If you arrive from Japan, you should have no problem getting to Honolulu by mid-morning or at least before evening. However, I booked my flight from Alaska, which is scheduled to arrive at 10:30 PM. As expected, there are limited pickup locations, and I was instructed to move there and call to inform them of my arrival in English to request a vehicle. I was told that there would be no staff at the arrival desk by that time.

The flight from Alaska arrived about 30 minutes early, but after picking up my luggage and exiting the arrival area, I followed the signs for Roberts' yellow sign to the pickup location, but there were no people or cars there. I thought I would have to call for a car, but I hardly speak any English and have never made a call overseas.

After a while, a local staff member with a pass around their neck passed by. They were from another company (unknown industry), but when I showed them the Roberts voucher and pointed to the phone number, they called Roberts for me. After that, the shuttle arrived in less than five minutes.

Once I got on, the driver smoothly took me to the hotel entrance without any late-night traffic. This shuttle service has some hassle with reservations, but I think it's a good service that is safe and costs about half of what a taxi would.

日本からの便なら午前中か遅くても夕方前にはホノルルに到着するので問題無いと思うが、私はアラスカから午後10時半到着予定で予約した。
案の定何ヶ所かあるピックアップ場所が限定され、そこに移動して電話で到着したむねを英語で伝えて車両を呼べと案内をもらった。もうその時間到着口の受付には係員がいないそうだ。
アラスカから搭乗した飛行機は30分ほど早く到着したが、荷物を引き取り到着口を出てロバーツの黄色い看板の案内に従ってピックアップ場所まで行ったが人も車もいない。
これはやはり電話で車を呼ばなければならないと思ったが私はほとんど英語を話せないし、海外で電話したこともない。
しばらくすると首からパスを下げた現地係員らしき人が通りかかる。他社(業種不明)の人だったがロバーツのバウチャーを見せて電話番号のところを指差したらロバーツに電話してくれ、その後は5分もしないうちに送迎車が来てくれた。
乗車してしまえば深夜の渋滞も無い道路を順調にホテル玄関前まで送ってくれた。
このシャトルサービス、予約したりちょっとめんどくさいところはあるが、タクシーに比べたら半額くらいだろうし安全で良いサービスだと思う。

It was slightly later than the food stall's schedule, but that's common when traveling abroad, so feel free to wait!

It's convenient because you don't have to think about tips.

I arrived later than scheduled, which made me very anxious. Additionally, the meeting point was hard to find, and at Roberts, I had to wait on the road (sidewalk), but the description of the meeting point was unclear.

Also, it was $2 more expensive than other companies, and honestly, I think it would be better to use the other companies if they are available.

予定より到着時間が遅くて、非常に焦ってしまった。
また、集合場所が分かりにくく、ロバーツでは道路（歩道）で待つ必要があったが、集合場所の記載ではわかりにくかった。

また、他社より2ドル高く、正直他社が空いていればそちらを活用したほうがいいと思います。

From the beginning to the end you truly feel like you are part of the family. The host has such a love for Hawaiian history and the desire to preserve every ounce of it. What a beautiful display of culture. The meal was more then anyone could hope for. If time would have permitted we definitely would have attended again.

I have used various shuttle buses from Honolulu, but "Roberts Hawaii" provides the most peace of mind. The staff waits for you outside the airport (you need to call out to them), and you can get on the bus surprisingly quickly, with transportation to your hotel. I highly recommend it for beginners.

　ホノルルからいろいろなシャトルバスを利用したことがありますが、「ロバーツHawaii」が一番安心感があります。スタッフも空港の外で待っていてくれます（声かけは必要）し、案外早くバスに乗車し、目的のホテルまで送迎してくれます。初心者の方には、ぜひ、お勧めします。

This time, the hotel was Holiday Inn, and the airport transfer was the first drop-off.

So, I thought the airport transfer would likely be last and might be delayed, but they arrived five minutes before the meeting time. (This was thanks to everyone on board being punctual.)

As expected, Holiday Inn was the last stop, and the large van was full with about 15 people.

The ride to the airport was very smooth, and we arrived in about 20 minutes.

I didn't feel any inconvenience, so I definitely plan to use Roberts again next time.

今回のホテルはホリディインで、
空港からの送迎は1番最初の降車でした。

なので、空港行きは最後の可能性が高く遅れるかな？
と思っていたのですが、
集合時間の5分前には来てくれました。
(乗車されていた皆さんが時間を守られた結果ですね)

予想どおりホリディインが最後で、
大型バンに15名ほどが乗っており満席でした。

空港まではとてもスムーズで、20分ほどで到着。

特に不便さは感じなかったので、
次回もぜひロバーツを利用しようと思います。

I was torn because H○S was cheaper, but choosing Roberts was definitely the right decision! Before COVID, I used H○S because they advertised "no more than a 30-minute wait," but I ended up waiting exactly 30 minutes before moving to the bus, and by the time we departed, 40 minutes had passed. There are still many reviews saying it takes a long time.

