Dan and his wife were lovely and very helpful with the group of 9. Being a first time snorkeler and not a very good swimmer, they were patient with each and every one of us. We saw some lovely fish but unfortunately did not see turtles that day! :( Will definitely be back next time though! 10/10 would recommend especially for first time beginners.

The water was a little rough, but signs were posted every where to be careful. The lifeguard made an announcement & everything was fine.

Although I have already passed my sixtieth birthday, I really wanted to participate in a snorkeling tour, so I searched for various tours and finally found this one. It was the right choice!! They taught me how to use the snorkel very carefully, so I was able to enjoy seeing many small fish without any anxiety, and I had a really fun time. They also kindly advised me that if I was going to take motion sickness medication, now was the time, and that I didn't need a wetsuit since it was summer. Thank you very much. I definitely want to participate again next time.

還暦も過ぎた身でありながら、ぜひシュノーケリングツアーに参加したいと思って、いろいろなツアーを探して、最後にこちらのツアーにたどり着きました。正解でした！！シュノーケルの使い方をとても丁寧に教えてくださったので、全く不安なく気持よくたくさんの小魚を見ることができとても楽しい時間を持つことができました。また、波酔いもあるから酔い止めを服用するなら今ですよとか、夏なのでウエットスーツは必要ありませんよ等など丁寧に教えていただきました。ありがとうございました。また、ぜひ次回も参加したいと思います。

I enjoyed snorkeling and boogie boarding at the beautiful beach. I could also walk to Whole Foods Market. However, renting a bike might have been more convenient.
The lunch was filling and delicious.
Perhaps because a hurricane was approaching, the waves were high and I couldn't see any fish, so I definitely want to try again.

綺麗なビーチでシュノーケリングやブギーボードを楽しみました。ホールフーズマーケットにも歩いて行けました。でも、自転車レンタルした方が楽だったかもしれません。
ランチも食べ応えがあり、美味しかったです。
ハリケーンが近づいていたからか、波が高く魚も見えなかったので是非リベンジしたいと思います。

We were able to have a tour just for the two of us. The beautiful sea and the fish that not only didn't swim away but actually came closer. We also had a photoshoot underwater, and I was really satisfied.

I think this is a tour that can be participated in with peace of mind, even with young children in elementary school.

Renting a car seemed tiring due to the hassle of finding parking and driving on unfamiliar roads, so it was great for us to be driven to a beautiful, less crowded beach. The kids were very happy.

We were able to play at the beach for about two hours, which felt just right, but I thought that two hours wouldn't be enough for lunch and shopping during the Kailua sightseeing.

That's why I gave it a ★4 rating.

レンタカーを借りても駐車場探しや不慣れな道を運転するのが疲れそうで、
私達には車に乗せてもらい気楽に人の少ないきれいなビーチへ行けたのでとても良かったです。
子供も大喜びでした。

ビーチは２時間くらい遊べたのでちょうどいいと思いましたが、
カイルア観光はランチと買い物をする時間は２時間では足りないように思いました。
なので★４とさせて頂きました。

Our driver was really funny and really helpful. The snorkel gear was great and the Tips of the driver helped us to feel save all the time

I was expecting the beauty of the ocean, but while it is cleaner than Waikiki, it wasn't impressive. Upon reflection, there are more fish in rocky areas than in sandbars, so I wouldn't recommend it for those wanting to see fish. It's about a 20-minute bike ride to the city. I went to Target to buy souvenirs, but the chocolate obviously melts. The bike rental is $10. The staff are Japanese, so it's reassuring! The cost performance isn't great; it might be better to go by taxi or rent a car.

海のきれいさを期待していましたが、ワイキキよりはきれいなものの、感動するほどではありません。よく考えてみたら、サンドバーよりは岩場の方が魚がいるわけで、魚を見たい人にはお勧めしません。街へは自転車で20分くらい。お土産を買おうとターゲットに行きましたが、チョコは当然のごとく溶けます。自転車は10ドル。スタッフは日本人なので安心です！コスパは悪め、タクシーかレンタカーで行く方がよいかな。

It's unbelievable that the shuttle from Waikiki, the rental of snorkeling gear, and just a pizza for lunch cost $82! I thought I would be able to snorkel, but they only handed me a mask and told me to go to the beach on my own, which is way too unkind! Plus, I couldn't see any fish at all!!!!

