The banana cake served on board was delicious! There were paper captain hats and coloring pages available for the kids, which made our time on the ship enjoyable and meaningful. Additionally, thanks to the staff's encouragement, we were all excitedly focused on the directions where we might see something, and when we finally spotted it, we all celebrated together. It was a wonderful experience.

船内で提供されるバナナケーキがおいしかったです！子ども用に紙の船長キャップや、塗り絵が用意されていて、船内での時間を有意義に過ごすことができました。また、スタッフの方の声かけで、見える可能性のある方向をわいわい注目して、見えた瞬間にみんなで喜べたことがとても良い時間でした。

The crew will kindly guide you to the directions where you might see the best views! I was very satisfied to see the spouting and jumping, and at the end, two whales crossing paths.

After setting sail in nice weather, we waited while enjoying pineapple banana cake and coffee as we approached the point. The crew provided explanations about whales, but it was disappointing that I couldn't understand the English. Just when I was starting to give up thinking we might not see any whales today, they finally made an appearance, so I felt lucky.

お天気が良い中の出航後、パイナップルバナナケーキとコーヒーをいただきながらポイントへ近づくのを待ちます。クルーの方から鯨についての説明もありましたが、英語がせっかくのお話が分からなかったので残念。なかなかクジラが現れずに今日はダメかな？と諦めかけた頃にやっと姿を現してくれたのでラッキーでした。

The weather was nice, and I thought I would encounter whales, but they didn't show up... However, the view of Waikiki from the sea was amazing! The staff's service was also polite and great 🎵 I hope to see them next time!

We had some free time during our company trip, so we participated as a pair. First, we were greeted by a sea turtle at the port, which was quite refreshing since I had no image of sea turtles being at ports in Japan!

When we set out on the boat to search for dolphins, we all sang a prayer to respectfully enter their natural habitat and threw plumeria flowers into the sea. After the prayer, as we moved the boat forward, we were surprised to see a whale spouting water and showing its fin—it's amazing how easily we could spot such creatures!

While we were searching for dolphins, Ryuichi-san explained the mountain range on the west coast, and the sight of the mountains at sunrise was very impressive. Towards the end of our trip, many dolphins appeared, and we were able to take photos right next to the boat!

Unfortunately, the type of dolphin we encountered couldn't swim alongside us, and the waves were a bit high that day, so we couldn't dive at the snorkeling spot with fish and coral reefs. I really hope to swim with them next time!!! 🐬

社員旅行で自由時間が出来たので2人で参加させていただきました。
まず、港にウミガメがお出迎えしてくれ、日本ではウミガメが港にいるイメージが全くなかったのでなんだか新鮮でした！
いざイルカを探しにボートを出すと、
まずは自然界にお邪魔しますのお祈りをみんなで歌い、プルメリアを海へ投げました。
そしてお祈り後にボートを進めていくと、鯨が潮を吹いたり、おびれを見せてくれて、そんなすぐに見つかる生き物なのかとびっくりしちゃいました！
イルカを探す間、りゅういちさんは西海岸にある山脈の説明をしてくれて、朝焼けの山脈がとても綺麗だったことが印象的です。
イルカは終盤の方に沢山出てきてくれ、
船のすぐ側で写真撮影できました◎
そのイルカの種類が一緒に泳げないイルカだった事と、その日は少し波が高く、魚や珊瑚礁があるシュノーケリングポイントで潜れなかったので、次回こそ一緒に泳ぎたいです！！！🐬
シャンティ、コア、りゅういちさん3人のお陰様で最高の思い出ができました。ありがとうございます！！

I participated with my 69-year-old mother at the end of December. I was anxious because I couldn't speak English and it was my first experience with snorkeling, but thanks to the excellent support, I was able to participate in the activities with peace of mind.

First, they were able to confirm reservations and answer inquiries in Japanese over the phone. Additionally, although the boarding staff only provided English guidance that day, a Japanese-speaking staff member came to pick us up since we had requested hotel transportation. That person helped us prepare for boarding, provided us with important information after we boarded, and supported us after we disembarked.

Even though it was the end of December in Hawaii, which made me worry about the cold sea, I followed the staff's recommendation to rent a wetsuit, and I felt comfortable without feeling cold at all. During the activities, there were enough staff members watching over and supporting the participants.

