The cruise staff was excellent and the snorkeling was great.

This might have been our favorite thing we did on our trip to Maui! Beautiful setting, delicious food and drink, education, and show! Our server was attentive, even to my daughters allergies (tell them ahead of time and they are so well prepared). And the sunset! I was hesitant at first about the cost but when you take into account the meal and the entertainment, it was well worth it. Will do it again if we are ever lucky enough to return!

Booking was a breeze, I just followed the prompts and had my seat reserved in no time. I also had an easy time finding the dock, and getting on the boat. The journey was smooth, we even saw some whales!

This evening was filled with experience, taste experience, Hawaii experience, learning what makes the islands around Hawaii. amazing night with a romantic hint.

This is truly a blessed authentic experience. The team has setup a wonderfully relaxing intimate evening for friends and family to experience traditional Hawaiian culture. Food is great, drinks are strong, dancing and performances are awesome. To top it off the location is stunning by the water with an amazing view of the sunset. 10/10 recommend to all travelers through Maui, Aloha!

I always go back and forth on whether I want to fly or ride to ferry to Lana'i and I'm always so glad I choose the ferry when I do. Although it is a longer ride and takes a while to get to the harbor because of where I live, it's always a leisurely ride and I love watching the whales. The only downside is that if you don't get there early enough, you have to sit inside which is not as nice on a pretty day.

Great time. Loved the personalized attention to all but especially how they were so sweet to a special needs guest. I highly recommend.

The only issue was parking. We were told to park in the lot across from the big banyan tree so we did. We got a $60 ticket for overtime parking. Not pleased!!!!!

The overall experience was good, the children had fun and my son got to go on the floating device with the window. My husband opted for the snub-a experience which he confirms was a blast. The staff was friendly, except one of the employees called me “crazy” which I took slightly offensive. Overall everyone had fun and it was a good experience.

Everything about this trip was perfect - staff, condition of the ferry, safety, timing etc. And the whales were jumping to add to all of that!!

The shows were fantastic. The performers did a fantastic job teaching history. There were two boutiques selling homemade jewelry and wood cravings in the beginning. The food was amazing. I recommend to come hungry because there is a lot of food. Kona was a fantastic server and my girls loved how welcome she made us feel.

This was a great alternative to actual snorkeling. The divers and staff were very informative and very friendly. They made sure everyone was happy and getting the most out of the adventure. However the water was murky and not a lot of ocean creatures. But you see what’s there at that time. Would do again. Certainly an experience we will remember.

They had a great crew and did everything to make the trip wonderful: small group and lots of fun. Well worth the price.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that we bought water shoes for the trip and found out when we got there it was barefoot only. Would have done things differently had I known.

Crew was workable and made it work for us to take an earlier ride than we had scheduled. So nice!

We had a very nice time learning about and experiencing the Hawaiian culture. The staff was very nice and tended to our every needs. Our favorite part was the fire show. Drinks and food were very yummy!

My fiancé and I took the ferry to get away for the day and it was so beautiful over on lanai! Ferry ride was easy and spacious. Be sure to wear sunscreen if you sit up top!

It was a great ride! If you want to sit on top of the ferry and get a good view, be sure to get there early. We saw lots of whales on our way back from Lanai! Take a Dramamine if you get a little motion sickness and you won’t have any issues. The ferry was spacious and super easy to book online. We will definitely be going back to lanai using this service!

Great customer service! Loading and unloading issues could be mitigated with idiot proof directions.

Very impressed with their knowledge of whales. Saw many sightings! Would definitely do again! Loved that we could hear whales through under water microphone!

Best excursion during our week in Maui. The reviews were spot on about Sea Maui. The captain and crew were outstanding. You won’t be disappointed.

Lots of whales , good viewing and lots of knowledge

This was a really fun little boat tour. Seeing the fish and sea life through the big windows was so cool. The boat ride wasn’t too long so it was the perfect activity to take our toddler on. The only thing I would caution others about this tour is sea sickness. The rocking of the boat can really be felt underneath it and can definitely make you feel sea sick. It’s probably not a good activity for people that have a tendency to get sea sick, although their staff is super outgoing and helpful to anyone feeling sick during the ride.

I was on a vacation to Maui with friends and we did a day trip to Lanai using this ferry service. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable during the ride. It was whale season, so we saw many whales during the crossing. The ferry left promptly on time and the captain ensured that we were well informed the entire journey. Highly recommend!

Sat on the top deck and got the trio of a lifetime! We saw 2 whales swimming under and around the boat, and then it happened AGAIN! We saw many whales and a super unique and lucky experience! The crew was awesome, loved the option to sit on 1st or 2nd level- just don’t forget sunscreen like I did. I would do it again!

No issues. Saw many whales. Very comfortable and hope to take another trip when we return to Maui.
