It might have been bad timing, as we waited about 20 minutes until the bus departure, and after stopping at other hotels, it ended up taking around 1 hour and 20 minutes.

タイミングが悪かったのか、バス出発まで20分ほど待ち、他のホテルを回ったこともあり、結局1時間20分くらいかかりました。

There were staff who spoke Japanese, and everything went smoothly until I boarded the shuttle bus. They also confirmed the destination again, so I was able to board with peace of mind. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you!

日本語対応のスタッフもいて送迎バスに乗るまでスムーズでした。行き先の確認も再度してくれたので安心して乗ることができました。

Really a great tour! Our guide was a well of knowledge, we learned so much! I would definitely consider this tour if it is your first time visiting Pearl Harbor.

The staff was friendly and I had no complaints. However, it seemed like the roads were congested, so I felt like I had to wait a bit.

This time, I used it to return to Waikiki from the outer islands. The location written on the voucher was hard to understand, and there were no people at the designated baggage area. In the end, I thought it would have been better to just go to the usual pickup area for international flights.

I would appreciate it if they could provide clearer instructions.

スタッフの方の対応は、フレンドリーで不満なし。ただ、道が混雑してたようで、少し待たされた感じはあるかなと。

今回は、離島からワイキキに戻るのに利用。
バーチャに書いてある場所がわかりにくく、指定のバゲージに言っても人はおらず、結局は、国際線のあるいつものピックアップでよかったのね、と思った。

もう少しわかりやすく書いてくれとありがたいなと思った。

I used this service for my first trip to Hawaii. I was the last to get off the plane, but there were plenty of buses coming, so I hardly had to wait. It might be more expensive compared to taxis, but I recommend it for a first trip to Hawaii.

初めてのハワイ旅行で利用しました。
一番最後に飛行機から降りましたが、バスがどんどん来るので待ち時間はほとんどありませんでした。
タクシー等に比べれば高いかもしれませんが、初めてのハワイ旅行にはおすすめです。

The Pearl Harbor Guided Arizona Memorial & USS Battleship Missouri tour was so moving. The Arizona Memorial was very humbling to know how many lives were given up for the freedom we enjoy today. The Battleship Missouri was amazing, knowing all the history that transpired on it. The tour underneath with all the memorabilia brought us right back to the days that the letter were written, the bed that were slept in, the uniforms that were worn and so much more. It was so educational and inspirational!

This luau was wonderful! Dinner was great, the service was well executed and we learned so much about the Polynesian culture. The show was awesome! Very talented performers who made it so much fun for everyone in attendance! This is a definite yes!!

I was worried that the bus would arrive on time for my early morning flight, but it was perfect. The driver was also very kind.

早朝のフライトで時間通りにバスが迎に来てくれるか心配でしたが、バッチリでした。運転手さんも親切でした。

The counter in front of the arrival exit displayed a nameplate to welcome me, so I was able to use the service without any confusion. This time, there was damage to my checked luggage, and I needed to go through procedures with the airline, which took some time after customs before I could board the shuttle. However, they kindly waited until the process was completed, which was very helpful.

I had a pleasant experience, so I would like to use their service again next time.

到着出口前にあるカウンターでネームプレートを掲示して出迎えてくれたので、迷うことなく利用できました。今回、航空機への預け荷物に破損があり、航空会社で手続きをしてもらう必要があったため、通関後、シャトル乗車までに時間がかかってしまったのですが、快く手続きが終わるまで待ってくださったので助かりました。
気持ちよく利用できたので、次回もお願いしたいと思います。

I made a reservation five days ago. I usually use the HIS shuttle for $20, but it was fully booked this time, so I chose Roberts for $23. The service is the same. They safely take you to the hotel.

5日程前に予約。いつもHISの送迎20ドルのを利用してますが満席だったので、今回は23ドルのロバーツにしました。サービス内容は同じ。安心してホテルまで送ってくれます。

The shuttle bus stop is quite far, isn't it? Has the stop changed since last November? I'm carrying large luggage, and since the sidewalk has a slope, it's a bit tough.

シャトルバス乗り場まで遠いですね。昨年１１月より乗り場が変わりましたか？大きな荷物を持っているので、歩道がスロープになっているので、少々きつい。

The staff provided polite guidance, and I felt very safe during the ride thanks to their careful driving.