ワイキキからの送迎とシュノーケリング用具の貸し出しと昼食のピザだけで82ドルはあり得ない!
シュノーケリング出来ると思っていたのに、マスクだけ渡されて、勝手にビーチに行けでは不親切すぎる！しかも、魚なんて全く見られない！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

We participated as a family of four. Personally, I think the ocean at Waikiki Beach is not that great, so we joined this tour in search of a beautiful sea. Kailua Beach was also beautiful, but we walked with our daughter to the slightly farther Lanikai Beach. (You can easily make the round trip on foot, not just by bike.) Lanikai Beach felt a bit more beautiful than Kailua Beach, and the location was stunning and impressive. For lunch, we chose pizza. It was very delicious, and even the family members who had a poor appetite enjoyed it.

家族4人で参加しました。ワイキキのビーチの海が個人的にイマイチだと
思っているので、奇麗な海を求めて、このツアーに参加しました。
カイルアビーチも奇麗でしたが、少し離れたラニカイビーチにも娘と歩いて
行きました。（自転車でなくても徒歩で余裕で往復出来ます）
ラニカイビーチは、カイルアビーチより若干奇麗なのかなという感じですが
とてもロケーションも良く感動的でした。
昼食は、ピザを選択しました。とても美味しく、食欲不振だった家族も美味
しく食べていました。

Avoid the parking nightmare and go as early in the morning as possible for best visibility and fewer crowds.

We participated as a family of three, including my fifth-grade son. It was his first time snorkeling, and he was a bit nervous, but the female guide called the day before to confirm and explained how to use the equipment in a way that was easy for children to understand, so we were able to participate with peace of mind. She held my son's hand while swimming the whole time. There was a line to watch the video before entering the ocean, but we didn't have to wait. The trolley that went back and forth on the slope was also convenient.

On the day, I borrowed a wetsuit and swam, which helped with the temperature difference and prevented sunburn. The last time I swam without a guide, I had a terrible sunburn on my back... Unfortunately, we didn't see any turtles, but the guide worked hard to find them, and we saw more types of fish than when I went individually before, so I was satisfied. My son seemed to have a lot of fun and said it felt like he was inside a fish tank! He was happy and said he wanted to participate again. Thank you very much!

The dining information about Hawaii you provided on the way back was also helpful.

小5の息子も一緒の家族3人で参加しました。子供はシュノーケリングが初めてで少し緊張していましたが、ガイドの女性が前日に確認の電話を入れてくれたり、当日子供にもわかりやすい言葉で道具の使い方を説明してくださったので、安心して参加出来ました。子供とずっと手をつないで泳いでくださいました。海に入る前に見る映像で行列が出来ていましたが、私達は並ぶ必要がなかったです。坂を往復するトロリーも楽でした。
当日急遽ウエットスーツを借りて泳いだのですが、おかげで水温の差も日焼けもなくて良かったです。以前ガイドなしで泳いだ時は、背中の日焼けが大変でしたので‥。残念ながら亀は見れなかったのですが、ガイドの女性が一生懸命探してくれましたし、以前個人で行った時より多い種類の魚が見られましたから、満足です。子供はとても楽しかったらしく、水槽の中に入ったみたいだった！また参加したいと喜んでいました。ありがとうございました♫
帰りに教えていただいたハワイの食事情報もためになりました(^^)

Thanks to the veteran support, my timid 9-year-old son was able to switch gears and really enjoy himself, saying he wants to do it again tomorrow, completely forgetting about us parents! Including the journey there and back, the hospitality was overflowing, and we had a wonderful time!

