In the morning, the shuttle bus arrived at the hotel a little late, and we reached the town of Kailua in about an hour. When we arrived, a staff member who spoke Japanese kindly explained everything to us. There were a few small lockers and restrooms nearby. At the beach, we saw many people surfing, cycling, and running. That day, the wind was strong, so we decided not to go into the water. Since we could borrow bicycles for free, we took some and headed into town. We visited a poke shop that the staff recommended as delicious, and we also had sandwiches and pizza. The pizza is quite large, so I think you'll get very full. We were able to buy souvenirs in a shopping area. Unlike in Japan, the bicycles require you to brake with the pedals instead of the handlebars, so we practiced a bit in the parking lot at first. When we went out onto the road, there were bike lanes, but since I wasn't used to it, I think it's better to ride slowly. Cars don't necessarily yield like they do in Japan. Although it was a bit daunting, I think I enjoyed it overall, especially since I wouldn't have gone to Kailua without this tour.

朝少し時間に遅れて送迎バスがホテルに到着し一時間ほどでカイルアの街に到着しました。ついたら日本語の話せるスタッフが丁寧に説明してくれました。周りには少し小さなロッカーがあったりお手洗いなどがありました。海に足を運ぶとサーフィンをしているひとやサイクリング、ランニングをしている人が多く見受けられました。その日は風が強く海を入るのを断念し、無料で自転車を借りられるということなので借りて街に出ました。スタッフがおいしいと勧めていたポキのお店に行ったり、サンドウィッチ、ピザを食べました。ピザはかなり大きいのでかなりお腹いっぱいになると思います。商店街みたいなところでお土産も買えました。自転は日本みたいにブレーキがハンドルではなくペダルを後ろにこがなくてはならないので最初は駐車場で少し練習をしました。車道に出るときには自転車専用の道があるのですが慣れていないのでゆっくり走ったほうがいいと思います。日本みたいに車がよけてくれるわけではないので。放り出されるのですが、このツアーがなければカイルアに行くことはなかったとおもうのでそれなりに楽しめたと思います。

It was my first time in Hawaii. I think Waikiki Beach generally gives a strong impression of Hawaii's ocean, but Kailua Beach was amazing! Our hotel didn't have a shuttle, so we went to a nearby hotel and got a ride from there. It was only a two-minute walk to that hotel. Since the hotels are clustered together, it's not a problem if your hotel doesn't have a shuttle! We were able to depart almost on time. It took about 40 minutes to get to Kailua Beach. It was about a five-minute walk from the shop to Kailua Beach. The changing rooms and lockers were secure, and the restrooms were clean. There were staff members who spoke Japanese, and everyone was friendly. You can rent snorkeling gear and bodyboards. By around 9:40, we were already at Kailua Beach and enjoyed our time there. Since it was early in the morning, there weren't many people, and there were a lot of locals, so we could interact with them. For lunch, we had pizza. It was right next to the shop, and we were very satisfied with the drink and large pizza. After lunch, we rented a bicycle for $10 at the shop and went shopping at Whole Foods and Kailua's downtown, and we also visited Lanikai Beach. The staff at the shop gave us a map and explained how to get around in detail. You can reach anywhere in about 15 minutes by bike!! With about five hours of free time, you can do quite a lot! Even if you don't know anything, there are many Japanese people, and the staff at the shop will teach you various things. I felt very secure! It was a lot of fun, and I was able to relax and shop, so I was very satisfied.

初めてのハワイでした。やはりワイキキビーチは一般的にハワイの海っていう印象が強いと思いますがカイルアビーチ最高でした！私達が泊まったホテルには送迎がなかったので近くのホテルまで行き車に乗せて頂きました。そのホテルまでも徒歩2分圏内。ホテル密集してるので自分が泊まるホテルに送迎がなくても余裕ですよ！ほぼ時間通りに出発できました。40分くらいかけてカイルアビーチに行きました。ショップからカイルアビーチまでは徒歩5分くらい。更衣室もロッカーも安心だしトイレも普通に綺麗。スタッフの方も日本語できる人いるしみんな気さくな方でした。シュノーケルとかボディボードは借りれます。9:40くらいにはもうカイルアビーチに行きゆっくりすごしました。朝早かったのであまり人はいなくて地元の方も多くその方たちと交流もできました。ランチはピザにしました。ショップのすぐ隣だし、ドリンクと大きいピザ付きで大満足。ランチの後、ショップで自転車を1台10ドルで借りてフォールフーズとかカイルアのダウンタウン行って買い物したり、ルニカイビーチにも行きました。地図もショップの方がくれて、行き方も丁寧に教えてくれます。自転車で15分くらいでどこでもいけますよ！！5時間くらい自由時間なので結構いろんなことができます！全然なにも知らなくても日本人多いしショップの方も色々教えてくれるし。とても安心できました！とても楽しくてゆっくりもできてお買い物もでき大満足です。

I chose this tour because of the great reviews! This was my first time in Hawaii, and I participated to create memories the day after my wedding! The reservation process was smooth, as I made the booking from my smartphone in Japan and received quick replies and guidance! On the day of the tour, I was picked up at 8:55 at a hotel next to my accommodation, and the bus arrived at 9:05, calling out names! The bus was already quite full, with guests from places other than Japan. The bus drives pretty fast, so if you’re prone to motion sickness, it’s a good idea to have some medication!

We arrived at a shop just before Kailua Beach in about 30 minutes from Waikiki. There, a cheerful Japanese guide explained the tour and how to use the shops in detail, dividing us into groups. They were very efficient, which was great! After that, we rented bicycles for an additional $10 each and cycled to the town of Kailua! Walking can take quite a while, and you might not have enough time to go to the beach, so I recommend biking!

Once we arrived in Kailua, we first ordered takeout at Boots & Kimo's, gave our names, and received a receipt. Then we went shopping at the nearby Whole Foods Market! We filled up on salad bar items and returned to Boots & Kimo's just in time to pick up our order. After that, we biked back to the beach, where we used the lunch tickets we received earlier to order plate lunches and pizza from the shop, and rented bodyboards and beach mats to head to Kailua Beach!

