It was a good tour and great driver. I wish we would have stopped at more of the scenic spots and skipped some of the roadside gift shops. One was enough. I would skip the Dole Plantation altogether.

I arrived about 15 minutes late for the appointment. Since it was overseas and only English was spoken, I felt quite anxious while waiting.

約束の時間より、15分程遅れて来ました。海外で、英語のみの対応だったので、待ってる間、かなり不安になってしまいました。

A wonderful car and excellent service. However, I was left with a lingering feeling because I was asked to pay a tip. Even though the fee included tips, I felt a bit guilty.

素敵な車、素敵なサービス。ただただ、チップを払ってくださいと言われたことが心残り。チップ込みの料金なのに、申し訳ない気分になりました。

I arrived at the hotel smoothly after entering the country. The wait time was short, which was very helpful. I would like to use this service again next time.

We used this service as a family this time.

We were able to move to the designated location without getting lost, and it was easy to recognize the vehicle since it had "Roberts Hawaii" written on it.

事前に指定していた場所に迷うことなく移動でき、車体にロバーツハワイの文字も書いてあるのでわかりやすかったです。

My pickup arrived 10 minutes early, and since I was waiting ahead of time, everything went smoothly.

At the next hotel, I had to wait and wait... I understood waiting until the scheduled time since it was still early. But I ended up waiting 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Even then, there were guests who were saying goodbye to their families and not getting into the car. Waiting for that one person made me think, "Ah, this is why I feel this way about shuttles."

Should I just accept that it's cheap and that's how it is? I saw other reviews where people were left behind after the time had passed, but I think if you contact them through their contact information or hotel room and they don't show up after 5 minutes, it’s reasonable to leave... especially since there are other guests waiting.

I ended up losing time at the airport, and now I'm feeling like I might skip the shuttle next time.

早めに待ってたので、良い感じでスイスイと。

次のホテルで、待つ、待つ・・・予定時間前だったので
ピックアップ時間まで待つのはわかる。
でも、予定時間より15分も待って。それでも、家族との別れ
してて、車に乗ってこない客。
その1人を待つことで、あぁ、やっぱり、シャトルってって思う。

安いんだから仕方ないと諦めるべきなのか。ほかの口コミで
時間過ぎたら置いてかれたっていうのあったけど、連絡先とか
ホテルの部屋とか連絡して、5分待って現れなかったら
置いていくのもありだと思う・・・ほかの客がいるんだからさ。

空港での時間なくなるし、次回からはシャトルは・・・な気分

I used the same service for my trip. They picked me up at the hotel and took me to the airport without any problems, which was very convenient. Next time, I plan to use Uber or rent a car from the airport, but it was very convenient without any delays or waiting.

行きも同サービスを使いました。
ホテルまで迎えに来てもらって空港に送ってもらうまで、特に何の問題もなく、とても便利でした。次からはウーバーか空港からレンタカーする予定ですが、時間が遅れたり待たされたりとかもなく、とても便利でした。

Since I had a layover in the country and planned to have some fun in Waikiki, it took some time to check my luggage and go through immigration, but they waited in an easy-to-find location.

国内乗り継ぎの間にワイキキで遊ぶ行程だったので、荷物を預けたりして入国までに時間がかかったのですが、わかりやすい場所で待っていてくれました。

They arrived to pick me up right on time. During the journey, they informed me how many minutes it would take to arrive, which made me feel at ease during the transfer.

予定の時間どおりに迎えにきてくれました。道中も何分に着くよと教えてくれて、安心して送迎してもらうことができました。

I waited nearby before the scheduled time at the airport, and the pickup was exactly on time. Most of the passengers were Japanese, and the driver only spoke English. He asked about the airline, but everyone was unsure. When I mentioned ANA, everyone else followed suit and said ANA, so I felt reassured.

After leaving the airport, I waited at two clearly marked spots for just under 10 minutes, but the large bus arrived smoothly, taking me directly to the Halepuna Hotel. The driver was cheerful and kind.

空港でて、２か所でわかりやすく待っていて、
10分弱待ちましたが大きなバスで、
スムーズに今回の、ハレプナホテルまですぐでした。

After four years, I took a solo trip to Hawaii. Since I don't drive, I always book a shuttle to Waikiki. I usually use HIS, but there happened to be no availability, so I booked Roberts Hawaii. Since it was my first time, I was worried about not knowing the location, but when I started walking right from the personal exit, the reception came into view immediately. I was relieved, showed my voucher, and was able to get on right away. The transfer to my hotel in Waikiki was smooth, allowing me to use my time effectively. I plan to book again next time I go.