怖がりの息子（9才）もベテランサポートのお陰で、途中からスイッチが入り、親そっちのけでまた明日もやりたい！というほど楽しめたようです。行き帰り含め、Hospitalityあふれるご対応で、とても気持ちよく楽しめました！

I wanted to swim in a beautiful sea, so I used this service. I made a reservation the day before, and it was fine! I rented a bike in Kailua Town for $10 and although I couldn't take my time, I was able to do some shopping! The lockers available in the office were safe and secure, so I could leave my valuables without worry!

For lunch, I had a barbecue pizza. The spinach and garlic pizza was really delicious! The beach was so beautiful, and I was glad I came! However, there were no fish or turtles at all! It was truly beautiful and felt like paradise. I'm really glad I went!

カイルアタウンには自転車を10ドルで借りて行き、ゆっくりはできませんでしたがお買い物できました！ロッカーも事務所内にあるものを貸していただけるので安全で安心でした！貴重品も安心して置いていけます！
お昼ご飯はピザのバーベキューランチを食べました。ほうれん草とガーリックのピザがすごく美味しかったです！
ビーチはとってもきれいで来てよかったー！と思いました。ただ魚や亀は全くいませんでした！
本当にきれいで天国みたいでした。行ってよかったです！

Our family of five participated, with children aged 10, 8, and 6. It was the children's first time snorkeling, and for the 6-year-old, it was even their first time swimming in the ocean. However, Dan and Chieko provided excellent support, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. We were lucky to encounter a sea turtle as well. Although it was after a typhoon, it seemed to be murkier than usual. Still, we were satisfied to see many fish. If we have the opportunity to go to Hawaii again, we would love to join your tour! Thank you very much.

家族５人、子供は１０才、８才、６才が参加でした。
子供たちはシュノーケリングが初めて、６才は海で泳ぐことすら初めてでした。
ですが、ダンさんとチエコさんがしっかりサポートしてくれて、安心して楽しむことができました。ウミガメにも遭うことができラッキーでした。
今回は台風のあとでしたが、実はいつもより濁っていたのでしょうか？それでもたくさんの魚が見れて満足です。またハワイに行く機会がありましたら、お２人のツアーに参加したいです！本当にありがとうございました。

Chieko and Dan were very accommodating. For someone who's first time at the sea, I was able to participate because of them. I had an awesome time. Highly recommend them!

This place was a great choice! So glad we booked this kayaking activity! It was both me and my friends first time kayaking in the ocean and I was a little nervous but as soon as I got there I was greeted by a very friendly staff! Our guide "PO" was so welcoming and friendly! He made us feel very comfortable from the moment we met him. He was very patient, knowledgable, taught us some history about Kailua and most of all he made us feel safe! :) PO was an AMAZING kayaking guide!!! I would totally recommend this activity to anyone who wants to get away from the crowed beaches like in Waikiki. Most beautiful beach in Oahu in my opinion. Forgot to mention the lunch it included was super yummy!

PS. PO our guide also took great pics of us with his GoPro and emailed them to us for free. Great customer service!!! Wish I could give 10 stars

I signed up because it was said to be a clear beach, but due to the approaching hurricane, there were winds and waves, and I couldn't enjoy the snorkeling I was looking forward to. It was disappointing that the weather wasn't favorable, with heavy rain at times. However, I rented a bike and went out shopping and to Lanikai Beach with my child. The bike rental is $10 (credit cards accepted). Since we extended our trip to Lanikai Beach, we didn't have much time to relax on the way back. If you're planning to snorkel, I think Kailua Beach would be a better option to enjoy it more leisurely.

澄み渡ったビーチだということで申し込んだのですがハリケーン接近中のため風・波があり楽しみにしていたシュノーケリングができませんでした。
一時大雨になったりと天候には恵まれず残念でしたが
自転車を借りて子供とふたりラ二カイビーチやショッピングに出かけました。
自転車は＄10でレンタル（カードＯＫ）できます。
ラ二カイビーチまで足を延ばすと帰り時間ぎりぎりでゆっくりできなかったので
シュノーケルするのであればカイルアビーチだけのほうがゆっくりできると思います。

What a fun and enjoyable experience. Completely organized, focused on their customers and so knowledgeable. Extremely nice people who take care of every detail. A definite 5 Star experience!

