On the last day of our honeymoon, we booked a snorkeling trip at Hanauma Bay, which we were most looking forward to. It was absolutely amazing! We were able to spend a truly happy time meeting lots of fish and sea turtles. Chieko-sensei's kind and attentive guidance was also very good. Thank you so much! Next, I want to try diving!

新婚旅行最終日に、最も楽しみにしていたハナウマ湾でのシュノーケリングを申し込みました。結果、とても最高！でした！　たくさんのおさかなさんたち、ウミガメに会えて心から幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。ちえこ先生の親切丁寧なガイドも大変良かったです。本当にありがとうございました。次はダイビングがしたーい！

At 67 years old, I thought this might be my last chance, so I decided to participate with a "Let's do it!" I was confident in my swimming skills, but it was my first time wearing a life vest, and I struggled to maintain my balance. I didn't want to be a burden to the seven others accompanying me, so I offered to quit. However, instructor Chieko held my hand and assured me, "It's okay!"

With two experienced instructors, Chieko and Dan, looking after the eight participants, I felt at ease and enjoyed a tour across Hanauma Bay for about an hour, feeling like a fish. The colorful fish were truly beautiful, and I was lucky to encounter a turtle as well.

67歳にして、人生最後の機会かもと「エイヤッ！」と参加しました。
泳ぎには自信があったのですが、ライフベストを着たのが初めてでバランスがうまく取れず、同行の7人の方々の足手まといになってはいけないと「辞めます」と申し出たところ、インストラクターのちえこさんが「大丈夫！」と手をつないで泳いでくれました。
参加8人にちえこさんとダンさんの二人のベテランインストラクターが付いているので安心して1時間ほど、お魚になった気分でハナウマ湾を横断するツアーを楽しめました。色とりどりの魚、本当にきれいでしたよ。亀に出会えたのもラッキーでした。

I have been shopping in Kailua Town several times, but this time I participated with the intention of just enjoying the beach. Both Kailua and Lanikai have wonderful beach locations. After arriving at the office, I rented a bike. It's reassuring to watch a video on how to ride before getting on. Having a bike makes it convenient and enjoyable to go from Kailua to Lanikai.

First, we headed straight to Lanikai, where we took photos and went into the sea, then returned to the office for lunch, and planned to play in Kailua again. There were also people who rode bikes to town. For those who want to enjoy little by little, renting a bike allows you to explore various places.

We each had different lunches, and both were delicious. The pizza is really big but exquisite.

カイルアタウンは買い物に何度か行きましたが、今回はビーチだけを楽しむつもりで参加しました。
カイルア・ラニカイともに素晴らしいロケーションのビーチでした。
オフィスに着いてからレンタサイクルを借りました。乗り方のビデオを観てから乗るので安心です。カイルアからラニカイは自転車があると便利で楽です。
まず真っ直ぐラニカイへ行き、そこで写真を撮ったり海に入るなどして、ランチを取りにオフィスまで戻り、またカイルアで遊ぶと言うビーチ満喫プランを立てました。
自転車でタウンへ行った方々もいらっしゃいました。
少しずつ楽しめれば良いという方はレンタサイクルであちこち周れます。
二人でそれぞれ別のランチを取りましたが、どちらも美味しかったです。ピザは本当に大きいですが絶品です。

Dan arrived on time, found us and was an awesome guide. He helped me realise that I might be a Mermaid. Awesome, top notch, never wanted the day to end.

It was my first snorkeling experience at Hanauma Bay in 20 years. The clarity of the water and the number of fish have definitely decreased. I couldn't help but compare it to the ocean from the past, which was disappointing. However, I think it would be an impressive tour for first-time snorkelers. The pickup was on time, and they were very kind, providing recommendations for local shops and more.