Thanks to this, I had a wonderful experience seeing many manta rays and a beautiful sunset. Even if we hadn't encountered any manta rays, I still think just snorkeling in the waters of Hawaii would have been a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it!

12月末に69歳の母と参加しました。
英語も話せずシュノーケリングも初体験のため不安でしたが、手厚いサポートのおかげで安心してアクティビティに参加することができました。
まず、電話での予約確認や問い合わせに、日本語で対応していただけます。
また、乗船スタッフは英語ガイドのみの日でしたが、ホテルへの送迎を頼んでいたところ日本語スタッフの方が迎えに来てくださいました。
その方に乗船までの準備を手伝っていただいたり、乗船後の注意点も教えていただいたり、下船後のサポートもしていただきました。
ハワイとはいえ12月末の海ということで寒さが不安でしたが、スタッフの方のお勧めに従いウェットスーツを借りたところ、寒さを感じることはなく快適に過ごせました。
アクティビティ中も、参加者に対して十分な人数のスタッフが見守ってサポートしてくれます。
おかげさまでたくさんのマンタと綺麗な夕日を見るという素晴らしい体験ができましたが、もしマンタと遭遇できなかったとしても、ハワイの海でシュノーケリングするというだけでも十分に素敵な経験だったと思います。
とてもおすすめです！

I was able to see sharks swimming slowly around the cage I was in. It was my first experience, and I had a lot of fun. I was worried about getting seasick, but thanks to the motion sickness medication I took, it wasn't a problem at all.

自分が入っているゲージの周りをゆっくり泳ぐサメを見ることが出来ました。初めての体験でとても楽しかったです。心配していた船酔いは、酔い止めを飲んでいたおかげもあって問題なかったです。

I was really looking forward to it because there was a guarantee that we would definitely see whales, but we hardly saw any. There were announcements that the tail had come up to the surface two or three times, but by the time we went to look, they had already disappeared. I didn't get to see the whales' large forms at all. I came all the way here in winter for this, so I was a bit disappointed.

必ずホエールが見れる保証がついてるのですごく期待していましたが、ほとんど見れませんでした。
2、3回尾鰭が水面に出たと放送があって見に行ったらすでに消えました。
全然ホイホイ大きな姿が見れることがありませんでした。
せっかくこれのために冬に来たのですが少しがっかりしました。

I think it can be summed up in one word: amazing. This time, I experienced multiple activities on the Big Island, Maui, and Oahu, but without a doubt, the most fun was this tour.

- I chose a plan that allowed me to experience both snorkeling and snuba. There were about 20 participants on the boat, and around 80% of them opted for this plan. The water clarity around Molokini Island was fantastic, and it would be a shame to just stick to snorkeling.
- I believe anyone can do snuba as long as they listen carefully to the pre-activity instructions.
- We were able to see whales a few times while on the boat heading to Molokini Island.
- The guide was wonderful, and their attentiveness and ability to energize the group were top-notch. Many of the other crew members were also a lot of fun.
- Since the guide was in English, it might be challenging for those who aren't proficient in English.
- The rental for a wetsuit is $10. Additionally, snorkeling and snuba at Turtle Town require an extra $50 payment. Both payments were made in cash after getting off the boat (definitely worth it).

最高の一言に尽きると思います。今回私はハワイ島→マウイ島→オアフ島の3か所で複数アクティビティを体験しましたが、間違いなく1番楽しかったのがこのツアーでした。

・シュノーケルとスヌーバの両方を体験可能なプランにしました。船内には20人程度の参加者がいましたが、8割程度がこのプランでした。モロキニ島水域の透明度は素晴らしく、シュノーケリングで終わらせるのはもったいないと思います
・スヌーバは事前の説明さえちゃんと聞いていれば誰でも出来ると思います
・モロキニ島に向かう船上でクジラも数回見ることができました
・ガイドさんがまた素晴らしく、気の配り方や盛り上げ方も最高でした。他のクルーも楽しい方が多かったです
・英語ガイドさんなので、英語がからっきしの方は難しいかも知れません
・ウェットスーツ貸し出しは10USDです。また、タートルタウンでのシュノーケリング・スヌーバは追加で50USD払う必要があります。いずれも船を降りた後に現金で支払いでした（支払う価値ありです）

I enjoyed cruising the waters of Hawaii. I thought I might be lucky enough to see something, but unfortunately, I didn't.

