Excellent tour, knowledgeable guide
Reviewed by: Don, 2022/11/19I highly recommend this tour. Anyone who has an interest in history will enjoy it. It was moving standing above the Arizona where World War II started and on the Missouri where the surrender agreement was signed. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and professional.

He made us feel welcomed and was very enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge of the island. He made sure we were comfortable and went out of his way to even take pictures for us. Cannot say the excursion was what we expected. We did not get to see the Arizona even though we saw it in 2017, because the lines were too long. we were not told when we booked the excursion that the docks would be in repair. Apparently its omnly about the money. No service involved. We were told the Military was running the ticket sales. So, we booked this several months in advance and were told the tickets were purchased the day before. Great service. Again all about money with no delivery.
The Honolulu part was fine.
Would not recommend unless you are going to be upfront with the customer.

Juicy Circle Island Tour

Once Juicy showed up the trip began and he kept us rolling in the aisles with funny stories and excellent information about the sights. Did I mention that Juicy made up for arriving late? Each stop was awesome and he went out of his way to make it just that much more special. The lunch was some yet delicious. I feel bad because I actually forgot his real name. The only name we got familiar with was Juicy. What a sweet and funny man. I really connected with him. Glad we took this tour.

So much to learn!

Pearl Harbor was absolutely beautiful and must be done if it's your first time in Oahu. The views there were very scenic and emotional. I would definitely do it again if I come back!

Emotional and enlightening Tour
Reviewed by: Sparkhall, 2022/09/19Firstly our open top tour bus turned up on time and we was warmly welcomed by our host Nani Popolo ( a real gem ) .
He gave us the good news straight away , that we had tickets for the Arizona memorial ( no stand by queue's for us ) .
Nani gave us in depth information throughout the day and was always on hand for photo's etc . His humour and song covered the many different age groups and genre's aboard.
The Arizona , Missouri and Oklahoma sites were all as memorizing as each other , in their own different ways .
This trip was a bucket list item for my 65th birthday , we travelled from the UK for it . Our tour was worth every penny .

Our first stop was to see city sights and he allowed us time for pictures along with him taking our group pictures. The battleship was fascinating and of course Pearl Harbour was very touching. We hate hearing that the USS Arizona ticket shortage is affecting our guests experiences. We know it is disappointing and we wish there was more we could do. It was a somber, sobering and fulfilling time as we learned more about the greatest American generation and the sacrifices they made for their and future generations. Juicy added to our trip by providing extra facts and great fun along the way there and back.

Did not receive tickets to USS Arizona Memorial

We fully paid months before our Hawaii trip. Why a poor review? There were 18 of us. Families and friends. We were informed that they were not able to get a ticket for us to go to USS Arizona, right during the bus pickup! Our other friends who were on a different time slot, same day, were able to do so no problem. We feel that this company should have informed us ahead of time so we would have an opportunity to book with another company. So disappointed! Not good business! I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Kimo was the best tour guide!

When we got to the different spots, he walked with us, telling us more. We saw other E Noa drivers sitting by their buses waiting for the people to come back. Kimo made the trip so much fun! Don’t be last on the bus or he’ll make you do a short hula while he plays his ukulele!
Not sure if you can request, but If you get Kimo, you’re going to get waaay more than your moneys worth!
Oh! And the local lunch spot was DELICIOUS! We wanted to get another and take it back to the hotel!
Our drivers truly are what make our tours so unforgettable! We are so glad to hear Kimo provided such a fun experience. Mahalo for the 5 stars! Next time you're in Hawaii we hope to see you again!

Never Again
Reviewed by: Toni Hooper, 2022/06/07We were so excited to visit Hawaii for the first time and I thought I was purchasing tickets for Pearl Harber but NO after spending $200.00 NOTHING. When speaking to them on the phone they stated we must ride their bus. With Covid 19 we didn’t want to take a chance on our health. We are now in a dispute with them to get our money back!
Toni we are so sorry to hear you suffered such a terrible miscommunication. We understand that some people are still weary about travel post pandemic. We hope you're able to work something out with the agent that booked your tour. Mahalo!

He shared tips and places to eat. I tried them all and he was spot on! He kept us on schedule and was very helpful and entertaining. Very kind soul! The tour was worth every cent and more!! Don’t pass this up you will not regret it. lots to do. Every stop was fantastic. Enjoyed the history, the gift shops, the scenery and best of all the ambiance. The lunch at Fumi’s was delicious!!