We walked to Kailua Beach from the shop. There was shade, so we spread out our mats for lunch! After enjoying some swimming, when we started to get bored, we returned to the shop, borrowed snorkels, and biked to Lanikai Beach! When we dove in, we were amazed to see fish near the rocks!

On the way back, I fell into a deep sleep on the bus. We arrived at the hotel by 3 PM, and then I went shopping in Waikiki, making for a fulfilling day! The rental and explanations were all in Japanese, so it was a very reassuring tour! I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to go to Kailua!

口コミがよかったので、こちらのツアーを選びました！今回のハワイは初めてで、挙式をした次の日に思い出づくりとして、参加させていただきました！予約は、日本からスマホでの申し込みで、すぐに返信が来たり、案内が来たりとスムーズな対応でした！当日は、8:55に宿泊ホテル隣のホテルにてピックアップで、バスは9:05に到着して名前を呼んでくれました！バスには既沢山の人が乗っており、日本以外のお客さんもいました。バスは結構、飛ばすので酔いやすい方は酔い止めがあるといいです！ワイキキから、30分くらいでカイルアビーチ手前のショップに到着。そこから、日本人の明るい方がひたすらツアーや、ショップの使い方などツアーごとに別れて、丁寧に説明してくれました。テキパキとされていて良かったです！その後、私たちは自転車をこちらでプラス10ドルずつ払いレンタルして、カイルアの街までサイクリング！徒歩だと、意外と距離がありビーチ行く時間が無くなるので自転車がオススメです！カイルアの街に到着して、まずブーツ＆キモズにてテイクアウトを注文して、名前を伝えレシートを貰い、その後近くにあるホールフーズマーケットでお買い物！サラダバーなど詰め込んで、またブーツ＆キモズに戻ると丁度出来上がっており、受け取って終了。また自転車でビーチに戻って、最初に配られたランチチケットでショップにある、プレートランチとピザを注文して、ボディボードとビーチマットを借りいざカイルアビーチへ！
カイルアビーチへは、ショップから徒歩で移動。木陰があり、そこへマットを広げてランチタイム！その後は、海水浴を楽しんで飽きてきた頃にまた、ショップへ戻り、スノーケルを借りて自転車でラニカイビーチへ！すぐそこを潜ると岩に魚がいて、感動しました！
帰りはバスの中で爆睡。
15時にはホテルに到着したので、それからまたワイキキでショッピングしたりと、充実した1日になりました！
レンタルも、説明も全て日本語なのでとても安心できるツアーです！カイルアへ行きたい方はオススメです！

To start our day, we were greeted timely & warmly. The driver gave us a lot of information on the way to Kailua. The staff was all very attentive & pleasant. Everything was easily accessible to make our day full of as many activities as we decided to do. They had chairs, snorkel equipment, lockers, bikes, & many other item. Also all our questions were answered. We started the day deciding to take bikes to Lanikai Beach. Wow was that beautiful beach!!!! This trip also included lunch which you have a choice of 3 places. When you see locals eating at a place you know its good!!!! After lunch we walked to Kailua Beach and saw amazing parasurfing? This trip could be for people with all ranges of adventure or athletic ability. You have many choices of what YOU want to participate in at whatever level you are comfortable, there is no one pressuring you to do what you don't want to do! We were very happy with our experience & can't wait to come back!

This time, we went to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Every time I've come to Hawaii, I've always visited Kailua Beach. Last time, I booked a different tour, but they didn't pick us up on time, and we had to wait for over 30 minutes (it might have been due to traffic), so I chose this tour! The pickup was right on time☆

Once we arrived at the beach, a Japanese staff member explained everything, so there was no need to worry. Bodyboards, snorkeling sets, and mats are available for free♪ We wanted to visit Kailua town and Lanikai Beach, so we rented a bicycle for $10! Having a bicycle made it convenient to go to Kailua town and Lanikai Beach (they provided a map and explained how to get there).

At the facility, there are showers (only water), changing rooms, and lockers with keys, so we could leave our belongings safely.

For lunch, we were given tickets to choose between pizza or a plate lunch! We chose pizza, and I was surprised that one slice was a quarter of a whole pizza! It was also very spicy and delicious! Drinks were included.

When we arrived at the beach, it was cloudy, but it cleared up quickly! The ocean was very beautiful! My husband was visiting Kailua for the first time and was very happy, snorkeling by himself the whole time! He said he saw colorful fish!

In town, there were many cute shops! I thought about going to the famous Boots & Kimo's, but there was a long line. A Japanese staff member recommended that instead of eating there, we should do takeout, so we opted for takeout. Since we had limited time, I think choosing takeout was the right decision! The pancakes were very delicious, and we were very satisfied☆

I definitely want to participate again the next time I go to Hawaii!!

今回は新婚旅行でハワイに行きました。いままでハワイに来たときには必ずカイルアビーチに行っています。前回は別のツアーを予約し参加しましたが、時間どうりに迎えが来なく、30分以上待たされたことがあるため(交通状況などによるかも知れませんが)、こちらのツアー参加しました！お迎えは時間ぴったりに迎えにきてくれました☆

ビーチについてからは、日本人スタッフさんがすべて説明してくれるので心配無用です。ボディボード、シュノーケルセット、ゴザが無料で借りれます♪私たちはカイルアの町やラニカイビーチにも行きたかったので、1台＄10で自転車を借りました！自転車があると、カイルアの町や、ラニカイビーチ(地図をくれて、行き方などもすべて教えてくれます)などに行くのにも便利でした！また施設内には、シャワー(水のみ)、更衣室、鍵付きのロッカーがあり、荷物なども安心して置いていけます。


お昼はチケットを渡され、ピザかプレートランチを選ぶことができます！私たちはピザにしましたが、１ピースが1ホールの1/4の大きさでびっくり！そして、とってもスパイシーでおいしかったです！ドリンクもついてきます。