10/10 highly recommend this tour! Best bang for your buck. Great staff and accommodations! Loved all the food and beverages as well as getting to know the captain and his crew. The snorkel gear and wetsuits were top notch, too. We will definitely do this again next time we visit.

This was my first time participating in a whale watching tour. I requested a hotel pickup, and the pickup location was at the Hyatt at 7:25 AM. We arrived at 7:10 AM. There were various tour buses coming and going, and starting around 7:20 AM, I began asking the drivers of the arriving buses if they were the one we were supposed to take.

The bus finally arrived at 7:35 AM, and I felt relieved. I informed an elderly couple who were also participating and we boarded the bus. However, we didn’t leave right away; it seemed the staff were waiting for other participants who hadn’t arrived yet. The missing participant showed up at 7:45 AM, and we finally departed. However, at two more pickup locations, we waited for additional participants, and we arrived at the port at 8:50 AM. I was impressed by the staff's dedication in waiting for everyone.

After that, we boarded the boat, but it seemed we were the last ones from the bus, as the other participants had already finished their snacks. I looked for an available seat and took a moment to relax, but I didn’t know where the snack area was. I then noticed that others from our bus had snacks, which helped me find out where the snack area was.

The staff at the snack area were very polite, and when I later asked about the restroom, they kindly explained in English so I could understand. We set sail shortly after, and the other participants began heading to the deck, so I hurried to grab a snack and followed them.

Once on the deck, I was amazed by the views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the vastness of the ocean. Just that alone made me feel glad I participated. Thanks to the hard work of the captain and crew, we were able to see whales a few times, even from a distance. I would definitely like to do this again.

今回初めてホエールウォッチしたに参加しました
ホテル送迎でお願いして、ピックアップ場所はハイヤットで7:25でした、私達は7:10に到着しました
そこは様々なツアーバスが入れ替わり立ち替わり来ていて、7:20頃から到着したツアーバスの方に当該バスかを尋ねて行きました
7:35に当該バスが到着して、ほっとして、同じく参加される年配ご夫婦にも伝えてバスに乗り込みました、その後直ぐ出発しなくて、どうやらまだ来てないツアー参加者をスタッフが待っているようでした、7:45にその方が来て漸く出発しました、しかしその後の2か所のピックアップ場所で、来ない参加者を待ち、港に到着したのは8:50でした、スタッフの方の懸命に待つ姿に感銘しました
その後、船に乗船しましたが私達バス参加者が最後のようで、他の参加者は軽食を食べ終わっていました、空いている座る場所を探して、一息ついて軽食の場所が分からず、一緒のバス参加されるが軽食持っている事に気づいて、軽食の場所がわかりました
軽食場所のスタッフは丁寧に対応して下さり、その後にトイレの場所を聞いた時も丁寧に分かるように英語で説明して下さりました
その後直ぐ出航したので、他の参加者は、船のデッキへ向かい始めたので、急いで軽食頂いて後に続きました
デッキに上がるとワイキキの街並みやダイヤモンドヘッドや海の雄大さに感激しました
これだけでも参加して良かったと思いました
船長始め乗組員達の懸命な働きにより数度遠いながら鯨を見る事が出来ました
またリベンジしたいと思います

I was able to see whales a few times, and I also got to see dolphins up close along the way, making it a satisfying tour. The only downside was that the whales were far away, so I couldn't really grasp their size. The crew also kept things lively during the tour, which was fun. It was great to see Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the sea as well.

クジラを数回見ることができ、また、途中でイルカをまじかに見ることもでき、満足いくツアーでした。残念なことは、クジラが遠く、大きさを実感できなかったことです。クルーの皆さんも、ツアーの間いろいろ盛り上げてくれて、楽しかったです。ワイキキビーチやダイアモンドヘッドを海から見れたこともよかったです。

It was disappointing that we couldn't see any whales. We did see a few dolphins. It seems that once a whale dives, it doesn't surface for several hours, so we couldn't see any during the two-hour tour.

We went with six participants and two staff members on a small boat. The staff provided great care, and the round trip to the snorkeling point was an enjoyable experience. At the manta ray spot, they moved us to a good viewing location, which increased our chances of sightings.

