I participated with my 4-year-old grandchild and daughters. While waiting at the hotel, I was surprised when a more impressive bus than I expected came to pick us up. It was about a 40-minute drive from the hotel in Waikiki, enjoying the stunning coastal views. Sea Life Park was smaller and a bit less crowded than I anticipated, but because of that, we were able to participate in various events. Before the main dolphin touch program, my grandchild was thrilled to feed the sea lions, touch baby sea turtles, and feed the little birds. Before booking this program, I inquired with the Japanese branch of Sea Life Park about whether I could participate while holding my 6-month-old baby, but they said no, so either my daughter or I had to wait outside during the program. However, when I asked again before checking in on-site, they surprisingly said it was okay. We paid an additional fee and were all able to go to the dolphin pool. It was about $20 more than the advance reservation price. I wish this kind of information had been properly updated. The actual dolphin touch program left a bit to be desired in terms of content and duration. The return bus ride was neither too long nor too short, making for a perfectly timed stay, and overall, I was satisfied. The cafeteria food in the park was also delicious.

４歳と６か月の孫と娘たちとで参加しました。ホテルで待っていると予想以上に立派なバスが迎えに来てくれて驚きました。ワイキキのホテルから４０分ほど、海沿いの絶景を楽しみながらのドライブでした。シーライフパークは予想よりこじんまりでやや閑散としていましたが、その分色々なイベントに参加出来、メインのイルカタッチの前にアシカにえさをあげたり、ウミガメの赤ちゃんにタッチや小鳥にえさをあげたりと４歳の孫は大喜びでした。このプログラムを予約する前にシーライフパークの日本支社に６か月の赤ちゃんを抱っこして参加できないか問い合わせたところダメとの回答で私か娘のどちらかが、そのプログラムの間外で待たなけらばなりませんでした。　現地でチェックイン前にもう一度聞いてみると、なんとあっさりOK。　追加料金を払って全員イルカのプール前まで行けました。　ただ、事前予約の料金より20ドルくらい高かったです。　このような情報もきちんとアップしていただければと思いました。　で、実際にイルカにタッチプログラムは少し物足りなさが残る内容、時間でした。　帰りのバスの時間も長くもなく丁度程よい滞在で　全体的には満足でした。　パーク内のカフェテリアの食事もおいしかったです。　

There were about 30 participants. We encountered a pod of dolphins after about 30 minutes on the boat. They were diving a lot, and we enjoyed watching them from the boat. When we got into the water, several dolphins were swimming around playfully, and they were really cute. Even if you can't swim, the crew pulled a float to take you to where the dolphins were.

The boat was small, and perhaps due to the high waves that day, a few people got seasick and couldn't enjoy the water later on, which was unfortunate. I wouldn't recommend this for those who are prone to seasickness, but it was a great tour where you could meet dolphins and turtles.

参加人数は30名程いました。
船に乗って30分くらいでイルカの群れに遭遇。
たくさんダイブしてて船の上からでも楽しめました。いざ海に入ってみると数頭のイルカがじゃれ合いながら泳いでて、すごく可愛かったです。泳げなくてもクルーが浮き輪を引っ張ってイルカのいるところまで連れてってくれました。
船が小さく、その日は波が高かったのか数名船酔いでダウンしていて、途中から気分が治らず全然海に入れなかったのが残念でした。
船酔いする方にはオススメ出来ないと思いますが、イルカやカメには出会えるとても良いツアーでした。

I felt安心 (safe) with Veltra again this time.

It seems that there are no activities in Japan where you can ride on the back or belly of a dolphin, so I think it's irresistible for dolphin and animal lovers. I was nervous before it started, but Mike, who explained in Japanese, was kind and thorough, and he watched over us, so by the time it began, I was excited. Trainer Maria was energetic and gentle, and I was able to relax and have a truly great experience. It was a Halloween event, but since it was sunny, it wasn't cold (it was cold after taking a shower, though), and once I got dressed, my hair dried quickly, so there were no problems at all.

