From the moment we pulled into the parking lot the staff greeted us and helped direct our check in. Everything was smooth and organized. The wait staff were friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any requests.
The music, performances and cultural areas were lovely and educational.
We enjoyed the food offerings that helped teach us of the local faire.

Wonderful first time Luau experience

This was our first time to Hawaii and our first time to a luau. We were so overly impressed by every aspect of this evening. Fortunately for us, the weather was perfect, but the table attendants were friendly. The food was excellent. The flow of the evening was very nice. We learned so much about the history of Hawaiians and the dancing was excellent. We would absolutely recommend old Lahaina and very much hope to go again.

What an amazing experience! It was so fun trying so many different Hawaiian foods and service was excellent. We enjoyed getting to know others at our table and sharing the meal with them. We were glad we choose the table rather than the sit on the floor option. Many of the bigger guys sitting at the low tables struggled and needed to stand frequently to stretch their legs. The show was phenomenal! What a great thing to do to get a feel for Hawaiian history in dance form. So glad we did this!

We had the best time at Old Lahaina Luau. The staff made the experience fun and we had more than everything we needed! The performers were fantastic, there was so much energy. I loved that the performance included the history of hula, and I felt like I was learning while enjoying the show. Thank you for an amazing night!
We booked early, as was suggested by a friend who lives in Maui. I think that was a good idea.

Been years since we did a Luau. It was a beautiful venue at the Royal Lahaina. Unfortunately, we had small rain events going thru the area most of the day and right at the start of the Luau. The staff did a great job getting things dried down and the service was friendly and fun. Loved the food and drink choices. The performance was traditional with some amazing young kids carrying on the Hawaiian traditions. We had a fun time thanks!

The worst Luau I have been to. I would not recommend it especially to families

This was probably the worst for quality of food and entertainment. When you pay that much for a luau you should be able to have a choice of what you get served. The potions were small of the decent food. There was way too much raw fish. The other items were cold and tasteless. The entertainment was slow and boring. It is definitely not to children. Better entertainment at the mall.
Save your money and go to a good restaurant.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and werent diasappointed. The venue itself was beautiful, as was all the food and presentations around. It had a very Hawaii vibe and feel. The dancing and chanting by all involved was wonderful and I learned a lot. Met a lot of great people at my table as well. The waiter was awesome and very attentive.

Everything about the evening luau was wonderful! From the greeting, the music , the setting, the dinner and show!! All the staff was friendly and accommodating, the music set the perfect tone, the setting by the ocean was enchanting, the food was delicious and the show was entertaining! I have participated in this kind of entertainment during my stays on the Big Island of Hawaii, but the show during my stay on Maui was the best. This time, the first half was centered around hula dancing, while the second half focused on Polynesian dances rooted in Samoa and Tahiti. The dancers' skills were high, and the woman who hosted the show and performed Hawaiian songs had an amazing singing ability. During an audience participation interview, we were asked about the secrets to our long marriage, which really got everyone excited. At our table, there was an American couple on their honeymoon, and when we congratulated them from the other members at the table, it created a wonderful sense of unity among everyone, making it the best dinner experience.
これまでもハワイ島でのステイの際にこの種のエンタメに参加しましたが、今回のマウイ島での滞在でのショーは最高でした。今回は前半がフラダンスを中心に構成され、後半はサモアやタヒチ等をルーツとするポリネシアンダンスが中心でしたが、ダンサーのスキルが高く、かつ、ショーの司会とつなぎのハワイアン歌唱を担当していた女性の歌唱力も素晴らしかったです。そして観客を巻き込んでのインタビューでは、我々も結婚歴の長い秘訣をインタビューされ、随分と盛り上がりました。同じテーブルには新婚旅行中のアメリカ人カップルが同席していて、彼らにもテーブルの他のメンバーからお祝いを送ると、テーブル全員が一体感で包まれ、最高のディナーになりました。