20年ぶりのハナウマ湾でのシュノーケリングでした。
やはり海の透明度と魚の数は落ちてました。
昔の海にどうしても比べてしまい残念でした。
シュノーケリングが初めてであれば感動するツアーだとは思います。
迎えの時間どおりで、現地のお勧めのお店を教え下さったりと色々と親切にして頂いけました。

Dan & Chieko -great experienced instructors- very organized- provided all gear, life jackets and constantly checked on how people were doing
We saw a variety of fish and turtles- they took wonderful photos for the group as an added bonus
Highly recommended- would do this again

I visited Hawaii on a company trip and participated in a snorkeling tour at Hanauma Bay. Hanauma Bay was so beautiful, and I was very satisfied to see small fish, large fish, and even the long-awaited sea turtles! I had some anxiety since it was my first time in Hawaii, but thanks to Dan and Chieko, I had a lot of fun and made great memories! If I visit Hawaii again, I would definitely like to participate! Dan was so cool!♡︎

社員旅行でハワイを訪れ、ハナウマ湾でのシュノーハワイには社員旅行で訪れ、ハナウマ湾のシュノーケリングツアーに参加しました。
ハナウマ湾がとても綺麗で、小さい魚から、大きな魚、そして念願のウミガメも見れて、大満足でした！
初めてのハワイで不安もあったのですが、ダン先生や、ちえこさんのおかげでとても楽しく、良い思い出ができました！

This beach is dog-friendly. You can see well-trained, smart dogs happily playing with their owners. My beloved dog also rode a bodyboard and surfed the waves. Bob's pizza is really delicious! It's even better to take it to go and eat it at the beach!

My first trip to Hawaii!!
I have experienced snorkeling once in Okinawa, but unfortunately, it was rainy, and I couldn't enjoy it due to poor visibility.
This time, I was looking forward to snorkeling because I wanted to see sea turtles.
The tour guide was able to communicate in Japanese, which made me feel at ease.
The ocean was beautiful, and I got to see tropical fish and sea turtles, which was amazing!!
If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would like to use this service once more.

初めてのハワイ旅行!!
沖縄でシュノーケリングを1度体験していますが、あいにくの雨で視界も悪く楽しめませんでした。
今回は、ウミガメに会いたくてシュノーケリングが楽しみでした。
ツアーガイドさんも日本語で会話出来て、安心でした。
海もきれいで、熱帯魚、ウミガメにも会えて最高でした!!
また、ハワイに行く機会があれば、もう一度利用したいと思いました。

9.27.17 Snorkeling for Beginner we traveled over an hour and saw lots of fishes and sea turtle from brochure.. I was lost for two times and has fear of water. They were with me whole time!!

I participated with my elementary school children. The older child is learning to swim and was able to swim more and more, pulling me along. The younger child swam while holding hands with the guide. We were able to see beautiful fish, and I was very satisfied.

小学生の子供と参加。上の子供はプールをならっており、どんどん泳ぐことができ子供に引っ張ってもらう感じでした。下の子供はガイドさんが手をつないで泳いでくれました。きれいな魚を見ることが出来大満足です。

I was really anxious, but as others have said, the guide was very kind and taught us thoroughly. They even called for a pre-confirmation, which was really considerate. I was able to fully enjoy snorkeling.

すごく不安だったが他も言っている通り、ガイドさんが丁寧に教えてくれる。
事前確認に電話もしてくれて本当に親切。シュノーケルを満喫できた。

The location of the bus stop was a bit unclear the day after arrival, which caused a slight delay, but they were waiting with a sign. Upon arrival, I listened to explanations about the location, rental equipment, and lunch options for about 10 minutes, then placed my valuables in the office locker and walked to the beach, which was about a 5-minute walk away. There was shade, making it comfortable to spend time there. The lunch pizza was freshly baked and delicious, and the deli sandwiches from the other supermarket, along with chips and drinks, were also tasty.

