This was a great time for my family!! The check in process was very easy and we got many great pics! Dinner was also great and the staff was super polite. The weather can't be helped and we had a windy time on the water, but we all managed.

We attended the 9pm experience and it was absolutely worth every cent as well as the late hour. We were completely surrounded by manta rays, there were at least a dozen feeding within inches of the group. There were bottlenose dolphin hunting at the edges of the lighted area and we were even visited by a small shark. Everything a Hawaiian night snorkel should be!

The guides were professional and knowledgeable and truly provided an outstanding experience.

I would recommend a light jacket for the 20 minute boat ride to and from the dive sight if you get cold easily. I was in swim trunks and a long sleeve rash guard and I was fine, but my wife was a bit chilly on the trip back.

We would 100% do this experience again!

You can be picked up by bus from the main hotel and taken to the boat. There are Japanese staff members, so it's reassuring. When I participated, dolphins swam around the boat during the round trip, and I was able to snorkel and swim together twice. If you get tired or feel unwell, you can wait on the boat. The return trip was quicker than I expected, so there was little time loss. The only impression I had was that the air conditioning was a bit cold since you ride the bus back while still wet, but other than that, I was very satisfied. Thank you!

主要ホテルからバスでピックアップして貰えて船まで連れて行ってもらえます。
日本人のスタッフさんもいらっしゃるので安心です。
私が参加した時は往復イルカが船の周りを泳いでくれて、シュノーケリングも2回一緒に泳げました。
疲れたり気分が悪くなったら船の上で待っている事もできます。
帰りも思っていたより早く送り届けていただけたのでタイムロスも少なかったです。
帰りのバスだけ濡れたままで乗るので冷房が寒かったかなという印象で、それ以外は大満足でした。

It was a bit murky in the afternoon, but I was able to see fish clearly at certain points, and although from a distance, I also saw a turtle, so I was satisfied. I didn't use the Japanese guide because I wasn't sure when to listen to it. However, I think it's a tour that can be enjoyed fully without the staff guide or the Japanese guide if you love the ocean and fish.

午後からの出向で少し濁っていましたが、ポイントポイントではしっかりと魚を見ることができたし、遠目でしたが亀も見れたので満足です。
日本語ガイドは聴くタイミングがよくわからなかったので使いませんでした。
でも、海や魚が好きならスタッフのガイドも日本語ガイドも無くても十分に楽しめるツアーだと思います。

I heard that the only place in the world where you can definitely see them is on the Big Island, so I signed up for the tour. Four manta rays swam around us, coming very close. It was my first experience being near such large creatures. Also, being in the quiet ocean at night with the mantas and fish gave me a sense of unity as a living being on Earth, creating a mystical feeling. I highly recommend it. Next time I go to the Big Island, I think I will ask for this again.

世界中で、確実に会えるのは、ハワイ島だけだと聞いてツアーに申し込みました。
4匹のマンタが入れ替わり、すぐ近くを回遊してくれました。そんな大きな生き物の近くにいるのが初めての経験でした。
また、夜の静かな海中で、マンタや魚達といると、地球生物として一体感を感じられ、神秘的な感覚になります。
圧倒的におすすめです。
次回、ハワイ島に行くなら、再度お願いしようかと思います。

We had an amazing time the guys were great. The sails went up and off we went. They served us drinks right away and they were also great. The food was good and hot and the guys ate clearly very experienced and kept us safe we really had a fun fun.
I would highly recommend this Sunset sail for anyone that wants to have a great experience and get some wind in your face. The wind Was up so that made it better.

I made a reservation the night before, but they handled it smoothly. The Japanese staff supported us, so we felt at ease participating. Also, we were thrilled when wild manta rays came close to us! At the end of the tour, I was happy to receive videos of the boat and the manta rays from that day.

I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Big Island! I hesitated to participate due to the weak yen, but I'm really glad I did. Thank you very much.

