Not our favorite activity. Not much to see underwater, not like the aquarium experience we had hoped for. The staff were fabulous but still felt like a waste of time. Even our children, ages 11 and 9, were bored.

Definitely do the Snuba! We was so many turtles at the second dive site. The first site was great for getting used to Snuba and seeing some interesting fish. One of the kids from the family on board with us saw a shark even!

There were so many turtles at the "cleaning stations" for the second dive site. They were popping up to breathe near the boat before we even got in the water! We got underwater cameras on the boat as well. The diver guiding us through the snuba snapped some closeup pictures of the turtles for us! Such a great experience!

The crew was fantastic. It was a smaller boat, so it wasn't like a cattle call getting on and off the boat. The captain even went out of his way on the way back so that we could see some whales! We got to see 6 whales total on the trip! Great experience! Great crews! I couldn't recommend this particular tour enough. Tremendous value for the money and a crew that was so much fun!

We were lucky enough to see a bunch of sea turtles and different fish. Our toddlers loved the boat and were able to see everything. The staff was very informative!

I participated in the Japanese guide's time slot.
I recommend it for those who can't snorkel or dive.
I joined for my 5-year-old son.
We could see sharks and turtles, and we received a pamphlet (in Japanese!) with a list of possible sea creatures we might see, so my son was quite happy comparing the pamphlet with what we saw on the ocean floor.
However, the diving time is a bit long at 45 minutes, so towards the end, it can get a little boring.
Also, it felt like the air conditioning was a bit too strong, so I recommend bringing warm items like a shawl or cardigan.
The staff at the dock were very kind and treated my son very nicely, which was great.

日本語ガイドの時間帯に参加しました。
シュノーケリングやダイビングができない人にお勧めです。
私は5歳の息子のために参加しました。
サメやカメなどが見られるし、見られる可能性のある海の生き物の名前のりすとのあるパンフ（日本語！）ももらえるので、息子はパンフと海の底を見比べては、それなりに喜んでおりました。
ただし、潜水時間が45分とやや長めなので、最後の方はやや飽きがきます。
また、空調がやや効きすぎている感があり、ショールやカーデガンなどの防寒グッズと持っていかれることをお勧めします。
船着き場のスタッフの方がとても親切で、息子にとても優しくしてくれましたのも良かったです。

The session I participated in had only two other guests, so I was able to interact with the dolphins a lot!

I was really looking forward to swimming while holding onto the dolphin's dorsal fin, but it seems I misunderstood the course details, as that wasn't included. Instead, I got to lie on the dolphin's back and swim while holding hands! I can't express how happy I felt.

I usually don't buy photos sold at tourist spots, but since the kiss photo with the dolphin could only be taken from the photographer's position, and there was a coupon for a DVD from Alan1.net, I decided to buy one photo and received the DVD.

I'm currently enjoying the afterglow while watching the DVD.

By the way, I’m an adult and can’t swim, but I was able to float with a life jacket, and most of the activities were in a shallow pool where I could stand. So, it was fine. There were times when I had to swim in the pool, but if you're like me and don't have a fear of water, I think you'll manage just fine.

Next time, I want to challenge myself with the Royal Swim!

私が参加した回は、他のお客さんが2人だけと少なく、たっぷりイルカとふれあえました！

イルカの背びれにつかまって泳ぐのをとても楽しみにしていたのですが、コース内容を勘違いしていたらしく、背びれにつかまって泳ぐのはなかったのですが、
イルカが仰向けになってそのお腹に乗って、手をつないで泳ぎました！！
もう何て言えばよいのか、本当に幸せな気分になれまし
た。

普段は観光地で売り物の写真は買わない主義なのですが、イルカとのKISS写真はカメラマンさんのポジションからしか撮れないのと、Alan1.netさんのDVDプレゼントクーポンがあったので、写真を1枚買い、DVDをいただきました。

DVDを見て、余韻に浸っています。

因みに私は大人で、泳げないのですが、ライフジャケットで浮けるし、浅いプールで大半が足の着く位置でのアクティビティだったので、大丈夫でした。
泳いでプールの中にいかなきゃいけないときもありましたが、私のように、恐怖心はなくただ泳げない方であればなんとかなると思います。

次回はロイヤルスイムに挑戦したいと思います！！

I really got to see a manta ray!
Even with the lights, it was quite dark, and the photos turned out dark as well (laughs).

