Wonderful tour!
Reviewed by: Heather H, 2022/05/02Our Pearl Harbor Tour with E Noa was great! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and fun, and shared a lot of good information. This tour made it easy to enjoy all that Pearl Harbor has to offer since they procure the tickets for you. The trolley ride around Honolulu and Waikiki was good as well.
Be sure to NOT bring bags with you as instructed. This caused our particular tour to be split up as our guide had to call in another guide due to some people bringing bags. They will not let you in with them.

Great Tour
Reviewed by: Diners Choice Group, 2022/04/30We were a big group - like 27 of us - and most were visiting Hawaii for the first time. This was the first activity we did and I’m glad we did because we learned a lot about the island. Kim our driver and tourist guide was great! It also helped that we had the whole bus to ourselves.
Bring swimsuit to go have a dip at the Waimea Falls. If you don’t, you will have to shell out a lot of money to buy some at the spot!
The fee for the tour Is well worth it! Strongly recommend this.
We love giving tours to big groups! It makes it such a special experience. Great tip about the swimsuits! It really makes a difference to be able to jump in and experience everything our tours have to offer! We hope to see ALL of you again!

Great tour!
Reviewed by: Mayor Mabry, 2022/04/16Seeing the Arizona has been on my bucket list for several years. Seeing it and the Missouri was an experience. I didnt go on the Bowfin or into the Aviation museum, but I saw them. The bus had issues at first and they called another bus which caused the tour to be very late. He did stay later, but we didnt have time for the film or much browsing around. They do a little city tour, which is ok but they dont stop for pictures or anything. In my opinion, they should devote the whole tour to Pearl Harbor. It needs more time. I did a trolley ride later on that does a city tour with stops. It was still a good day, just wish I had had more time there.

Great tour with a really fun tour guide

He taught us all the Hawaiian language and gave us so much history of the natives and the island. If you go on this tour, request him as your tour guide!!

Great way to see the island + waterfall
Reviewed by: Yes to Hawaii, 2022/01/17The tour was in a mini-bus rather than the larger motorcoach buses. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. I really liked the stop at Waimea Valley the best. It was nice to get out and go on a nature walk. The entire route is fully paved. If you want to swim, there's time to swim too. Lunch was at Fumi's and I'd recommend their garlic shrimp (yum!). Overall, the day was a full day so make sure you get plenty of rest the night before and wear comfortable shoes.

Paid boat ride is non-refundable!?
Reviewed by: J and M with family , 2022/01/08Paid boat ride is non-refundable when dock is damaged. This policy should be modified to go right by the customer and website need to stop bookings. I could just easily drove there with my rental car and just check out the sites. The money I spent for the boat could have been used to pay for the submarine tour!

Yes, unfortunately the dock was temporarily closed. The National Park Service does not provide us with refunds as the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center has so much to offer with its monuments, exhibits, attack film and museums. You are also able to pay your respects to the fallen from the dockside, which is always open.
We regret that you did not feel the tour guide's knowledgeable narration to/from Waikiki and Pearl Harbor, nor the hassle of driving/parking was worth it. Please accept our apologies and thank you for your valuable feedback. We hope your overall stay in Hawaii was a safe and enjoyable one. Stay well.

As for the transportation…you definitely need to invest & updated the buses with better air conditioning. It was fully packed, not one spare seat on the bus…and the air conditioning was inadequate to keep the bus at a comfortable temperature.

A must see tour
Reviewed by: Barry, 2021/10/22How can you visit Honolulu and not see Pearl Harbor and the Missouri. Trip started off badly as our bus was over an hour late. It meant things we were supposed to see on the way to Pearl Harbor was squeezed in on the way back. Not good when you have made dinner cruise plans with the same tour company. Guide Ru Ru was pleasant but brushed aside the delay as being on “Hawaiian time.” Wish we had more time to spend at the Missouri.

Don’t spend your money on this excursion!
Reviewed by: Holly Westog, 2021/06/24It started out with the driver arriving more than an hour late. He had to use the bathroom upon arrival which delayed us by another 15 mins. We had to rush through everything g. There was no swimming at the waterfall. We walked up to it turned around and walked back. Got to Dole in time for whip to jump back in the van to air in traffic for 1.5+ hours. There was no air conditioning and the speakers didn’t work. We were HOT with no tour/history lesson. HORRIBLE!!

Waikiki Trolley Salute to Pearl Harbor

I expected to just be dropped off at the location of Pearl Harbor to tour it on my own, which would have been ok. But the trolley ride was enjoyable, and the driver was very knowledgeable and informative about the events or Pearl Harbor, and also the history of the island as well. He was very entertaining, humorous and personal able, relating well with his clients, getting them involved in the tour. He assured that we all know what to expect and what was expected of us. We had plenty of time to explore and to pay or respect to the men and the events of that terrible day in history. I would recommend this tour to all I know when they visit Oahu and hope that they are lucky enough to get our guide for this experience.

MUST BUY! Great value and experience

My nerd heart is full!

The USS Missouri is great. Take the guided tour! Our guide had some great stories. I also enjoyed having time to explore on my own.
The USS Arizona Memorial and other memorials were very humbling. So grateful for the men and women who sacrificed their lives that day so I can enjoy the freedom I now have. It was quite humbling to stand over the tomb of those men in the USS Arizona. I also enjoyed the Walk of Honour. My only regret was not having enough time to explore the other things in and around that site.
This was a great starter tour to show me what I might like to do next time. The company from booking to resort pick-up and drop off to not having to navigate the traffic made it well worth the investment. I highly recommend this for everyone. I learned a lot!
I also greatly appreciated the poncho to use as we had rain off and on all day. Unexpected but awesome bonus!

Reviewed by: Jill, 2018/03/11We had such a good time. There was 7 of us in our group. Some of us had been to Oahu before and some had not. We wanted to take a smaller, more personal tour. So we could all be TOGETHER and learn some of the history of the islands while seeing all the sights.
Our driver was insightful, and fun. He answered all of our inquiries with so much knowledge.
Everyone of us enjoyed the whole tour. It was nice to be able to talk, visit, take pictures and not have to worry about driving and finding the way ourselves.
We didn't feel rushed... got to see everything at each stop.