ビーチ到着時は曇っていましたが、すぐに晴れました！海もとってもきれいです！旦那さんは初めてのカイルアでしたが、とっても喜んでいて1人でひたすらシュノーケルをしていました！笑 カラフルな魚も見れたとのことでした！

町では、かわいいお店がたくさんありました！またあの有名なブーツ&キモズに行こうと思いましたが、長蛇の列。日本スタッフさんにお店で食べるのではなく、テイクアウトにするのをおすすめされたので、テイクアウトにしました。時間が限られていたので、テイクアウトにして間違いなかったとおもいます！パンケーキはとっても美味しかったので大満足です☆

またハワイに行くときには、是非参加したいと思います！！

We went to Hawaii for our honeymoon for the first time! On the first day, we shopped in downtown Hawaii, and on the morning of the second day, we had a snorkeling experience at Kailua Beach.
The weather was great! The sea was so beautiful! While beaches like Honolulu Beach are crowded, the natural beaches have a different charm. In mid-February, it's nice to spend time at the beach, but the water is a bit cold! (It's not impossible to go in.)
We enjoyed some bodyboarding, but since it was a windy day, we got out of the water early and had an early lunch. Since lunch was included, we had pizza. One slice of American-sized pizza each! It was very delicious, and we were full.

After that, we still had some time before our return, so we rented bicycles and headed towards Kailua town. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes by bike. (Bicycles are an additional charge for this plan.)
There are many surf-style select shops, and plenty of stores with Hawaiian clothing and accessories. There are also shopping malls and large supermarkets, and the layout is completely different from Japan, making it fun just to walk around. Although there was a sudden rain while shopping, it usually stops quickly in Hawaii, and it cleared up while we were shopping.
On the way there and back, we enjoyed the views of Hawaiian homes and nature from the bike, making it a great experience!

今回初めて新婚旅行でハワイに行ってきました！１日目はハワイの中心街で買い物をし、2日目の朝からカイルアビーチでのシュノーケリング体験へ。
天気は良好❗海がとってもキレイー✨✨✨✨ホノルルビーチなど人が多いビーチでも充分キレイですが、やはり自然の中のビーチは一味ちがいます☺☀☀2月中旬でビーチで過ごすにはいいのですが、海に入るのは少し寒いです！(入れなくはないです)
少しボディボードを楽しんで、風も強い日だったので早めに海を上がり、早めのお昼。
選べるlunch付なので私たちはピザを食べました。アメリカンｻｲｽﾞのピザを１ピースずつ！とってもおいしく、お腹いっぱいになりました

その後は帰りの時間までまだ時間があったので、自転車を借りてカイルアの街のほうへヽ(￣▽￣)ノ自転車で約10分～15分ぐらいでいけます。(このプランだと自転車は別料金)
サーフ系のセレクトショップが多く、ハワイらしい服や小物のお店が多くありますショッピングモールや大きいスーパーもあり、日本とか作りが全然違うので、入るだけで楽しいショッピング中、急な雨もありましたが、ハワイの雨は、だいたいすぐ止むので買い物している間に上がっていました
行き帰りはハワイの民家や自然を通るので自転車からの眺めも楽しみながら行けて、いい体験でした♥＼(^^)／

I highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves the ocean! It was such a wonderful experience! Since it was a tour from morning until early afternoon, I thought it would be a meaningful way to spend the day, so I decided to join this tour.

After arriving, we received a brief explanation from the staff, and then we had the freedom to use our time for snorkeling and sightseeing as we pleased.

First, the ocean. It's just a short walk away, but as expected from the number one beach in the United States, it was incredibly beautiful—I couldn't help but shout with excitement! We were able to rent snorkeling gear and boogie boards for free, so we played for about an hour, enjoyed sunbathing, and took photos... it went by in a flash!

For lunch, we received a voucher to choose between a BBQ lunch or pizza. I chose the recommended spinach and garlic pizza, while my husband opted for the BBQ lunch, and we enjoyed our meal in the shade by the beach. It was delicious, and the view was stunning—it was the best! The pizza was quite large, but my husband said the BBQ lunch was not enough (laughs). If you prefer a hearty meal, I recommend the pizza.

After leisurely eating and playing in the ocean for a bit, time flew by, and we ended the tour with some shopping nearby. Just spending time by the ocean made us very satisfied! If you're interested in exploring the town of Kailua, I recommend planning various activities!

Next time, I hope to explore the town of Kailua beyond just the beach! It was truly great!

朝から昼過ぎまでのツアーなので、１日有意義に過ごせるなと思い、このツアーに参加ささていただきました。
到着後スタッフから簡単な説明を受けて、シュノーケルや観光などそれぞれ自分たちで自由に時間を使えます。
まずは海。歩いてすぐの場所ですが、さすが全米ナンバーワンに選ばれた海！！とぉっても綺麗で思わず叫んでしまいました！！
シュノーケルやボギーボードを無料でレンタルできたので、１時間くらい遊んで日光浴を楽しんで、写真を撮って…あっという間でした！！
ランチはBBQランチかピザを選択できる券を予めもらうんですが、私はおすすめのほうれん草とガーリックのピザ、主人はBBQランチを選択し、海辺の木陰で食べました。
美味しいし、景色も綺麗で最高でした！
ピザはとっても大きいのですが、BBQランチは主人曰く足りないと（笑）ボリューム重視の方はピザをおすすめします。

のんびり食べて、少し海で遊んでいたらすぐ時間になってしまったので近くで買い物をしてツアー終了になりましたが、海でのんびり過ごしただけでも私たちはとても満足でした！
カイルアの街も散策したい！という方は、計画を色々立てて行かれることをおすすめします！

次はビーチ以外、カイルアの街を散策できたらなぁと思います！本当に良かったです！

I heard that Waikiki Beach can be quite crowded, so I decided to participate in a tour to a beach a bit farther away, even if it meant paying for it☆

On the morning of the tour, the bus arrived on time. Upbeat music was playing inside, which really got me excited. When we arrived, we were guided to an office close to the beach, where the staff provided us with explanations. A Japanese staff member assisted us, and it was reassuring to know that lockers and changing rooms were available in the office.