However, the sight of the manta ray swimming gracefully, turning its body, was clearly visible against the darkness because of its white color.

Even in Hawaii, the ocean at night is cold.
I went during Golden Week, and I think it's better to rent a wetsuit. I thought there might be an extra charge, but it was included in the price. At the reception, they will instruct you to borrow one from the next room if you need it, so I recommend stopping by.

The reception area inside the shopping center was a bit hard to find (it's a glass shop with just a counter).

I wasn't sure about the warm drinks and food. It might be better not to rely on them too much...

本当にマンタに会えました！
ライトがあっても結構暗く、写真を撮っても暗闇でした（笑）

ただ、マンタがくるくると身体をひるがえしながら泳いでいる様は、
白いので暗闇に浮かびあがるようによく見えました。

ハワイといえども、夜の海は寒いです。
私はGWに行きましたが、ウェットスーツは借りた方がいいと思います。別途料金がかかるのかと思いましたが、料金に含まれていました。受付場所で、必要だったら隣の部屋で借りるよう指示されるので立ち寄った方がいいと思います。

ショッピングセンター内にある受付場所がちょっとわかりづらかったです。（カウンターだけがあるガラス張りのショップ）

温かい飲み物や食べ物はよくわかりませんでした。あまりあてにしない方がいいかも…

Participation in each event involves running quickly after the explanation and writing our names on the registration forms for each event.

Once the forms reach capacity, registration closes, and we are told to go to other events.

Since the start and end times of the events are different, we need to manage our time well; otherwise, we won't be able to complete the two morning events.

I found out on-site that horseback riding and the buggy ride cannot be combined.

One of my daughter's requests for this trip to Hawaii was to kiss a dolphin! We participated in a tour that made this dream come true. Since I was pregnant, I couldn't join in, so I took on the role of photographer by the poolside. However, the photos taken by the staff there turned out much nicer, so I recommend purchasing them as a keepsake.

Currently, there's a campaign where if you buy photos, you receive a DVD, so I made sure to get that as well. It was great!

As for my daughter, she was a bit nervous seeing the dolphins up close, but it turned into a wonderful memory. Once she gets a little older, I would love for her to participate in a program where she can play with the dolphins!

今回のハワイ旅行の娘のリクエストの一つ。イルカさんにキスしたい！！という夢を叶える事ができるツアーということで参加させていただきました。
私は妊娠中という事で参加はできなかったのでプールサイドで撮影係に徹していたのですが、現地で撮影していただいた物のほうが綺麗に撮れていましたので思い出に購入をお勧めします。
今キャンペーン中で写真を購入するとＤＶＤを頂けるとという事でしっかりもらってきました。よかったですよ。

肝心の娘は間近で見るイルカにかたまり　緊張したようですがいい思い出ができました。
もう少し大きくなったら今度はイルカと遊べるプログラムのほうにも参加してみたいです！

I happened to sign up for the tour during the season when whales can be seen. Also, I thought that even if I couldn't see any whales, just being able to see Waikiki from the sea would be good enough, so I signed up with a light heart.

As a result, it was really great.
1. I was able to see the blue whales multiple times.
2. The food was much more delicious than what I had during the magic show, and even when the whales appeared, I was watching from the dining area while eating.
3. My wife usually gets seasick within an hour, but she didn't feel the engine's vibrations and was surprised by how little the boat rocked.
4. While Diamond Head is a great way to get a view of Waikiki, from the sea, we could see all the way to downtown.
5. I experienced my first ukulele class with Americans, Spaniards, and Hawaiians, which was an unexpected experience. It was also fun to see a white girl enjoying hula dance with sparkling eyes.

