My family enjoyed this adventure a lot. All staffs are so friendly. Breakfast and lunch were so great. Will never forget this great experience.

There be amazing sights beneath the waves. What a wonderful experience for someone with bad claustrophobia (spelling it is the toughest part). You heard right you land lubbers, this terrific tour is truly for everyone. The crews are pleasant and very accommodating. Every part of the trip is safety first, and the underwater views are, well take a look. Enough said!

We had a great time on this adventure. It is suitable for all ages. It was great seeing what was on the ocean floor. The staff were very friendly. The snack provided was great. I would recommend this to everyone

We had a wonderful time. Other couple that was supposed to do our tour with us never showed up so we basically got a private tour and lunch. Guide was fantastic and fun

My kids had a great time as did my husband, but I did not. I can swim, but am not used to deep water (35 feet) and the waves. I asked for an adult life jacket and was told to just hang on to the rope on the back of the boat. I should have asked another crew member as Tiffany and Jason were awesome, but the guy I asked at the back told me it wouldn't help. So I was left panicking at the back of the boat while my husband went out with my two young boys. In hindsight, bring your own life jacket if you or your kids need one to make sure it fits and works for you. I'm sure my boys will go again, but I'll stay on shore.

Our tour guide Sonya was absolute amazing, so knowledgable und very nice.
Also we learned so much about the history of Hawaii. Her friendliness made it to the best events we did on Maui. We would absolutely do it again!

We were picked up at our hotel at 3:00 am as promised and then taken up the mountain to see the sunrise. We were lucky as it was a clear day and we got to see the sunrise without issue. Once we arrived at the site, we were given coffee and danish to warm us up. We then took our place with the others and saw the magnificent view. We then got back on the bus and went up to the summit to take a few more pictures. On the way down our driver stopped at two more scenic points so that we could see down into the crater. It was quite a view. At the end of the trip, we were taken to a restaurant on a golf course and fed breakfast. The entire trip lasted about 7 1/2 hours. My one complaint would be that the bus was small and the seats were very tight. Some of the taller and larger people on the bus really had to be uncomfortable for the entire ride as two people could not fit comfortably in one row and there was no leg room at all.

We have heard SO MANY amazing reviews about this and unfortunately because of the government shut down (womp womp // politics <sigh>) we did not get to go. However, I am still reviewing because we were devastated we couldn't go and Veltra was so helpful in assuring us of a full refund and gave us ample notice. Bravo to them :) SO disappointed!

Saw some very interesting sea life; the "ocean piranhas" were crazy. Wished we could have seen the sea turtles up close.
Staff was very friendly and informative.

Had a great trip, enjoyed the time on boat and in water, saw great sights, lots of fish, turtles. Great sites, good food, drinks on board. Would recommend .

I was very impressed by the story shared by Mr. Yamauchi, which made me re-recognize the fact that I am alive here now. I was also moved by his admirable way of living. I wish him continued good health and even more success for the sake of travelers from Japan. The starry sky and the Milky Way were beautiful. Since there were only a few people (5) in one car, we could take our time, which was nice. The bento was just okay... maybe the food at Mauna Kea was tastier... It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

I travel to Oahu every year, but this was my second time on Maui. This time, my goal was to see the stars at Haleakalā. I received polite replies to detailed inquiries about the probability of seeing the stars via email in advance, which made me feel at ease despite the nature of the experience. However, due to a dispute in the U.S. Congress, we couldn't reach the summit (3055m) and had to view the stars from around 2000m at the entrance. Nevertheless, the night sky and the stars were incredibly beautiful, and I felt the smallness of myself in the universe. Above all, I was moved by the storytelling and presentation by the owner, Mr. Yamauchi. There may be a relationship between the tour company and guests, but the thoughtful attention to detail allowed us to relax and enjoy the short time we had. From the hotel pickup at 3 PM to heading to Haleakalā, we stopped at places like tea time and gift shops that individuals wouldn't typically visit. I want to go again next year! I highly recommend this tour to everyone; it’s a life-changing experience. ...Studying the stars in advance might make it even more enjoyable.

