Every time I go to Hawaii, I request transportation to the hotel, and it's easy and convenient. They also help unload the luggage right in front of the hotel, which is great. I will use it again!

I had applied for the Ala Moana Center Lounge usage plan, but I went straight from the airport to the hotel. I'm very disappointed that my schedule was significantly delayed.

予定が大幅にズレて非常に残念です。

I arrived in Hawaii around 10 AM, and since the hotel check-in time was after 3 PM, I booked a plan to be dropped off at Ala Moana Shopping Center from the airport. It was a smooth transfer, and I was able to store my luggage at the counter inside Ala Moana, which helped me make the most of my time until check-in.

ハワイへの到着が午前10時頃、ホテルへのチェックイン可能時間が午後3時以降だったため、空港から一旦アラモアナショッピングセンターで降ろして頂くプランを予約しました。
スムーズに移動でき、且つ荷物をアラモアナ内のカウンターで預かって頂けるので、チェックインまでの時間を有効活用出来て大変助かりました。

Affordable and convenient, with prompt communication. There was a counter right at the airport exit, and they were quick to assist as soon as I mentioned my name. I would like to use their services again.

I only visited about three places, so I arrived early. There was another staff member in addition to the driver, which made loading and unloading the luggage smooth. All the cars had the air conditioning set too high. It was too cold.

Usually, we share a ride in a minivan, but this time we had a private taxi-like transfer, which made for a comfortable trip to the airport. It's nice to have such luck; it feels very much like Hawaii! I definitely want to use this service again next time.

I was in Hawaii on a tour with a certain travel company, but I had to make my own way to the airport for the return trip, so I used this service. The driver didn't speak Japanese, but there were no issues at all. They confirmed my return airline at the time of boarding, and I was dropped off right in front of the check-in counter for that airline. It was much more reasonable than a taxi and was a great help.

某旅行会社のツアーでハワイに来ていたのですが、帰りは自力で空港に来るようにというものでしたのでこちらを利用させていただきました。ドライバーは日本語を話しませんが何も問題はありません。乗車時に帰りの航空会社を確認され、降車時はその航空会社の搭乗カウンターの前で降ろしてもらいました。タクシーよりリーズナブルで大変助かりました。

I was moving from the Big Island to Oahu, but it seemed there was a communication issue, and I had to wait quite a bit. This was unusual for Robert. However, since there were many construction sites around the airport, he took a different route than usual, which helped us avoid the traffic on the highway near the airport and we arrived quickly.

ハワイ島からオアフ島の移動でしたが、連絡がうまくいっていないようで結構待たされました。ロバートさんにしては珍しい事でした．
ただ、空港近辺が工事中が多くいつもの道ではない道路を走ってくれたので、空港近くの高速道路の渋滞に巻き込まれないので早く着きました。

I have used it many times, but this was my first time on a large bus. Every year after the Honolulu Marathon, the air tickets are cheap and relatively empty, but I think it might have been a large bus because it was crowded.

何回も利用していますが、初めて大型バスでした。毎年「ホノルルマラソン」の後はエアチケットも安くて比較的空いているのですが、混んでいたので大型バスになったのではないかと？思います。

The timing was perfect. They helped me lift my suitcase onto the bus, but they were pushing it down with their foot to find a spot. I couldn't help but chuckle at the sight right in front of me.

I didn't choose a stopover plan, but the pre-set pickup time is early, so I can relax at the airport without feeling rushed, which is reassuring. I didn't encounter any particular issues.

The pickup was at 8 o'clock in front of the hotel. A small man arrived at around 7:40 to pick us up. After that, we arrived at the airport smoothly, and there were staff members at the airport providing very good service.

I was planning to get off at Ala Moana, but I was told that Outrigger Reef only has pickups at 4 or 5 o'clock, so I decided to skip it and go directly to the hotel. It's a bit disappointing to change my plans.

アラモアナで降りるつもりでしたが、アウトリガーリーフは4時か5時の迎えしかないと言われて、立ち寄るのをやめて直接ホテルへ、予定変更が少し残念

It can be arranged at a lower cost than through a Japanese travel agency. The driver spoke Japanese and drove safely. I would like to request them again next time.

I could have gone directly to Waikiki, but since I had plans to head towards Ala Moana during my stay, I chose this plan. The lounge isn't particularly relaxing, but I was able to open my suitcase, pack away unnecessary items, and head out shopping with ease (there is no changing space).

From the lounge, I walked to Whole Foods and Walmart, and I did some shopping at Ala Moana Center to adjust my schedule. I arrived at the lounge around 11 AM and chose the shuttle to Waikiki that departs at 4 PM. Since I already knew where I wanted to go and what I wanted to buy, I had plenty of time. The shuttle from Waikiki is selected upon arrival.

ワイキキ直行でも良かったのですが、滞在中にアラモアナ方面に行く予定があったので、このプランを選択しました。ラウンジは、特にのんびりするという感じではありませんが、スーツケースを開けて、不必要な物を詰め込み身軽になってショッピングに出掛けられました。（更衣スペースはありません）
ラウンジから、Whole Foods、Walmartと徒歩で回り、時間調整でアラモアナセンターでお買い物をしました。ラウンジには11時頃到着し、ワイキキへは16時発のシャトルを選択しましたが、行きたい場所、買いたい物が決まっていたので、時間は十分でした。ワイキキ発のシャトルは、到着時に選択します。

I chose this service because it was cheaper than others. There were no problems at all; in fact, everything went smoothly. However, I was a bit concerned that the pickup time was about 10 to 15 minutes earlier than with other companies. Those extra 10 minutes are precious on the morning of my return home.

I think a course that includes "meeting at T Galleria without stops at other hotels" would be quite popular. What do you think?

他社より料金が安かったので選びました。
問題は全く無く寧ろスムーズでしたが、他社よりお迎え時間が10.～15分程度早いのが気になりました。
帰国の朝はたかが10分が貴重ですからね。

“Tギャラリア集合＋他ホテルの立ち寄り無し”…というコースを作られたら、かなり受けると思いますがいかがでしょうか？

The driver was a woman, and she was very kind and powerful, loading all the passengers' luggage. I felt her professionalism. It was a cheerful and heartwarming time.

The meeting place was easy to find, and the staff wore yellow clothes, making them stand out. Since it was in Japanese, I was able to use the service smoothly!

After arriving, there was some time before hotel check-in. They also stored my luggage in the lounge, so I was able to go to the Honolulu Marathon Expo without any burden. It's conveniently about a 5-minute walk to the venue.

身軽にホノルルマラソンエキスポ に行けました。会場までも歩いて5分位なので便利です。