たまたま鯨が見れるシーズンだったのでツワーに申込ました。また、鯨が見れなくても海上からワイキキが見れれば、それだけでも良いと軽い気持ちで申込ました。
結果として、すごく良かったです。
１．シロナガス鯨を何度も見ることが出来ました。
２．マジックショー等で食べた食事より数段美味しい料理　　で、鯨が現れても食事をしながら食堂から見てました。
３．１時間もすれば船酔いする妻ですが、エンジンの振動も　感じられず、揺れの少なさにもびっくりです。
４．ワイキキを一望する方法としてダイヤモンドヘッドもい　いですが、海上からだとダウンタウンまで一望できまし　　た。
５．アメリカ人、スペイン人、ハワイアンの人達と初めての　ウクレレ教室を体験し、予定外の体験をすることができま　した。白人の女の子が目を輝かせながらフラダンスに興じ　ているのを見るのも楽しかったです。

I participated for the first time in late March, as I visit the Hawaiian Islands every year between December and April for child-rearing. We had the option to choose between two sizes of cruising boats, and after some hesitation, I decided to go with the smaller boat that seemed more maneuverable.

"Bingo!" On that day, we were able to see a mother humpback whale and her calf up close, which was truly moving. It seemed we were very lucky.

The breakfast included was disappointing, but since the whales were the main attraction, I guess it was acceptable?

毎年１２月~４月の間に　子育てのためハワイ諸島近海を訪れるという事で初めて（３月下旬）参加しました。クルージング船が大小２種類のうちの選択でしたが、迷ったあげく、小回りの利きそうな双同船を選ぶことにしました。
「ビンゴ！」私たちは当日、ザトウクジラの親子を目の当たりに見ることができ、感動致しました。とてもラッキーだったようです。
朝食付きの「朝食」は期待外れでしたが、でもクジラがメインでしたのでよしとするかな？

This activity allows people to see what you would see snorkeling from the comfort of the boat.

It was a lot of fun to interact with two dolphins and swim together. I'm glad I could experience something that I definitely can't do in Japan. The kids were also very happy.

二頭のイルカとふれあい、一緒に泳ぎとても楽しかった。
日本では、絶対体験出来ないのでよかったです。
子供も大変喜んでいました。

The meeting place was a bit hard to find, but once we did, it was worth it. It took a while to spot a whale, but once we found one, we were able to stay close to it for about 10 to 20 minutes. As we got more comfortable, the whale even approached the boat, allowing us to see it up close.

集合場所が少しわかりにくかったが、・・・。
なかなかクジラが見つからなかったが、１度見つけると、
１０~２０分程度そのクジラに寄り添って・・・。慣れてくると、船の方に向かって近づいたり・・・。すぐ近くで見れました。

On Molokini Island, I was able to see beautiful fish, and the water clarity was high. At another spot, I felt lucky to see turtles up close. Additionally, I was able to see whales jumping several times on the way back, which was great.

モロキニ島では、きれいな魚が見れて、透明度も高かった。
別の場所では、カメもすぐ近くで見れてお得な気分。
それに加えて、生き返りにクジラがジャンプするところも
何度も見れて、よかったあ。

We participated as a family of three, including my spouse and our first-grade child. The boat was quite comfortable, and we were able to see dolphins very well. We also spotted whales a few times in the distance. At one point, we witnessed a breaching, which was truly moving. However, our child was scared and didn't want to be at the edge of the boat, so they stayed in the middle and couldn't see much. The staff's explanations were in English, so I didn't understand them well, but the snacks we had on board were delicious.