日本ではイルカの背中やお腹に乗るアクティビティはないようなので、イルカや動物好きにはたまらないと思います。
始まるまで緊張していましたが、日本語の説明のマイクさんが親切丁寧に説明して下さって、見守ってくれたので、始まる頃にはワクワクしてきて、トレーナーのマリアさんは元気で優しく、リラックスして本当に良い体験ができました。
ハロウィンの参加でしたが、晴れていたので寒くなく(シャワーを浴びると寒かったですが)服を着たら髪もすぐ乾いて何の問題もなかったです。

I understand that it's meant to be entertaining, but when the dolphins appeared, all the staff shouted, "Look down!" If it happened once or twice, it would be fine, but it went on for a long time.

On the day of the event, the waves were high, and more than ten people, including myself, were feeling nauseous.

Given that situation, I wanted to see the dolphins at my own pace, but it felt quite rushed, which made the nausea worse.

Also, the photos were only of the dolphins and not with them, so they were a bit disappointing.

楽しませるためとは思いますが、イルカが現れた時スタッフ全員で「下見てーーー！」と叫ばれます、一回や2回なら良いですがずっとです。

当日は波が高く、自分も含めて10人以上吐いてました。

そんな状況だからイルカも自分のペースで見たかったのにかなり焦らせる感じで、さらに酔いが回りました。

写真もイルカと写るのではなくイルカのみの写真なので微妙です。

I participated in the manta night snorkeling! The instructor (female, I'm sorry, I forgot her name...) provided clear explanations, and the hot chocolate service afterward warmed me up, which was really helpful! I was able to see many mantas up close, and it was truly moving. I made great memories. Thank you very much.

I saw about 10 sharks really close up. It was more thrilling than I expected, and it was amazing.
The worst part was the seasickness. The boat on the way there rocked so much that it felt extreme, like waves you wouldn't normally encounter in Japan. We forgot, but taking motion sickness medication is a must. Even with it, the experience might still make you feel nauseous.

サメは、すごく近くに10匹程度みえます。思っていた以上の迫力で、最高でした。
最悪なのは、船酔い。特に行きの船は、これでもかってくらい、揺れます。日本では、まず出向しないくらいの波です。私たちは、忘れてしまいましたが、酔い止め必須です。あっても、あれは、酔うかもしれないレベルです。

There were few fish, and the only things to see were artificial structures and a sunken ship. I started to feel sleepy. The only time I got excited was when I was on the boat heading to the submarine, feeling the wind... I think it would have been more enjoyable if there had been more marine life. This isn't really the tour company's fault, though...

魚も少ないし見るものと言えば人工的に沈めた枠とか沈没船かな。眠くなってしまいました。テンションが上がったところと言えば潜水艦に向かう船で風に吹かれてるときかな・・・。もう少し生き物がいてくれたら楽しかったと思う。こればっかりはツアー会社のせいじゃないけど・・・。

It was great to get on the new boat, but I only saw one manta ray far away. Moreover, I couldn't see it because of the bubbles from the diver! I was unsure whether to go diving or snorkeling, and I regretted not diving in the end. I know that it's a living creature and nothing is guaranteed, but it was still a painful expense. Also, the sea at the end of October was indeed cold. I couldn't find the photos taken on the boat; maybe they haven't been uploaded, or it's a different site?

新しい船に乗ったまでは良かったのですが、マンタは遥か遠くに１枚。
しかも、ダイバーの吐く泡で見えない！
ダイビングかシュノーケルかで迷って申し込んだので、やっぱり潜れば良かったと後悔しました。
相手も生き物、１００％はないとわかっていても痛い出費でした。
そして、１０月末の海。やっぱり寒かったです。
船上で撮った写真もアップされていないのかサイトがちがうのか？見つけられませんでした。

You don't need to arrive before the reception time since others are quite relaxed about it. It's not a first-come, first-served situation...