毎年オアフ島へは旅行で行ってますが、マウイ島は２回目。今回はハレアカラの星を見るのが目的でした。事前にメールで見られる確率は何パーセントだのなんだの細かい問い合わせにも丁寧な返信をいただき、自然相手にもかかわらず安心して行ったのですが、米国議会の揉め事で山頂（3055ｍ）まで行けず、入口の2000ｍ付近での鑑賞となりました。しかし、夜空も星も素晴らしくきれいで、宇宙の中の自分の小ささを感じました。何よりもオーナー山内さんの語り、演出に感動です。ツアー会社とゲストとの関係はあるかもしれませんが、短い時間に気持ちを和ませて参加できる、細かい心配りは最高でした。ＰＭ３時にホテルピックアップからハレアカラに向かうまで、ティータイムやギフトショップなど個人では行けない場所へも立ち寄ってくれます。来年も又行きたい！そして、皆さんにも是非参加いただきたい、人生観が変わるツアーです。・・・事前に星を勉強していくと一層楽しいかも。

Very informative and interesting. Only suggestion would be to include water shoes in the items to bring as the waterfalls are very rocky on the bottom and hurt your feet.

I had wanted to go snorkeling at Molokini Crater for a long time, but I never had the chance until now. This time, I decided to take the plunge and signed up for this tour.

When I arrived at the meeting point in the morning, a Japanese staff member was waiting, and I completed the check-in process. We took a commemorative photo (which was available for purchase after disembarking, but not many people bought it), and I was able to enjoy some coffee there as well. After boarding the boat and securing my seat, we gathered on the first floor for a briefing. The staff spoke a bit quickly, but it was reassuring to have someone from Japan there.

Upon arriving at Molokini, we put on our fins and entered the water. At first, I was scared, but the water was clear and beautiful, and I saw many fish. I gradually got used to it and started having fun. I was also able to see turtles and dolphins, which was very moving. However, it was disappointing to see someone chasing a turtle aggressively just to take photos.

After returning to the boat for lunch, we headed to the next turtle spot, but it was murky, and I couldn't see many fish. It was supposed to be a turtle spot, but I didn't see any turtles at all.

Having experienced the beautiful sea earlier, my excitement dropped a bit, but it couldn't be helped. I thought it would have been better to go to the turtle spot after Molokini.

Many people didn't see turtles during the snorkeling, and we ended by searching for turtles swimming in the sea. The staff was friendly, so I had a very enjoyable time.

以前からモロキニ島のシュノーケルがしたかったものの、なかなか機会がなかったのですが、今回は思い切ってこちらのツアーに申し込み、参加することにしました。

朝、集合場所に到着すると、日本人のスタッフが待機しており、手続きを済ませました。
記念写真を撮ってもらい（下船してから販売していましたが、買っている人はあまりいませんでした。）、そこでコーヒーも飲めました。
船内に乗り込み、座席を確保したら、１階に集合して説明を受けます。
スタッフは少し早口でしたが、日本の方がいるというだけで安心しました。

モロキニ島に到着すると、足ひれなどを装着して海へ。
最初は恐かったのですが、海が透き通っていてきれいで魚もたくさん見れ、段々慣れてきて楽しくなりました。カメやイルカも見ることができ、とても感動しました。
ただ、写真を撮りたいがためにカメをすごい勢いで追いかけている人がいて残念でした。

船に戻り、ランチを食べ、次のカメスポットに向かったのですが、こちらは濁っていてあまりお魚も見れず、カメスポットのはずが全くカメも見えませんでした。

先にきれいな海を体験した後だったので、少しテンションが下がりましたが、仕方がありません。
カメスポットに行ってから、モロキニに行った方がいいのにな～と思いました。

シュノーケル中にはカメが見れなかった人が多く、最後に海で泳いでいるカメを探して終了。
フレンドリーなスタッフだったので、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

A friend of mine recommended the Molokini Snorkel & Turtle Town Cruise. It was a first for all of us snorkeling and the crew set aside time to tell us what we needed to know. They did an excellent job and made sure they stayed close to the children. All equipment needed was available and demonstrated. The continental breakfast and lunch were very good and arranged in an appealing manner. The crew was very attentive to everyone on board. We had a great time and when we return, will definitely do it again....