日本人スタッフの方が、私たち日本人のサポートをしてくださったので安心して参加できました。
そして、野生のマンタが近くまで来てくれて大興奮でした！

Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any whales due to bad luck, but we enjoyed the sunset in a pleasant atmosphere with the cheerful staff. Since we didn't see any whales this time, they gave us a ticket that allows us to join the tour for free the next time we come to Hawaii, as long as the tour is still available. I hope we can participate again!

残念ながら運悪くくじらには会えませんでしたが、陽気なスタッフの方たちと雰囲気よい中、サンセットを楽しみました。
今回くじらに会えなかったので、次回ハワイに来たときに、こちらのツアーが無くなっていなければ無料で参加できるというチケットをくれました。

From inside the submarine, you can see dolphins and other marine life. I thought it would be similar to an aquarium, but the closeness of seeing them from inside the ship was completely different!

潜水艦の中から、イルカなど見ることもできます。
水族館と似たような感覚なのかなと思いましたが、船の中から見る近さなど、まったく違うものでした！

During this season, they appear in various places, so we were able to see them from all directions on the boat. Along the way, they submerged a microphone in the water, allowing us to hear the whales' calls.

Baby whales frequently jump, so if you can identify the area where they seem to be, you can stand by and catch a glimpse of them jumping. However, for safety reasons, they maintain a certain distance, so you can only see them from relatively far away. It would be good to have binoculars; I brought a 10x pair and was able to see quite well.

To board the boat, you take a small boat from the sandy beach and transfer to a larger boat a little offshore. Flip-flops or going barefoot is recommended. On the boat, you can get drinks (canned juice or Mai Tai) and snacks (chips). There is no shade on the boat, so make sure to take precautions against sunburn. The interior of the boat isn't very spacious, so it's best to keep your luggage to a minimum. Most people were nearly empty-handed except for their smartphones.

時期的にあちこちで出現しますので、船の全方向で見ることが出来ました。
途中、マイクを海中に沈め、クジラの鳴き声も聞かせてくれます。

子鯨が頻繁にジャンプしますので、大体あの辺にいそう、というのを見極めてスタンバイしてるとジャンプなど見れます
ただ、安全のため一定の距離は取っているので比較的遠くでしか見ることはできません
望遠鏡などあると良いと思います。私は10倍のものですが、持参してよく見ることが出来ました。

船の乗船は砂浜から小さなボートにのり、少し沖にある船に乗り換えます。
ビーサン、裸足がオススメです。
船ではドリンク（缶ジュースか、マイタイ）、スナック（チップス）がもらえます。
船上は日除無いので日焼け対策はしっかりしましょう。
船内もそんなに広く無いので荷物は最小限にした方がいいです。
みなさんスマホ以外ほぼ手ぶらでした。

An unforgettable engaging experience! The whole crew was personable, entertaining, helpful, just good people that really love what they do!

First, we watched the sunset sinking into the sea from the boat before entering the water. That alone is worth seeing.
Then, when I actually jumped into the sea and held onto the float, I saw a manta ray swimming gracefully. With its mouth wide open... it was truly moving!
I was initially warned not to touch them, but there were moments when they passed so close that I was scared I might accidentally touch one. Although manta rays are not always visible, I was healed by watching them swim slowly with their bodies larger than mine.

まず、海に入る前に船上から海に沈む夕日を見学しました。それだけでも見る価値があります。
そして実際に海に飛び込み、フロートを握りしめていると‥マンタが悠々と泳いでいます。口を大きく開けて‥それは感動物です！！
触らないように、と最初に注意事項を説明されたのですが、本当に目の前ギリギリを通ることもあり触ってしまいそうで怖かったです。常にマンタが見える訳ではありませんが、自分より大きな身体をゆっくり動かし泳ぐマンタに癒されました。

Food was great! They made enough for seconds for everyone. The boat ride and snorkeling experience was great. A lot of fun. I recommend this experience if you want to have a personalized trip with great people!

