It's just a short distance from the hotel to the boat, so we easily participated as a family. What surprised me was encountering whales just a stone's throw away from Waikiki. I was amazed that whales were swimming so close. I felt the depth and endless charm of Hawaii.

　ホテルから船までもスグですし、かなり気軽に家族で参加しました。
　驚いたのはワイキキ目と鼻の先でクジラに出会えたことです。こんなに近い所にクジラが泳いでるなんてビックリ。ハワイの懐の深さや尽きない魅力を感じました。

We gathered at 6 AM! I was a bit sleepy, but I was surprised to see that the local staff, including President Yuriko, were full of energy and positivity! It was a bit cold, but I had fun meeting the dolphin teacher. However, I couldn't swim with the dolphins due to my lack of swimming ability, so next time I want to improve my swimming skills and participate.

朝６時に集合！少々眠かったが学長のユリ子さんはじめ現地スタッフも元気（前向き）でびっくり！
ちょっと寒かったけどイルカ先生とも会えて楽しかった。ただ、泳力不足でイルカといっしょには泳げなかったので、次回は水泳の腕を磨いて参加したいと思います。

Swimming with dolphins was a dream come true!! It was truly enjoyable. I participated alone this time, but I was genuinely healed by the adorable dolphins!!

憧れのドルフィンスイム！！
本当に楽しかったです。
今回は一人参加（一人旅）だったのですが、可愛いイルカ達に心から癒されました！！

I couldn't see any whales. The boat was large and I didn't feel much rocking. The top deck was very pleasant. However, there were only a few chairs, so it's best to be at the top from the start. If you don't see any whales, you can get a free ticket for another ride, but there was a long line. There were many foreigners, but there were also Japanese announcements, so there were no particular issues.

クジラは見れませんでした。
船は大きくあまり揺れも感じませんでした。
一番上のデッキはとても気持ち良かったです。
でも、椅子が少ししかないので、最初から一番上にいたほうがベストです。
見れなかった場合、再度の無料乗船券をもらえますが、長蛇の列でした。外国人の方が多かったですが、日本語の案内もあり特に問題ありませんでしたよ。

I participated in whale watching on New Year's Day. Since it was my first time in Hawaii, it felt great to look at Waikiki from the sea and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Although I didn't see any spectacular whale jumps, I was able to spot spouts and their backs. I hope to see more next time.

元旦にホェールウォチングを・・・と思い参加しました。
ハワイは初めてなので、海からワイキキを眺めたり、爽やかな風でとても気持ちが良かったです。
鯨の豪快なジャンピングなどは見られませんでしたが、潮吹きや背中などは確認できました。
次回は、期待したいです。

The 30 minutes went by in a flash, but I was so happy playing with the dolphins. I want to go again!!

This was such an amazing activity to do in Hawaii!! This was my second trip in a matter of 8 months to hawaii and I was advised by friends to try this out and I was not disappointed!! The arrays of sea life and colours of the ocean and fish are so diverse! I loved it and would even go on it again when I go back to Hawaii in 2O12.

I participated in the morning plan on December 26. I had joined two years ago, but I could only see something that looked like a whale in the distance, so since it was my last day before returning home, I thought I would enjoy the view from the sea one last time. However...!! From around Diamond Head, whales appeared here and there, jumping one after another!! Everyone was cheering and overjoyed. I saw the very jumps that are often featured in photos on the website right in front of me. I had my digital camera ready and was randomly pressing the shutter, and to my surprise, quite a few good shots came out!! I think whether or not you see whales is a matter of luck, but I never expected such a big show!! It was so much fun. The two hours flew by. The transportation was also very efficient, and I didn't have any issues. You can enjoy the scenery alone, but seeing the whales jump is incredibly exciting!! I definitely want to participate again when I go in the winter.