I was looking forward to visiting the summit of Haleakalā, but I couldn't enter due to a stop by the U.S. government, and now I don't know why I even went. It's really disappointing and frustrating since it's not a trip I can make often.

楽しみにしていたハレアカラ山頂にアメリカ政府のストップで入山出来ず何しに行ったのか分かりません。そうそう何度も行ける旅行ではないので物凄く残念で口惜しいです。

I participated because I wanted to feel the stars and nature. The stars were wonderful, but I was also able to feel the sun, earth, light, and shadow, and it made me realize once again how amazing it is to be alive. I want to live each day with gratitude as a part of the nature that breathes alongside me. Additionally, the guide was great. There was a slight sense that he was immersed in his own world, but his desire to ensure the guests enjoyed themselves was clearly conveyed. I believe he is someone who lives with pride and does not hesitate to put in effort. I was very moved. I want to express my gratitude.

星と自然を感じたくて参加しました。星も素晴らしかったですが太陽・地球・光・影を感じることができ、生きているって素晴らしいと改めて思いました。そして自分も呼吸する自然の一部として、毎日を感謝しながら生きていきたいと思いました。更にガイドさんが良かった。若干ご自分の世界に入り込んでいる感はあったのですが、それを含めてゲストに楽しんで貰おうという気持ちは充分伝わってきました。きっと誇りを持って努力も惜しまず生きている方なのだろうと思います。とても感動しました。ありがとうございましたと伝えたいです。

Martin was a great instructor! Windsurfing was physically challenging but in a fun accessible way! Perfect spot to learn (shallow water, minimal waves, just enough wind). We definitely want to try windsurfing again!

Second only to the polynesion cultural center.A very tight and clean performance, easy to enjoy.

I went on the afternoon excursion. Haleakalā was not visible because of clouds that had come in, but the pilot had said there was good visibility that morning. Instead we spent more time getting wonderful close ups of magnificent waterfalls. The helicopter was beautiful and only 4 weeks old. Blue Hawaiian staff were great. The second half of the trip was the luxury van along the road to Hana, this van had only 6 passengers which made for a nice intimate trip. Our driver Kelly, was fantastic, knowing the road very well, as he has been driving it on excursions for over 20 years. We stopped places most do not get to see. I highly recommend this trip and it was one of the highlights on this trip.

I participated in the tour on September 24 (Tuesday). It was a "Happy Vacation!" with just the two of us girls. The stargazing was amazing! The Milky Way, which I saw for the first time, was truly beautiful, and just looking at it made me feel so happy!! After moving to Oahu, I still can't forget Haleakalā. The stargazing in Maui is indeed wonderful!

I really resonated with what Mr. Yamape said: "Since our customers have come all the way here, I want to do everything I can for them." I believe that having a sincere attitude towards customers is truly important in any job.

With the countless sparkling stars we saw in Maui in our hearts, I hope to spend each day feeling happy. Thank you so much!! I will definitely go back to Maui to see the stargazing again☆

9/24(火)のツアーに参加しました。Happy Vacation!ということで、女子2人での参加です。
天プラ、最高でした！初めて見た天の川が本当にとてもキレイで、見ているだけで幸せな気持ちになれました！！オアフ島に移動してからも、ハレアカラが忘れられません。やはりマウイ島の天プラは素晴らしいですね！
山ピーさんのおっしゃっていた、「お客様がせっかくここまで来てくれたのだから、できる限りのことはしたいと思っている」という言葉と姿勢にとても共感しました。どんな仕事でも、お客様に対して、真摯に接する姿勢は本当に大切だと思っています。
私たちも、マウイ島で見た、無数のきらめく星たちを心に、毎日を幸せな気持ちで過ごしたいなぁと思います。