夫婦と小学校1年生の子供の3人で参加しました。
船は結構快適で、イルカが良く見えました。クジラも少し遠くですが数回見えました。一度はブリーチングが見れ感動ものでした。ただし子供は船の端のほうにいるのを嫌がり（怖がり）船の真ん中の方いたので良く見れませんでした。
スタッフの方の説明は英語だったのでよく分かりませんでしたが、船上で食べたスナックが美味しかったです。

I previously experienced dolphin watching in Guam, but this time it was whale watching. I was told that the chances of seeing them were fifty-fifty, but I was able to see them multiple times. The boat didn't rock much, and I didn't get seasick. It was comfortable!!

いるかウォッチングは以前、グアムで経験しましたが、今回はクジラ。会えるかどうかは五分五分といわれましたが、何回も見ることができました。
船もあまり揺れず、船酔いもなし。快適でした！！

It was a trip to Hawaii for me, my son, and my 75-year-old mother. However, since my mother's legs were not in good condition before departure, my son and I participated in optional activities separately from her. She joined the submarine tour alone.

The transportation service was said to be kind and attentive. Since the explanation was in Japanese, it was easy to understand and enjoy. She was able to see turtles and many fish swimming.

Additionally, she noticed that Cessnas and boats were intentionally sunk in the fish tanks, where divers were seen diving. For small children, elderly people, or those who want to avoid getting sunburned at the sea, I recommend the submarine and similar activities. Since it's Hawaii, please make sure to see the fish swimming.

Those who have experienced snorkeling or sea walking might find it a bit lacking.

私と息子、母の三人のハワイ旅行でしたが、７５歳の母の脚の具合が出発前から、良くなかったので、私と息子、母とオプショナルを分けて参加しました。サブマリンは母が一人で参加。
送迎も親切で丁寧だったそうです。
日本語説明の時間帯だったので、わかりやすく楽しむことができました。亀や多くの魚が泳ぐ姿が見えたそうです。
また、セスナや船が魚たちの魚槽に、意図的に沈めてありダイバーたちが潜っているのも見えたそうです。
小さな子供やお年寄りの方、海で日に焼けたくない方は、潜水艦などがおすすめです。せっかくのハワイなので、是非、魚たちの泳ぐ姿を見てください。
シュノーケリングやシーウオークを体験された方は、少し物足りないかもしれません。

We participated in late March with three generations of our family. This is a unique experience that I can recommend to anyone who loves dolphins. The hotel shuttle service was smooth, and there were explanations in Japanese at the site, so there were no issues. However, during the actual dolphin session, only English was used. But I think it’s manageable since they communicate with gestures.

We joined the second session in the morning (11:00), but the water felt cold. It would be good to have a rash guard, and many children were shivering, so if you have someone who gets cold easily, bringing a long-sleeved jacket would be convenient to warm up after the session.

The facility is not large, so even small children can enjoy it. Everyone wears life jackets that fit their size, which is reassuring. However, children who are not used to seawater or dislike getting water on their faces may get upset and not enjoy the experience.

If there are observers, it’s possible to take photos from a distance. Our family had someone taking pictures, and they managed to capture some shots with a small digital camera at maximum zoom. There are also photos and DVDs available for purchase taken by the park's photographers. Honestly, they were very well taken, so I bought some, although not all. I also purchased one DVD and plan to make copies for our family.

３月下旬に親子三世代で参加しました。
こんな体験、なかなかできないのでイルカが好きな方にはオススメできます。
ホテルからの送迎も問題なくおこなわれ、現地でも日本語での説明がありましたので困ることはありませんでしたが、実際のイルカとのセッション中では英語のみです。でも身振り手振りで教えているので問題ないと思います。

午前中、2回目(11：00)に参加しましたが、水は冷たく感じました。ラッシュガードがあると良いですし、子供は震える子が沢山いたので、冷え性の方を含めて長袖の上着も持参された方が終わった後、しばらくは体を温められるので便利です。

大きな施設ではないので、小さなお子さんでも楽しめます。全員がサイズに合ったライフジャケットを着用するので安心です。ただ、海水に慣れていなかったり、顔に水がかかると嫌がるお子さんはぐずったりして参加しても楽しめないかもしれません。