Once the submarine dives, it stabilizes, so I didn't feel nauseous or experience any pressure changes. I joined a tour without a Japanese guide, but if you're just looking to enjoy the ocean, it's not a problem.

The handsome guide, Jordan, was hard to understand at all. I found the earphone guide a bit bothersome and took it off halfway through. I was satisfied to see turtles and sharks.

受付時間前に行かなくても他の方がルーズなので大丈夫です。早い者勝ちとかではないので・・・
潜水艦は潜ると安定してるので気持ち悪くなったり気圧が変になることはなかったです。
日本語ガイドがいないツアーに参加しましたが、純粋に海を楽しむなら問題ないです。
イケメンガイドさんのジョーダンが全く分からないくらいです。イヤホンガイドは途中面倒くさくて外してしまいました。亀やサメも見れて満足です。

After listening to the explanation from our Japanese guide, Joshua, we set off. I felt anxious and nervous about how many mantas my son and I would encounter, but the staff played loud music to boost everyone's spirits. When we arrived at the location, several boats were already using fishing lights. We quickly dove into the water to wait for the mantas. Then, a manta appeared right in front of us from the ocean floor. Looking at my son next to me, I saw him captivated by the mantas and small fish. It was impressive to see the mantas repeatedly come close, which was different from what I had imagined. It was a tour that made me want to participate again.

日本語ガイドのｼﾞｮｼｱの説明を聞いて、いざ出発。息子とマンタが何匹遭遇できるか不安と緊張の中、スタッフが大音量で音楽をかけてみんなのテンションを高めてくれました。現地に到着すると、すでに何隻かのボートが集魚灯をつけていました。我々もすぐに海中へダイブしてマンタを待ちます。すると海底からマンタが目の前に上がってきました。横にいる息子を見ると夢中になってマンタや小魚を見ていました。想像とは違ってマンタが繰り返し近寄ってくる様は圧巻でした。また、参加したいと思えるﾂｱｰでした。

We experienced it together with our children. The submarine experience lasts about an hour. We used a Japanese guide, but it became annoying halfway through, so we stopped using it. The atmosphere created by the crew is enjoyable enough. If you can understand English, they also tell jokes along the way, which makes it even more fun.

子供も一緒に体験しました。潜水艦は1時間位の体験です。日本語ガイドを使いましたが、途中から鬱陶しくなり、使わなかったです。クルーの雰囲気で十分楽しめます。英語のヒアリングができれば、途中冗談等も言ってくれるのでより楽しめると思います。

This was my first time participating.

Check-in was scheduled for 8:30 AM, so I arrived at that time. It seems that check-in actually started at that time, so it would have been fine to arrive around 9 AM. Since I was the first to check in, I had quite a bit of waiting time. I wish I had played at the nearby beach...

We moved to two submarines located on the sea using a larger boat with a restroom. From there, we split into two groups to board.

As expected of the waters in Hawaii. The waves were high, so the boat rocked quite a bit. Please be cautious of seasickness. My wife apparently wasn't in the mood to enjoy the submarine experience due to seasickness.

The submarine itself was very good. We were able to see a sunken ship and a submerged Zero fighter, which was quite surreal.

It seems to be a popular tour, as there were many people.

初めて参加させていただきました。

チェックインが8時30分となっていたので、8時30分に行きました。
これはこの時間にチェックインが開始と言う事で、実質9時頃までにくれば良かったぽいです。
一番乗りでチェックインしてしまったので、結構待ち時間がありました。
近くの海で遊んでいれば良かった、、、。

トイレ付きの大きめの船で、海上にある二隻の潜水艦まで移動します。
そこから、二手に分かれて乗り込みます。

さすがハワイの海。
波が高いので、結構揺れます。
船酔いに注意してください。
妻は船酔いで潜水艦で鑑賞する気分ではなかったらしいです。

潜水艦自体はとても良かったです。
沈没船や水没している零戦などが見ることが出来、とても幻想的でした。

人気のツアーらしく、人数は多いです。

I was very anxious about participating alone, but I had a great time! I was really lucky this time, as I was able to see dolphins three times while swimming, and they came close to the boat on the way back and played with us, which was very moving! Next time, I want to go with friends.