I participated in a night snorkeling tour with manta rays at Manta University, with transportation provided from Hilton and Kingsland. There was no Japanese interpreter, so I had to rely on observation to navigate the night sea. At first, the water was murky and I couldn't see anything, and it was cold, but I was thrilled when the manta rays appeared, illuminated by the lights. I managed to check in for the tour, snorkel in the night sea, and handle video streaming after disembarking, all through gestures, and I had a great experience even at over 60 years old.

ヒルトン、キンクスランドから送迎付きで、マンタ大学夜学部、野生野マンタナイトシュノーケリングツァーに参加。日本語通訳おらず、見よう見まねで夜の海へ。最初は水が濁って何も見えず、寒かったが、ライトに照らされたマンタの出現で感激。ツアーのチェックイン、夜の海でのシュノーケリング、下船後の動画配信等身振り手振りでなんとかこなし60過ぎていい体験をしました。

I was thrilled to see sea turtles. It's a rare experience, and if you go to Hawaii, it's definitely something you should do. I was satisfied with the many photos and videos I was able to take.

なかなか出来ない体験でハワイへ行ったらぜひ行って欲しい体験です。

My mother wanted to participate, and I hoped we could see at least a manta ray... but we were able to enjoy it to the fullest. Thank you to all the staff who were attentive to my elderly mother. Special thanks to Captain Trevor, Diego, Scott, and Tamae!

I was disappointed because there were fewer fish than I had expected. On the day of my visit, there were no Japanese staff present, but the staff were friendly, which was nice.

思っていた以上に魚影が少なく、期待外れでした。
当日は日本人スタッフもいらっしゃらなかったのですが、スタッフはフレンドリーでよかったです。

Guides were fun, knowledgeable and made everyone feel comfortable and encouraged to go for it. Sharks were amazing and came so close

Here are a few points to keep in mind for your reference! First, during Golden Week, it might still be a bit chilly to go into the water. I had a towel in my belongings, but I forgot it on the day, but it was okay since they were selling them at the shop. If you took commemorative photos, please go to the blue building (next to the sea lions) after the activity to pick up your photos. It seems that some people forget to take them home. There is one Japanese guide in the park who can teach you various things if you need assistance. The dolphin show starts at 12:30, but it overlaps with lunchtime. You can order takeout from the restaurant and eat while watching the show. The restaurant is somewhat pricey. For the round-trip tour, the return time was not written on the voucher. Please make sure to confirm the pickup time at the initial counter. The bus usually arrives about 20 minutes before the gathering time. It was a different bus than the one I took on the way there, so please talk to the driver to confirm. They will check your passport on the way back, so make sure to take a photo of it on your smartphone! By the way, the bus on the way there also arrived early. Once the group is gathered, it departs immediately. Although it was my first time and I was a bit confused, it turned out to be a fun experience.

気をつけることを何点残しますので、ご参考までに！まずGWはまだ水に入るのにはまだ肌寒いかもしれません。持ち物にタオルがありますが、当日忘れてしまいましたが、ショップに売っていたので大丈夫でした。記念写真を撮った方は、アクティビティ終了後にブルーの建物（アシカの隣）へ、写真を受け取りに行ってください。忘れて帰ってしまう方がチラホラいるみたいです。園内に日本人のガイドさんが1人いらっしゃいます。その方がいれば色々教えて下さいます。イルカのショータイムが12時半からでしたが、昼時と重なりますが、レストランでテイクアウトにして、ショーを見ながら飲食ができます。レストランはまぁまぁお高いです。ツアーの往復送迎ありは、帰り時間がバーチャーに書いてありませんでした。最初のカウンターで必ずピックアップ時間を確認しておいてください。バスは集合時間の20分前ぐらいには到着していました。行きに乗ったバスとは違いましたので、ドライバーに話しかけて確認してください。帰りはパスポートの確認をされます。必ずスマホで写真を撮っておいてくださいね！ちなみに、行きのバスも早めに到着していました。人数が集まったら即出発します。初めてでちょっと戸惑いながらも、楽しい経験になりました。

Swimming in the pool made it easy for my kids to enjoy the one thing they wanted to do in Hawaii!

