This time, I was able to book a cheap flight, so my travel route was a bit unconventional: Narita → Kona → Honolulu. If you arrive in Honolulu in the afternoon, only Roberts Hawaii can assist you. When I landed at the domestic terminal in Honolulu, I quickly found the large Roberts Hawaii counter right in front of baggage claim 11. After informing them of my flight, I took a bus to the international terminal. There, I met up with the group arriving in Honolulu, switched buses, and headed directly to the hotel. I believe Roberts Hawaii is safe since they operate their own buses with their own employees.

今回、飛行機の予約が安かったので、
成田→コナ→ホノルル　という変則的な移動となりました。
ホノルルに午後着だとロバーツハワイさんしか対応してくれません。
ホノルルの国内線ターミナルに降り立つと、
バゲージクレーム11の前にデカデカとロバーツハワイさんのカウンターが
あるのですぐに見つかりました。
その後、どの便で来たか伝えて、
国際線ターミナルにバスで移動。そこでホノルル到着組と合流して
バスに乗り換えてホテルまで直接移動となりました。
ロバーツハワイさんは自社バスと自社従業員が運航しているので
安全だと思います。

The day goes by quick, so you may need a second day to explore, but the lunch add in was nice as it is hot durin the summer walking around grounds!

As soon as I exited the airport, there was a staff member waiting, which made it easy to find. It took about 40 minutes to get to Waikiki. (It felt like it took a bit longer because we stopped at other people's hotels.)

空港の出口を出たらすぐに係員の人が待っていたのでわかりやすかったです。ワイキキまでは40分くらいでした。(他の方のホテルを回ったので少し時間がかかった印象)

I have traveled to Hawaii many times, but this was my first visit to this museum. The exhibits were more fulfilling than I expected, with many displays about the Hawaiian monarchy and photographs from that era, which were quite moving. You can deepen your knowledge about Polynesian culture as a whole. There are two guided sessions in Japanese at 10:30 and 11:30. We arrived at 10:45 without knowing this, but we negotiated and were allowed to join the 10:30 session (it might be a good idea to check in advance the days and times when the Japanese guide is available). In addition to the museum, there are facilities for children (playgrounds), a planetarium, and a science center, but these are not particularly impressive.

何度もハワイに旅行しましたが、こちらのミュージアムは初めて訪問しました。予想以上に充実した展示内容で、ハワイ王朝やその時代の写真展示も多く、感慨深かったです。ポリネシア文化全体についての知識を深めることができます。10:30～、11:30～の２回、日本人ガイドによる簡単な説明もあります。私たちは知らずに10:45に到着しましたが、交渉して10:30の回に入れていただきました（日本語ガイドの開催される曜日や時間は事前に確認した方がいいかもしれません）。ミュージアム以外にも、子供向けの学習施設（遊び場）、プラネタリム、科学センター等併設していますが、これらはさほどたいしたことはありません。

I arrived in Honolulu from Kahului in the evening. There was no one at the meeting point specified in the email and voucher. I mustered the courage to call and inquire in English, and I was able to successfully meet the driver, who took me alone in a large shuttle bus to my hotel in Waikiki. Since most flights from Japan arrive in the morning, I thought it might be a bit confusing if you request a pickup at other times. The driver was very kind.

カフルイからホノルルに夕方到着。メールやバウチャーで指定されていた集合場所には誰もいませんでした。勇気を出して英語で電話で問い合わせた所、無事運転手さんと合流でき、大きなシャトルバスに私だけを乗せて、ワイキキ周辺のホテルまで送ってもらえました。日本からの到着便は朝が多いので、それ以外のタイミングで送迎をお願いする場合は、ちょっと戸惑うかも知れないなと思いました。運転手さんはとても親切でした。

There are various options for airport transfers, but I chose to use the shuttle service because it was affordable. All communication was in English, and they were very kind and helpful without any issues. They also provided great support with handling my luggage, which made things easier. I would like to use this service again next time.

空港からの送迎は、色々ありますがシャトルで安価な設定であったため、利用しました。言葉はすべて英語の対応でしたが、何も問題なく親切に対応してくださいました。荷物の出し入れもしっかりサポートしてくれて楽でした。
次回も利用したいと思います。

I used the transfer service to the airport. The waiting time at the airport when heading to the hotel was short, and the pickup from the hotel to the airport was on time, making it easy to plan my schedule for both the arrival and departure days. Since the reservation deadline is early, it might be better to book the transfer to the airport in advance. The driver was also kind, and some provided humorous commentary.

