My granddaughter and new husband were so thrilled and surprised to receive the leis upon arrival. It was easy to book and worked perfectly.

I found this place while searching for a hula show in the Wailea area, so I made a reservation. There is no shuttle service, so I think it would be convenient to stay at the Marriott or another hotel in the Wailea area. I reserved a premium seat, but there was a long line at the reception, and since the sun hadn't set yet, it was quite hot. The premium seats were essentially in the second row from the front, with ten people sharing a round table. The show was very visible. There were three long tables set up with the exact same buffet menu, and people in priority seating were served first with one plate. Under the starry sky, I enjoyed a powerful luau and elegant hula.

ワイレア地区でフラのショーを探していたらこちらがありましたので申し込みました。送迎はないのでマリオットに泊まるかまたはワイレア地区のホテルからならば便利だと思います。プレミアム席を予約したのですがその前の受付で長い行列が出来ており、まだ太陽も沈んでなかったのでかなり暑かったです。プレミアム席は実質前から2列目、丸テーブルに10人の相席です。ショーはよく見えました。ブュッフェは全く同じメニューが乗った長テーブルが3列用意されていて優先席の人からワンプレートに盛っていく形でした。星空の下、迫力あるルアウと優雅なフラで楽しめました。

Our famiy group of 9 arrived at HNL airport after a 9 hour flight from Minnesota. It was very special to be met by our 2 friendly greeters in their purple shirts. It was the first visit to Hawaii for several in our group and the traditional lei greeting was essential. The flowers were beautiful and the women’s leis were full and fragrant. The leaves in the men’s leis were a striking contrast to the flowers. The greeters were very helpful in taking our picture and guiding us to baggage and rental cars. I’m glad I arranged this special event for my family.

I could not be more pleased with my experience on the Star of Honolulu for our vow renewal! The entire experience was flawless from the captain and his beautiful words to the fireworks over the beach at the end. Only two suggestions or pieces of information for others considering this... 1) the three-star experience is not air conditioned and if you are there in July like we were, be prepared to sweat! 2) no children's menu so if you have a picky little one like I do, bring kid-friendly snacks

Although we hadn't registered our marriage yet, we wanted to have a ceremony during our wonderful trip to Hawaii, and it became an unforgettable memory. With the captain's presence, we pledged our love to each other, and it felt very sacred, allowing us to reaffirm our feelings for one another. The staff who escorted us were also very kind and accommodating. Thank you very much. I thought it would be nice to participate again in five or ten years.

This was our 5th time attending this luau and once again it was top notch. The staff was friendly and the food and entertainment were awesome. The event was very well organized and the venue was perfect.

I'm glad it was easy to participate. The illumination was beautiful. We had time to walk around, but since it was late at night, we took the bus back. It was a bit cold, so I thought it would have been good to bring something warm for the kids.

歩いて回れる時間がありましたが、夜遅かったこともあり、私たちはそのままバスで帰りました。
ちょっと寒いので、子ども用にも、羽織れるものを持ってくれば良かったと思いました。

I was recommended this show by the taxi driver I took from the airport and made a reservation. The tables are shared, and everyone chats in a friendly atmosphere.

Not only does it feature relaxed Hawaiian hula dancing, but it also showcases various Polynesian dances from Tahiti, Samoa, and more. There are several interactive performances as well (like children dancing on stage together), making it a show that families, couples, and people of all ages can enjoy together.

One thing to note is that there are many moments where English proficiency is helpful. This includes communication at shared tables and understanding explanations, such as going to the buffet to get food for your table; if you don't catch it well, you might find yourself confused.

ハワイアンのゆったりしたフラダンスのみならず、
タヒチやサモア等の様々なポリネシアンダンスを披露してくれます。
参加型の演目もいくつかあり(子ども達が舞台で一緒に踊る等)
家族連れやカップル、様々な年齢の人が一緒に楽しめるショーだと感じました。

注意点といえば、英語能力が欲しい場面が多々あります。
相席でのコミュニケーションもですが
ビュッフェで食事をテーブルごとに取りに行く等の説明が、よく聞き取れてないと「あれっ」てなるかも

Knowing that I could enjoy both the sunset and fireworks on Friday night, I finally boarded the dinner cruise I had been longing for. After 23 years since we first came to Hawaii for our honeymoon, it was a special trip for just the two of us. We received blessings from the captain during our vow renewal, making it a truly memorable conclusion to our journey.