見学する方がいれば遠くから写真を撮ることは可能です。我が家でも見学者が撮影していましたが、小型のデジカメで一番ズームをした状態でなんとか撮影できました。
パークのカメラマンが撮影してくれる写真とＤＶＤが販売されています。正直、すごくよく撮れているので全部ではありませんでしたが購入しました。ＤＶＤも１枚購入し、参加家族内でコピーしようとおもっています。

The long-awaited whale appeared right away (laughs), and after enjoying a leisurely view, I had a nice nap on the boat☆

念願のクジラはすぐ現れて（笑）ゆっくり眺めた後は、船上でゆっくりお昼寝をたのしませていただきました☆

We participated as a couple.
It was the rainy season, but we were blessed with clear skies, making it a great day for a cruise!

About 80% of the participants were Japanese, and 20% were from Western countries.

We took a bus to the boat, and after getting off, we were guided by the staff to our seats, so being towards the front allowed us to sit by the window.

The air conditioning on the boat was the strongest I experienced during my time in Hawaii, so it would have been nice to have something to wrap around me. However, you can help yourself to warm drinks.

Seeing whales depends on luck, but we were able to see them from a distance. Having seen them up close before, I wished we could have seen them a bit closer this time. But it was still exciting!

The meal was a buffet, and everything was delicious. However, the desserts were quite sweet, so I left some behind.

After the meal, we experienced making a lei. I had never done it before, so it was fun! You can take it home with you. The cost is included in the tour.

This was more than just whale watching; it was a really great cruise experience!

夫婦で参加しました。
雨季の時期でしたが快晴に恵まれ、クルーズをするにはとてもいい日でした！

参加者は日本人８割、欧米人２割といった感じです。

バスで船まで向かうのですが、バスを降りてからスタッフに連れられ船に向かうとそのまま順番に席に案内されるので、前のほうにいたおかげで窓側に座ることができました。

船内はハワイで過ごした中で１番冷房が効いていたので、はおるものがあればいいかなと。でも温かい飲み物をセルフで飲めます。

クジラはその日の運ですが、遠くで見ることができました。以前に近くで見たことがあるだけに、もう少し近くで見たかったです。でもやっぱり興奮します！

食事はバイキングで、どれもおいしかったです。ただスイーツはかなり甘いので、残してしまいました。

食事の後にレイの花輪づくりを体験しました。経験したことがなかったので、楽しかったです♪そのまま持ち帰れます。金額はツアーに入ってます。

今回はホエールウォッチングとしてより、クルーズとしてはすごくよかったです！

Within five minutes of departing, a whale appeared, and we were all so excited! At first, we could only see it from a distance, but eventually, the whale came closer, and cheers erupted all around the boat. It's also reasonably priced, so I highly recommend it!

出港して５分もしないうちにクジラが現れ、大興奮！
最初は遠くでしか見ることが出来ませんでしたが、最終的にはクジラから近づいて来てくれて、船のいたるところで歓声が上がっていました。
金額的にも手頃ですし、本当におすすめです！

We participated with 10 family members and friends.
We were able to see whales, of course!
The staff promptly informed us when the whales appeared.

There were also staff members who spoke Japanese, so they provided interesting and easy-to-understand explanations in Japanese.

In addition to the whales, our family participated in a hula dance lesson, which was a lot of fun.
I also joined a ukulele lesson with my friends.

Additionally, they provided live music, which kept things engaging.

The food was better than I expected.

スタッフの方がクジラが出てきたら、すぐに教えてくださいます。

日本語が話せるスタッフもいらっしゃったので、日本語で面白くわかりやすく説明してくれました。

また、クジラ以外でも、フラダンスのレッスンに家族で参加し、とても盛り上がりました。
ウクレレレッスンにも友人と参加しました。

あと、生演奏もしてくれ、飽きさせないところが良いです。

食事も思ったより美味しかったです。

The whale watching this time was very enjoyable.
We were able to see whales multiple times during the trip.
The staff kindly announced the direction where the whales could be seen, so we had no trouble spotting them.
They provided assistance in English, but they were also very thorough in Japanese.
Even during the times when we couldn't see any whales, we enjoyed the views of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea!

