The cruise started off at the harbor where we checked-in, waiting to board. Once we were seated, the boat undocked and we were on our way to watch some whales. The narration was the best part of the trip. The narrators were very informative and would tell us stories. They were always on the lookout for whales and try their best to take the boat as close them as possible but it was our mis-fortune that around that time we could only spot a few whales that too for just a couple of seconds. On the other hand, the views were surreal from the middle of the ocean. They guarantee a sighting and that's exactly what we got but I wish it was for longer.

It was my daughter’s first time whale watching and I felt it was a great experience for my little one. We were able to see a couple of whales from far away, but since it was not during the peak whale watching season, we couldn’t get the full whale watching experience. I would love to come again during the peak season around February, which is what I heard is when there is the most whale activity. Other than that the view was great and I would recommend whale watching to anyone who haven’t experienced it yet. The water may be a little choppy at times so I would recommend people taking motion sickness medication for people who might be sensitive to motion sickness.

The guide's explanations and enthusiasm were very reassuring, and while the whales were far away, we were able to see them multiple times while overlooking Maui. The rainbow added even more color to the watching experience! Although the weather was occasionally bad and cold, it turned out to be a fun whale watching trip. Thank you! 😊

ガイドの方の説明や盛り上げてくれる姿はとてもたのもしく、マウイ島を一望しながらクジラも遠くだったけど何回も見る事ができ、レインボーも更にwatchingを彩ってくれました！時々天候が悪くて寒かったですが、楽しいホエールウォッチングとなりました、ありがとうございます(^^)

It was a day of complete satisfaction! Swimming with sea turtles and manta rays was truly moving! I even got to see a whale jump unexpectedly! We had a full two hours of snorkeling, delicious breakfast and lunch, and even enjoyed some beer at the end—what a fantastic tour! Especially, our Japanese guide Kana was very kind and fun, taking lots of photos and giving us advice. I am truly grateful for all the care she provided! Thank you very much!!

大満足の一日でした！何よりもウミガメとマンタと一緒に泳げたのは本当に感動しました！まさかのクジラの大ジャンプも見れました！2時間たっぷりシュノーケリングが出来て、美味しい朝食と昼食、最後はビールまで飲めて最高のツアーです！特に日本人ガイドのカナさんはとても親切で楽しい方で沢山写真を撮ってくれたり、アドバイスしてくれたり、何から何までお世話になり本当に感謝しかないです！ありがとうございました！！

The boat they normally take you on was in dry dock, so we didn't get the glass bottom boat. Also the wind was too strong that day, so we didn't get to go to Molokini. ...Basically we didn't get either of the things that were advertised, but those were uncontrollable elements and not the fault of the business. They took us out north along the coast from Ma'alaea Harbor and stopped at two separate locations. We still saw some tropical fish and some coral, and the water was warm and wonderful. They grill up a delicious burger and hotdogs if you buy the option to eat lunch on the boat, which was only $8 extra per person if memory serves. The ladies on the boat were very friendly and learned everyone's names by heart. They helped with instructions on the flippers and scuba gear. A great time with really nice people. I would definitely do it again!! They advise going on the morning sail if you want a chance to get to Molokini. That's where the real beauty is!

crew on the tour were professional and courteous right from the start. We were all anxious to see whales and our boat got right out there and we started seeing whale spouts. The boat was always on top of where the whales were. Through out the entire ride, the captain was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all questions. The boat itself was well stocked and very clean. There were plenty of tables inside and on top, as well as seats on the front and back. Everyone had a place to sit and could see the action from anywhere on the boat. The end of the tour was the most incredible. Two whales swam literally under the boat and came out in front of the bow. Seeing how big these amazing creatures were so close was a once in a life time experience. Both whales came up for air at the front of the boat. The whales seemed as curious about us as we were about them, and hung out around our boat for a good fifteen minutes. I highly recommend this tour and their company for an incredible whale watching tour!! The experience is excellent for couples and families with children of all ages. My one bit of advice would be to show up twenty five minutes before check in as it was very busy and took some time to find a parking spot.

I was really moved when I got to see the last one up close after seeing it about three times! I participated with my mother and only had my phone, but I was satisfied with the videos I captured! If I had to say something, I wish I could have seen the jumps from closer up, so I gave it four stars. Also, since snacks and drinks are paid, it's better to bring something with you.

It took about 20 minutes to get there by rental car from the hotel, and there was a large public parking lot near the port, which was convenient! I also recommend exploring the town of Lahaina right after it ends.