４年ぶりのHAWAII一人旅、車を運転しないのでワイキキ迄の足はいつも送迎シャトルを予約しています。いつもはHISを利用するのですが、たまたま空きが無く、ロバーツハワイを予約しました。初めてなので、場所が分からなかったらどうしようかと思い個人用出口から右に歩き始めたら、受付がすぐに目に飛び込んできました。ホッとしてバウチャーを見せたところ、直ぐに乗せていただき、スムーズにワイキキのホテルまで移動でき、時間を有意義に使う事が出来ました。次回行く時も予約しようと思います。

Upon arriving at the airport and exiting, there was a staff member right in front of me, and I was able to join them immediately. There were only three groups, so we departed without much waiting. It was smooth, which was great.

空港へつき、出口へ出ると目の前にスタッフのかたがいらっしゃりすぐに合流。
3組のみでほぼ待たされずことなく出発でした。

It was a transfer from the hotel to the airport. They helped with loading and unloading the luggage, and we arrived safely without any issues with the flight time. I would like to request this service again next time.

ホテルから空港迄の送迎でした。
荷物の積み込み、積み下ろしもサポートして貰えましたし、安全運転で且つ飛行機の時間にも問題無く到着する事ができました。次回もお願いしたいと思います。

After arriving at the airport, I was immediately taken to the hotel. I've been using this service every time. The prices have increased compared to before COVID-19. The weak yen is also having an impact, isn't it? It's something we can't help, but...

空港到着後、直ぐにホテルまで送迎して頂きました。毎回お世話になっています。コロナ前よりも価格が高くなりました。円安も影響していますよね。仕方がない事ですが…。

The HA breath of life show was a hit!! we really enjoyed culture center a lot. On the way, the scenery is great also.

I got on early because the pickup arrived, and I was the last to get off. Since it was a shared ride, it couldn't be helped. The driver was professional, so there were no issues.

I looked for staff at Inoue Airport's Terminal 2 at 7 PM, but there was no one there. When I asked around, everyone said they didn't know, so I thought about taking a taxi. I asked an airline staff member again and found out it was at Terminal 1, so I hurried over, but there were no staff there either. There were many Roberts cars, so I asked a driver, but he said he didn't know. After making an inquiry, I finally managed to get a ride.

１９時にイノウエ空港第二ターミナルでスタッフを探したが，誰もいなく，誰に聞いても知らないと言われタクシーにしようと思い，もう一度航空会社のスタッフがいたので聞いたところ，第一ターミナルだと分かったので慌てて行ったがここもスタッフがおらず，ロバーツの車がたくさんあったので運転手に聞いたが，わからないと言われ問い合わせしてやっと乗せてくれました。

As soon as I arrived at the airport exit, they called my name, so I didn't have to search for anyone. The journey was smooth, and I arrived at the hotel in about 20 minutes from the airport.

空港の出口に着くとすぐに名前を呼んでくれるので探す必要がありませんでした。
道中もスムーズで空港からホテルまで20分くらいで到着できました。

Tour guide in car was very helpful and detailed and park was very memorable

This tour gives you access to both Missouri and Arizona in just half a day, it is a reat tour to visit PH while in Waikiki.

It's reassuring and convenient to have a reservation since everything is on time. I would like to make a reservation again next time. It would be nice if it were a bit cheaper.

Communication is possible even if you can't speak English, as the local staff are very kind and accommodating.

英語のみの対応ですが、英語が話せなくてもコミュニケーションは取れます。
現地の9スタッフは親切に対応してくれます。

I used Roberts for the first time in a while. They allow last-minute reservations, and it's impressive that you can also get assistance directly on-site the same day. Reliable and reassuring. The reception area was a bit hard to find, but the service was quick, which was great.

久しぶりにロバーツを利用。
ギリギリでも予約ができるし、当日現地で直接でも対応可能なところはさすがロバーツ。
安定安心。
受付場所がちょいとわかりにくいけど、捌き方は速やかでよかった。

I used the hotel shuttle to Honolulu Airport. The driver was unfriendly and, unusually for Hawaii, did not greet us. The handling of the suitcases was rough, and they were crammed into a space that was already too small. The bus was completely full and overcrowded, and we were delayed significantly due to passengers who did not stick to the schedule during pickups, which was quite frustrating. Unfortunately, the last day of my Hawaii trip turned into a very unpleasant memory, which is really disappointing.

ホテル→ホノルル空港で利用しました。
ドライバーは挨拶もなく、ハワイでは珍しく不愛想なスタッフでした。
スーツケースの積み込みも乱暴に扱われ、そもそも保管スペースが少ないところに無理やり積まれる状態でした。
バスの車内は満席でギュウギュウ詰めの状態、途中ピックアップする際に時間を守らない乗客に待たされて予定時間を大幅に超過したり、苦痛を強いられました。
ハワイ旅行最終日がとても嫌な思い出となってしまいとても残念です。⤵