今回のホエールウォッチングは非常に楽しかったです。
乗船中クジラを何度も見ることができました。
係員の人がクジラの見える方向を丁寧にアナウンスしてくれたので苦労することなくクジラを見れました。
英語での対応はもちろんですが日本語をでの対応もかなりきちんとしてくれていました。
クジラが見えなった時間帯でもワイキキやダイアモンドヘッドの景色を海から楽しめました！

We went with a group of friends this past Saturday on the Early Bird cruise and it was fabulous! We saw whales pretty much the moment we left the harbor and we got lots of pictures. It wasn't too crowded at all. The ship is very nice, very well maintained and clean. The crew was very friendly and helpful.

I recommend motion sickness medication if you're prone to it. I am, and even though I took it beforehand I still got seasick.

We saw a pod of three whales, dolphins, and albatross. A very neat experience for us and the kids.

I finally got to meet the dolphins I had been dreaming about! I learned how to train them and took on the challenge. Amazing! Dolphins are so smart!

Even though I was just an amateur customer giving instructions, they followed along perfectly, and I was really impressed!

However, I almost missed out on the experience. I got passed over and had to protest in broken English to the white instructor before I could finally interact with them. It felt like I was being blamed for something, which was quite unpleasant.

All the explanations were in fast English, and she didn’t speak a word of broken Japanese. I managed to understand, but it was frustrating... Even though this is a tourist spot in Hawaii, I didn’t appreciate her refusal to use any Japanese. She didn’t smile at all.

I’m sure there are good instructors out there, but...

The staff's response rating is ☆☆ because of this experience.

In contrast, the Japanese female staff were extremely kind and saved the day.

It was mentioned that it’s better not to bring extra money, but they sell photos of you interacting with the dolphins for $16 each, so I recommend bringing some cash for that. The photos turn out so beautifully that you’ll want to buy them. You can take three poses per person. There are lockers available, but the showers are just old-fashioned water showers.

素人の客の指示なのに、ちゃんと動いてくれて感激！

でも、危うくやらせてもらえないところでした。抜かされてしまい、白人のインストラクターに拙い英語で抗議して、やっと触れ合うことができました。何だか私が悪いみたいな顔をされて、不愉快でした。
説明は全て早い英語で、片言の日本語も話しません。何とか理解したので良かったですが・・・ハワイの観光場所なのに、日本語を一切拒否するような彼女には好感がもてませんでした。笑顔がない人でした。
良いインストラクターもいるのでしょうが・・・

スタッフの対応評価が、☆☆　なのは、そのためです。

それに引き換え、日本人の女性スタッフは非常に親切で救われました。

余分なお金は持っていかない方が良いと書いてありましたが、イルカと触れ合っている写真が１枚１６ドルで販売するので、その分も持って行くことをお勧めします。余りにも綺麗に撮れているので買いたくなりますよ。一人３ポーズあります。　　一応、ロッカーはあります。　シャワーは、旧式の水シャワーのみです。

We gathered locally and took the bus. We went from the hotel to Ala Moana Center, transferred to bus number 52, and I made sure to tell the driver "Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor" to confirm where to get off, arriving just in time for our meeting. We waited quite a while for the bus at Ala Moana Center. There was only one other group of Japanese people besides us, and everyone else on the boat was foreign, making it quite international. As I saw on Alan Net, we were handed a file with notes written in Japanese, but all the explanations were in English. However, they demonstrated how to enter the water with gestures, so if you watch, you can manage. We moved out to sea for about 10 to 15 minutes, and the waves were quite rough. I get motion sickness easily, and even though I took motion sickness medicine, I still felt quite nauseous. We entered the cage four at a time. I was really looking forward to it, so even though I felt unwell, I stayed underwater longer than others, hoping to finally see a shark. Unfortunately, while there were a few small fish nearby, I only caught a glimpse of a small baby shark passing by far below, and I hardly saw any sharks at all, so I ended up getting a sticker and a refund... But the staff were very nice, so I definitely plan to try again next time. On the way back, we strolled around Haleiwa before heading home.

