The NO TOILET BOAT but 2 because we see the sunset

Avoid this cruise $300 a couple for dinner dancing cruise but no dancing ( see pictures). First, boarding was late then a person came out slovenly dress and said they were going to board.
Second problem all of the plates were out before we boarded with single file space you had to look for your “name” which means everybody’s face has been all over YOUR plate gross. Can we say Cova 19 boys and girls? AFTER, we left port was the announcement that the toilet DO NOT work and that we could NOT put toilet paper in the toilet that we had to put it in the garbage can beside it, bottle water provided for hand washing no soap! Wait no soap?! no running water??!! When my husband had to used the restroom they pour water in hands, NO paper towel, and was given hand sanitizer. REALLY??!!There was no dancing possible because we were crammed upstairs because the RUGS downstairs were pulled up.
I guess we’re to dance in my seats?!
THEN BLAME GAME: after cruise requested refund was told to call VIATOR ( which I did upon my return THEY REFUSED!!! Piss on!! Now I am pissed off!! someone needs must return ANY money and refund they should did us a favor and cancelled this tour. Viator offers get FREE CANCELLATION VIA ANYBODY for EVERYTHING USED. IF BOOKED THROUGH them get guarantee or pay extra for free cancellation or good faith agreement.
if there is a agency that handles this boating industry in Hawaii? I want you to email me all of the information that I need to forward all of my pictures as well as picture of four other couples shut down time!! I got nothing but time.

Disappointed to say the least!
Reviewed by: C and J Everett, 2022/07/09So disappointed….. for the money we paid, we expected some aura of elegance……NO! Service was slow and probably because they couldn’t get workers! I get it…. Then don’t book a full ship! Ship very old and run down…… horrible smells! Food was Ok. Overall expected more judging on their advertisements! Will not recommend it to friends!

Run down boat with lackluster entertainment
Reviewed by: Brent , 2021/10/11Run down boat with lackluster entertainment. This is also not an all you can drink trip for the record. I recommend holding your bladder to avoid exposure to the neglected bathrooms. Food was so so.
For the money I recommend picking another boat.
I will say that the staff was friendly and courteous.

Less than expected, overpriced, uncomfortable and not what we had thought it would be.

The ship itself is very old and outdated, the seats are very snug and you sit across from a couple that you do not know. Thankfully we sat across from two very nice and friendly people. I had the roasted chicken and it was dry. The drinks were not good, very watered down and didn’t taste as they should have. Well over priced and do not recommend.

I've been on much better

Chairs were bolted down so no movement and extremely uncomfortable. And 90% of the 'cruise' was us drifting in the water...I expected a sunset cruise to, well, cruise....

Not worth the money

We were all pouring sweat and looking forward to finally getting some A/C but then we were told that we would all be on the roof top. While I appreciate the view, we just started meting. We understand that the crew can not control the weather but why could we have not had the option to be on a lower level on days like that? We could see all of our salads sitting in a warm room and it was wilted by the time it came out. Some of the staff looked unclean in terms of their uniform. Which concerns me about what the kitchen looks like. The food was terrible, the chicken and Mahi Mahi was as dry as could be and neither my husband or myself could eat the fish. I thought that there was going to be dancing but there was no room unless you went below and just made your own dance floor. The worst part was that you have to sit with people at your table that you do not know. We were not well matched up. This was our honeymoon and we did not expect that we would have to curb our conversation or affection to make the much older couple feel comfortable. We paid way too much money for this and we feel we definitely did not come even close to getting our monies worth. We did like how they served us a Mai Tai right away when we sat down but would have preferred to pick what we wanted and not have that count as one of our 3 drinks. We found it tacky that we were given a check at the end just to remind us to pay gratuity.
PROS: Our waiter was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The bartender was great, good personality and drinks. The live music was nice and the singer had a great voice. The style was perfect for the cruise. The view was wonderful while we were cruising and it did cool down once we were out to see.