There, we were able to borrow snorkeling sets, mats, and boogie boards. Although we didn’t use it, there were quite a few people who opted to rent bicycles to explore Kailua town.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, with pristine white sand and blue waters. For lunch, we could choose between a BBQ plate or pizza, both of which were delicious.

The atmosphere at the location really felt like “just have fun☆” (which is great, of course), but personally, I think it would be even better if there were tours that took us into Kailua town as well.

Overall, I had a fantastic time. Thank you very much!!

ワイキキのビーチは人が多いと聞いていたので、お金を払ってでも少し離れたビーチに行こうと思い参加しました☆

当日の朝は時間通りにバスが来ました。車内ではイケイケな音楽が流れていてテンションが高まります。現地に着くとビーチからほど近い事務所に案内されて、スタッフから説明を受けます。日本人が対応してくれますし、ロッカーや更衣室もその事務所の中にあるので安心です。
そこで、シュノーケルセットとゴザとブギーボードを貸してもらえます。また、私たちは海を満喫するため利用しませんでしたが、オプションで自転車を借りてカイルアの街中に繰り出す人も結構いてはりました。

ビーチはめっちゃ綺麗で、いかにも白い砂浜と青い海といえるものでした。
お昼はBBQプレートかピザを選ぶことができ、どちらも美味しかったです。

現地では本当に「自由に遊んできなはれ☆」って感じなので（それももちろんいいのですが）個人的にはカイルアの街中まで連れていってもらえるツアーも用意されているとより良いと思いました。

On my first trip to Hawaii, I joined the tour without even knowing where Kailua was, but I really feel like I was fortunate to find such a great tour!

The shuttle bus comes very close to the hotel where we were staying. Upon arrival, we were divided between Japanese and English staff, which made things very easy. You can rent beach mats and snorkeling goggles, and the detailed explanation regarding valuables really gave me peace of mind. Each person is assigned a locker, and they also provided advice on what to bring to the beach.

Lunch tickets were distributed on the day, and we could choose one from three different restaurants. There was pizza, BBQ, and another option I can't remember, but it was nice to have choices from multiple genres.

We spent the first two and a half hours at the beach, and after having lunch, we went to the town center and stopped by Lanikai Juice. We had about four hours of free time, and it was quite enjoyable!

I wasn't able to thank the shuttle driver (a Japanese man) on the way there, so I wanted to express my gratitude here. Thank you very much. The other staff members were also friendly and attentive. I would definitely like to use this service again!

初めてのハワイ旅行で、カイルアがどこかも知らずに参加しましたが、本当に良いツアーに巡り会えたなと思います！

送迎バスは泊まっているホテルにとても近いところまで来てくださいます。
到着すると日本語スタッフさんと英語スタッフさんで分かれ、案内して頂くのでとても楽でした。
ビーチで使うござマットやシュノーケルのゴーグルなどレンタルできますし、何より貴重品に関する説明が詳しくて本当に安心できます。
ロッカーがひとりひとり割り当てられ、ビーチに何を持ってくべきかもアドバイスして頂きました。

ランチは当日チケットが配られ、3つのお店から1つ選んでオーダーする形でした。
ピザ、BBQ、あともう一つ忘れてしまったのですが、複数のジャンルから選べるのはよかったです。

私たちははじめの2時間半ほどビーチで過ごして、お昼ご飯を食べたあと、街の中心部に行ってラニカイジュースに寄ってきました。
4時間くらいの自由時間で、かなり満喫できました！

行きの送迎ドライバーさん(日本人の男性の方)にお礼をお伝えできなかったので、こちらにて書かせていただきます。

I visited Hanauma Bay once in the summer with my sister, but this time my mother joined us for winter at Hanauma Bay! Unlike in summer, the waves were calm!

That morning, the weather was bad, but just as the guide said, it gradually cleared up, making for the best snorkeling experience! They had brought wet suits (for a fee), and based on the guide's recommendation, we decided to rent them! It was really cold, so renting was definitely the right choice! I'm glad we did!

Unfortunately, we didn't see any sea turtles, but since we were the only ones on the morning tour, they took us quite far out! I was exhausted, but it was very beautiful and fun! Having a guide was reassuring, and I highly recommend it! I want to participate again!

ハナウマ湾は一度、夏に姉と訪れたことがありましたが、今回は母も一緒に冬のハナウマ湾へ!!
夏とは違い、波が穏やかでした！
この日は、朝、天気が悪かったのですが、ガイドさんの言っていた通り徐々に晴れてきて、最高のシュノーケリングとなりました！
ウェットスーツ(有料)を持ってきてくれていて、ガイドさんのおすすめで、借りることにしました！ほんと寒かったので、借りるべきです！借りられて良かったです！
あいにくウミガメには会えませんでしたが、この日の午前ツアーが私たちだけ、ということもあってか、かなり沖の方まで連れて行ってくれました！
くたくたになってしまいましたが、とても綺麗で楽しかったです！
ガイドさん付きは安心だしおすすめです！ また参加したいです！

We arrived at the facility located about a 3-minute walk from Kailua Beach. After receiving an explanation, we had free time until 2:30 PM. There were lockers available, and they also offered beach gear and bicycle rentals.
We first walked to the town. While some people used bicycles, it only takes about 15 minutes to reach downtown on foot.
We indulged in pancakes and French toast at Boots & Kimo's, which we had been looking forward to. It was as delicious as the rumors suggested! After exploring Whole Foods Market and Macy's, we relaxed on the beach around 1:00 PM. Although the sky was unfortunately cloudy, the beach was beautiful.
Using our lunch vouchers, we had pizza and barbecue chicken bento. Both were hearty and delicious.
Some may feel that four hours of free time is not enough, but we were satisfied as we were able to achieve our goals at a leisurely pace. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely like to use their services again.