During the photo session, the attendant announced loudly into the microphone that I was a solo participant, which made me feel a bit sad.

But this tour is definitely worth it!

1人参加とても不安でしたが、とても楽しかったです！
今回本当に運が良く、3回泳ぎながらイルカを見ることができたし、帰りの船に近寄ってきて一緒に泳いで遊んでくれたので、とても感動しました！
次は、友人といきたいと思いました。

写真の時は、アテンドさんがお一人様参加の方ですねと大きくマイクで言われて呼ばれたので少し悲しい気分になりました。笑


でも、このツアーは間違いなしです！

I participated with my family in their 80s, and it seems everyone had a great time. The hospitality from the staff and other participants was high, and we were blessed with good weather, making it comfortable. Tropical fish gathered around the food in our hands, and if you're lucky, you might see sea turtles swimming by your feet or right in front of you. I think it's also recommendable for elderly people.

**Notes:**
1. It's best to take motion sickness medication first thing in the morning before participating. A few people forgot to take it and got seasick.
2. After getting out of the water, it gets very cold on the boat, so regardless of age or health, everyone needs to wear beach towels, raincoats, or windbreakers to avoid getting cold.
3. Since it's bright, I think it would be good to bring sunglasses. If you have polarized sunglasses for fishing, you might be able to see into the water from the boat when it's sunny.

80代の家族と一緒に参加しました。とても楽しめたようでよかったです。
スタッフや参加者の方々のホスピタリティーも高く、天気にも恵まれたので快適でした。熱帯魚が手元の餌に群がり、運が良ければウミガメが足元の海底や目の前を泳いでいきます。高齢の方にもお勧めできると思います。

【注意】
①朝起きたら、まず酔い止め薬を飲んでから参加したほうがいいです。酔い止めを飲み忘れて何人か船酔いしていました。
②水から出た後、船上はとても寒いので年齢や体調に関わらず"全員"、ビーチタオルやレインコート、ウィンドブレーカーを着て体を冷やさないようにする必要があります。
③眩しいのでサングラスを持っていくとなおいいかと思います。釣り用の偏光サングラスがあれば、晴れていたら船上から海の中を見ることもできるかもしれません。

You can see various types of submerged reefs and the creatures swimming around them. There are ships, airplanes, and more. You can listen to a Japanese audio guide through headphones, but when the captain is guiding in English and a sea turtle passes by, he cheerfully shouts "KAME! KAME!" or if there’s a shark, he’ll say "SHARK! SHARK!" When moving to the submarine by boat, if the weather is clear, you can see a beautiful view from Waikiki Beach to the mountains.

海底に沈められたいろいろなタイプの漁礁やその周りを泳ぐ生き物を見ることができます。
船、飛行機など様々です。日本語の音声ガイドをヘッドフォンで聞くこともできますが、キャプテンが英語でガイドしている時にウミガメが通ると「KAME！KAME！」とか、サメがいれば「SHARK！SHARK！」と賑やかに教えてくれます。
船で潜水艦まで移動している時は、晴れているとワイキキビーチから山まできれいに見ることができます。

This excursion exceeded our expectations! The crew was personally and knowledgeable about sharks and the ocean sea life. We had plenty of time in the water with the sharks because of the small group. We also saw a huge pod of dolphins 40-60 jumping out of the water traveling out to our final destination. We felt like they were putting on a show just for us. Important to note we never felt in danger while observing the sharks in the cage. Our guides were professional and patient with the timid swimmers. It was a bucket-list check off for us. We recommend an underwater camera or waterproof pouch for your iPhone. Don’t miss these amazing moments with the sharks. We will back! We highly recommend this excursion! I participated in a manta snorkeling tour for the first time. I'm not a strong swimmer and it was my first time snorkeling, but it was fine since I just held onto something like a kickboard and floated. The guide was very kind and supportive.