This was my first transportation experience in Hawaii, and all the staff were cheerful and energetic, making my trip to Hawaii even more enjoyable!

I had an amazing time the Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial & Honolulu city Tour was more than informative. Our tour guide was awesome and she just knew what she was doing and talking about. I would do it again with her as the tour guide. LEI Thank you for being soooooooooo informative.

I always use this service to get from the airport to my hotel in Waikiki. There are other shuttles that are a bit cheaper, but I choose this one because many of the other passengers are foreigners, which adds to the feeling of being in Hawaii. This time, there were two elderly foreign women who seemed to have made a mistake with the pickup location, and the driver was having a hard time searching around the hotel entrance, but when he found them, he responded with a smile, which made me feel reassured. I will use this service again when I come to Hawaii.

空港からワイキキのホテルまでいつも利用しています。
他にももう少し安いシャトルもありますが、同乗する人達が外国の人が多くハワイに来た感が味わえる事もありこちらを選んでいます。
今回は、ご年配の外国女性二人組の方がピックアップ場所を間違えていたのか運転手さんがホテルエントランス辺りをずっと探していて大変そうでしたが、見つけた時には笑顔で対応されておりこちらも安心しました。
またハワイに来た際には利用します。

I felt relieved that even though the flight arriving from Japan was significantly delayed, there was someone waiting at the airport exit holding a sign with my name clearly written on it.

日本から到着する飛行機が、かなり遅れても空港出口でしっかり名前が書かれたボードを持って待って頂いているので安心でした。

What disappointed me with this trip was the last minute change of pick up to another location due to an event but after careful observation, that said event does not affect the area where we were at because a lot of other tour companies are picking their guests in front of our hotel. Despite my plea, it wasn't attended to. The staff and Manager were stern not to accommodate a simple request.

If you're pressed with time and wants to see all of OAHU'S best, this is the best tour amongst all available in the market. It is understandable if you can't spend to much a time in each place but substantial enough for sightseeing and snapping photos. I love the Shrimp lunch I had at Kualoa's Ranch.

This is my several visits to Oahu, but I was able to be picked up and dropped off according to the traffic conditions, which made it stress-free. Thank you very much.

It seems that the hotel shuttle was probably mistaken, as I waited for about 10 minutes at the hotel early in the morning with no one around. It was disappointing that there was no announcement.

次のホテルの送迎は多分間違えたらしく早朝誰も居ないホテルで10分ぐらい待ってました。何もアナウンスも無く残念です

The pickup to the hotel was punctual, which is often not the case overseas where timing can be more approximate. When we arrived at the airport, they stopped right in front of the check-in counter for our airline, making it very smooth!

ホテルへのお迎え、海外では時間がアバウトなケースが多いものですが定刻通りに来てくれました。

I was taken care of for both the airport to hotel and hotel to airport transfers. The driver was talking while driving, but unfortunately, I couldn't understand anything due to my limited English skills, which was frustrating. Of course, I was aware that the driver was an English speaker, so I was prepared for that.

空港からホテル、ホテルから空港、往復ともお世話になりました。
ドライバーさんが何かをしゃべりながら運転していましたが、残念ながら私の英語力では全く理解できず、悔しい思いをしました。
もちろん英語スピーカーのドライバーさんだということは承知の上なので、覚悟はしていましたが。

We chose this luau because of the beautiful setting in the Waimea Valley. Would recommend getting to the North Shore early in the day, spend some time at Waimea Bay then tour the Park and Falls before the luau. Much better to experience this cultural experience in such a stunning, natural setting.We had our teenage son and daugher with us and our mother and everyone had a great time. The family and staff work hard, wearing a variety of hats throughout the evening-serving dinner, running the lawn activities, and of course performing a large variety of authentic dances and music. The host is genuine and the food was very good. Everything tastes authentic and high quality. The whole operation was enjoyable, I even enjoyed the lawn activities more than I expected. We reviewed many luaus on Oahu and are very glad we chose this one.

I used Mr. Roberts for the transfer to the hotel as usual. Since I've been using them for a long time, the arrangements were the same as always. They also handled my suitcase with care. It's not just for Japanese guests; there are also foreign passengers. The reason for my choice is the reassurance and consistency.

