Great time. Loved the personalized attention to all but especially how they were so sweet to a special needs guest. I highly recommend.

The only issue was parking. We were told to park in the lot across from the big banyan tree so we did. We got a $60 ticket for overtime parking. Not pleased!!!!!

The overall experience was good, the children had fun and my son got to go on the floating device with the window. My husband opted for the snub-a experience which he confirms was a blast. The staff was friendly, except one of the employees called me “crazy” which I took slightly offensive. Overall everyone had fun and it was a good experience.

Gail was awesome, helpful and blast to tour with, she went above and beyond to help everyone safely and even baked cookies . She was outstanding and informative even about other island fun...knowledgeable!

Know,edgeable, charming and experienced guide made the tour much more than a drive.

Everything about this trip was perfect - staff, condition of the ferry, safety, timing etc. And the whales were jumping to add to all of that!!

The shows were fantastic. The performers did a fantastic job teaching history. There were two boutiques selling homemade jewelry and wood cravings in the beginning. The food was amazing. I recommend to come hungry because there is a lot of food. Kona was a fantastic server and my girls loved how welcome she made us feel.

This was a great alternative to actual snorkeling. The divers and staff were very informative and very friendly. They made sure everyone was happy and getting the most out of the adventure. However the water was murky and not a lot of ocean creatures. But you see what’s there at that time. Would do again. Certainly an experience we will remember.

They had a great crew and did everything to make the trip wonderful: small group and lots of fun. Well worth the price.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that we bought water shoes for the trip and found out when we got there it was barefoot only. Would have done things differently had I known.

It was later in their Whale season, didn't know if we would see many. We were not disappointed, at one point we were in Whale Jail (surrounded by them). We loved it.

The staff were so knowledgeable, learned so much about the Humpbacks.

Definitely would do this again.

Crew was workable and made it work for us to take an earlier ride than we had scheduled. So nice!

Pleasant ride over. The boat noise and the rocking waves put us to sleep.

We had a very nice time learning about and experiencing the Hawaiian culture. The staff was very nice and tended to our every needs. Our favorite part was the fire show. Drinks and food were very yummy!

My fiancé and I took the ferry to get away for the day and it was so beautiful over on lanai! Ferry ride was easy and spacious. Be sure to wear sunscreen if you sit up top!

It was a great ride! If you want to sit on top of the ferry and get a good view, be sure to get there early. We saw lots of whales on our way back from Lanai! Take a Dramamine if you get a little motion sickness and you won’t have any issues. The ferry was spacious and super easy to book online. We will definitely be going back to lanai using this service!

Great customer service! Loading and unloading issues could be mitigated with idiot proof directions.

Best excursion during our week in Maui. The reviews were spot on about Sea Maui. The captain and crew were outstanding. You won’t be disappointed.

The tour guide took us into the ocean beyond the cruise ship (as in the picture below). We saw whales and heard a whale singing from under the Kayaks. Most beautiful experience. I’m not a pro at kayaking, but the guide was always looking out to keep us up with the more avid kayakers. He had all the answers to our questions. Could not snorkel that day as the water was murky. Had a wonderful time. I would do it all over again given the chance.

Lots of whales , good viewing and lots of knowledge

This was a really fun little boat tour. Seeing the fish and sea life through the big windows was so cool. The boat ride wasn’t too long so it was the perfect activity to take our toddler on. The only thing I would caution others about this tour is sea sickness. The rocking of the boat can really be felt underneath it and can definitely make you feel sea sick. It’s probably not a good activity for people that have a tendency to get sea sick, although their staff is super outgoing and helpful to anyone feeling sick during the ride.

I was on a vacation to Maui with friends and we did a day trip to Lanai using this ferry service. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable during the ride. It was whale season, so we saw many whales during the crossing. The ferry left promptly on time and the captain ensured that we were well informed the entire journey. Highly recommend!

Sat on the top deck and got the trio of a lifetime! We saw 2 whales swimming under and around the boat, and then it happened AGAIN! We saw many whales and a super unique and lucky experience! The crew was awesome, loved the option to sit on 1st or 2nd level- just don’t forget sunscreen like I did. I would do it again!

I strongly recommend doing it! Funny narrator and crew- adds to the experience. Other than cute little coral fishes- we came to the surface and there was a pod of dolphins swimming next to our shuttle boat! The captain was kind enough to go slowly so we all could enjoy this "after party"! Must do experience, unless you are in the Navy, how often would you be in a sub?

It was a relatively large boat, so I was wondering if the whales wouldn't come close, but we were able to enjoy various whales, both far and near, including spouts, jumps, and mother-and-calf pairs. The whales in Lahaina, Hawaii during winter met my expectations.

冬のハワイのラハイナのクジラさんは、期待通りでした。

Manny and Eddie were super heros on the day we went. Manny drove us through one of the hardest trails I have ever seen - he got us there safe and even though it was super scary he remained calm the whole time.
Eddie was the life of the party, he made us feel comfortable and kept us laughing.
The fact that it rained on us and we still got to experience the 8 lines just made the experience more special. The views and the feeling you experience once you launch while the wind glided across your face is worth every penny. My hubby is not a fan of heights but after the first one it just got easier and easier, he had zero regrets.
Trust me you need to do this activity but make sure Manny and Eddie are your guides.

Boat was on time and boarding was easy. We went in January when their were a lot of whales in the channel. The captain slowed and drove the boat to maximized our whale viewing! Lovely day!! Get in line early for a top seat on the boat!

The crew was amazing and really entertaining. They kept everyone fed and laughing the whole time. I would highly recommend this one day trip to Lana’i over any other snorkel trip elsewhere. Lunch was amazing on the island as well as the two breakfasts they served on the way to the island. The best experience of our Maui vacation!