This time, I decided to go with Roberts, which was a few dollars more, and it was incredibly smooth.

I got outside the airport at 11:20 and was on the bus by 11:25. We departed the airport at 11:35.

It seems that Roberts departs as soon as a few passengers arrive from international flights. So, there were only about ten people on a large tour bus, and all the conversations I heard were in English.

The driver was very cheerful, and the in-vehicle explanation had everyone laughing out loud.

Since my hotel was the Holiday Inn, I was the first to get dropped off. I arrived at the hotel by noon.

I think the time difference for just a few dollars is quite significant. Even if you can't speak English, it was completely convenient, so for those who want to get to Waikiki as quickly as possible, I definitely recommend Roberts.

H○Sの方が安いので迷ったけど、やはりロバーツにして正解でした！
コロナ前に「30分以上お待たせしません」に釣られてH○Sを利用しましたが、きっちり30分待たされてからバスまで移動、出発する頃には40分経過していました。
今も時間がかかるといった口コミが多いですね。

で今回、数ドル高いけどロバーツにしてみたところ、
何とまぁスムーズだこと。

11:20に空港の外に出て、11:25にはバスに乗車。
11:35には空港を出発していました。

ロバーツは各国からの到着便で数名集まれば即出発するスタイルのようです。
なので大型観光バスに10数名しか乗っておらず、
聞こえてくる会話はみな英語でした。

ドライバーさんがとても陽気な人で、
送迎説明では車内が大爆笑でした。

今回、ホテルがホリディインだったので一番最初に降車。
12時にはホテルに到着しました。

数ドル差でこの時間差はかなり大きいと思います。
英語が話せなくても全く不便はなかったので、
少しでも早くワイキキに行きたいという方は、
ぜひロバーツをオススメします。

I used a service from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Hawaii to my hotel in Waikiki. I traveled with about 10 people to the hotel. Even though we had to stop at other hotels before reaching mine, we arrived smoothly and without any stress. The pickup location was a bit hard to find, but the Japanese guidance was helpful.

ハワイ　ダニエル井上空港からワイキキのホテルまで利用しました。10名程度一緒にのって、ホテルまで。他のホテルを回ってから自分のホテルに行くことになっても、全くストレス無くスムーズに到着しました。乗り場が少しわかりにくかったですが、日本語の案内もあり、助かりました

Upon arriving at the airport, I was able to find the counter right away and got on the shuttle immediately after confirming my name. The driver was cheerful, and I could feel the Hawaiian atmosphere from the very beginning. I would like to use this service again next time.

空港に到着して、すぐにカウンターを見つけることができ、名前確認後すぐにシャトルに乗ることができました。
運転手さんも陽気な方で、ハワイの雰囲気を最初から存分に感じることができました。
次回も利用したいと思います。

They arrived at the hotel almost exactly at the meeting time, and I was able to ride comfortably to the airport. I would like to use this service again next time.

集合時間ほぼぴったりにホテルに迎えに来ていただき、空港まで快適に乗車することができました。

Although I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi and the voucher couldn't be displayed, they kindly assisted me. I recommend taking a screenshot in advance.

Wi-Fiが繋げず、ﾊﾞｳﾁｬｰが表示出来なかったにもかかわらず、親切に対応して下さいました。
先にｽｸｼｮしておくことをおすすめします。

Upon arriving at the airport and stepping outside, I was immediately greeted by a guide from Roberts Hawaii, who escorted me to the car. There was no chance of getting lost.

The driver was a local, so speaking Japanese was not an option, but it wasn't a problem at all. As long as I could say my name and the name of my hotel, that was enough. The driver was very safe on the road.

It took about 30 minutes to reach the hotel in Waikiki, stopping at various hotels along the way. This time, we were transported in the order of Ala Moana (the one closer to the airport) → Hilton Village → Waikiki.

空港に到着して外にでると、すぐにロバーツハワイの案内人がいて、車まで案内してくれました。迷うことはありませんでした。
ドライバーは現地の人なので日本語はＮＧですが、特に困ることはありませんでした。名前と宿泊ホテル名を言えればＯＫです。安全運転のドライバーさんでした。
ワイキキのホテルまでは約３０分ほどで到着し、各ホテルを巡ります。今回はアラモアナ（空港に近い方）～ヒルトンビレッジ～ワイキキの順で送迎されました。

They arrived to pick me up almost on time, and I was able to get on smoothly.

Considering it was a large vehicle like a bus, it shook a lot, so as someone who easily gets car sick, I was worried about feeling nauseous.

