This is a tour that starts at sunset. The sunset is incredibly beautiful!

We were firmly reminded not to touch the manta rays, and after receiving some additional explanations, we dove into the sea. For the first few minutes, we couldn't see anything, and I thought maybe today would be a bust, but suddenly one appeared right in front of me. They circled around multiple times, and not just once, but several times, two of them came in a line. Although we were told not to touch them, my husband ended up getting touched by a manta ray, and we were both so excited. Our Japanese guide, Tamae, was very kind and helpful.

Since we were in the water for a long time, our bodies got cold. Renting a wetsuit was a good decision, but we didn't take it off when we returned to the boat, and we ended up freezing. It would have been better to take off the suit and wrap ourselves in towels once we got out. The hot chocolate they handed out was soothing for our chilled bodies.

I thought we would have to pay for the photos the guide was taking, but to my pleasant surprise, they sent the data directly to our phones right away.

If you rent a car, the meeting location is easy to find, so you won't have any trouble. Above all, the experience made the tour price feel very reasonable. If you come to the Big Island, you should definitely try this!

マンタには絶対触れない‼️事を念を押され、その他説明を受けて海へダイブ、最初の数分は見られなくて、今日はハズレなのかなぁ〜なんて思ったらいきなり目の前に現れる。何回も旋回して目の前にも現れてくれるし、一回だけじゃなく何回も来てくれて2匹が列組んで来たり絶対に触れてはいけないと言われましたが、主人の身体にマンタの方から触れて大興奮です。日本人ガイドのタマエさんがとても親切で助かりました。
海に入っている時間が長いので身体が冷えます。ウェットスーツをレンタルして良かったけど、船に戻っても脱がなかった私達は冷え切ってしまいました。上がったらスーツは脱いでタオルにくるまっていれば良かったです。冷えた身体に配られたホットチョコはしみました。
ガイドさんが撮影していたから有料で買わされるんだろうなぁ〜と思ってましたが、データを携帯にすぐに送ってくれて、嬉しい驚きでした。
レンタカー借りていれば現地集合も場所もわかりやすいので困りません。
何よりツアー代金を安価に思わせる内容だったです。是非ハワイ島に来たら体験して下さい‼️

I loved this tour. The bus took us around the island, visiting ALL the hot spots. It can feel a bit rushed but lots of places to go. I think it’s suitable as a first day of your trip activity. Our guide Kanamu was amazing, I loved all the local histories and traditions she told us along the way. The highlight of the trip is definitely Waimea Falls. We spent 1.5 hours here, I personally highly suggest not to go swim in the waterfall because that would become the whole focus of this place. It’s such a beautiful area, you’d be rushing through the short hike trying to get to the waterfall, and once you’ve done swimming you’d be rushing back to your bus. You’d be missing a lot of this beautiful place. I also loved that we stopped for a short 30 minutes Dole plantation. That’s really enough tbh. I would otherwise not have come here but now I can say that I have been there. I loved the fruit stands that we passed, bought some fruits. If you’ve had good sugar cane before don’t buy them here, they weren’t that great. While taste great, they weren’t very juicy, and quite hard to chew. You can definitely try if you’ve never had them before. Bought some macadamia honey at the “nut house”, and I loved the macadamia nut sampling. I was so tired at the end of the trip but definitely worth it!

Everything from the reception to the announcements on the boat is in English. For those who are not good at English, the only way to understand is by watching the movements, but I don't think there is anything particularly difficult as long as you wear your life jacket properly. However, since it's a self-inflating type, I found it quite tiring to swim as the waves pushed me off balance. I saw two sea turtles, but they weren't slow enough to take pictures, so it's better to think of it as just being able to see them. I was worried about not mixing up my boat since we swam with people from other tours. It seems they separate groups by the color of the life jackets, so it's reassuring to stay close to those wearing the same color. Overall, being in the water can be quite exhausting. Perhaps because of that fatigue, I got seasick on the way back and couldn't see any of the scenery, which was disappointing for the cruising time.

受付から船上でのアナウンスまですべて英語。英語が苦手な人は動きを見て理解するしかないですが、特に難しいことはなくライフジャケットをしっかりつけていれば問題ないと思いますが、自分で膨らませる簡易タイプなので波に押されバランスが悪く泳いでいて結構疲れました。ウミガメは２匹見られましたが、写真に撮れるほどゆっくりではなく見られればOKくらいに思っていたほうがいいです。他のツアーの人と一緒に泳ぐため、自分の船を間違えないか心配でした。ライフジャケットの色で分けているようなので、同じ色の人たちと離れないようにすると安心です。とにかくひたすら海の中なので結構体力を消耗します。その疲れもあってか、帰りは船酔いで景色を一切見られず、せっかくのクルージングの時間が残念でした。

I arrived 15 minutes before the meeting time, but there was one foreigner standing at the reception area, so I thought he was part of the fishing boat crew, only to find out he was a tour guest... As the meeting time approached, other guests started to gather, but the crucial fishing boat did not arrive. It finally showed up about 10 minutes after the meeting time...

There were a total of 4 groups (11 people) in the tour, and 2 of them were children. By the way, we were the only Japanese couple, and we couldn't communicate in Japanese at all, but we managed with some words and a translation app.