12月26日午前プランに参加しました。2年前にも参加したのですが、遠くにクジラらしき物が見えた程度だったので、帰国する日だったし、最後に海から景色を楽しもうと思って参加しました。ところが・・・！！ダイヤモンドヘッド沖辺りからクジラがあっちにもこっちにも現れ・・・次々にジャンプするではありませんか！！もう、みんな歓声をあげて大喜びです。よく、ホームページ等に載っている写真そのもののジャンプが目の前で見られました。持っていたデジカメを見当をつけて構え、適当にシャッターを押していたのですが、結構写っていてこれもびっくり！！クジラが現れるかどうかは運しだいだと思うのですが、こんなにも大サービスしてくれるとは！！とっても楽しかったです。あっという間の２時間でした。
送迎もてきぱきしていて困ったことはありませんでした。景色だけでも楽しめますが、やはりクジラのジャンプを見られると大興奮です！！また冬に行ったときには絶対参加したいと思っています。

This was a great experience. My husband and I enjoyed the activity and the knowledgeable staff.

Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I wanted to have an experience I had never had before, so I signed up. However, I wasn't sure how I would be able to interact with the dolphins, so I chose a beginner's course. I was thrilled to be able to kiss and shake hands with the dolphins! It was such an emotional experience to see dolphins up close like that. We just had to stand, so it was fine for both adults and children, even those who can't swim. However, since the dolphins move according to the trainer's instructions, it might be a bit unsatisfying for those who want to interact more. Next time, I would like to join a course where I can hold onto their dorsal fins and swim with them.

初めてのハワイだったので、今までしたことのない経験をしたいと思って申し込みました。ただ、どのようにイルカと触れ合えるのかわからなかったので初心者向けのコースにしました。イルカとキスしたり、握手したりすることができて感激！こんなに間近でイルカを見る機会はないのでとても感動しました。私たちは立っていれば良いので、大人でも子供でも泳げない人でも大丈夫です。ただ、イルカはトレーナーの指示で動くのでもっと触れ合いたい人にはちょっと物足りないかもしれません。次回は背びれにつかまって泳げるコースに参加したいと思いました。

I participated alone from 9 AM, and since there were about 13 people in a 45-person capacity, I was able to enjoy it comfortably. I recommend the early morning trip since the next one was fully booked with 45 people.

When I think of submarines, I remember DisneySea, but this time it was the real ocean, which was exciting. It was great to see many fish and rays, but if I could have seen sharks or whales, my rating would have gone up even more (laughs).

But since these are natural creatures, there's not much you can do about that. The crew members were very kind. By the way, the person at the check-in counter was Japanese. Also, the weather in Maui has been bad lately, so I recommend checking the weather for a week and participating on a clear day (^^).

午前9時から一人で参加しましたが、45人乗りのところを13人くらいだったのでゆったりと楽しむことができました。次の便では45人満杯だったので朝一の便をおすすめします。

潜水艦といえばディズニーシーを思い出しますが、今回は本物の海でしたので興奮しました。たくさんの魚とエイを見れたのはよかったのですが、サメやクジラが見れたらさらに評価は上がっていたでしょう（笑

でも自然の生き物ですからこのあたりは仕方ないですね。クルーの皆さんはとても親切でした。ちなみにチェックインカウンターの受付の方が日本人の方でした。あと、ここ最近のマウイは天気が悪いので、参加されるときは1週間の天気を調べて快晴の時に参加することをおすすめします(^^)

I participated in the Dolphin Royal Swim, and it was fun to touch the dolphins and have them push on the soles of my feet. Since it was the end of November, the water was cold. The price is high, but I was satisfied.

ドルフィン・ロイヤルスイムに参加しましたが、イルカにさわったり、足の裏を押してもらったりと楽しかったです。
11月末だったので、水が冷たかったです。
料金は高いですが、満足できました。

This was our first experience with "BOB" and it was amazing! Especially for me as I'm a bit paranoid with being underwater and don't like water in my face and can't even handle snorkeling. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to handle it but after the initial nervousness of being submerged, I was able to see all the wonderful sites of colorful fish and sea turtles and my hair didn't even get wet!!! It was amazing!

It was a fun memory to grab the dorsal fin of a dolphin and move forward, and to have my feet pushed by two dolphins.

イルカの背びれを掴んで前進したり、足の裏を二頭のイルカに押してもらったりして楽しい思い出でした。

I was truly moved to see a manta ray up close like that! It came so close that it felt like it was about to touch my body, making it an unforgettable experience. Thank you very much.