Lunch was delicious on top of a wonderful day at the park.

I made a reservation in Japan, so I felt relieved that I could smoothly move to the hotel after arriving in Hawaii. I visited several hotels, and it was nice to see the surroundings and the layout of the other hotels and the city.

日本で予約しておいたので、ハワイに到着してからスムーズにホテルまで移動できて安心でした。
いくつかホテルを回るのですが、ほかのホテルや街の様子や位置関係が見れてよかったです。

This was my first time using the service. A staff member in a yellow uniform welcomed us, and there were several of them along the way to the bus stop, making it easy to find. Depending on traffic conditions, it took about 40 minutes to stop at 3 to 4 hotels before reaching our hotel in Waikiki.

今回初めて利用しました。黄色い服を着た係員さんが迎えてくれ、バスの乗り場までにもところどころにいるので、わかりやすいと思います。交通事情にもよりますがホテルを３～4件寄ってワイキキの自分たちのホテルまで40分くらいでした。

Hands down would do again! The luau was amazing, and everyone was so kind and worked so hard to put on an amazing show. We also got to swim in the falls which was amazing. Definitely recommend! If you're reading this, just book it. You won't regret it. It was also kid friendly. I took my 1 year old and everyone loved
him and took extra effort to involve him in the cultural activities.

The driver didn't seem to speak Japanese, but they provided clear terminal guidance, so I had no trouble at all. They also took the initiative to help with loading and unloading luggage. However, the ride comfort was a bit lacking, but it was a unique vehicle typical of overseas, so it wasn't a problem at all. I would like to use this service again.

ドライバーは日本語はできないみたいだが、ターミナル案内はしっかりやってくれて全然困らない。荷物の積み降ろしも率先してやってくれた。ただ、乗り心地はいまひとつかな、でも、海外ならではの車で、全然問題ありませんでした。次も利用したい。

It took some time to pick up the suitcase, but the person who greeted us followed up perfectly. The response was very smooth.

スーツケースの引き取りで時間がかかりましたが、出迎えの方がキッチリとフォローしてくれました。とてもスムーズな対応でした。

Tour driver was knowledgeable and was funny too. She knew the History and insight on the area.

I was very anxious while waiting because they arrived 10 minutes past the scheduled time. Since it was a shared ride, I guess it can get delayed due to various stops. Thank you for safely taking me to the airport. I think it's a good deal since the tip is included in the fare.

予定時間の10分過ぎに来られたので、待ってる間不安でしかたなかったです。混載便なのでいろいろまわっていると遅れることもあるのでしょう。

As overseas visitors we were able to see and learned on what actually happened about the surprise attack on the Pearl Harbor naval facilities based on the videos presented and ships hit by the surprise attack. How the US navy base survived the attack. Our visit to the historical place was a big help on our history knowledge.

The timing was precise, which was great. They efficiently organized the group and we were able to receive our luggage smoothly. I would like to use this service again. However, the waiting area at the airport was hard to find, so please make it clearer and more visually indicated.

時間もキッチリで良かったです。
テキパキとグループ分けしてスムーズに荷物も受け取れました。又利用したいです。ただ空港の待ち受け場所がわかりにくかったのでもっと分かりやすくバーチャルに示してください。

I was worried about the pickup location at the airport, but I quickly recognized it by the yellow shirt, which was a relief. The bus takes you right in front of the hotel, so it was very reassuring. I plan to use this service again next time.

They arrived to pick me up right on time, allowing me to go to the airport with peace of mind. The driver was also kind and helped with loading and unloading my luggage.

予定時刻に遅れることなく迎えに来て下さり、安心して空港に行くことが出来ました。運転手の方も優しく、荷物の出し入れもしてくださいました。

Despite the arrival being significantly delayed, they responded immediately on the spot. I was also very grateful that they changed the drop-off location to my preferred spot right there.

到着がかなり遅れたにも関わらず、その場ですぐに対応してくださいました。また、下ろしてもらう場所もその場で希望の場所に変更して下さりとてもありがたかったです。

I was relieved to be greeted with a smile. In an unfamiliar place, I managed to have a good time despite my limited English. Thank you very much.

Overall tour is very informative and enjoyable. Tour guides are great. Able to see uss misouri,uss bowfin and uss arizona memorial. The museum is great! I was talking to one of the personnel and he even gave me story about pearl harbour. Food serve is delicious. Able to meet my kababayan from Philippines. Thank you

Aloha! We had a great time on the tour. Cousin Kimo was very knowledgeable and made the information on the tour interesting. It is the perfect length to get a sneak peak of Pearl Harbor and visit the Arizona memorial with a 3 year old in tow. So glad we did it. It is also a nice way to see a few of the hot spots downtown. Thank you cousin Kimo for all the information and the jokes that made it fun.