You can rent a bodysuit on-site for $10, and when I participated, everyone rented one. The boat ride to the manta viewing spot had quite a bit of waves, so I recommend motion sickness medication for those who are prone to seasickness. I took some beforehand as well. We were able to see a beautiful sunset from the boat on the way there.

As for the mantas, many of them gathered, and we were able to see them flipping in the water. The guide mentioned that sometimes you might not see any, so I felt lucky to see so many!

On the way back, the boat's lights were dimmed, and we returned while looking at the starry sky. They served us hot chocolate, but it gets cold, so I think it's a good idea to remember to bring a towel.

It was challenging, but I had a very valuable and wonderful experience, and I was extremely satisfied!

初めてマンタのシュノーケリングツアーに参加しました。私は泳ぎも苦手でシュノーケリング自体初めてだったのですが、ビート板のようなものにつかまって浮いているだけなので、問題ありませんでした。ガイドのお姉さんも優しくサポートしてくださいます。
現地でボディスーツ（＄10）を借りることもでき、私が参加した時は全員借りていました。
マンタを見れるスポットまでの船は波がかなりあり、酔いやすい人は酔い止めをおすすめします。私も事前に酔い止めを飲んでいきました。行きの船内からはサンセットがきれいに見ることができました。
肝心なマンタですが、たくさんのマンタが集まってきて、宙返りもたくさんみることができました。ガイドさんも見れないこともあるとおっしゃっていたので、たくさん見ることができてラッキーでした！
帰りは船内の照明を落として、星空を見ながら帰りました。ホットチョコレートを出していただきましたが、冷えるので、タオルの準備を忘れないほうが良いと思います。
ハードでしたが、とても貴重で素敵な経験ができ大満足でした！

I thought I would see a lot of fish and turtles since it was a submarine experience, but I might have had too high expectations. Since it's in nature, I think timing plays a role as well. The price is a bit high too. The staff was very enthusiastic and made it enjoyable.

潜水艦ということで、個人的に沢山の魚や亀がみれるとおもったが、期待しすぎていた。自然の中なので、タイミングもあると思います。値段も高いかな。スタッフさんはとても盛り上げてくれました。

My friend and I went on this together and it was the first time for both of us on a submarine! It was really neat getting to see the airplane and ships that were down there as well as getting the chance to see about 4 sea turtles and even a small shark! The crew was very nice and professional and we had a great time.

I had my elderly father and mother participate in a tour. On the day of the tour, the tour company made a mistake with the meeting time and arrived an hour early, so they didn't come to pick them up no matter how long they waited. My mother managed to think on her feet and contacted the tour company, allowing them to join the tour that was scheduled an hour later.

The day before, I had provided the emergency contact information to the tour company, yet they decided to mark them as absent simply because "they weren't at the meeting place" without properly confirming. If they had checked thoroughly, they would have realized they had mixed up the times. What would have happened if my mother hadn't contacted them?

After returning from the tour, I reached out to the tour company, but their response was, "If you were able to join the next tour..." It completely ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful trip for my parents.