カイルアビーチに徒歩3分ほどのところにある施設に到着。説明を受けた後は14:30まで自由時間。そこにはロッカーがあり、ビーチグッズ、自転車の貸し出しもしていました。
私達はまずは徒歩で街へ。自転車を利用されている方々もいましたが、歩いても15分ほどで街中に到着出来ます。
念願だったブーツ&キモズでパンケーキとフレンチトーストを堪能。噂通りの美味‼︎ホールフーズマーケット、メイシーズなどを散策した後、13:00頃からビーチでのんびり。あいにくの曇り空でしたが、ビーチはきれいでした。
昼食券を利用して、ピザとバーベキューチキン弁当を食べました。どちらもボリューム満点でおいしかったです。
4時間ほどの自由時間で足りないと思う方もいるかと思いますが、私達はゆっくり目的を達成出来て満足しています。
スタッフの方々も気さくで話しやすかったです。また機会があれば是非利用させていただきたいと思います。

I initially planned to take The Bus to Kailua Beach, but since I needed to transfer along the way and there were limited buses, I ended up signing up for a tour. We had been to the town before, so this time we chose this plan to relax at the beach.

The shuttle bus arrived at the hotel on time, and since it was Sunday, the roads were clear, so we quickly arrived in Kailua. There were three staff members who spoke fluent Japanese, which made us feel very comfortable. Additionally, the lockers and changing rooms were conveniently located inside the office (in the area where the famous shave ice place, Island Snow, is located). By the way, there were also changing rooms and restrooms at the beach, but they weren't very clean as the locks were broken and the water didn't flow properly.

We borrowed snorkeling sets, mats, boogie boards, and life jackets from the office and set off. It was about a five-minute walk to the beach. Honestly, I thought I wouldn't be able to spend four hours just at the beach, but I lost track of time and was able to relax because of the stunning beauty of the ocean. For lunch, we could choose from pizza, barbecue (closed on Sundays), or sandwiches (from the town?), and we went with pizza. Each slice was very large and delicious, and we were more than satisfied. It seems that if you bring a cup, you can refill soft drinks for free.

After leaving the beach, I took a shower and changed. The shower was outside and very basic, using a pull-string to turn on the water (for saving purposes, they said). Also, the changing room was just a space divided by curtains, and since we had to place our bags on the floor, it would have been nice to have some simple shelves.

On the way back, I fell into a deep sleep and returned to the hotel very comfortably. I think this is a convenient and good plan for those visiting the beach for the first time.

　カイルアビーチには最初ザ・バスで移動するつもりでしたが、途中で乗り換える必要があったり、本数が少なかったりするようなので、結局ツアーに申し込むことにしました。私たちはタウンの方には以前行ったことがあるので、今回はビーチでのんびりしたくてこちらのプランを選択しました。
　当日の送迎バスはホテルに時間通りに来てくれて、さらに日曜日ということもあり道路もすいていたため、あっという間にカイルアに到着しました。現地では日本語ぺらぺらのスタッフが3名で対応してくださり、とても安心できました。またロッカーや更衣室も事務所内（シェイブアイスが有名なアイランドスノーがある一角）にあり便利でした。ちなみにビーチにも更衣室やお手洗いがありましたが、鍵がこわれていたり、水が流れなかったりしてあまりきれいではなかったです。
　事務所でシュノーケルセット・ゴザ・ブギーボード・ライフジャケットなどを借りて出発です。ビーチまでは歩いて5分ほどでした。行く前は正直ビーチだけで4時間も過ごせるかと思っていましたが、海のあまりの美しさに時間を忘れてゆっくりできました。お昼はピザ、バーベキュー（日曜は休み）、サンドイッチ（タウンの方？）から選べて、私たちはピザにしました。1ピースがとても大きくておいしいし、十分満足できました。ソフトドリンクはカップを持っていけばおかわり自由だそうです。
　ビーチから引き上げたあと、シャワーを浴びて着替えました。シャワーは外にあって、紐をひっぱって水を出す形式でとても簡易的なものでした。（節約のためとのことです）また、更衣室はカーテンで区切られただけの空間で、床にバッグを置かなければならないので、簡単な棚などがあるとよかったかなと思います。
　帰りの車内では熟睡して、とても楽にホテルに戻ってこれました。初めてビーチに行く方には手軽でよいプランではないでしょうか。

In the morning, they came to pick us up at our accommodation, arriving right on time. It takes about 40 minutes by car from Waikiki, but perhaps due to travel fatigue, I was able to sleep comfortably. If I had been awake, I think I would have enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the way.

I had been to Lanikai before, so this time we chose Kailua, and the beach was long with gentle waves, and the sand was white, making for a very beautiful view. It's a place where you can forget about time more than in Waikiki.

The staff provided guidance in Japanese, making the explanations easy to understand, so I felt comfortable moving around. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the beach, including snorkeling and bodyboarding. I felt like we didn't have enough time to do everything.

In addition to the beach, they also offer bicycle rentals, allowing you to explore the neighborhood. I think it's a tour where you can experience scenery and atmosphere that you can't usually enjoy in town.

For lunch, we had a choice between meat or pizza, and I chose the pizza recommended by our guide. The crust was incredibly delicious, and I want to eat it again. Whenever I go to Hawaii, I often end up just shopping and don't get to relax much, but this time, thanks to this tour, I was able to spend a leisurely time.

This time, I participated in the tour with a friend, but I hope to join with my family next time. One thing I slightly regret is not bringing extra money, thinking I wouldn't shop. There were so many cute swimsuits and dresses that you can't find in Waikiki, so I realized I should at least bring a card.

What I learned is that Hawaii is a place where you want to shop no matter where you go.