金曜日の夜に夕陽と花火の両方が楽しめると知って、念願のディナークルーズに乗船した。新婚旅行でハワイに初めて来てから23年、夫婦水入らずのハワイ。バウリニューアルで船長に祝福してもらって、感動の旅の締めくくりとなりました。

It was a family trip and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The singing and dancing was amazing! I recommend it to all who want to experience a luau. We will definitely go again.

Not a fan of the food. The crew was fun and knew their stuff. The experience was great. We went out on a windy night and the water was a little rough. It was too cloudy to see the sunset that night too.

I am 46 years old. My wife and I went on a trip to Hawaii to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. During that time, we participated in this tour and created the best memories. The weather was nice, and while watching the sunset, we reaffirmed our love for each other. Since we didn't have a wedding ceremony in a church, my wife was moved to tears! Our spirits were high, and even though it wasn't suggested, we ended up sharing a vow kiss... The only disappointment was that the champagne we added as an option was served quite late in the course, and we couldn't finish it. I wish it had been on the table from the beginning... We ended up adding champagne unnecessarily. However, it was a very meaningful dinner and time, and we were extremely satisfied!

46歳です。妻と2人で25周年の結婚記念日にハワイ旅行にいきました。
その際、このツアーに参加して最高〜の想い出ができました。
天気も良く、沈む夕日を眺めながら改めて、2人の愛を誓い合いました。
教会での挙式をしていなかったので、妻も目を潤ませて感動していました！
気分も高まり、言われてもいないのに誓いのキスなんかしちゃいました・・・。
残念だったのは、オプションで追加したシャンパンが、コースのかなり後で出てきて、飲みきれなかった事ぐらいですね〜。
最初から、テーブルに出ていて欲しかった・・・。
無駄にシャンパンを追加してしまいました。
でも、とても有意義なディナーと時間で、大満足です！

the show was great and the sunset right off the beach was incredible. the food was delicious and we all had a wonderful time.

This spa’s Lomi Lomi I feel very good and so refreshed！It’s a perfect massage. I really appreciate the professional and hospitality！

I arranged a surprise vow renewal for my parents who are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary. I was nervous about whether it would be successful, but the crew member who spoke Japanese skillfully guided us by saying, "Shall we watch the sunset from the deck with a great view?" We were able to hold the ceremony safely in front of the captain. Since there were many guests, we were originally supposed to have a table in the center, but I was thrilled that they secured a table by the window for us. The view from the ship and the onboard show were both wonderful, and I believe it became a lifelong memory for my parents. Thank you very much!

金婚式を迎える両親に、サプライズとしてバウ・リニューアルを申し込みました。成功するかどうかドキドキでしたが、日本語のできる乗務員さんが「眺めのよいデッキで夕陽を見ませんか」とうまく誘導してくださり、キャプテンの前で無事セレモニーを行うことができました。席も人数が多いのでセンターテーブルの予定だったのが、窓際のテーブルを確保していただき感激です。船からの眺めも船内のショーも素晴らしく、両親にとっても一生の思い出になったと思います。ありがとうございました！

This definitely exceeded my expectations! The lights outside Honolulu Hale were beautiful but I didn’t even know about all the trees and decorations inside! Everything was gorgeous & so festive. The lights extended down the road & there was so much to do (food, rides, etc). I also enjoyed the trolley ride to and from because parking is of course minimal in the area. Would definitely go again!

I attended with my husband and a friend.
We had guaranteed window seats on the second floor, with a jazz live performance.
Since the floor is small, we were able to enjoy both the hula and the performance up close!
There were a few Japanese people as well.
This floor had a dress code, creating an elegant atmosphere, and we had a wonderful time with delicious food and champagne.
We enjoyed the fireworks on the terrace of the top floor!
The only disappointment was forgetting the photos we had purchased when disembarking.

