This was amazing & worth every penny. The hike was challenging because of the slippery, muddy, sloping terrain, but everybody in the group managed it without a problem. We had a blast. The staff were super!

The entire crew was amazing! They were thoughtful, attentive, and caring the entire trip. Several people aboard were sick to their stomach due to rough, choppy water, but the crew was so sweet to those having problems. They were quick to serve, offer, and pick up food items, drinks, etc. I'd definitely take a tour with this company again. They get 5 stars for customer satisfaction and service.

The tour of the Garden was fantastic. Peacocks all around. The tour guide was very hospitable and funny. The start of the Luau celebration was very informative and they explained about the tradition the Hawaiian people do and of their honorable way of life and respect for the planet in general. The seating was very organized and tables were called one at a time and in an expeditious manner. The food was very well presented and plenty of it. The salads and dressings were island flavor and very delish. The main dishes were local fish, Roasted Pork, Teryaki Chicken with your side of fried rice. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The Show was a great ending to the night with a history of the evolution of the Hawaiian Islands and its people. I would definitely do it again. Worth the time and money. Take a camera...plenty of photos.

It was clear and sunny from the morning, to the point where I was worried about getting sunburned, and we set sail in the afternoon. There were only my sister and me as the two Asians among the Japanese passengers, but the hospitality from the captain and crew was good!! However, as we approached the Na Pali Coast, the weather started to look ominous, almost like a roller coaster... Perhaps because of the weather, we were treated to a clear rainbow rising from the water. And it was a double rainbow, which was breathtaking!! Since the weather can change suddenly, I recommend bringing motion sickness medication and a windbreaker.

Pros: I added the optional transfer for $12pp and it was nice to have someone else drive since drinks were included. This was a large tour bus with plenty of room. When you arrive, you are greeted with a flower lei. Some local venders were selling hand made items, spices, photos, and nuts. The grounds are well kept with a flower lei greeting. The food was very good and you could go back for seconds. The dancers and show was one of the best I have seen.

Cons: If you drive yourself, arrive early so you can find parking. Paying for the "Plantation Owner's Evening" I thought we should have been sitting closer and I didn't feel like I was being treated like an "Owner". See the photo I attached of how far back we were from the show. For some reason, our bartender was not having a good day and was basically being grumpy. I hope his attitude changed later.

Smith's Tropical Paradise Garden Luau was an amazing experience. The grounds are amazing. There are many different types of Bamboo, Trees, flowers, and birds. The food is beyond delicious and the pork from the imu is mouth watering. The Luau is very colorful, long, and full of history. Loved the fire dancers. The entire family enjoyed their time here.

We went in November on our honeymoon and had a great time. Service was perfect. We never had to get up from our seat. We weren't able to go to Niihau because of the high surf. We were given some options before going out. We decided to still go out and at the end they suprised us and refunded us some of our money. Wendal and his crew make you feel very welcomed.

Had a great time with this activity. The kayaking was fun and leisurely; the hike a comfortable jaunt; the falls isolated and beautiful. Go early to reduce the number of visiting groups at the falls, and ask if you can have Jamie as your guide...he was really great. Not a tasking activity if the weather is moderate...if it's hot or wet, it could pose a different sort of adventure.

The food was very good, really liked the teriyaki beef and luau pork. The fire dancer at the nightly show was very good.

We left the hotel around 8:30 AM and returned around 3:00 PM. We went kayaking, hiking, and saw a waterfall, then did the reverse on our way back. The return kayaking was a bit tiring, but I think even beginners can manage. The guide was close to the slowest kayak, which was reassuring. Along the way, boats going to the fern cave were passing by, so we were busy avoiding them when they came. Perhaps because the weather was good, we didn't need to use rain gear, and hiking in the rainforest was easier than I imagined. The backpack with water and lunch was heavy, but I think two girls can manage it just fine. More than that, please enjoy the scenery of Kauai and try experiences you can't usually have. It was a fulfilling time.

朝の8:30ぐらいにホテルをでて、戻ってくるのが15:00ごろ。カヤックして、ハイキングをして、滝をみて、またその逆をこなして帰ってきます。帰りのカヤックは少々疲れましたが、初心者でもなんとかできると思います。ガイドさんも一番遅いカヤック近くにいてくれるので安心でした。途中、シダの洞窟行きの船が行き交うので船の来るときは避けるのに必死でした。天候も良かったせいか、雨具を使うこともなく熱帯雨林でのハイキングも想像よりは楽でした。水やランチを入れたリュックは重いですが、女子2人でもなんとか大丈夫だと思います。それよりも、カウアイ島の景色を楽しんだり普段できない体験をぜひしてみてください。満喫できました。

Fantastic experience with professional and fun guides. We booked this activity due to the diversity of the kayak-swim-zipline activities offered, which we thought would be perfect for our group of 6 ranging in age from 11 to 68. We were not disappointed. Easygoing and fun tour guides, great activities and a relaxed and fun atmosphere, coupled with a great lunch made for an overall epic day. Book it!

Disappointing

Hurricane Iniki did in the fern grotto which I had not been aware of so was disappointed in that as it was always so beautiful. Other than that the river ride is always nice and Wailua such a beautiful place. The crew and entertainers were delightful and all in all it's a fun ride but as I said the fern grotto which is what most come to see was pretty much done in my mother nature. I had been on this ride more than once and first time as a child as my father was born in Lihue so I knew the grotto as it had been years ago so this most likely is what led me to my disappointment but first time goers will still find it a lovely trip and fun for all.