Thanks to the thorough guidance, I was able to fully enjoy my first snorkeling experience. When I come to Hawaii again, I definitely want to snorkel at Hanauma Bay once more.

Excellent pair of guides with a small group of us to work with. I had never snorkeled before and had no trouble following the instructions. It didn't matter that I was not an experienced swimmer. Sure makes a difference getting past the lineup to get in because of being part of a group. I recommend aiming for low tide if you have a choice.

I signed up for the early morning plan this time. The instructors were both Japanese and foreign, but they spoke Japanese fluently and had the hospitality typical of Japan, making the snorkeling experience very enjoyable.

They were also kind in guiding those who are not good at swimming.

Hanauma Bay can be accessed if you plan it yourself, but during busy times, joining a plan like this makes it relatively easier to enter, so I highly recommend it.

今回朝一のプランに申し込みました。
日本人の方と、外国の方が先生でしたが、日本語ぺらぺらでしたし、日本のホスピタリティも持ち合わせていらっしゃるのでとても楽しくシュノーケルが出来ました。

泳ぎが苦手な方にも親切に指導していらしてました。

ハナウマ湾は自身でも計画さえすれば入れるところですが、混む時期はこのようなプランに入れば比較的楽に入場できるので大変おすすめです。

I went to Hawaii for my sister's wedding, and since my parents are at an age where snorkeling is tough for them, I participated alone. However, since the instructor was always with the participants, I had a very fulfilling experience even by myself! There were also families with small children, so I think even little ones can have a lot of fun!

今回姉の結婚式でハワイに行き、両親は年齢的にもシュノーケリングは厳しいということで、1人で参加したのですが、常にインストラクターの方と参加者で回っているので、1人でもとても充実した体験ができました！家族連れの方もいたので、小さいお子さんでもとても楽しめると思います！！

Our snorkeling adventure was fantastic. There were six of us an no one had ever snorkeled. As a matter of fact, we could not even swim. Our guide Dan was wonderful. He was so patient and instructive. It was so nice to sim with the fish.

Transportation to Hanauma Bay was great...very easy pick up and drop off from hotel. Snorkeling equipment was included, which made it very easy all the way around! Hanauma Bay is just gorgeous with lots to see as you snorkel!

On June 13, we participated as a couple. My wife was feeling very nauseous from fatigue, and I was thinking about giving up, but we finally made it to the meeting point and were picked up. Thank you so much.

My wife made it to the beach but ended up feeling unwell there and waited while lying down (ｰ ｰ;) She said it felt nice just to lie down on the beautiful beach. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling for the first time in the beautiful sea! Thanks to the guidance from Chieko and Dan, I was able to enjoy myself safely out in the open water. Having professional guides really makes a difference in terms of peace of mind!

They also provided life jackets and took care of our valuables, allowing us to enjoy the sea without any worries. I’m really grateful for the photos taken while we were in the water. Next time, my wife will join me for a rematch. Of course, we would like to book this tour again (^ ^).

妻が疲れからの吐き気がひどく諦めようかと思っていましたが、やっとのことで集合場所に辿り着きピックアップしてもらいました。本当にありがとうございます。
妻はビーチまで行きましたが、ビーチでダウン。ビーチで寝て待っていました(ｰ ｰ;)
妻曰く、綺麗なビーチで横になっているだけでも気持ち良かった、とのこと。
ご迷惑をおかけしました。
私は綺麗な海の中、初めてのシュノーケルを満喫！！
チエコさん、ダンさんのガイドがあったからこそ、安心して沖まで楽しむことができました。
やはり専門のガイドさんがいらっしゃると安心度合いが違いますね！
ライフジャケット等も準備していただき、貴重品も安心して預けることができ、何の心配もなく海を心ゆくまで楽しめます。
海に入っている写真を撮っていただけたのも本当にありがたいです。
次回は妻も一緒にリベンジ。もちろんこちらのツアーにお願いします(^ ^)

Great and terribly convenient to get picked up on time, oriented to the experience and put your head under the water to see lots of fish...our driver Kevin was informative, on time and was great conversation for our family group of 8. Would go back any day any time...