Every year, I spend New Year's in Hawaii. I usually watch the New Year's fireworks from the beach, but this time I saw them from a boat for the first time, and I was moved by the combination of the night view and the fireworks!!! I want to sign up again for next year.

Driver was prompt and courteous. Coach was clean. They even brought a larger than contracted bus for more comfort.

I have used the Star of Honolulu countdown before, and I recommend the Polynesian Show version. The jazz performance I attended previously had a nice, calm atmosphere, but the countdown really needs to be lively! The fireworks were beautifully visible right in front of us. However, the dinner with tough and flavorless steak and an incredibly chewy lobster was quite disappointing, so let's just say that was part of the experience...

以前もスターオブホノルルのカウントダウンは利用しているのですが、ポリネシアンショーバージョンがおすすめです。以前参加したジャズ演奏も落ち着いた感じがそれなりに良かったのですが、やはりカウントダウンは盛り上がらなきゃ！花火も真正面に綺麗に見えました。しかし硬くて味のないステーキと噛みごたえが半端ないロブスターのディナーはかなりお粗末なので、その辺はご愛嬌という事で。。。

My first time in Hawaii! My first countdown cruise! It was amazing! Welcoming the New Year in another country with a countdown of 3, 2, 1! People from all over the world came together and shouted "Happy New Year!" The food was delicious, and there were goodies on the table, making it a very enjoyable and dreamlike moment! I definitely want to participate again.

初ハワイ！初カウントダウンクルーズ！最高でした！他国で新年を迎える、3.2.1のカウントダウン！どこの国の人も１つになって、ハッピーニューイヤーを叫びました！食事も美味しく、テーブルには、グッズが置かれて、とても楽しく夢のようなひと時でした！また、是非参加したいです。

The countdown from a vantage point overlooking Waikiki Beach was amazing! There was some time between the departure and the countdown, but during that time, I was able to enjoy fireworks from various hotels and homes. Looking up, I could see so many stars, which was also moving! The countdown amidst such beautiful scenery was a once-in-a-lifetime moment that I will always remember. It was truly fun!!! However, it can be quite chilly during this time, so having a long-sleeved jacket might be necessary...

ワイキキビーチを一望できる位置でのカウントダウンが最高でした！
出航してからカウントダウンまで時間が空いていたのですが、その間も各ホテルや家庭から上がる花火を楽しむことができました。そして上を見上げると星がたくさん見えてそれにもまた感動！どこを見ても綺麗な景色の中でのカウントダウンは今までにない一生の思い出に残る瞬間となりました。本当に楽しかった！！！
ただこの時期はかなり肌寒いので長袖の上着がないとツライかも…？

The food and Polynesian dance were great. I participated alone, but I was able to chat a bit with a Japanese couple sitting next to me. I also thought that having a designated waiter for each table contributed to the smooth service.

料理もポリネシアンダンスもよかったです。一人参加だったのですが、隣の日本人夫婦の方と少しお話ができました。また、テーブルごとに担当のウエイターが決まっていることも、スムーズな対応につながるのだと思いました。

I enjoyed participating in the bus tour of the illuminated city at night, which was a view I don't usually get to see! The double-decker bus offered a great view too✨ It can be a bit chilly, so it's better to bring a long-sleeved shirt!

ライトアップの夜の街をバスで走り、普段見れないシティだったので、楽しく参加出来ました！
バスも2階建てでとても良い景色でしたよー✨

Overrated, but still fun to see the city from up high (especially with kids)

It was a nice and fun trolley ride with the kids to see the Honolulu City Christmas lights. Recommend it to anyone who wants to sit back, relax and listen to Christmas songs while enjoying the festive lights. I liked is especially that I didn't have to drive and look for parking which made the evening more enjoyable to spend with the kids.

Highly recommend this tour and buy yoir tickets thru this site. Fast and prompt notification on confirmations, etc.