My daughter had smiles on her face the whole time. Wish my other daugther was old enough!

We certainly got a great day on the water, baby whales and the family!

We were not disappointed, thank you whales for splashing around and having fun on the water with us!!

Premium is for certain, food was above expectations, and the views throughout the evening were unbeatable.

Great little trip into the ocean to view coral reef and fish! Beautiful clear blue water. Staff very knowledgeable. Loved it!

It was a great way to start the day. The ship was huge and comfortable. The multiple levels of the boat allowed different viewing experiences. We saw many whales. A bit far from the whales, but you don't want to scare the whales!
The staff was very knowledgeable and we learned a few new things about the whale.
Recommend it!

I participated in a whale watching tour for the first time. I was surprised by how big the boat was! There were a lot of customers as well. Since it’s a natural occurrence, the whales didn’t show up easily. Just when we were about to give up and head back to the dock, my eldest son shouted loudly, and when I looked over, a whale was just about to jump, which was very moving! It was really just a moment, so I couldn’t take any pictures. But seeing it up close became a wonderful memory. I definitely recommend participating at least once!

初めてホエールウォッチングのツアーに参加しました。
とても大きな船で、びっくりしました！！
お客さんもいっぱいでした。
自然のものなので、なかなか現れず。。諦めて帰ろうと船着場に向かっているときに長男が大声を出したので、そちらを見たらクジラがちょうどJUMPするところでとても感動しました！！
ほんと一瞬だったので、写真はとれず。でも間近で見れてとてもよい思い出になりました。

We went as a family with our 4-year-old daughter. Since we included transportation to and from the hotel, we felt安心 (at ease) during our trip. We were able to see whales three times. The view from the sea was also very beautiful, so we were glad we participated.

I had a reservation for the last event of the season on April 15, 2024, but due to rain, the boat could not go out. I was contacted and given the option to reschedule for another day or receive a refund. Since I had some flexibility in my itinerary, I requested to reschedule for April 16 if possible, and they agreed to operate the boat on that day as well!

I wanted my 2-year-old son, who loves whales and dolphins, to see these natural creatures, so I rescheduled. On the day of the trip, it was sunny and we were able to set sail, and we saw both whales and dolphins, which was wonderful! The English guide provided thorough information, and it was an interesting experience!

However, be careful as the address for the meeting point provided in the voucher and on the website was incorrect. If you rely on the address, you will end up at the far end of the harbor. The correct meeting point is at Pink Sails Waikiki, which you can find by searching; it’s located just before the harbor, where you turn right at the first road (with hotels on your right and continuing straight past the boats on your left). If you are traveling with small children, it can be quite a hassle, so please be cautious!

今季最後の開催日である2024/4/15に予約をしていましたが、雨天で船が出せないことに。別日に振替か返金かを選べると連絡がありました。
旅程に余裕があったため、可能なら4/16に振り替えたいと連絡すると、予定になかった4/16も船を出してくれることに！
クジラとイルカが好きな2歳の息子に自然の生き物を見せたかったので、振り替えました。当日は無事に晴れて出航できたし、クジラもイルカも見られてとてもよかったです！
英語ガイドも丁寧な内容で、興味深い体験が出来ました！

ただ、バウチャーやべるとら上で事前に連絡されていた集合場所の住所が違っていたので要注意です。
住所を頼りに行くと、ハーバーの一番奥に到着してしまいます。正しい集合場所はピンクセイルズワイキキで検索して出てくる、ハーバーの1番手前の道を右に曲がったところ（右手にホテル郡、左に船を見て真っ直ぐ進んだ先）です。
小さいお子さん連れの場合、かなりの労力を浪費することになるのでご注意ください！

Overall the boat was comfortable and had space to move around if you wanted to. Crew was attentive and served up drinks and packaged snacks to anyone interested. We learned a lot about the whales, their habits and why they are in Hawaii. We had a very enjoyable time and would recommend this company.
