This was my second time using the service. Although it was a shared transfer, there were plenty of participants, so there wasn't much waiting time, which I recommend. Also, it was easy to find the transfer company representative, so I was able to make contact right away.

今回2回目の利用でした。混載送迎ですが、参加者の集まりがよくあまり待ち時間がないのでお勧めです。また、送迎会社の方がどちらにいるのか見つけやすいので、すぐにコンタクト出来ました。

The transportation network in Hawaii is surprisingly not very good, but this tour is reasonably priced. The ride was comfortable, and it seemed that many Japanese people were using it as well.

ハワイの交通網は意外に良くない中、良心的ツアーです。乗り心地も快適で、日本人も多数利用している感じでした。

I always use this service for transportation to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. There may be slight variations in waiting times, but they provide transportation to the airport and drop you off near the check-in counter entrance. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is always friendly, so I can check in without any confusion. I highly recommend it.

ダニエル・K・イノウエ国際空港までの送迎でいつも使用しています。
多少の待ち時間の誤差はありますが、空港までの送迎、そしてチェックインカウンター入り口近くまで送迎してくれます。
リーズナブルな金額でスタッフも親切な対応いつも迷うことなくチェックインしています。お勧めです。

After arriving at the airport, passengers using Hawaiian Airlines were allowed to disembark first, but unfortunately, I was dropped off at the wrong terminal. Despite having indicated that I was on an international flight when I booked, I was let off at the domestic terminal. Fortunately, I was helped by a Hawaiian Airlines staff member who spoke Japanese, but I shudder to think what would have happened if I hadn't had enough time to make my connection.

空港到着後、ハワイアン航空利用の乗客が先に降りるのですが、なんとターミナルを間違えて降ろされました。申込時に国際線と伝えてあるにもかかわらず、国内線で降ろされたのです。偶然、ハワイアン航空の係員の方(日本語が話せる)に教えて頂いたので助かったのですが、時間的に余裕がなければ搭乗できなかったと思うとゾッとしました。

I enjoyed Hawaii (Honolulu) for the first time in 40 years since my honeymoon. I used the course that included the Beltora Ala Moana Center Lounge, which made the first day of my trip a fun experience. I am grateful to the staff.

I have relied on Roberts several times even on the outer islands. You can experience the Hawaiian vibe. They took me to the airport on time. They also carefully loaded my heavy suitcase. Roberts is a reliable choice.

Last time I used the individual exit, but this time it was the group exit. I wonder if the airport facilities have changed? The group exit felt a bit like the individual exit. I was able to board without any issues, so I look forward to using it again next time!

I was able to stop by Ala Moana, so as soon as I arrived, I could go shopping. There is a lounge at Ala Moana where I could store my luggage, and there were staff members who spoke Japanese, so it was great to be able to ask various questions from the first day.

アラモアナにも立ち寄ることが出来たので、ついてすぐ、ショッピングできました。アラモアナにラウンジがあるので、荷物を預かってもらうことができたし、日本語ができるスタッフもいて、初日からいろいろ聞けてよかったです。

The wait time wasn't too long, and I was able to get in the car. Since we stopped at the hotel of another traveler sharing the ride, it took a bit longer, but it was within a reasonable range. I think I will use this service again during my trip to Hawaii. It's also a big plus that my 2-year-old son doesn't incur any charges!

待ち時間もそんなに長くなくクルマに乗れた。相乗りの旅行者のホテルに寄るので、多少は時間はかかるものの許容範囲。また、ハワイ旅行の際は利用すると思う。2歳の息子の料金がかからないのもポイント高い！

It was perfect for passing the time before checking into the hotel after stopping by Ala Moana from the airport. There is also a place to store luggage, and a waiting area until the shuttle arrives, which is very convenient.

空港からアラモアナに寄り、ホテルチェックインまでの時間潰しに最適でした。荷物を預けるところも備わっており、送迎車到着までの待機スペースもあって便利です。

I use this service every time, but during my last trip, we had a private transfer. This time, the vehicle was completely full, and I had to place my luggage on my lap, which made it quite cramped for a long time since we were also at the end of the line. I understand the desire to accommodate many passengers at once, but I think it would be nice to leave at least one or two seats open for comfort.

毎回利用させて頂いていますが、前回は、私達のみでの送迎でしたが、今回は車内は満席で手荷物も足の上に置かなければならない程で、順番も最後の方だったので、かなり長い時間、窮屈でした。一度にたくさんの人を送迎したいのはわかりますが、せめて１，２席は空ける余裕もあってもいいのではと思いました。

As soon as I exited the airport, there was a counter. It was easy to find.
I was sent along with a few groups, and it seemed to be running efficiently.
It was reassuring that I could make a reservation from Japan.

In January 2020, I used this service from Honolulu Airport to my hotel in Waikiki. I rode in a spacious van that seats about 20 people, and we arrived in Waikiki in about 30 minutes, being dropped off right in front of each hotel. Since there were only three of us, including an American couple, it was smooth. It would likely take longer if it were crowded. Both the driver and staff were friendly, making for a comfortable journey. The driver also handled the loading and unloading of large luggage.

