Too many people for the size of the boat. Hot dogs (what can I say). Afternoon is a snorkel near to the coast that is accessible from shore (not their fault except the say they will try to go to Molikini when there is zero chance in the afternoon). Best advice is to get up early if you really want a good snorkel experience and find a boat the is not so crowded.

This was our first experience on Hawaii (ever) and we were ecstatic at the outcome. This event is very well coordinated with scheduling and the showtimes. Since this was our very first time, we also opted for the VIP experiences. My wife, son, and I attended and because we booked online very early, we were at table 2 which was at the stage. Very nice combo of Hawaiian culture, language, meanings, and audience engagement. Food was excellent with multitude of buffet options. My only constructive feedback from this experience would be to reexamine how the check in process is done. Our check in was done in one lone single line and was also rather manual (paper verification and ticketing). Many other VIP ticket holders (ourselves included) found us at the front of the line (standing next to others) asking if we should wait in the line or if we should check in elsewhere. In summary, excellent event that is well worth the time and investment.

Maui Ocean Center General Admission Ticket - Visit The Best Aquarium in Hawaii

A lovely Aquarium!

Old Lahaina Luau - Maui's Most Authentic Hawaiian Luau Dinner & Show

Good experience overall

Was not my first luau but it had been awhile. It was a very nice venue with great views. Entertainment was good. Staff was nice and service was good. The food was only fair and not a lot of it for the price you paid. I will say it was overpriced. Not sure any dinner show should cost over $200/person.

We had an amazing time the guys were great. The sails went up and off we went. They served us drinks right away and they were also great. The food was good and hot and the guys ate clearly very experienced and kept us safe we really had a fun fun.
I would highly recommend this Sunset sail for anyone that wants to have a great experience and get some wind in your face. The wind Was up so that made it better.

I recently had the pleasure of attending the Maui Nui Sunset Luau at the stunning Sheraton Maui, and it truly exceeded all expectations! As we arrived, we were warmly greeted with traditional lei necklaces, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. The venue has great ocean views, it's spacious and all guests had ample room to enjoy the experience comfortably.

The food was a standout at the event, with a delicious spread of local-style dishes in the buffet. The menu had something for everyone and made a lasting impression with its flavors and presentation.

The entertainment was simply amazing, as talented dancers wowed the audience with their graceful moves and colorful outfits. The best part of the night was definitely the fire knife dance, an absolutely stunning performance that had everyone totally amazed. The combination of cultural storytelling and dynamic performances created a lively and engaging atmosphere throughout the luau.

I surprised my dad with the luau for his 60th birthday and we had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was beautiful. Our server Gerry was amazing and Jonah was very kind as well. The food was very filling and the perfect amount. The dances themselves were so beautiful, I could see how much the dancers put their hearts into the performances. I would go back to Maui just to bring more loved ones to the Old Lahaina Luau!

The sunrise at Haleakalā was a wonderful experience. The hour and a half leading up to the sunrise is extremely cold, but in exchange, you can enjoy the stars as if they are falling. What helped against the cold was my ski gloves. Even so, my fingertips were freezing. I definitely want to visit this place again.

Me and my friend had a wonderful experience at Old Lahaina.
I appreciate the history behind the island and sharing of the Hawaiian culture.
I would advise to call a day or two before the show if you did not receive your confirmation. I was happy that I called earlier. The representative wasn't able to get me the traditional seating (what i ordered) however there was space available for the table and chair.
The waiters were very accommodating because for some reason when I made the change from traditional seating to table and chair my food option did not transition over (i dont not eat pork or beef) however they were ae to provide me with fish and chicken.
Thank you so much for being flexible.
Lastly, my friend and I arrived an hour early. Do what you will but when they say the door open at a certain time be prepared to wait until that exact time

Overall the boat was comfortable and had space to move around if you wanted to. Crew was attentive and served up drinks and packaged snacks to anyone interested. We learned a lot about the whales, their habits and why they are in Hawaii. We had a very enjoyable time and would recommend this company.

Beautiful setting for a Maui experience! A chance to see all of those native Hawaiian creatures you might have not seen on a snorkeling adventure. Nicely positioned in the Maalaea Harbor which includes shopping and dining experiences and is the departure point of many of Maui's tours.

Very much a book cruise. Scenery was beautiful and staff were super friendly, but no information on whales other than that is was whale season. being on the boat was wonderful and can't beat the view and we did see whales, but I wish I hadn't had the mai tai as too strong for me. Bus was fun!

My hubby and I wanted a more intimate luau experience…something more like a real family luau! We found it! Although there was no emu ceremony, we were immediately seated and our drink orders taken. Then we were invited to a lovely buffet without having to wait…delicious mahi, chicken and the most delicious pork I have ever had at ANY luau! Decadent desserts too - yum! After dinner, we experienced a one hour Hawaiian luau show. The dancers were extremely skilled and their performances very entertaining. The fire knife dancer was excellent and never dropped a fire stick. Music, songs, dancing and continued drink service during a lovely sunset and a twinkle-lit venue.

We loved the experience and enjoyed it immensely….fabulous food, positive personalities, delightful dancers, melodious music - the perfect evening at a more affordable price! We’ll be back with more family!

The snorkeling was very crowded. Can’t count the number of times I got hit in the head with one of their little glass bottom floating devises. Had to quit early because the waves were getting to big. Not their fault I know. The food wasn’t good and some of my family members had moldy buns. Did get to see some whales and turtles.