ホテルまでの送迎は、今まで通りロバーツさんを利用しました。ずっと使っているので、今まで通りの手配でした。スーツケースも丁寧に運んで頂きました。日本人客だけの送迎ではなく外国の方も混乗です。安心でいつもの通りと言うのが選択の理由です。

On the day of my return, I used a charter service from the hotel to the airport to reduce the burden on my elderly companion. After providing the flight number and time, I was informed to gather at the hotel bus depot 3 hours and 10 minutes prior to departure, and to call if the bus did not arrive after 5 minutes.

I waited from 10 minutes before the designated time, but the charter vehicle did not arrive. When a shuttle bus from the same company came, I confirmed my reservation and was told to wait a little longer. After 10 minutes, I became quite worried, and the hotel made two calls on my behalf. Finally, after 45 minutes, the shuttle bus arrived. I boarded it and left the bus depot, then switched to the charter vehicle at a different location within the hotel grounds to head to the airport. It seemed the charter driver did not understand the meeting point.

I never want to use this service again.

帰国日、ホテルから空港への利用です。高齢の同行者の負担を減らそうと、貸切りチャーターにしました。
便名、時間を伝えると、その3時間10分前にホテルのバスデポ集合となり、5分経過しても来ない場合は電話するようにとの案内です。
指定時刻10分前から待っていましたがチャーター車は来ず、途中、同社シャトルバスが来た際に確認すると、予約は入っているのでもう少し待つよう言われました。10分経過してさすがに心配になり、ホテルから2回電話していただき、45分経過後にようやく到着したのはシャトルバス車両。いったんそれに乗ってバスデポを出て、ホテル敷地内の別の場所でチャーター車に乗り換え、空港に向かいました。チャーター車の運転手が、集合場所を理解していなかったのでしょうか。
二度と利用したくありません。

They were very helpful as they were punctual and offered affordable rates. I used their services for a round trip and have no complaints. I definitely want to use them again next time.

時間にも正確で格安で送ってくれるので、非常に助かりました。往復で利用しましたが、文句無しです。次回も是非とも利用したいと思います。

They didn't arrive even after the scheduled pickup time, and after 15 minutes, I was still waiting. They showed up while I was on the phone trying to confirm. It might be understandable due to the shared ride, but I had a bitter experience when my name wasn't on the reservation list during the outbound transfer, so I was really worried about whether they would actually come. The driver was a cheerful and nice person.

お迎え時間になってもなかなか来ず、15分たっても来ず、確認の電話をしているときに来た。混載のため仕方ないのかもしれないが、行きの送迎の時に予約リストに名前が無く苦い思いをいていたので本当に来てくれるか心配だった。

My name was not on the Roberts Hawaii reservation list, and although I was told it was fine because I had a voucher issued by Veltra, it took a considerable amount of time to board.

ロバーツハワイの予約リストに名前が無く、ベルトラ発行のバウチャーがあったため、問題ないと言われたが乗車にかなりの時間がかかった。

This was my first time using the service, and due to my own mistake, I missed my flight that day and had to take the next day's flight. However, they kindly accepted the change. When I arrived at the airport, they immediately asked for my name and said, "I was waiting for you yesterday! I'm glad you made it today!" They treated me with such kindness. I am truly grateful. I will definitely use this service again when I go to Hawaii.

今回初めて使わせていただいたのですがこちらの不備でその日の便に乗れず翌日の便になってしまったのですが変更を快く受け入れてくださいました。また空港に着いてすぐ名前を聞かれ「昨日待ってたよ〜今日は無事来れてよかったね〜」と優しく接してくださいました。本当に感謝です。またハワイに行く時は必ず使います。

There were restrictions on Kalakaua Avenue and other roads due to the event from the morning, but the pickup was on time. Since it was a large bus, I imagine it was challenging to park amidst the restrictions. Fortunately, I received a notification in the morning that my flight was delayed, so I was able to use the service without rushing.

カラカウア通りや他の道もイベントで朝から規制がありましたが、時間通りのお迎えでした。この時は大型のバスでしたので、規制の中駐車したり大変だったかとおもいます。
幸い、乗る飛行機もディレイの連絡が朝来てましたので、慌てることなく利用させていただきました