時間厳守で到着。
ワイキキからはだいたい車で40分ぐらいかかるのですが、旅の疲れも少し出てたのか気持ちよく寝れました。起きてれば向かう途中の素敵な景色を眺めることが出来てお得だと思います。
昔、ラニカイには行ったことあったので今回カイルアにしましたが、ビーチが長くて波も穏やかだし砂浜も白くてとても景色が綺麗でした。
ワイキキよりも、時間を忘れて過ごせる場所です。
スタッフの方も日本語で案内してくれるので、説明もわかりやすく安心して動くことが出来ました。
ビーチで遊べる内容も、シュノーケル、ボディボードなどなど盛りだくさん。時間が足らなかったぐらいです。

ビーチ以外にも、自転車をレンタルさせてくれるので近所を散策出来たり。普段タウンでは体験出来ない景色や雰囲気を味わう事ができるツアーだと思います。

ランチも選べて、お肉かピザの選択でしたが ガイドさんがオススメしてくれたピザをチョイス。
生地がめちゃくちゃ美味しくて また食べたいです。
毎回ハワイにいくと、買い物ばかりになってしまってゆっくり出来ない事が多いのですが、今回のハワイはこのツアーを利用することによってゆったりとした時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
今回は、友達と2人でのツアー参加でしたが、次回は家族で参加出来ればいいなーと思います。
それと、少し後悔したのは 買い物しないつもりで余計なお金を持っていかなかったこと…
ワイキキにはない可愛い水着やワンピースなど沢山あったのでカードだけでも持っていかないとダメだと思いました。
結果わかったことは、ハワイはどこにいっても買い物したくなる場所って事です。

This is by far one of the best thing s I did in Hawaii, and the tour was well planned, on time. Our driver was amazing!! Such a brilliant day!

We participated as a couple. We went to various places, but it was our first time in Kailua! It's an area that's been featured a lot in magazines recently, so I was looking forward to it. The departure went by in no time, and we arrived around 9 AM, earlier than scheduled. There was an initial briefing about the facilities and some important points, which took a little time, but it made us feel secure about participating. Since the time was short, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, we planned to enjoy the beach in the morning and shopping in the afternoon. We hesitated about renting bikes due to the additional fee (around $10), but it turned out to be the right decision. If you want to enjoy both the beach and shopping, it's definitely better to rent a bike. Everything you need for the beach can be rented, so we borrowed a bodyboard and eagerly headed to the beach, but the sea was like a lake. I later asked the shop staff, and they said there are waves on some days. If you're planning to use a board, it might be better to check the sea first. In the end, we only had lunch at the beach, but enjoying a delicious lunch while gazing at the beautiful beach was the best! As everyone has mentioned, the spinach pizza is delicious! However, if you go as a couple, it might be better to get one bento and one pizza each. Sharing a pizza might get boring. Kailua Town is just the right size for cycling, so you won't wander around unnecessarily, and it's easy to see everything. There are many cute interior shops, and I did quite a bit of shopping. Even with the weak yen, I think it's more economical to buy sale items than online. The Japanese staff at the shop were friendly and fun, and I was satisfied with Kailua Town, so I'm glad we participated. However, I felt that the time was a bit short until 2:30 PM while we were in the sea. I would love to visit again slowly.

夫婦で参加しました。いろいろな所に行きましたが、カイルアは初めて！最近雑誌でもよく紹介されているエリアなので楽しみにしていました。出発してからはあっと言う間、予定時間より早く9時くらいには到着しました。最初に施設の事、注意事項、いろいろ説明があり少し時間がかかってしまいますが、安心して参加できます。9時30分～14時30分の短い時間ですので私たちは午前中海、午後買い物と思っていました。自転車は別途料金（＄10くらい）がかかるので悩みましたが、レンタルして正解でした。海と買い物、両方楽しみたい方は絶対にレンタルした方がいいです。海に必要な物は全てレンタル出来るので、ボディーボードを借りて張り切ってビーチに行きましたが、湖のような海。後でお店の人に聞きましたが、日によっては波もあるとの事。ボードをしようと思っている方は最初に海にチェックに行かれた方がいいかな。結局ビーチではランチを食べただけでしたが、きれいなビーチを眺めながらの美味しいランチは最高でした！皆さん書いていますがほうれん草のピザ美味しいです！でも、２人で行ったらお弁当とピザ一つずつがいいかもしれません。2人でピザだとあきそうです。カイルアタウンは自転車で廻るのにちょうどいい大きさでムダにうろうろする事もなく見やすいです。インテリアの可愛いお店がたくさんあり、私は結構買い物をしました。円安ですがセールのものがあればネットで買うよりお得だと思います。ショップの日本人スタッフの方、楽しく親切で、カイルアタウンにも満足で参加してよかったです。ただ、海に入っていたらやはり14時30分までだと時間が足りなかったかな。また、ゆっくり訪れてみたいです。

It was my first time in Kailua! Since it's a beach that has been ranked number one in the U.S., I was looking forward to snorkeling, but my actual experience felt like I was just taken there. However, for those who are familiar with the area, it might be nice to have that freedom. But if you're just being taken along, I felt it was quite expensive. They do lend snorkeling sets, mats, and bodyboards, and lunch is included (I was looking forward to the lunch menu, but it turned out to be a special menu just for lunch, so I was disappointed when I was told that after choosing from the menu at the register). Still, I felt it was expensive. The ocean is incredibly beautiful, and I think I saw some nice sights, but I didn't see many fish. Of course, there were a few. I wasn't told about the snorkeling points, so it would have been nice if they had informed me about them. Or maybe there just aren't many corals? I'm not sure. The sandy beach is very beautiful! The staff speaks Japanese and is very nice, but since it was a tour in an unfamiliar place, I felt it was quite expensive for being so hands-off (or, to put it positively, free). But the ocean is truly beautiful! We rented bikes and went to Lanikai Beach, which is about a 15-minute ride away (probably currently ranked number one in the U.S.), and it was even more wonderful than Kailua! The water is shallower than in Kailua, and the waves aren't rough, so I definitely think it's worth the trip! We left Kailua early to go to Lanikai Beach, and it turned out to be great because we could spend more time there! I didn't see any turtles, but it was incredibly beautiful! I couldn't find any fish, but the beauty made me feel like that didn't matter! Overall, the ocean is amazing! It would have been even better if they could have shared more recommended spots. Also, the return bus at 2:30 felt a bit short!