６人の参加者に２人のスタッフで小型船で行きました。スタッフのケアもよく、シュノーケリングのポイントまでの行き帰りも楽しい時間となりました。マンタスポットでは、見やすい場所まで移動してくれるので、発見の回数が増えます。

We had an incredible experience. It was early in the season so we didn’t think we were going to see anything. The crew told us to hurry and board as some other boats had said they saw some whales out there. We had been out for maybe 20 minutes and we saw a couple of spouts in the distance between two boats. We were all looking way out at those spouts when all of a sudden, out of nowhere, a male humpback jumped straight up out of the water and breached about 15 yards in front of our boat!!! No one got a picture because we weren’t expecting it and we all just watched it unbelievably in that moment! It doesn’t get any better than that! The captains were so helpful and knowledgeable!

Excellent snorkel with plenty of tropical fish and sea turtles sightings throughout, and the taco bar lunch was quite tasty.

After the snorkel, the crew offered hot cocoa and snacks, which was a nice way to warm up and reflect on the experience during the ride back under the stars

The crew was friendly and attentive making everyone feel safe and comfortable on board.

Unfortunately, we couldn't see any whales, but I was satisfied to watch sea turtles and 5-6 F22s taking off and climbing rapidly in their training. The zodiac was very fast, more thrilling than a roller coaster, and my family was overjoyed! I would love to ride it again.

残念ながらクジラは見れなかったのですが、海亀とF22が次々と5-6機、離陸し急上昇する訓練を見れて満足いたしました。ゾディアックはスピードが速く、ジェットコースターよりスリリングで、家族は大喜びでした！また乗りたいと思います。

Fortunately, we were blessed with good weather, had a great guide on a new boat with a small group, and even encountered dolphins!
Elementary school children can participate with peace of mind!

On Maui, the best time for whale watching is from December 15 to April 15, but it seems that whales start arriving around October. The two-hour cruise involves searching for whales, moving here and there. The moments when you can see them are brief, so you need to constantly scan the surface of the water.

マウイ島では12月15日〜4月15日までがホエールウオッチングに最適の期間とのことですが、10月くらいからクジラはやってくるようです。２時間のクルーズはクジラを探すためにあっちいったりこっちいったり。見える瞬間は短いので、常に海面を探す必要あり。

It's something you should experience at least once in your life. Just being able to ride in a submarine is thrilling, and to see a downed airplane is truly overwhelming.

Thanks to the captain and the naturalist, I was able to encounter whales at an incredibly close distance. I was told it was a very lucky experience.

My daughter tends to get seasick, so I was worried about the boat ride to the submarine, but it turned out to be much faster and more refreshing than I expected. We could see Oahu Island from the ocean, and the sense of satisfaction was incredible. It was fun!

娘が酔いやすかったので潜水ボートまで船移動が心配だったが、実はこの船移動が思っていたより高速で爽快。沖からオワフ島を見れたし満足感が半端ない。楽しかった。

For those who are not proficient in English, there was no explanation in Japanese at all. I understand that there were only two of us Japanese participants along with one other person, but... Also, there was a sign saying there would be snacks and drinks, but we ended up not knowing when we could use them. This is because the whale watching point was really close by, and while we were looking for whales on the deck, it all ended before we knew it. By that time, the food had been taken away, and everyone was looking for something to eat, but there was nothing to be found. While I was indeed moved to see the whales, the staff on the boat were lacking. The hula dance on the boat was just a simple hula dance by a young girl from the staff? The staff seemed to be having fun, but... In the end, most people didn't put anything in the tip box. I did put in a little because it was mentioned in the tour description that tips were necessary, but I don't think it was really needed.

英語が得意でない方は、まずは何も日本語の説明はありません。日本人参加は私達2人とあと1人のみで仕方ないとは思いますが…そしておやつや飲み物がありますとの表示ですが、いつ利用できるのかわからないまま終わってしまいました。なぜなら鯨ポイントは本当にすぐ近くで、デッキで鯨を探しているうちに終わってしまい、その頃には食べ物も下げられ、食べ物をみんな探していましたがどこにも見当たらず。確かに鯨は見れて感動しましたが、船のスタッフがイマイチ。船の上のフラダンスも、船に乗っていたスタッフの若い女の子の簡単フラダンス？スタッフは盛り上がっていましたが…最後チップを入れるBOXにもほとんどの人が入れてなく…とりあえずチップ必要と、ツアーの説明に書いてあったので少しは入れましたが必要ないかと。

The food was excellent, the staff were super friendly, and the experience itself couldn't be beat! Photos were priceless and the beauty of both snorkel spots was indescribable