空港までの送迎に利用しました。
空港からホテルへ向かう際の空港での待ち時間は少なく、またホテルから空港へ向かう際も時間通りに迎えに来てくれたので到着日、出発日のスケジュールが立てやすかったです。
予約締め切りが早いので空港までの送迎は出発前に予約した方がいいかもしれません。
運転手さんの対応も親切で、人によってはユーモアのある案内をしていました。

The pick-up time was supposed to be 09:50 instead of 09:05, and I ended up waiting for about 1 hour and 15 minutes due to the delay. The reservation confirmation email and the voucher all stated 09:05 consistently. Following the instructions on the voucher, I called after waiting for 10 minutes, which is when I found out about the mix-up. The bus that arrived at 09:50 had the driver call the office, and it turned out to be the wrong bus, so I had to wait again.

Since my friend from the area came to see me off, I was disappointed because if the information had been correct, we could have spent more time together having breakfast or shopping leisurely. I was very satisfied with the outbound trip, and the drivers were very pleasant, so I’m not angry, but since this is a point that is emphasized in bold, I recommend reviewing it promptly.

Pick-Up Time: 09:05 が正しくは 09:50だったのと、到着が遅れて1時間15分ほど待ちました。
予約確定と直前メール、バウチャーの記載が統一して9:05でした。
バウチャーの注意事項通り、10分待ってから電話して発覚。9:50に到着したバスは、ドライバーが事務所？のような所に電話して確認してくれたところ違うバスだということで、また待ちました。
現地の友達も見送りにきてくれていたので、記載が正しければ、朝ごはんや買い物をもっとゆっくり一緒に過ごせたのになと残念でした。
行きは大満足でしたし、ドライバーさん達も気持ちの良い対応だったので、怒りはないですが、太字でアナウンスしている箇所ですので早々に見直すことをおすすめします。

At the airport exit, I was greeted in Japanese, which was a relief. I received verbal directions to the boarding area (just a right turn), and there was a yellow temporary counter and local staff in yellow uniforms, making it very easy to find. The driver was also friendly and welcoming, which felt great. The flight was fully booked, but since there were only two families going to two hotels, we arrived quickly.

空港出口でまず日本語で声をかけていただき、一安心。乗り場を口頭で案内いただき（一度右に曲がるだけ）、乗り場には黄色の簡易カウンターと黄色の服を着た現地係員の方がいて、とてもわかりやすかったです。
ドライバーさんもフレンドリーに迎えてくれて、気持ちがよかったです。
飛行機は満席でしたが、2家族2ホテルまわるのみでしたので、すぐに到着しました。

The Luau was good. The Kalua pork was amazing. The plating could have been better. The staff were very friendly and nice.

I was supposed to meet at the main entrance of the hotel at 1 PM local time, but it seems I was waiting at the back entrance, and without the hotel accommodation card, I couldn't enter or exit. It appears the driver skipped me, and since they didn't come for the pickup even after the meeting time had passed, I called the local company listed on the voucher and requested another pickup. In the end, they arranged for a different staff member and vehicle, and although we arrived at the airport about 30 minutes later than scheduled, I was able to board my reserved flight. Another Japanese airport transfer service had closed its reservations early, but I was able to book this one right up until just before my departure from Japan, which was a benefit. However, I think it would have been safer to go with a Japanese tour company.

現地時間の１３時にホテルのメイン出入口で待ち合わせと思っていたところ、裏口、ホテルの宿泊カードがないと出入りできない外で待ち合わせだったようで、運転手さんにスキップされてしまったようで、待ち合わせの時間を過ぎてもピックアップに来られないので、バウチャーに記載されている現地の会社に電話をかけて、再度ピックアップのお願いをしました。結果的に代わりのスタッフと車を用意してくれ、予定時刻より３０分ほど空港に到着が遅れましたが、予約していた飛行機には搭乗できました。もう１社別の日系の空港送迎は早めに予約を締め切られ、こちらは日本出発直前まで予約できたのが、メリットがありましたが、やはり、日系のツアー会社にしておいた方が無難だったように思います。

We learned so much about the history of Hawaii and the importance of restoring and maintaining its unique culture.

I used the transfer service from the hotel to the airport. I cannot recommend it for those who want to travel with plenty of time. This was the first time I felt so anxious about a transfer. If you're okay with cutting it close and running at the airport, then it might work for you. However, since I prefer to travel with more time to spare, I plan to use services like Uber in the future instead of this kind of service. It was a learning experience.