We used this service for our honeymoon. I was actually looking for a sunrise at Haleakalā online, but unfortunately, all the dates were fully booked, so I had to change to a sunset. Among various options, this was the only one available, and I was glad to secure a reservation, eagerly looking forward to the day. The guide was fantastic, and I was overwhelmed by the number of stars I had never seen before. I saw the Milky Way, Orihime and Hikoboshi, and a shooting star for the first time in my life. I had never been interested in stars before, but it was truly moving. My husband and I were really satisfied with the sunset! Thank you very much!

新婚旅行で利用させてもらいました。本当はハレアカラのサンライズを見たいとネットで探していました。しかしサンライズは時期的にどの日程もいっぱいで予約がとれず、仕方なくサンセットに変更して探していました。色々探した中で唯一空きがあり、予約がとれて良かったと思い、当日を楽しみに待っていました。ガイドの方もすごく良かったし、今まで見たことのない星の数に圧倒されました。天の川とか織姫彦星、人生で初めて見た流れ星、今まで星なんて全く興味なかったんですが、感動しました。主人とサンセットで良かったね！ってすごく満足しました！

I went on this ride several years ago and it was even better than I remembered. We got to see a sunken ship. We saw several different kinds of fish as well as a few sharks. We had a really good time. You can tell that the people who do this for a living really love their jobs! If you are going to Maui and do nothing else this is the one thing you ABSOLUTELY must take part in!

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. If you want a fun and beautiful excursion book this tour! We saw sea turtles, many tropical fish, and even a shark.

Wonderful experience finished with swimming with turtles. Equipment provided was good and staff were helpful and friendly.

I expected it to be bigger & have more to it but the experience was still really nice & you get to see some really interesting species along with a hammerhead shark, turtles & the tunnel where they fish, stingrays & sharks swim all around you.

The show set against the sunset was simply wonderful. The hula, fire dance, and the food were all delicious and fantastic. The whole roasted pig was incredibly tasty!

I participated on the first day of my trip.
The show during the sunset was wonderfully beautiful.
Also, there were no other Japanese people around us, which made me feel like I was abroad and I really enjoyed it.
The host asked the couples celebrating their wedding anniversaries how many years they had been married, and there was a surprise where everyone celebrated together. I was particularly moved by the couple celebrating their 54th anniversary who shared a sweet kiss.
I definitely want to go when I get married!
As for the food... the bread was fluffy and delicious, but the other dishes had an American feel and weren't very tasty.

夕日が沈む中のショーが素晴らしく美しいショーでした。
また、周りに私達以外に一人も日本人が居なく海外に来た感があり楽しめました☆
司会の方が結婚記念日の方に何年目か聞いて行き皆で祝福するとゆうサプライズがあり、中でも５４周年の夫婦が可愛くキスしてたのに感動しました♡♡♡
私も結婚した時にはぜひ行きたいと思いました♡
料理は。。。パンはフワフワで美味しかったけど、他はアメリカンな感じで美味しくなかったです。

The snorkeling was amazing, the crew are the nicest people ever & the food was so good! We had an amazing time. We got to see a monk seal & on the way back to the dock they stop at a spot where they know there are a bunch of turtles to see. The crew was so friendly and they made sure you were comfortable & happy.

I have mixed feelings with the Kupanaha Magic Show. The show itself was very entertaining and produced with great care and quality. The magician and actors were clearly deeply engaged, skilled, and experienced.

On the other hand, the dinner was less than desirable for many reasons. The food and selection of drinks were not good at all and the service was poor. My wife did not get her dinner until everyone else was having dessert already, and the chicken/shrimp was not cooked properly, causing her to get sick the next morning.

All in all, I recommend the show itself but hope the food issue gets fixed.