高齢の父と母をツアーに参加させました。
当日、ツアー会社が集合時間を間違え1時間前のツアーの迎え時間で来てしまい、いくら待っても迎えに来ず…。母が何とか機転を利かせてツアー会社に連絡し、最初に予定していたものの1時間後のツアーに参加することが出来ました。
前日には、ツアー会社に緊急連絡先も伝えておいたのに、「集合場所にいなかったから。」という理由できちんと確認もしないまま不参加と判断するものはいかがかと。しっかり確認していれば、次の時間と間違えていたと気がついたと思います。母が連絡していなかったらどうしていたのでしょうか？？
ツアーから戻って来てからツアー会社に連絡しましたが、「次のツアーに参加できたなら…。」という対応でした。
折角の親孝行旅行が台無しになってしまいました。

I ended up not being able to see dolphins in the ocean. It was my second time seeing dolphins, but it was my first time at Dolphin Junior High. This time it was very hectic, going in and out repeatedly. Since the dolphin tour is with nature, I think it's understandable whether you see them or not, but the level of satisfaction does change. I think it might be good to consider that point carefully.

イルカを海の中で見ることが出来ずに終わりました。イルカは2回目でしたが、イルカ中学は初めてでした。今回はとてもせわしなくて、ハイ入って、出て〜の繰り返し。イルカのツアーは自然相手なので、見られても見られなくても仕方ないと思いますが、やはり満足度は変わりますね。その点をよく考慮してみてもよいかと思います。

Due to time constraints, we reached our destination before sunset, and since I was sitting on the right side of the boat, the instructor took some photos for me, but I was unable to see it directly, which was disappointing. The boat ride felt like a roller coaster, both fun and a bit uncomfortable. Finally, while trying to contain my excitement, we went into the water, but despite waiting, the manta rays did not appear. Instead, there were people stirring up the plankton with their feet. However, at the very end, I was able to see a manta ray doing a somersault. It was truly moving. But now, I realized that I didn't get a commemorative photo. Thank you to all the instructors for your help. Mahalo!

時間的に、船で目的地に着く前にサンセットになったのですが右舷側に座っていたので、インストラクターさんが写真を撮ってくれましたが、直接見ることができず、残念でした。
そして、船の旅はジェットコースターの様で、楽しくもあり、苦しくも有りといったところでした。
いよいよ、ワクワクするキモチを抑えつつ海の中へと、ところが待てど暮らせどマンタは現れません。
それどころか、集まってきたプランクトンを足で掻き回してくれる人も有り。
でも、最後の最後にマンタの宙返りを見ることが出来ました。
これは、感動物でした。ところが今度は、記念の写真が撮れて無いでは有りませんか。インストラクターの皆様、お世話になりました。マハロ！

This was my second trip to Hawaii, but this time I traveled with my one-year-old child. I was looking for activities that would be enjoyable for kids, and choosing this was definitely the right decision! The staff on-site spoke Japanese and provided thorough explanations, making our first interaction with dolphins a wonderful memory. Even my shy child managed to smile and get a photo with the dolphin thanks to the instructor's assistance! Next time, I want to participate in the swimming experience together.

ハワイは2回目でしたが、今回は1歳の子どもを連れて旅行。子どもでも楽しめるアクティビティを、と思っていたところ、こちらを選んで大正解！
現地には日本語を話せるスタッフの方が、丁寧に説明をしてくれて、初めてのイルカとの触れ合いがとても良い思い出になりました。
恥ずかしがり屋の子どもも、インストラクターのアテンドで笑顔でイルカとのツーショットもゲット！
今度は、一緒に泳ぐ方に参加したいと思います。

I had an early pickup at 6 AM, but when I woke up, it was already 5:51 AM!! I hurriedly got dressed and left my room, and somehow managed to make it in time for the pickup. On the bus ride there, the guide's fun explanations kept me awake and alert. When we arrived at the port, the sea was calm with hardly any waves, which surprised the guide as well. Shortly after departing, we spotted dolphins. Although the water was murky, we were able to see the dolphins without them ever coming on board. We were thrilled to see the dolphins spinning and jumping around happily. After that, we also got to see a huge turtle that looked like a rock.