初めてのカイルアでした！全米ナンバーワンになったこともあるビーチということで、シュノーケルも出きるし、楽しみにしていましたが、実際はただ、連れていってもらっただけ、という印象でした。ただ、行ったことがあって、慣れた人なら自由でいいかもしれないし、連れていってもらうだけなら、結構高いと感じました。シュノーケルセットや、ゴザ、ボディーボードも貸してもらえるし、ランチ付(ランチはメニューみて、楽しみにしていたのですが、実際は、通常メニューではなく、ランチ専用だったので、メニュー選んでから、レジで言われたので残念でした。)ですが、それでも、高いと感じました。ただ、うみも凄く綺麗だし、場所的にはいいものが見れたなと思いましたが、魚は見れませんでした。もちろん、少しはいましたよ。シュノーケルポイントも、教えてもらえなかったので、あるなら、教えてもらえたら、良かったかな。それとも、もともと珊瑚が少なくいないのか？わかりません。砂浜がとても綺麗です！スタッフの対応も日本語通じるし、とても、いいですが、慣れてない場所での、ツアーだったので、私からしたら、こんなに、放置(よく言えば自由)の割には高いな、と。ただ、海は本当に綺麗！自前になりますが、レンタル自転車を借りて、15分位行った、ラニカイビーチ(多分現在米ナンバーワン)は、カイルア以上に素晴らしかった！カイルアより、浅瀬だし、波も荒くないので、絶対足を伸ばした方がいいと思います！私達は、早くカイルアをでて、ラニカイビーチに行ったので、結果長く過ごせて良かったです！！亀には会えませんでしたが、とてもとても綺麗でした！魚も見つけられなかったけど、そんなの関係ないと思える程綺麗でした！まぁ、トータルでまとめると、海は素晴らしい。！！もっと、お勧めポイントを教えて頂けるともっと良かったかな。あと、２時半に帰りのバスというのも、短い感じがしました！

In January, I finally visited Kailua Beach with my mother. She wanted to relax and see the beautiful ocean, while I was eager to actively try snorkeling and bodyboarding, so we chose the "Kailua Sightseeing and Snorkeling Experience with Lunch."

The staff who picked us up from the hotel were Japanese, which made us feel at ease. They chatted with us, and before we knew it, we had arrived. From the narrow path leading to the beach, we could see the emerald green sea, and the refreshing sea breeze really lifted our spirits (laughs). We quickly laid out a mat in the shade and rushed into the water with our floaties. The waves were calm in the morning, and we were super lucky to see a rainbow next to the island. While Waikiki Beach is lively and fun, once you visit Kailua, it feels like it would be a shame not to come back!

The seawater in January was still cold, so we couldn't snorkel for long, but we enjoyed walking along the beach and relaxing with a book on our mat. We chose pizza for lunch, and the staff at the pizza place were very friendly. It came with drinks, and the recommended spinach and garlic pizza was a hit. The size was huge, about two faces worth, and we were very satisfied. Time flew by.

I definitely want to go back to Kailua Beach. I heard from the staff that the color of the ocean changes when you go further out, so next time I hope to try kayaking and make it to the island. I had a relaxing time at one of the most beautiful beaches in my life, so I highly recommend it!

念願のカイルアビーチに1月に母と参加しました。母はきれいな海を見てのんびりしたいようで、かたや私はシュノーケルやボディーボードにもアクティブに挑戦したかったので、「カイルア観光・シュノーケル体験　ランチ付き」にしました。
ホテル送迎してくきれたスタッフさんも日本人で安心しました。いろんな話をしてくださったので、あっという間に到着。
海辺に向かう細道からエメラルドグリーンの海がみえ、爽やかな海風にもうテンション上がりまくり(笑)すぐ木陰にゴザを敷き、うきわを持って海に駆け込みました。午前中は波が穏やかで島の横から虹もかかってすごくラッキーでした。ワイキキビーチも賑やかでたのしいけれど、一度カイルアを訪れたらもうカイルア来ずしてはもったいないって感じです♪
1月の海水はまだ冷たく、長時間シュノーケルはできなかったけど、浜辺を歩いたり、マットを敷いてのんびり読書してリラックスできました。
私たちはランチはピザをチョイス。ピザ屋の定員さんも感じよかったです。ドリンク付きでした。おすすめのほうれん草とガーリックのピザは大当たりでした。サイズも顔2つ分はあるくらいのビックサイズで大満足。あっという間の時間でした。
また絶対カイルアビーチに行きたいです。沖にでると海の色がまた違ってくるとスタッフの方から聞いたので次はカヤックに挑戦して島まで行けたらいいな。人生で一番美しいビーチに訪れリラックスした時間を過ごせたのでオススメです♪

Our guide was fantastic. I'm an okay swimmer but I freaked out and couldn't get used to breathing through the snorkel gear. The guide and his wife help me a lot. I finally got the hang of it and snorkeled like a pro! Also I forgot my go pro and luckily the guide took pics and uploaded them on Facebook. Definitely coming back in the summer time!

Our experience was excellent. The guides/Instructors were outstanding. Our family had an absolutely great time. From transportation to prep to time in the water at Hanauma Bay all went very smoothly. Dan Kelly was particularly wonderful instructing our grandchildren. We highly recommend this tour.

This was my second time in Hawaii, and I finally got to snorkel at Hanauma Bay! The beauty from my first visit left the biggest impression on me in Hawaii, and I had always wanted to dive there since then, so it was truly moving. I was taken care of by instructors Chieko and Dan☆ Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see any sea turtles, but it was a fun time that went by in a flash. I definitely want to visit again when I go to Hawaii ( ´﹀` ).