私達は、現地集合にしてバスで行きました。
ホテルから、アラモアナセンターまで行き、乗り換えて52番のバスに乗り、一応運転手に”ハレイワ・スモールボートハーバー”と伝えて降りる場所を教えてももらって無事集合時間ギリギリに到着しました。
アラモアナセンターからバス来るまで結構待ちました。
私達以外の日本人は1組だけで、他は皆船は外国人で国際豊かでした。
アランネットで見たとおり、注意事項など日本語で書かれたファイルを渡されるくらいで説明は全部英語でしたが、ジェスチャーで海への入り方を説明されるので、見てればなんとかなります。
沖まで10分~15分位まで移動し、波も中々の揺れで、乗り物に弱い私は酔い止め飲んでも結構酔いました。
檻の中には4人づつ入りました。
楽しみにしていたので、具合悪い中でも念願のサメに会えると張り切って人より長く海にもぐってましたが、何匹か小魚は近くにいたものの、残念ながらサメはかなり深く遠くの下の方に小さく子サメ？が通り過ぎただけでほとんど見れず、ステッカーをもらって返金になりました・・・
でもスタッフの方々はとてもいい人たちだったので、また次回、絶対挑戦しようと思ってます。
帰りはハレイワを散策してから帰りました。

Swimming while holding onto a dolphin was amazing, and my wife was thrilled! If I could wish for anything, it would be to play with the dolphins a bit more! Since most of the explanations are in English, I think those who don't understand English might miss out on some of the fun.

If you're looking for a guaranteed chance to see dolphins and swim with them, you should definitely give it a try!

I participated in whale watching during my mother and aunt's first trip to Hawaii, as it was the season for it. If you're expecting the spectacular jumps often seen in whale photos, you might be disappointed. However, if you approach it with the mindset of leisurely enjoying a cruise in Hawaii, you might feel lucky and satisfied to see some whales as a bonus.

They made sure we could see the whales well by moving around to chase them, and with lunch included, I think the price is reasonable.

I chose this tour because it was offered in Japanese, and while there were Japanese announcements during the cruise, it was disappointing that the staff's explanations about the whales right after departure were only in English.

よくクジラの写真であるような　豪快なジャンプを期待していたらだめです。
ハワイのクルーズをのんびり楽しむくらいの気持ちで参加すれば、おまけにクジラが見られてラッキーと満足できるかも

ちゃんとクジラが良く見られるように、クジラを追いかけ移動もしてくれたし、ランチもついてこの値段だったらＯＫなのではないでしょうか

ただ、日本語対応コースだったので参加したのですが、航行中のテープアナウンスは日本語もありましたが、出航直後のスタッフのクジラの説明など英語のみだったのが残念でした

I saw the tail fin while the water was splashing and the back was moving. Considering that there are times when you can't see anything at all, I think I was lucky, but it still feels unsatisfying if you can't see the whole jump. Even though the time is long, around 2 to 3 hours, it can get sleepy since there isn't much movement. It might be nice for enjoying a leisurely time on the sea.

潮吹きと背中が動いているところ、尾びれが見えました。全く見えないこともあることを考えるとラッキーだったのだと思いますが、やはりジャンプなど全体が見れないと物足りないです。時間が２~３時間と長い割に、特に移動をしないので眠くなります。のんびり海の上の時間を楽しむにはいいかも。

We have never been whale watching before - we loved this first time experience! Captain Ryan and crew were great! They not only managed to help us see several whales (one baby just kept breaching - we have great pictures!) but we also were treated to turtles and spinner dolphins! When they lowered their microphone into the water and we heard the whales talking - it was just a huge bonus to a wonderful trip! We will definitely look them up if we get back to Oahu!!