3回くらい見えたうちの最後の1回がとても近くで見れて感動しました！私は母と参加して携帯しかなかったのですが十分動画におさめられて満足です！強いて言えばジャンプをもっと近くで見たかったな〜という感じなので星4つにしました。あと軽食も飲み物も有料なので何か持って行ったほうが良いです。
ホテルから20分くらいでレンタカーで行きましたが港の近くに広い公共の駐車場があったので便利でした！お昼におわってそのままラハイナの街を散策するのもお勧めです。

My little family of 3, husband and my 3 month old, went on this whale watching excursion and it was the highlight of our trip! I was very excited to find out that infants are welcome aboard. The entire crew was very informative, fun, and did everything they could to help the everyone spot some whales. We were so lucky to cruise with hundreds of spinner dolphins right below us. We even got close enough to spot a whale even though we were told it was early in the season. O would recommend bringing binoculars if you have some and a jacket because it definitely gets chilly and windy out there. Thank you to the entire crew for making my dream of seeing the whales come true!

We didn't get to either spots listed in the title of the tour due to weather. Maybe, in the future, they can offer a discounted 2nd trip so you can actually get to Molokini Crater. They don't offer that, so you get what you get. The "glass bottom" boat is also a deceiving description of this boat. Don't go based on this alone. The area we went was suitable for a relaxed first time snorkel. Lots of people, but my Mom still got first class treatment due to her fear of the new adventure. Heather ensured she felt comfortable in the gear and went into the water with her to get her comfortable to go off on her own! It was a very good experience, although I would not take a tour like it again. I would opt for something with less people on a smaller boat, for sure. If you choose to purchase the photos at the end, make sure you sought him out to actually take some pictures of you first or you will just have a lot of pictures of other people. The pics he took of my Mom are really good, although there are none of me while snorkeling. But, there were a LOT of people, so how could he possibly get pics of everyone.
All in all the boat was clean, the people were nice, and the snorkeling was really great! The food was pretty good, too.

Although our whale watching was actually before the normal season, we still sighted three different whales! The staff was very friendly and helpful and their formation they provided was very informative. I would certainly recommend their whale watching boat trip as it was both fun and productive. The captain was very good at getting us as close as possible to the whales

We used this for our honeymoon trip.
As part of the basic tour, we had a snorkeling and snuba experience around Molokini Island.
Honestly, my impression was that there weren't many fish there.

After that, we moved to a spot where we could see sea turtles, and it was mentioned that snorkeling or snuba could be done for an additional fee.
At first, I was a bit disappointed because I thought the price included everything, but in the end, I was able to swim with two sea turtles, and there were also some lucky moments where we saw dolphins and whales from the boat, so it turned out to be a satisfying tour.
The tour instructors were generally cheerful people, so we had a great time.

新婚旅行で利用させていただきました。
基本のツアーとしては、モロキニ島の周辺でのシュノーケル+スヌーバ体験。
ここでは正直そんなに魚はいないなというのが正直な感想でした。

その後で海亀の出るスポットに移動して、追加料金でシュノーケルorスヌーバができるということでした。
最初は全部込みでの値段だと思っていただけにがっかりする気持ちもありましたが、結果としては2匹の海亀と一緒に泳ぐこともできましたし、それ以外にも偶然的な要素はあったかと思いますがイルカやクジラも船の上からですが見ることができたので満足のいくツアーになりました。
基本的にツアーのインストラクターも陽気な人たちだったので、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

I participated in the tour with my 0-year-old and 6-year-old, and while I had some concerns, we drove to the dock with a rental car.

The meeting place was easy to find, and there was a very friendly and approachable Japanese guide, which made me feel at ease when boarding the boat. We brought a stroller, and the staff helped us out, even carrying my child while I was snorkeling, which was very kind and made me happy☆

My 6-year-old had plenty of snorkeling experience, but it was their first time snorkeling in deep water, and they were quite scared. However, they were super excited and enjoyed themselves at the second turtle spot.

The boat also had a slide, and both my husband and 6-year-old were really pumped about it.

I wasn't expecting much from lunch, but the burgers were really delicious. After snorkeling, there was unlimited alcohol! As a heavy drinker, I was quite pleased with this!!

I highly recommend this for both adults and families!

今回0歳、6歳を連れてのツアー参加で不安もありましが、レンタカーにて船着き場へ。

集合場所もわかりやすく、大変気さくで話しやすい日本人ガイドさんもいらっしゃったので安心して乗船。
ベビーカーで行きましたが手伝ってくれたり、シュノーケルしてる間も抱っこしてスタッフの方が面倒を見てくださったり、大変皆さん親切で嬉しかったです☆

6歳児はシュノーケル経験は豊富でしたが、深い海のシュノーケルは初めてで大変怖がっていましたが
二つ目のウミガメスポットから大興奮で楽しんでいました。

船に滑り台もついており、パパと6歳児はかなりテンション上がってました。

ランチも期待してなかったのですがバーガーが大変美味しかったです。
シュノーケル後はお酒も飲み放題！これは酒豪の私としてはかなり嬉しかったです！！

大人同士でも家族連れでもオススメです！

As November is approaching, it was a bit chilly, but the water clarity was beautiful, allowing us to see all the way to the bottom! However, it gets cold when you come out, so you'll need dry clothes. There were Japanese staff members who kindly checked on us multiple times to see if we were okay and even took photos for us. Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any sea turtles, but we had a wonderful experience snorkeling for the first time.

