I think even small children can enjoy horseback riding on their own if they meet the height requirements. It may take a little time to get used to handling the horse.

It was my first horseback riding experience, but thanks to the well-behaved horses, I was able to complete it without any issues. It was a non-stop two hours, so I was a bit tired and my back became quite sore, but I feel it was the best experience. As advice for those who will go in the future, I recommend bringing a waist pouch. There are few places to secure valuables on the horse, so it's convenient to have.

The guides Kidra and Logan were a lot of fun and they were very knowledgeable about the ranch and the island as well. We had fun and learned a lot about move we love. This is our second trip up the mountain with Mauna Kea Stargazing Tour & Sunset Adventure. We were so awed in 2015, we wanted to take it all in again. Of course, we never expected it to be even better than our first experience. Our host/driver/guide, Kea, was excellent! His knowledge of the land, the people, and the culture was extensive and well-delivered. We wanted to listen to him for hours more! Kea's respect and request, in Hawaiian, to visit the mountain was moving. It reminded us we were guests, and to honor those before us and where we were. Stepping out of the van for stargazing took our breath away. The stars are so brilliant. Kea had so much information to share on each of the selections he chose to show us through the mighty telescope. We saw Polaris, the Southern Cross, and the Milky Way all in the same sky. Quit searching and choose Kea with Mauna Kea Stargazing! Best in Class!

Absolutely wonderful dinner and show. We were seated with enough time to get our food and appreciated that they served the children first while the adults were able to get their drinks from the open bar. Loved having the chance to try different types of drinks from the bar. I was concerned about the weather with it being out in the open since it was cloudy and had rained in the afternoon recently but it was perfect weather! Our kids and I really enjoyed the show and we had a lovely family next to us from Wisconsin that made the dinner even more enjoyable. Would have preferred the waiters/ess come more from the back as they helped their tables so that we could see and record the event a little better. Over wonderful family event that we highly recommend!

In the first half, we played with SUP boards and floaties in shallow water. In the second half, those who could swim put on life jackets and went snorkeling. Since we couldn't swim, we were pulled by the staff to explore underwater. We were very lucky to see four sea turtles. It was a great experience. However, since we couldn't swim, we couldn't move around freely. So, I think it would be more enjoyable for those who can swim, but of course, even non-swimmers can have fun.

後半は、泳げる人は救命具を付けてシュノーケリングです。
私達は泳げないので、スタッフさんに引っ張ってもらって海中を散策。
ウミガメも4匹も見られて、とてもラッキーでした。

To celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, we enjoyed snorkeling at a sandbar, just like we did on our honeymoon. It was with a foreign tour company that has a name just one letter different from "Heaven," and all the staff were extremely friendly. A Japanese staff member was in charge of the tour, and the larger of the two boats that set sail was completely full of Japanese passengers.

After enjoying the sandbar, we had lunch with BBQ hamburgers prepared by the captain himself. Following that, we were able to snorkel for a full hour around the coral reef where sea turtles are found, and we returned to port while watching the sea turtles. It was a truly satisfying experience.

結婚３５周年の節目にあたり、新婚旅行で体験したサンドバーのシュノーケリングを楽しみました。「天国」さんと一字違いの外資系のツアー会社ですが、スタッフ全員が非常にフレンドリーで日本スタッフのお姉様がツアーを仕切っており、２隻出航した大きい方の船は乗客全員が日本人で満員でした。

Our family was a pretty big group with a mix of some older folks and young children so we chose to do this activity based on all the good reviews and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the hula dancing and singing along the ride. The time spent on the boat and walking to was not too long so it was perfect for our group.

It was the perfect welcome activity for the family! The cruise was relaxing, the crew very friendly. It rained very briefly which was ok because it gave us a beautiful rainbow. We loved the magical sunset colours.

The pick up point was very accessible, right on Waikiki beach which is just walking distance from our hotel (and most hotels). Prepare to get your feet and/or legs wet when boarding and getting off but it was part of the experience! The price is also reasonable and allows you to bring drinks of your choice.

Would do it again if we’re back.