バス停の場所が到着日の翌日で分かりづらく少し時間に遅れてしまったのですが、看板を持って待っていてくれました。到着すると、場所やレンタル用品、ランチのお店の説明を10分程聞いて、貴重品は事務所のロッカーに置いて歩いて5分ほどのビーチへ。木陰があり、過ごしやすかったです。ランチはピザは焼き立てで美味しく、ほかのスーパーのデリサンドもチップスとドリンク付きで美味しかったです。

I used this service to visit Kailua Beach, Lanikai Beach, and Kailua Town. Once I arrived and received the explanation, I was free to explore at my own pace until the designated time, so I recommend it for those who prefer to go at their own speed.

The Japanese female staff on-site were kind and provided information on how to get to Lanikai Beach and the hills to be careful of while biking.

As everyone else has mentioned, the lunch pizza was very large and delicious.

カイルアビーチ、ラニカイビーチ、カイルアタウンに行きたく利用しました。
現地に到着し、説明を受けたら時間まで自由に行動出来るので、ご自分でペースで行動したい方にはお勧めです。

現地の女性日本人スタッフが親切で、ラニカイビーチへ行き方や自転車で気をつける坂など教えて頂きました。

みなさんが投稿しているように、ランチのピザはとても大きく美味しかったです。

The Japanese guidance made me feel at ease, and I was able to enjoy plenty of jokes! I was moved to see sea turtles up close!!! The ocean was incredibly beautiful, and it was a precious time!

It was our first time snorkeling with kids, and the guides were very kind, making it a fun memory. Although we couldn't see any sea turtles, the guides led us to points where we could see fish and stayed close to the children the whole time. If we have the opportunity to go again, I would definitely like to join this tour!

子連れで初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、ガイド方にはとても親切にしていただき楽しい思い出となりました。ウミガメを見ることはできませんでしたが、ガイドの方が魚がいるポイントに誘導してくれたり、ずっと子供に寄り添ってくださいました。また行く機会があれば、是非このツアーに参加したいです！

I got to see colorful fish, and at the end of the tour, I even met a sea turtle. It swam right towards me, so I could see its face perfectly. It had such cute eyes. Thank you, Chieko, for working hard to find the spot with the sea turtles! Mr. Dan took many underwater photos for us, which will be great memories.

It was a very busy schedule with a morning tour and returning home in the afternoon, but I was picked up separately from the other participants and was able to return to the hotel earlier than planned. I really appreciated that consideration.

It was a wonderful experience to wrap up the trip. My whole family was very satisfied. Mahalo!

From the hotel transfer to snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, I appreciated all the thoughtful arrangements, which allowed us to participate with joy and peace of mind. They mentioned that the route changes depending on the sea conditions, and that day we encountered a sea turtle right as we entered the water! We were really lucky. I think it would have been difficult to encounter one without a guide.

We travel as a family to various places, but without a doubt, this experience will remain in everyone's memory for a long time. Thank you both!

ホテルの送迎からシュノーケリングでハナウマベイホテルの送迎からシュノーケリングでのハナウマベイ横断まで、いろいろ気配りいただき、楽しく安心して参加できました。その日の海のコンディションによってルートを変えるとのことで、その日は海に入っていきなりウミガメに遭遇！本当にラッキーでしたね。ガイドなしで自分たちだけだったら出逢うのは難しいと思いました。

家族旅行でいろいろなところに行きますが、間違いなくこの経験はみんなの記憶にずっと残るものになるでしょう。お二人ともありがとうございました！

The sea was very beautiful, and it was the best. The instructor was also very kind. I was lucky to see a sea turtle. However, there were waves, and the visibility wasn't great, so I deducted one star. I would like to participate again.