The captain and crew were very kind and helpful. They guided my mother, who was snorkeling in deep water for the first time, and she was able to swim without any issues. She had been worried about swimming and seasickness, but she seemed to get used to it and was satisfied by the end. I, on the other hand, felt a bit unwell towards the end, possibly due to lack of sleep since I arrived in Hawaii the day before. I think it's better to get enough rest and prepare your body beforehand. As for photos, I was so focused on watching the dolphins that I didn't have the chance to take many. Therefore, I mostly took pictures on the boat. A professional photographer accompanied us and took photos of the dolphins, turtles, and participants. It was $50 for data sent via email and $60 for a USB purchase. Payment can be made on the day or later at the office. It is a bit pricey, but since it includes photos you can't take yourself, I think it's worth it as a keepsake. If you're considering purchasing, I recommend actively asking for photos.

Also, for those who are sensitive to the cold or worried about sunburn, I think it's better to rent a wetsuit ($10 per person). Lastly, since I also tipped, I suggest bringing extra money if you're thinking about buying photos or renting a wetsuit. I almost missed out on the tour, but I'm glad I made some great memories. If I go to Hawaii again, I would definitely want to repeat this experience. Mahalo!!

朝が早く6時にピックアップでしたが、目覚めると5時51分!!
急いで着替えて部屋を出て、何とかピックアップの時間には間に合いました。
行きのバスの中では、ガイドさんの楽しい説明があり眠気など飛んでいきました。港に着くと、波がほとんどなく穏やかな海でガイドさんもびっくりしていました。出港後、すぐにイルカを発見。海が濁っていたため少し視界は悪かったですが、一度も船に上がることなく終始イルカを見ることができました。また、ご機嫌なイルカ先生のスピンやジャンプもたくさんみれて大興奮でした。その後は、岩のように大きなカメも見ることができてました。
船のキャプテン、クルーの方々もとても親切で良かったです。深い海でのシュノーケルが始めての母を誘導していましたが、特に問題なく泳ぐことができました。母は、泳ぎや船酔いの心配をしていましたが、途中から慣れてきて満足できたようです。私は、参加したのがハワイ到着日の翌日で寝不足もあってか最後に気分が悪くなってしまいました。そのため、十分に睡眠をとり体調を整えていたほうが良いと思います。写真に関しては、イルカさんを見るのに必死で取る余裕がなかったです。そのため、海の中ではほとんど撮らず船の上で撮りました。プロのカメラマンさんが同行しているので、イルカやカメさん、参加者の写真を撮影してくれます。メールへのデータ送信であれば50ドル、USBの購入であれば60ドルでした。支払いは、当日でも、後日オフィスへ支払いに行っても大丈夫です。少し値は張りますが、自分では撮れない写真も含まれているので記念になると思います。購入を考えている方は自分から積極的に写真を撮てもらうといいと思います。あと、寒さに弱い方や日焼けが気になる方は、ウエットスーツをレンタル（１人10ドル）したほうがいいと思います。
最後にチップも支払ったため、写真の購入やウエットスーツのレンタルを考えている方は、その分のお金は持参したほうがいいと思います。
危うくツアーに参加しそびれるところでしたが、いい思い出ができてよかったです。また、ハワイに行くことがあれば是非リピートしたいと思います。

We had an early morning pickup. We drove in the dark and headed to the coast while watching the sunrise. I thought we would only see turtles and dolphins from a distance. We missed the dolphins, but surprisingly, a turtle came up from the seabed right in front of us and almost collided with us! The photos we purchased separately were attached to an email, and it’s clear that professional shots are better. There were turtles and dolphins captured from positions other than ours. Oh, and the spam onigiri for a light snack was delicious. I've had many, but it was very much to the taste of Japanese people. I wonder where they sell it? Custom-made? I would love to participate again. Thank you, dolphins and everyone!