I wasn't looking at the clock, but the travel time might not have been more than an hour one way... I felt like we had more time for fishing because of that. The waves were high that day, and the boat rocked quite a bit... I took motion sickness medication just in case, so I was fine, but it could have been bad if I hadn't... The two kids who came with us both got sick, and their dad was resting indoors.

We caught a total of 4 fish (it seems like the other guests caught about the same), but the fish were around 20 centimeters and all had to be released, so we couldn't eat them on the boat... It seemed like they were trolling while moving to the fishing spot, but I wonder if everyone would get to enjoy the catch if a big one was caught? Since we couldn't eat the fish on the boat and couldn't communicate in Japanese at all, I rated it 4 stars.

集合時間が近づくにつれて他のお客さんも集まってきましたが、肝心な釣り船の方が来ません。
集合時間から10分くらい経ってやっと来ました…
ツアー客は全部で4組(11人)で、うち2人が子供でした。
ちなみに、日本人は私達夫婦だけで日本語は全く通じませんが、単語と翻訳アプリで何とか大丈夫でした。

時計を見てなかったのですが移動時間は片道1時間も無かったかも…
その分、釣りの時間が長かった気がします。
この日は波が高く船はかなり揺れました…
念の為に酔い止めの薬を飲んでたので大丈夫でしたが、飲んでなかったらヤバかったかも…
一緒に行った子供達は2人ともダウンして、お父さんも室内で休んでました。

全部で4匹釣りました(他のお客さんも同じぐらいみたい)が、釣れた魚は20センチ前後で全てリリースされて船上で食べることは出来ませんでした…
釣り場に移動する際にトローリングもしてたみたいですが、大物が釣れればみんなに振る舞うのかな？
釣った魚が船上で食べられなかったのと日本語が全く通じないのがイマイチだったので評価は☆4つにしました。

I went to Hawaii on a reward trip from my company!
There was a pickup service to the hotel, and there were Japanese-speaking staff, plus some staff members brought their families along.
The lunch was delicious, and everyone was so kind, sharing a lot about Hawaii!

My wife was able to ride right away, and the hour and a half went by in no time. It was truly fun! If I have the chance, I would like to ride a Segway again next time.

If you love heights and roller coasters but feel a bit scared, you absolutely have to try this! When you're going down, you can't see below, so it's not scary at all. It's much more expensive than I expected. First of all, the breathtaking view was something I've never experienced before. With the strong yen, I thought the price for just five minutes was high, but five minutes is enough. The sea breeze on the way to and from the island feels great. My whole family was very satisfied. The staff speaks English and is cheerful and friendly. It's just a short walk from the lagoon at Hilton Hawaiian Village. It's very convenient if you're staying at the Hilton.

Actually, I used to attend a riding club over 10 years ago, but I quit because I was scared of galloping. This time, since I was just walking slowly on horseback in the great outdoors, I felt completely at ease and thoroughly enjoyed riding again after a long time. It had been several years since I last rode a horse (I rode a few years ago in Hokkaido), so it took me a little time to regain my sense of balance at first, but after a while, I remembered the feeling and was able to enjoy the scenery. Just before we mounted the horses, there was a heavy downpour, and I was wondering what would happen, but fortunately, we didn't get rained on at all during the ride. It was also pleasantly cool, not too hot, and a bit cloudy, which made for perfect riding weather.

I reserved a seat in the middle, not in the front row, about seven days ago. An elderly couple from California sat next to me, and we talked about Japan, the culture of Hawaii, and the connection of Okinawan immigrants. The show started with a guitar solo, and at one point, audience members participated in playing the theme song of Five O Hawaii, making it very exciting and enjoyable. Overall, the timing was appropriate, and it was a family-friendly show that also considered Hawaii's history, making it enjoyable even for those who don't understand English. I'm glad I could see such a valuable show on Kalakaua Avenue.

I attended the "VIP Waikiki Luau Buffet & Show." It starts with a buffet-style dinner. Each table is set with plates, and you serve yourself. The beautifully roasted pork and roast beef are cut carefully by the chef right in front of you, creating a lively atmosphere! There’s also a wide variety of fresh salads, yakisoba, grilled chicken, and more, which made my plate overflow.

Before the meal, we were served a welcome Mai Tai. It had a tropical aroma that perfectly matched the Hawaiian atmosphere. With a Mai Tai in hand, a naturally smiling time began.

Amidst this, a local woman appeared with a ukulele. She had the vibe of a lovely neighbor rather than a staff member, and she went around to each table, delivering gentle and warm live performances. We gathered before 6 AM 😅, but our bus driver Javier and instructor Fuko were already preparing even earlier, which was a small inspiration as we started. It took about an hour to reach Waianae in the west. Since it was my first time in the west, I felt a bit anxious, but we boarded the Poseidon with Dolphin University and performed a ritual before entering the sea, then headed out to search for dolphins... At the second spot, we were fortunate to find a pod of dolphins swimming beautifully 🐬✨. When I asked Fuko, she said the water was 1,000 meters deep! I was amazed by the depth of the ocean beyond my imagination! Then, we moved to a depth of 10 meters, where I was once again touched by the sight of honu and many tropical fish 🥹. We even slid down the slide attached to the boat, returning to our childhood... It was a tour filled with so much excitement! ✨

We had a wonderful time on this mini cruise to Fern Grotto. We loved hearing about it's history, listening to the music and being entertained by a talented group of people. Every seat was a good one for views and the short walk to the grotto was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this relaxing trip!
