We had a great experience. The ambience, service, sunset, show and overall experience was excellent. The food was good but not great. I really think that’s just a personal preference for the type of food served. My 9 and 6 year old said it was a highlight of our 12 day activity packed Maui trip. The service was fantastic and the show was so much fun. I will go back if we make it back to Maui

No exaggeration, we were treated like ROYALTY!! From the moment we arrived at check-in until we disembarked from the return ferry ride we experienced CONSTANT care and courtesy from the ferry crew and especially our trekker-drver/tour-guide Russ , who went to extraordinary lengths to ensure our comfort and enjoyment , always giving us plenty of time to explore and indulge at the many places we visited. He even surprised us by returning to the beach shortly before ferry departure time to offer us a ride over to the ferry dock, for which we gratefully accepted! To say that he went "above and beyond" would be an understatement.
And all the people we encountered in Lana'i City ( at cafe , gallery , stores ) were so friendly , kindly and hospitable towards us...we felt sincerely welcome , and thoroughly enjoyed our visit , and hope to return for a longer stay.
Our emphatic thanks to Russ ( he was there to greet us when we stepped off the ferry ) and the ferry crew , who were right on time and very professional , for helping us have a fabulous and very memorable visit to Lana'i !

RUSS was our guide and the day was exceptional! This was off the beaten path, and we learned so much about the island with the best guide ever. He's easy going, fun and flexible and makes sure everyone gets the tour that works for them. This exceeded our expectations and we recommend this highly!

The Highlight of our Maui vacation, The crew was outstanding which made it even more fun our lunch was delicious ,I definitely will do it again.

Everything ran smoothly from our ferry ride to Lanai, to meeting our guide at the island harbour. We saw Shipwreck Beach and the Garden of the Gods, both worthwhile stops, and were introduced to the main beach park, some of the lovely expensive hotels, and a good look at Lanai City. We enjoyed our guide’s stories about growing up on Lanai, and we loved our free afternoon snorkelling on the excellent reef at the beach. The ride home in the ferry was pretty rough, but that’s to be expected on the afternoon rough and windy waters between Lanai and Maui. It was a very expensive day, in our opinion, and our guide sometimes repeated himself, just to keep the patter going. Nevertheless, we had a good day, and would recommend it to anyone with deep pockets, and a desire to experience Lanai.

From the minute we booked this trip the communication was excellent. We knew exactly where to meet the crew and captain for this excursion. They explained everything about our day so we knew we were gonna have a great trip. The food was wonderful, the snorkeling beautiful, the lunch was delicious and we even got to watch the sales be lifted. We got to sail home and it was so relaxing.

My wife and I enjoyed our half day tour of Lanai. Our guide, Josh, was very friendly, knowledgable, and a great guy to hang with. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit Lana'i.

We participated as a couple in our 60s. We were the only Japanese participants among many others, from small children to elderly people, and it was an incredibly fun and fulfilling tour packed with activities according to the schedule.

As soon as we boarded, breakfast was served on the ship, followed by cruising, snorkeling around Molokini Island, more cruising, lunch, and snorkeling around Kihei. It felt like a full day tour, and we were able to see fish and turtles, making it an unforgettable experience.

Additionally, as many others have shared in their testimonials, we were deeply moved by the kind and attentive service from the Japanese staff, Takako and Kana. Their consideration for us as Japanese participants, as well as for the other participants, was outstanding, making it a very pleasant and enjoyable tour. Thank you so much for this truly wonderful experience!

60才夫婦で参加しました。日本人は私達のみで小さいお子さんからご年配の方までたくさんの参加者で、スケジュール通り盛りだくさんの内容でとっても楽しい最高のツアーでした。

乗船してすぐ船内に朝食があり、クルージング、モロキニ島周辺シュノーケリング、クルージング、ランチ、キヘイ周辺シュノーケリング、お魚も亀も見れた、5時間とは思えない満喫した1日ツアーのようでした。

また、他の方の体験談にもたくさんありますが、日本人スタッフのタカコさんとカナさんの心優しい細やかなアテンドに感動しました。日本人の私達へのお気遣いはもちろん、その他の参加者への気配りも素晴らしく、気持ちの良いとっても楽しいツアーでした。
本当に楽しい体験をどうもありがとうございました！

Despite the unfortunate weather making both the sunset and stargazing seem hopeless, our guide, Yamapi, did not give up and skillfully led us to points of interest, allowing us to witness a wonderful sight. I was truly impressed by his determination!