ホテル→空港の送迎で利用させていただきました。時間に余裕を持って移動したい方にはおすすめできません。こんなに不安になる送迎は初めてでした。ギリギリでも間に合えばOK、空港で走ってもOKという方は利用しても大丈夫だと思います。私は余裕を持って移動したいので、今後このようなサービスは利用せずUber等の配車サービスを利用しようと思います。勉強になりました。

Great show, solid food, mixed drinks good, interactive displays fun. We got the gold package which was nice, but silver would have been almost as good. It's awesome that the botanical garden tickets were included with the show tickets. Get there early to get parking otherwise it fills up fast. The entertainers put in a lot of effort and they have some great skills.

I usually come with my family, so I often use a rental car, but this time I was alone, so I used it for the first time. I had heard there was a kiosk after the immigration procedures, but since they were waiting with a name board, I recognized them immediately. I was guided to the bus right away, which was stress-free. Thank you very much.

いつもは家族で来るためレンタカー利用が多いのですが、今回１人でしたので初めて利用しました。
入国手続き後、KIOSKがあると聞いていましたが、ネームボードを持ってお待ちいただいていたため、直ぐにわかりました。
直ぐにバスに案内いただきストレスフリーでした。ありがとうございました。

The hotel was relatively on the west side (closer to the airport), so the pickup time was about 20 minutes later than scheduled. Since I had been waiting from a bit earlier, it felt long. This was my first time using this service as I was alone, and waiting for a long time can make one feel a bit anxious. However, they arrived on time, and there were no issues with the arrival time at the airport.

ホテルが比較的西側（空港寄り）だったためか、ピックアップ時間が予定より20分程度遅い時間でした。
少し早めの時間から待っていたので長く感じました。
今回１人だったので初めて利用しましたが、待っている時間が長いと少々不安になりますね。
でも、しっかり来ていただき空港到着時間も問題ありませんでした。

I used the service from the airport to the hotel.
There was a staff member at the airport arrival gate who helped me find the bus stop, checked me in, and provided the transfer.
The staff member's uniform was easy to recognize, which was great.
I was pleased that the transfer went smoothly without any issues.

空港到着口にスタッフの方がいてバス乗り場を教えていただき受付して送迎してもらいました。
スタッフの方のユニフォームがわかりやすくて良かったです。

There was someone at the counter who spoke Japanese, so I was able to board without any worries. There are benches at the bus waiting area as well. The bus was large enough for the number of people, which made it comfortable even with mixed passengers.

カウンターに日本語が話せる人もいらしたので不安なく乗車できました。バス待ちの場所にはベンチもあります。また人数に対して大きなバスで混載でも余裕があり良かったです。

There weren't many shuttle services that corresponded with domestic flight arrival times, but I applied here because I was informed they could accommodate me.

My flight arrived late, but there was a Japanese staff member waiting at the baggage claim, and I appreciate the smooth guidance I received. (I apologize if I kept others waiting.)

Since it's a shared ride, we will stop at a few places before heading to Waikiki, but I think there won't be any issues as long as you keep that in mind.

国内線の到着時刻に対応している送迎がなかなかなかったのですが、こちらは対応いただけるということで申込させていただきました。

飛行機到着が遅れてしまいましたが、バゲージクレーンでも日本人スタッフの方が待っていてくださり、スムーズに誘導していただき、感謝しております。(他の方をお待たせしていたらすみません)

乗り合いなので、何ヶ所か寄った上でワイキキに向かいますが、その点だけ注意していただければ問題ないと思います。

It is a memorable day for us, we went to Arizona memorial, bowfin submarine in the morning, we had lunch at the hangers, then visited the battleship. We don’t need to worry about the tickets, shuttle and lunch, all have been arranged well, we have enough time to visit everywhere we like, I highly recommend the trip.

I used the bus from the hotel to the airport on the day I returned to Japan. The bus arrived right on time for the pickup, and although the driver didn't speak Japanese, it wasn't a problem at all. Most of the other passengers were Americans, so I didn't hear any Japanese, which was great! I recommend this for those who want to experience the atmosphere of being abroad without hearing Japanese.