朝早いピックアップでした。暗いうちに走り朝日見ながら海岸へ行きました。 かめイルカ遠目にみるぐらいだろうなーと思っていました。 イルカはタイミングあいませんでしたがかめはなんと私たち前に海底から上がってきてぶつかりそうで避けました。別購入の写真はメール添付なのでやはりプロが撮ったほうがいいですね。自分たち以外の位置のかめやイルカが映ってました。 あっ軽食のスパムおにぎり美味しかったです。数々食べてますがとても日本人向け。どこに売ってるんだろ？特注？ また参加したいです。 いるかさん皆さんありがとう！

Due to the last-minute change in schedule, I was filled with anxiety, receiving a call early one morning while still in Japan asking, "I plan to participate today, what’s going on?" and having several exchanges to confirm the changed itinerary. However, the customer service representative was very kind and helpful.

On the day of the event, I was picked up in Waikiki at 11:25. Perhaps due to the timing, there were only a few participants on the large bus. We went straight to Sea Life Park with staff who were expressionless and silent. Once we arrived, the explanation was provided by a Japanese guide, so there was no confusion. However, I was disappointed to find that while the bus was scheduled to gather at 16:45, the park closed at 16:00. I later saw the closing time in the Q&A section, but I felt that such an important detail should be included in the schedule that everyone can see.

Before making the reservation, I asked, "If I participate in the 13:45 encounter, which shows can I see?" but received a complete copy of the schedule from the website. I didn’t feel any kindness in that response. In the end, the only show I could see was the dolphin show.

The price for photos was surprisingly high at 6,000 yen, and like the closing time, I felt it should be clearly displayed for everyone to see.

Although it was a highly rated tour, considering the price and the enjoyment I had, I think once is enough. I also feel that it wasn’t necessary to do this in Hawaii.

今回はギリギリに時間変更をした事もあり、まだ日本にいる全く別の日の早朝「今日参加予定ですがどうなっていますか？」と電話が来たり、変更した日程確認で何度かやり取りが発生したりと、不安でいっぱいでしたが、カスタマーの窓口の方にはとても親切にご対応いただけました。

当日11:25ワイキキお迎え。時間帯のせいか、大型バスに参加者ちらほら。無表情で無言のスタッフと共にシーライフパークへ直行。
ついてからは日本人のガイドの方の説明でしたので、迷う事は無かったのですが、バス集合16:45に対して閉園が16:00と何だかガッカリ。後にＱ&Aに閉園時間についてありましたが、こんな大切な事は誰もが観れるスケジュールに掲載するべきだと感じました。

予約前にも「13:45エンカウンターに参加した場合、どのショーが観れますか？」と質問するも、HPのスケジュールをまるまる転記。全く親切心が感じられませんでした。結果観れたのはイルカショーのみでした。

写真が6000円と驚く程高く、先程の閉園時間と一緒で、誰もが一目で確認出来るよう掲載すべきと感じました。

評価の高いツアーでしたが、価格と楽しんだ時間で考えると一度行けば十分です。特にハワイで行かなくても良かったとも思っています。

Although you can't see the grand ocean scenery like in a painting, you can enjoy a surreal underwater world at the "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" attraction in Tokyo DisneySea! It's especially recommended for those who are not good at swimming and don't want to dive! However, if you're prone to seasickness, it's a good idea to take some motion sickness medication beforehand. I also tend to get seasick, but I prepared in advance based on prior information, so I was able to enjoy the underwater scenery until the end!

絵に描いたような壮大な海の中の様子は見れませんが、非日常の世界をリアルな海の中をディズニーシーにある海底二万マイルというアトラクションにのように楽しめました！
泳ぎが苦手でダイビングはやりたくないなぁって方は特にオススメです！
ただ船酔いしやすい方は酔い止め飲んでおくと安心です！私も船酔いしやすいですが、前情報から酔い対策してたので最後まで楽しく海底を鑑賞できました！

My fiancée and I had a great Oahu experience. The team on board made us very comfortable and explained each step with detail. They chose a great site to go in at and the personal attention when in the water was amazing. Hats off to the crew.

We enjoyed this activity very much. We were the only ones on the boat so we had a very personal tour.
