu, I have used the service. The meeting point for domestic inter-island flights was said to be at the entrance of the baggage claim area, but even after waiting there, I couldn't find any staff. Since there are multiple baggage claim areas, it would be helpful if they indicated which number it is.

After finally finding the boarding area and informing the staff of my reservation, I was told to wait together with others who were also waiting. When it was time to board, they didn't call out the names of specific hotels; I had to ask myself, and then they told me to get on this bus! If you see a bus that seems like it might be the right one, it’s better to ask yourself.

コナからホノルルに戻ってきてからの利用です。
国内線離島線の集合場所は、手荷物受取場の入り口とあったので、そこで待てどもスタッフの方は見当たらない、、、。
手荷物受取場は何箇所もあるので、何番の受取場なのか書いてくれると親切だと思います。

やっと乗り場を見つけてスタッフに予約の旨を伝えると、他の方が待っている所で一緒に待つようにと言われました。
実際に乗る時は、特にどのホテルだとか名前を呼ばれず、自分から聞きに行ったらこのバスに乗って！と言われました。
それらしきバスがあったら、自分で聞きに行った方がよさそうです。

After arriving on a domestic flight from the Big Island of Hawaii, we were guided to a bus and had to wait quite a while (to wait for other flight passengers). The bus was crowded as we headed to each hotel. The atmosphere was nice, and the driver provided guidance in English, so I have no complaints about the service. However, considering that the total time from the airport to the hotel was nearly 2 hours, I think it would be better to use a flat-rate taxi for $40 if the price difference is slight. If there are three or more people, taking a taxi is more economical.

ハワイ島から国内線で到着後、バスに案内されかなり待たされました。(他のフライト客を待つため)バスはぎゅうぎゅうになり、各ホテルへ向かいました。車内は英語でドライバーさんの案内で雰囲気も良くサービスに不満はありませんが、空港着からホテルまでトータル2時間近くの時間を考えると若干の値段差なら一律40ドルのタクシーを利用した方がいいと思います。3人以上ならタクシーの方が得です。

I used the service from Honolulu. Although there was a slight delay, they handled it without getting angry. The vehicle was clean, the driving was smooth, and it was comfortable. I would like to use it again.

I was able to stop by Ala Moana from the airport, so I could use my time very effectively. I also stopped by a nearby supermarket and got some souvenirs at a great price!

Our guide Kahleo was phenomenal! He made sure we enjoyed ourselves while remembering that this is a somber trip.

There was no waiting time, and I was able to drop off my luggage at the lounge and wander around. It was very kind and truly great. I definitely want to use it again next time.

I was thinking about how to kill time after arriving at Honolulu Airport in the morning until checking into my hotel, but I took advantage of the lounge stop plan at Ala Moana Center. I didn't spend much time in the lounge, but it was convenient to do some shopping at Ala Moana Center and have lunch before heading to the hotel. I was also able to reserve the bus to the hotel in advance, so as long as I gathered on time, I could use my time effectively. They can hold large luggage for you, making shopping and exploring the area easy.

朝にホノルル空港に着いてからホテルにチェックインするまでの　時間つぶしをどうするか考えていましたが、アラモアナ・センターのラウンジ立ち寄りプランがあったので利用しました。
ラウンジにはほとんどいませんでしたが、アラモアナ・センターでちょっとした買い物をして、昼食を取ってからホテルに向かうことが出来て便利でした。
ラウンジからホテルに向かうバスも前もって時間予約が出来たので、時間通りに集合すれば良く時間を有効に使えました。
大きな荷物を預かってもらえるので、買い物・付近の散策でも楽です。

Since there was no return transfer included, I requested one, and they picked me up on time. I was able to successfully conclude my 5-day trip to Hawaii at an unbelievable price of 59,800 yen (according to the travel agency staff). I will use this service again.

帰りの送迎はついていなかったのでお願いしたが、時間通りにピックアップしてくれて
59800円と信じられない価格（旅行会社職員曰く）のハワイ5日間の旅も無事締めくくることができました。又利用させて頂きます。

There was a staff member holding a nameplate near the baggage claim area. I was able to get to the hotel safely. Although it was a shared ride, the driver skillfully handled the suitcases. You can use this service with peace of mind.