日本帰国日にホテルから空港まで利用しました。
ピックアップの時間にぴったりにバスが来てくれて、ドライバーの方は日本語を話せないですが、困ることはないので問題なしです。
他の乗客もアメリカ人がほとんどなので日本語が聞こえてこなくてGOOD！
日本語が聞こえない海外の雰囲気を味わいたい方にはおすすめです。

Such a great way to see all of the Pearl Harbor sites! Pick up in Waikiki and all of the tickets included made it very easy. The included lunch was delicious and generous portion size. Our tour guide was very engaged and informative - she called us all her cousins and taught us a lot about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. Would highly recommend!!

The voucher at the time of booking stated, "Upon arriving at Honolulu Airport, there is a reception desk in the area for group travelers," but I couldn't find the desk after looking around. I contacted the local phone number listed on the voucher, but there was no one who could speak Japanese at all. After asking a nearby guide from another company who spoke Japanese, I finally confirmed the location of the desk, but it was quite far from the place mentioned on the voucher, leaving me to wonder if anyone could find it easily.

申込時のバウチャーには「ホノルル空港に到着して、団体旅行者用のスペースに受付のデスクがある」と記載されていましたが、見回してもデスクがない。バウチャーに記載のあった現地の電話番号に連絡したものの、日本語が全く通じない。近くにいた日本語の通じる他社のガイドさんに聞いてやっとデスクの場所を確認したものの、バウチャーに記載されていた場所とずいぶん離れていて、ストレートにたどり着ける人はいるんだろうかと疑問に思った。

Earnel was just amazing. We've done lots of tours all over the world, and on an all-day tour like this one, the guide can make or break the tour. Earnel was one of the best we've had.

He was fun, friendly, knowlegeable, and very personable. He treated us all as "ohana" and made sure we had everything we needed to get the most out of this amazing day.

We loved the monuments and the whole tour. We'll definitely recommend it to others!

I used this service for transportation from the hotel to the airport. The price is less than half of a taxi fare. Initially, the meeting point was set at the hotel parking lot, but on the day of travel, the location was changed due to a parade and road closures. However, I received prior notice via email, so there were no issues. On the day, the staff at the waiting area confirmed the gathering, allowing me to wait comfortably even in the heat. I plan to use this service again next time.

ホテル近郊から空港への移動に利用しました．価格はタクシーの半額以下です．予約時はホテル内駐車場待ち合わせだったのですが，当日はパレードで道路封鎖のため，集合場所が変更になりました．とはいえ，メール等で事前連絡があったので問題なく対応できました．当日も待合場所のスタッフが集合確認をしてくれているので，暑い中でも安心して待機できました．次回もまた利用しようと思います．

I’m so glad we ended up choosing this package rather than trying to coordinate this trip on our own. Our tour guide, Chelsie, sent us great information ahead of time so that we knew exactly what to bring, what to expect during the trip, and where to meet. The open air bus was a fun part of the trip. She shared great information as we drove through Honolulu and to Pearl Harbor. When we arrived, she made sure we knew where to go and our timeline for the trip. Everything went smoothly and the whole family enjoyed the visit.

My family and I had a great time with the E Noa Pearl Harbor Tour! We were all very impressed by the extensive guided tour. I would definitely recommend this experience

They came to pick me up earlier than scheduled. Previously (up until last October), it was a small bus that would load luggage into the trunk, but this time it was a small bus with a shelf behind the driver (similar to the Airport Line of The BUS), which made me feel secure since the luggage was visible. I had to either place my luggage on the shelf or put it on the bottom floor, but since it couldn't be secured, it was essential to lay the suitcase sideways on the floor to prevent it from moving due to the bumps (they drive really fast on the freeway).

以前(直近昨年10月まで)は、荷物を車のトランクに乗せてくれるタイプの小型バスでしたが、今回は、運転手さんの後ろに棚が付いている(The BUSのエアポートラインの様な)作りの小型バスで、荷物が見えるところにあった安心でした。
自分で棚に載せるか、1番下の段床に置くのですが、固定できないので床の際はスーツケースを横にして車の揺れで(Free WAYでめっちゃ飛ばすので)動か出さない様にする事が必須です。

It was a long and tiring day, but it was absolutely worth it. There is so much history. Most people know about the USS Arizona Memorial, but there is so much more. The submarine Bowfin, battleship Missouri and the Aviation museum. With the short movies and museums at each attraction there is so much to see and do it takes a full day. Our 9 yo boy absolutely loved it. He never complained once. His favorite part was exploring the Missouri. I highly recommend this tour.