あいにくの天候でサンセットも星空も絶望的で他社ツアーが下山する中、ガイドのやまぴーさんだけが諦めておらずポイントを紡いでご案内頂き素晴らしい光景を目にすることができました。諦めない姿勢に感嘆です！

Celebrated birthday on this thrilling trail with stunning views, cant complain!!

Filled with fun, sights, colorful beaches, Maui and especially Hana has it all - what a dream!

Staff greeted us with fresh flower leis, and we were escorted to our seats with an amazing view of the ocean.

Chilly at the top, so make sure to dress warmly! Besides that the views are to die for!

We caught one whale which was lucky being the end of the season!

Even though it holds a lot of people, it still felt very small and connected from the show to the guests!

Well taken care of horses which we very much appreciated, with the ride having stunning coastal views!

The hula dancers are mesmerizing! Great show and even more amazing food!

Lots and I mean lots to do and see on this road! We had got so many wonderful scenes throughout.

Clearest waters! Wonderful experience and wonderful crew.

We were picked up at 3 PM for Haleakalā. Despite the temperature being 29°C, we gathered with warm clothing. The car set off towards Haleakalā, taking breaks for altitude acclimatization. At 1000 meters, we stopped at a supermarket to prepare dinner. At 2000 meters, we took a bathroom break and captured photos of avocado trees.

We reached the 3000-meter mark, but some participants felt the air was thin. At 6 PM, our guide, Mr. Yamauchi, treated us to various poke ingredients and rice, which we enjoyed as poke bowls in the car. Once it got dark, we had a stargazing session. Despite bringing a down coat, it was still cold, and I was surprised that my hands became numb.

We returned to the hotel around 10:30 PM, and I am grateful to Mr. Yamauchi for being talented, attentive, and smooth in conversation, keeping tourists, including children, engaged for over half a day.

ハレアカラへは15時のお迎えだった。
気温29℃なのに防寒着を持っての集合だった。
さっそくハレアカラを目差して車は出発した。高地順応のために休憩を取りながらのハレアカラ行である。
1000mではスーパーマーケットに立ち寄り夕食の用意をした。
2000mではトイレタイムでアボカドのなっている木を写真に収めた
いいよ3000mの地点に到達したが空気を薄いと感じていた参加者もいた。
18時になって添乗員ヤマウチさんが薦めてくれた種々のポキの具材とご飯をポキ丼にして車内でいただいた。
暗くなったところで天体観察である。寒さの中、星や星座の説明を聞きながら天体観察させてもらった。ダウンコートを持って行ったのにも関わらず寒かった。手が悴んで感覚がなくなってきたのには驚いた。
ホテルへ帰ってきたのは22時半ころであったが、それにしても添乗員ヤマウチさんは多才で気が利いて、話が滑らかで子供を含めた観光客を半日以上もずっと飽きさせないで案内してくれたことには感謝している。

Servers were helpful, efficient and so very nice! Colorful environment, beautiful show! Everywhere you turned there was someone to help you! 🥰

Great time! Great crew! They call it appetizers, but it’s a meal. Even the drinks were superb. Fortunate enough to see one of the last whales of the season. Highly recommended! Would do again!

the snorkeling and scenery were awesome. definitely one of the best beaches in Maui.

We were greeted with a drink, zero wait. (Even non alcoholic for our child)
Table water was always full.
Appetizers came within minutes.
The awesome crew feed over 300 people in very timely matter, before the show started.
Once the show started it was captivating and never dull. The night went by real quick and would recommend that one do a minor Google search of history of the islands before going there. It would definitely tie everything together.

Everything was perfect, from the hosts, to the food, to the performance. The entire environment and experience was fun, thrilling, and all the things you hope for.