とてもキレイな海で、最高でした。
インストラクターの方もとても親切です。ウミガメにも会うことができてラッキー。
ただ、波があって透明度がイマイチだったので、星一つマイナスにしました。
また参加したいです。

The morning reservation was fully booked, so we ended up on the afternoon tour, but the fish were beautiful, and we got to see a sea turtle, which made us very satisfied! I think we definitely wouldn't have found them on our own. The waves were a bit high, and my 6-year-old son, who was snorkeling for the first time, got scared, but the two instructors carried him on their backs the whole time. When he spotted the sea turtle, he managed to see it with his own eyes, and he said, "Next time, I'll try harder!" My daughter, who loves fish, was really happy because Teacher Chieko taught her a lot of things.

午前の予約が空いてなくて取れず、午後ツアーになってしまいましたが
魚もきれいだったし海がめにも会えて大満足でした！
自分達では絶対に見つけられなかっただろうなと思います。
波も高めで初シュノーケルだった６歳の息子は恐がってしまいましたが
先生２人がずーっとおんぶで泳いでくれて
海がめを発見した時は頑張ってちゃんと自分の目で見られたので
「また行ったら、もっと頑張る！」
と言っています。
魚が大好きな娘に、Chieko先生が色々と教えてくれて

The female staff member in Japan provided various explanations and shared many stories on the way to Hanauma. Although we didn't see any sea turtles, it was reassuring that they kept an eye on everyone to ensure we didn't get separated.

日本の女性スタッフの方でハナウマまで行く途中も色々説明して色々お話を聞けました。
ウミガメには会えませんでしたが、皆がバラバラにならない様に見てくれるので安心です。

I was able to go to my long-awaited Lanikai Beach by renting a bicycle! (I struggled a bit to get used to the brakes.) I was also able to rent a snorkeling set, so I was happy to see a lot of fish. The pizza for lunch was very delicious, but I regretted leaving about half of it because the portion was so large. If I get the chance to go again, I would definitely like to use this service.

（なかなかブレーキのかけ方が慣れなくて苦労しましたが）
シュノーケルセットも借りられたので、魚もたくさん見られてよかったです。
お昼のピザがとてもおいしかったのですが、量が多くて半分くらい残してしまったのが心残りでした。
また行くことがあったら、是非利用したいです。

The weather was nice, the sea was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly!

In the afternoon, I rented a bicycle and went shopping in Kailua.
It was great to shop without worrying about the kids and dad!

The kids and dad rented bodyboards and enjoyed riding the waves.
They were happy to see fish and crabs.
It's a beach I want to visit again.

As first time snorkelling for our family instructors Dan and Chieko were great helping us all the way would recommend this tour

Take the earliest shuttle (6:00 a.m. from your hotel) to avoid beach crowd and avoid the park fee (if you get there before 7:00 -- no additional park fee!).
Driver was courteous, informative and fun. Equipment was in great condition, and you can expand on what you get (which is basics, but enough) for very little cost.
Had about 2.5 hours of snorkeling fun.

This was my second time participating, following last year. The waves were calm and the sea was very beautiful on the day of the event. Under the guidance of Mr. Dan, I was able to see many fish. I was disappointed that I couldn't meet Bob the moray eel this year, but then Ms. Chieko said, "There are turtles." I was thrilled to see a sea turtle underwater! My husband and son got out partway through, but when they realized there were turtles, Ms. Chieko went all the way to the beach to call out, "There are sea turtles!" Their hospitality and guidance were truly amazing. If I can come again next year, I will definitely ask for them! Thank you very much.

昨年に続き、2回目の参加でした。
当日は波も穏やかで海もとても綺麗でした。
ダン先生の誘導のもと、たくさんの魚も見れました。
今年はウツボのボブちゃんに会えず残念・・と思っていたところに、チエコ先生から「亀いるよ」と。海中で海ガメ感激でした❗❗
夫と息子は途中で上がってしまったの ですが、亀がいるのが分かると、チエコ先生はわざわざ、浜まであがり「海ガメいるよ」と声をかけに行ってもくれました。
お二人のホスピタリティ溢れるガイドは本当にサイコー⤴⤴です。
もし、来年も来ることができたら、必ずお願いしようと思います❗