もうすぐ11月という事で、少し冷たかったですが、うちの透明度は底まで見れて綺麗でした‼︎ただ、上がった時が寒いので濡れてない服が必要です。
日本人のスタッフもいて、酔っていないか何度も声を掛けてくれたり写真のシャッターを押してくれたりと本当に親切でした。
残念ながら、私たちは海ガメに出会えませんでしたが、初めてのシュノーケリング素敵な経験ができました。

Our guide, I believe his name is Roger, was helpful and informative. He made it enjoyable and a very memorable experience. Told us about the different islands and other facts about the sea life. We saw several sea turtles and other colorful fish.

Our sail was outstanding! The crew was amazing and attentive! Emily and Carrie were friendly and helpful! Aaron put us all at ease! Would go again in a heartbeat!

The morning check in was very easy and they had coffee. We brought our own gear but bought wet suits to stay warm. The creator had some different varieties of fish. Turtle Town was my favorite. They gave us more than we could eat for lunch. The crew was fantastic and we had drinks on the way back. Thanks again for the great time

I had planned to go scuba diving, but unfortunately, there weren't enough people, so it was canceled, and I ended up taking this submarine instead. It was different from diving, and I was able to enjoy the underwater scenery with a sense of relaxation, which made for a delightful experience.

スキューバダイビングをやる予定でしたが、あいにく人数が集まらず催行中止となり、急遽この潜水艦に乗ることとなりました。ダイビングとはまた違って海中を鑑賞する気持ちの余裕ができ、満喫することができました。

We participated as a family, including my 6-year-old son who is in the first grade. On Molokini Island, there were many fish and the water clarity was excellent. After that, we moved by boat to a spot for sea turtles, and the guide pointed out, "Look, there's a turtle!" The turtle was so cute and swam leisurely without fleeing even when we got close. If your child can snorkel, this tour is definitely enjoyable. I want to go again.

6歳の小学一年生の息子を含めた家族で参加しました。モロキニ島ではたくさんの魚がいて透明度も高く、よかったです。その後船で移動して、ウミガメのスポットでシュノーケルをしていたら、ガイドの方があそこにカメがいる！と教えてくださいました。カメはとってもかわいくて、人間が近くに来ても逃げずに悠々と泳いでいました。シュノーケルができるお子さんならば、絶対に楽しめるツアーです。もう一度行きたいです。

I was nervous about snorkeling for the first time since I'm not a good swimmer, but they explained everything in Japanese very carefully, which made me feel at ease. I only needed to bring my swimsuit and towel, as everything else was available for rent, so there were no issues. The ocean was incredibly beautiful, and I encountered four sea turtles! It was an amazing experience! I want to participate again!

泳ぎも苦手で初めてのシュノーケリングに不安を感じていましたが、日本語で丁寧に説明してくれて、安心して参加出来ました。水着とバスタオルだけ着ていけばあとは全部レンタル品や貸し出しの用意があるので、問題ありませんでした。
海もとっても綺麗でウミガメには4匹も出会えました！最高に楽しかったです！また参加したいです！

I visited Maui for the first time in 25 years and went snorkeling at Molokini Island. The number of fish at Molokini has decreased quite a bit compared to before, but the water clarity seemed to remain about the same. This time, I also went to another location where there were sea turtles and many fish. I had a great time, and the Japanese guide was very kind.

２５年ぶりにマウイに行きモロキニ島シュノーケリングを行いました、モロキニ島は以前より魚の数はだいぶ減少しましたが、透明度はあまり変わっていないようでした、今回は別の場所にも行きましたが、こちらは海ガメもいましたし魚も多かったです、楽しみました、日本人ガイドさんも大変親切でした。

Staff were incredibly efficient and they certainly don't skip on the alcohol or the food.

The clarity of the water around Molokini Island is amazing, but there aren't many tropical fish. At the second point, the turtle spot, it was fantastic to swim with the turtles for a long time. Those staying at hotels in the Wailea area were close to the turtle spot, so they could encounter them even on private beaches. It was really enjoyable since we could get explanations in Japanese and the drinks were free.

モロキニ島の透明度は素晴らしいですが熱帯魚はあまりいません。
2ポイント目の亀スポットでは長い間亀と泳げ最高でした。ワイレア地区のホテルに泊まった方は亀スポットから近いのでプライベートビーチでも出会えました。
日本で説明してもらえるし、お酒もフリーだったのでとっても楽しめました

Nice boat, great service, and the location is so different from snorkeling anywhere else!

I felt very safe and had a great time snorkeling thanks to Takako and a Japanese person named Yuu who took care of everything. The rental equipment was well maintained. The water was beautiful and impressive.

タカコさんとゆう日本人の方が色々と面倒みてくださって、とても安心して、楽しいシュノーケルができました。貸し出し道具もきちんとケアされていました。水が綺麗で感動しました。