２回目のハワイで念願のハナウマベイシュノーケルでした！
初めて来た時の綺麗さがハワイで一番印象に残っていて、その時からずっと、いつか潜りたいと思っていたので本当に感動でした。
インストラクターのチエコさんとダンさんにはお世話になりました☆ウミガメにはあいにく会えませんでしたが、あっという間の楽しい一時でした。
ハワイに行く時はまた訪れたいと思います( ´﹀` )

I wasn't sure if I would be able to see turtles, so it was amazing to see them. The fish were beautiful, and it was my first time snorkeling, but it was really great! 😊

カメが見れるかわからなかったので見れて最高でした。魚も綺麗で初めてのシュノーケリングでしたがとてもよかったです(^-^)

Had a great time in the bay, definitely something to do again

This was my first time snorkeling, and I was very anxious, but our guides, Chieko and Dan, were kind and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone snorkeled while wearing life jackets, so I felt secure even without swimming, which was a relief physically. This tour was the only one that promised underwater photos as a gift, and the photos were absolutely amazing!

I went in mid-November without a wetsuit. It was cold when I first entered the water, but I quickly warmed up. Everyone around me was wearing wetsuits, including our guides, Chieko and Dan, for sun protection. While having a wetsuit might be safer, it was fine without one, and I felt good. Renting one on the day was not possible.

I brought a waterproof case for valuables like my iPhone, but the guide provided a locked container for everyone to store their belongings, so I didn't end up using it. It's best to bring only the essentials, but it's safe to have tips and a mobile phone with you.

There was a changing room by the beach, and I changed before heading back.

シュノーケリングは初めて非常に不安でしたが、ガイドのちえこさん、Danが親切で非常に安心感がありました。
全員救命胴衣を付けたままシュノーケリングするので、泳がなくても勝手に浮かんでいられるので体力的にも安心でした。
水中写真のプレゼントを公言してあるのはこのツアーだけでした。
この写真が非常に素晴らしかったです！

11月中旬でウェットスーツなしでやりました。海に入った瞬間は寒かったですが、すぐに寒くなくなりました。周りの人は全員ウェットスーツつけてました。
ガイドのちえこさん、Danさんも日焼け防止につけてました。
ウェットスーツがあると無難かもしれませんが、なくても問題なくできますし、気持ちがよかったです。当日の貸し出しは不可能でした。

貴重品はiphoneなどを入れる防水ケースを持っていきましたが、ガイドさん持参の鍵付きコンテナに全員しまわせてくれるので使いませんでした。
必要最低限にすべきですが、チップ代や携帯電話などは持参しても安心です。

更衣室も海辺にあり、着替えてから帰ってきました。

I had such a wonderful time!

This was the best way to explore the west side of the island, and we visited so many beautiful spots off the beaten path!

Akima and Robert are really good guides and snorkel instructors. They know a lot about the island and gave us rich information about the history of Hawaii, the legends and marine life. They have maps and pictures to illustrate what they are talking about. They are also professional photographers and took many cool pictures for us, including underwater shots. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable and they were on time for pick up.

My favorite time was the snorkel, I am not a good swimmer but the guides made me feel very comfortable and safe.

I would definitely recommend Hawaii Real Nature to everyone visiting Oahu!

It was low tide, so we couldn't meet the sea turtles, but it was a fun tour!

I borrowed a wetsuit ($10) to avoid sunburn and keep my body warm. I was able to swim without getting cold.

This tour never gets old. Convenience is key, and it is always on time, and always with the snorkeling gear. Nothing is better than Hanauma Bay!!!

This was my second time snorkeling, and even though I'm not good at swimming, I was able to enjoy the tour thanks to Dan and Chieko, who paid careful attention to everyone. They also lent us rescue vests, which made it easy to float while swimming, so I highly recommend this tour for those who aren't very confident in their swimming skills. Additionally, I was thrilled to encounter a sea turtle. I think it would have been difficult to see one on my own. Dan also took photos during the tour with a high-performance camera, and he uploaded them on the same day after the tour, allowing us to download them for free. So, I recommend this tour even for those who don't have an underwater camera.

シュノーケルは２回目、水泳は苦手、という私でも、DanさんChiekoさんが皆に丁寧に目を配ってくださったこともあり、ツアーを楽しむことができました。
レスキューベストも貸してくださり楽に浮いた状態で泳げるので、水泳があまり得意でない方にはぜひこのツアーをお勧めしたいです。
また、ウミガメに遭うこともでき感激でした。
自力ではウミガメに遭うことは難しかったと思います。
また、Danさんが高性能のカメラでツアー中写真を撮ってくださっており、ツアー終了後その日のうちに写真をアップしてくれ、無料でダウンロードすることができます。
なので、水中カメラがない人にもお勧めです。

Very disappointing. We had to decide as soon as we got off the bus what time we wanted to be picked up - 10 AM or 12 noon. Had we known how long it would take us to actually get into the water, we would have chosen noon! We were picked up at 7 AM, got to the Bay about 7:45, had to stand in line to get tickets, wait our turn to see a required film (very good actually), and then walk about 10 minutes down to the Bay, and then stand in another line to get a locker for our bags. We did not get into the water until almost 8:45, more than an hour after we had been picked up. THEN, we find our that the snorkel/mask ensemble was so inflexible that we could not get it to work properly! The mouthpiece was too rigid, would not form a tight seal and kept pulling to one side, and my husband's snorkel actually kept coming unhooked from the mask! Had we known this, we would have bought our own equipment at the ABC store for $10 and actually been able to snorkel! As it was, we spent until 9:30 trying to get the equipment to fit, and then had to head back to the bus for the 10 AM pick-up. Had the connection between the mouthpiece and the snorkel tube been accordion-like and flexible, it would have been a lot better. If you plan to go on this trip, bring your own equipment and be prepared to not get into the water right away. The Bay is beautiful and the water was wonderful, but our experience with the inflexible pick up time and equipment was not wonderful!

The transparency of the water is different compared to other beaches. I didn't get to see any turtles, but they seem to be around often. The guide was great and took a lot of photos for us. It's a good plan since you can return to the hotel by lunchtime.
