I had previously been taken care of a few times, and this time I requested private lessons for my daughter, who just started elementary school (7 years old)! She was a bit scared at first, but Matt-sensei taught her in a fun way, and before we knew it, she was doing nice rides multiple times! Despite being scared and cold, it seems she had a great time.

I was also able to ride a few times nearby with a board I rented separately, which became a wonderful memory.

Since they incorporate some Japanese while standing, I think even those who can't communicate in English can enjoy it enough. I want to go to Hawaii again soon; thank you for your help next time as well!

I was able to feel close to Hawaii while running through the great outdoors. Since there are steep slopes and narrow areas along the way, being able to handle a bicycle to some extent is a requirement.

Chief's Luau - Polynesian Show with Authentic Award-Winning Fire Knife Dancing

The show was overall good, especially the fire dance at the end. And the chief is quite talented because he needs to run the show, tell jokes and play drums.

Anyway,
This luau is inside the water park, and we use the restroom inside the water park which is a 5 minutes away from the luau place. Before the sun goes down, it’s very hot and sweaty. And we don’t have much space while seating. The experience was not pleasant.

Also, after everyone takes a picture and ready to seat down, they give u a cup of mai tai and takes one of the drink tickets. Don’t take that Mai Tai drink right away, just go to the bar section for the drinks.

And there are one thing I can’t figure it out, before the buffet starts, they showed us a roast pig and said this is gonna be one of the main course tonight. And everyone go line up for the buffet, the only dish pork-related is the pull pork which has nothing to do with the roast pig for sure. And they didn’t cut the roast pig in front of everyone. It looks like the roast pig is one of the actor for the luau.

For the price we are paying, we expect more.

One of the best things I’ve ever done. The captain and her mate were exceptional! They talked us through our fears, educated us about the sharks, and we got to see sharks- loaaads of sharks! Right there. I’m all their beauty. I highly recommend this tour to anyone thinking about it - just do it. Nothing to fear. All safe and just an experience of a lifetime!

Our guide was the nicest and most welcoming guide with a good sense of humor. He also took so many photos and videos of us along the way and AirDropped them to us afterwards without anyone even asking him too. Also the ATV riding was awesome and everybody needs to make sure they take a turn to drive. Just don’t be like my wife and wear a white tee if you ever expect to wear it white again as the red dirt will do a number on it. 100% we will be doing this again next time we are in Hawaii and will recommend this to everyone.

I signed up for a 150m course at the request of my 13-year-old niece. I was initially worried since it was about the height of a five-story building, but the wind was stable, so it wasn't as scary as I thought. The view was, of course, amazing! The guide made jokes and interacted with us, making the time on the boat enjoyable. You can fly while holding a selfie stick.

I thought the meeting place was a bit hard to find, but they sent a Google Maps link in the final instructions, so I was able to arrive without getting lost.

It's a unique experience, and I'm glad I did it! Highly recommended!

Get there early for sure. Games and activities were fun. Make sure to watch the pig coming out of the ground! Food was good but not great but the show during and after dinner was really good. Left there not regretting spent the money.

The weather was nice, we played beach volleyball at the sandbar, and we saw many sea turtles. Snorkeling was great too, as we saw a lot of fish, and the hamburgers were delicious. The staff was friendly, and we had a great time.

This was the most amazing thing to do. My sister and I really enjoyed the ziplining with the two girls we had guiding us through it. What a most beautiful hot day to sweat. But the zipling was a very good experience I would suggest anyone go do it now! It's so fun! There's so much to do there besides zipling too.

I gave my name at the reception and waited for about 30 minutes. After that, we boarded and set off.

You can basically leave your luggage on the ship, so there are no issues.

At first, they said, "I'll take your photo for $40," and I asked them to take some memories for me. There was a bit of backlighting, but there were many good photos. The backlighting added a nice touch. I was satisfied because they took a lot of pictures for me.

The parasailing was explained in English, so I was a bit anxious, but I left it to the staff and just went along with it. It went really high and felt great. At the end, they dipped my toes in the sea, which was playful and nice. I didn't get too wet, and my face didn't get wet either.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, during my long-awaited trip to Hawaii, I consulted with a major Japanese travel agency's Waikiki tour desk, but they had no offerings. The Japanese tour desks that were available locally were all out of service, and I was about to give up. However, I contacted Veltra online from my hotel in Waikiki and completed my reservation, allowing me to enjoy a helicopter tour without any issues.

The local staff at the helicopter tour desk were friendly and helpful, and even with my zero English skills, I was able to enjoy a tour of Oahu without any problems.

I will continue to use this service in the future.

A super fun adventure!

It was myself and my 17 and 16 year old sons. The tour guides on the trail at the ranch were really nice and informative. So cool to ride through the ranch, up the mountain and overlook the water. Beauty every where you looked. Also, the scenes were movies were filmed was fun to see.
You do get dirty - it was very dry when we went so lots of dust. If it’s wet I image you’re covered in mud. They give you goggles and buffs to cover your nose and mouth. You need them! Another reviewer suggested to bring wipes to wash your face afterwards- solid advice. We did that to get some of the dirt off our faces. Plenty more came off in the shower. Haha
The bus to/ from was comfortable and clean. Only not so great thing I can say is there was a very long wait time from when we arrived at the ranch until our scheduled tour started. Had I known that I maybe would have rented a car and drove up on our own. Price would have been Equivalent, and plenty of other places to stop in along the way. All in all it was a great adventure and I definitely recommend it!

This was so much fun!!! You definitely get super dirty but it is so worth it! You get to see so much of the ranch and the different valleys! We had Jessica as one of our tour guides and she was awesome! She did a lot of fun things with the group to make the experience more fun! If you love Jurassic World, you will love being able to see some cool things from the movie. Definitely a fantastic experience!

The pre-show activities ? None of those happened.
I was really looking forward to experience their culture but NO. When we got there, we were welcomed (speech and all that) then lined up for food and drinks then the show started.

I paid for a VIP royal package expecting my experience will be smooth… The only distinction between VIP and non VIP is the table arrangement and priority line for food but doesn’t apply if you wanna get drinks… which was very inconvenient.

Bottom line, I didn’t get my money’s worth.

The entire experience was wonderful, especially the captain and crew. The food and drinks were great as well. My only complaint is that I wish our time at the sandbar was longer! We spent a good while at the snorkeling reef, but I wish our time at the sandbar was equal in length. 10/10 recommend!!

Beginning with our pickup, through drop off, our trip was fantastic. Our tour guide was the best. Our first stop was to see city sights and he allowed us time for pictures along with him taking our group pictures. The battleship was fascinating and of course Pearl Harbour was very touching. Great tour.