2020年1月にホノルル空港からワイキキのホテルまで利用しました。天井の高い約20人乗りのバンに乗り、約30分でワイキキに到着して、それぞれのホテルの前で下ろしてもらいました。たまたま私とアメリカ人夫婦の2組3名だけの利用でしたので、スムーズ。混んでいるともっと時間がかかることでしょう。ドライバーもスタッフもフレンドリーで、安心して移動できました。大きな荷物はドライバーが出し入れしてくれます。

We had an amazing flight enjoying overwhelming views of the island, amongst others the North Shore, beaches, mountains, volcanos, Waikiki, Pearl Harbour and a waterfall. Our very experienced pilot Miguel explained everything in detail and provided a lot of insight.

This was a once-in-a-liftetime experience, which we do not want to miss, and the highlight of our O'ahu holidays.

I was dropped off at the wrong location. I had clearly communicated which flight I was taking and at what time when I made the reservation, so I was really surprised that a mistake occurred. Despite the error, I was told to walk from the drop-off point, which I truly cannot believe. I would like a refund. I had to walk with my family of seven, each with our own carry-on cases and luggage. I don’t understand the purpose of booking a transfer tour if this is what happens.

降車場所を間違えて降ろされました。ちゃんと事前にどの飛行機の何時発に乗るかは伝えた上で予約をしてましたので、まさか間違いが起こるなんて驚きです。間違えたにもかかわらず、降ろした場所から歩いて向かえと言われて本当に信じられません。返金していただきたいです。家族7人、各自のキャリーケースと荷物を持って歩きました。何のため送迎ツアーを予約したのか意味がわかりません。

In the morning, I arrived at the airport and stopped by the Ala Moana Shopping Center lounge, where I was able to check in my carry-on, making good use of my time until check-in. I had lunch at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, enjoyed shopping, and took the shuttle departing from Ala Moana Shopping Center at 2 PM to the hotel. It was very convenient to make good use of the morning. I definitely want to do this again next time!

朝、空港に着いて、アラモアナショッピングセンターのラウンジに立ち寄り、そこでキャリーを預かっていだけたので、チェックインまでの時間を有効に使うことが出来ました。
アラモアナショッピングセンターでお昼ご飯を食べて、ショッピングを楽しんで、午後2時アラモアナショッピングセンター発の送迎車でホテルまで送っていただきました。
午前の時間を有効に使えてとても便利でした。

There are few hotels that offer shuttle services, so I was smoothly transported to the airport. Since tips were included, I was able to use the service without worry.

回るホテルが少ないので、スムーズに空港まで送迎してもらえました。チップも込みとのことですので、心配なく利用できました。

I was able to spend my arrival day without wasting time by directly dropping off my luggage at the lounge in Ala Moana Center from the airport, shopping at Ala Moana Center and Whole Foods, and then getting a ride back to the hotel from Ala Moana Center. Time surprisingly flies by quickly. Since the shuttle from Ala Moana Center to the hotel runs once an hour, I thought it would have been better if it ran every 30 minutes.

空港からそのままアラモアナセンターのラウンジに荷物を預けて、アラモアナセンターやホールフーズで買い物をして、アラモアナセンターからまたホテルまで送迎してもらえるので、到着の日の時間を無駄にすることなく過ごす事ができました。意外と時間がすぐ経ってしまいますね。アラモアナセンターからホテルまでの送迎が１時間に１本なので、３０分おきだともっと良かったかなとも思います。

The lounge was clean, and it was reassuring that they spoke Japanese. Since I originally had a plan to stop by Ala Moana, I thought a bus would be arranged to match the hotel check-in time, but it turned out that a separate reservation at the lounge was needed for stopping by Ala Moana. That day it was crowded, and there were no buses until 6 PM, which threw off my schedule a bit.

ラウンジは綺麗で日本語も通じ安心でした。
もともとアラモアナ立ち寄りのプランで予約していたので、ホテルのチェックイン時間に合わせたバスが手配されているのかと思いましたが、アラモアナに立ち寄る場合は別途ラウンジでの予約が必要であった。その日は混雑していて18時までバスがなく、予定が少し狂いました。

It was all saftey 1st, then a very educational and friendly flight.

Ground staff at "check-in" however could be friendlier...we fliers are investing quite a bit: our futures and our cash.

Smiles cost nothing but can add great value.

As soon as you exit the group area at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, there is a Roberts counter. After stating your name, you will be guided to the bus stop, and before you know it, you will arrive at the hotel.

The prices are reasonable compared to other sites, and the easy reservation and smooth pickup were very helpful. I look forward to using your service again next time.

As soon as we exited the dedicated arrival gate for groups, there was a counter, and we were guided to the bus in about five minutes, arriving at the hotel very smoothly.

団体専用の到着口を出てすぐカウンターがあり、5分ほどでバスまで案内され、非常にスムーズにホテルに到着しました。

I was in the waiting room, wondering if that was the car, but the driver didn't come out. After a little while, when others walked towards the car, the driver opened the door and came out. If they had informed us a little earlier, I think everyone wouldn't have had to wait.

待合室にいてあの車かな？と思いつつ待っていても、運転手はでてきませんでした。
少し経って、他の方が車に向かって行くとドアを開けて出てきました。
もう少し早く教えてくれたら、みんな待たないでいいと思うのですが。