あんなに近くでマンタを見れるなんて本当に感動しました！今にも身体に触りそうな所まできてくれて忘れられない体験になりました。ありがとうございました。

This was my second time participating. I joined with my family of four. I think the experience was more attentive than last time, and we had more time to interact with the dolphins. The dolphin touch and the interactions guided by the instructor were really great. For those considering visiting the Honolulu Aquarium, you can have plenty of fun here, so I recommend participating in this. Next time, I would like to sign up for the above activity.

今回、2回目の参加です。家族4名で参加しました。
前回よりもよりも、丁寧でイルカと接する時間が長かったと思います。
イルカのタッチや、インストラクターの指示によるイルカとの触れ合いがとてもよかったです。
ホノルル水族館にいこうとおもっているかたは、こちらで十分楽しめますので、こちらの参加をおすすめします。
次回は、上のアクティビティーを申込したいと思います。

I thought we could swim together quite closely, but when I spotted the dolphins and entered the sea, I could see them, but they were far away... It was different from what I had imagined.

I think it might depend on the timing, but it was a bit disappointing.

かなり近くで一緒に泳げると思いきや、イルカを発見し、いざ海にはいると姿は見えるがはるか遠く・・・
思い描いてたのとは違いました。

そのときのタイミングによるのかと思いますが、少し残念でした。

This trip is worth every penny if you haven't experienced something like this before, or even for another visit. They said we were guarranteed seeing some sharks and they didn't disappoint. On my trip we saw about 15 - 20 circling the cage.

Shuttle bus picked me up from the hotel on time and we were taken to the harbour in the north. Boat ride out to the cage was about 3 miles (20 mins or so) and then the passengers were split into 3 groups of 8, each group having 20 mins in the water surrounded by 10ft sharks. Great!! No need to be nervous, you're totally safe in the cage.

The staff were friendly and ready to answer questions.

Would recommend one of the earlier trips, i went for the 9am one.

One final tip, take at least two underwater cameras as the shots are amazing!!!

I was surprised to be able to swim so close to sea turtles and dolphins, even more than I had expected! At first, the sea turtle was down by the rocks, but it floated up to the surface, and I was able to see it swimming majestically right in front of me. I wasn't very confident in my swimming skills and was wearing a life jacket, so I thought I would only be able to see them from a distance, but both the sea turtles and dolphins came very close to the surface, making it possible for even those who can't swim to enjoy the experience. Moreover, the encounter rate with dolphins was said to be 96-98%. If I have the chance to go to Oahu again, I would definitely want to participate in this activity again. Thank you for providing such a valuable experience.

期待していた以上に近くでウミガメやイルカと泳ぐことができてビックリ！！ウミガメは最初、下の岩の方にいたのですが、海面まで浮かび上がってきてくれて、ほんとに目の前で悠然と泳ぐウミガメを見ることができました。泳ぎに自信がなくライフジャケットを着用していたので、遠くでしか見られないかと思っていましたが、ウミガメもイルカもとても海面に近いところまで浮上してきてくれるので、泳げない人でも安心して一緒に泳ぐことができると思います。しかもイルカとの遭遇率は96~98％ということでした。次回オアフに行く機会があれば、また絶対参加したいアクティビティです。貴重な経験をさせていただいてありがとうございました。

I can't physically snorkel so this was the next best thing. We saw a shark immediately--pretty cool. The staff was wonderful. The divers brought sea life to the windows for all to view. We wish we could have seen more diversity, but no one can control mother nature. We had fun and enjoyed the sea life we did see.

I participated with my elderly mother. I was a bit worried about the presence of a ladder, but it was no problem and it was very good. For those who cannot speak English, I definitely recommend the Japanese-speaking guide tour. I think not understanding the guide would greatly reduce the enjoyment.

高齢者の母と参加いたしました。
はしごがあるとの事で多少心配でしたが、
問題なく、とてもよかったです。
英語が出来ない方は是非、日本語ガイドの回をお勧めします。
ガイドがわからないと楽しさ半減だと思われます。

Positive Points
- The shuttle bus to the hotel is a dedicated trolley, which is easy to understand.
- You take a boat to reach the submarine, and the scenery is nice just offshore.
- Since it's just offshore, it's less likely to cause seasickness.
- It's a submarine, after all!!!
- You might see quite a bit.
- You can understand the current state of Hawaii's oceans and the various efforts being made to protect the sea.

Negative Points
- The fish visibility is quite low; if you expect to see fish up close to the windows, you might be disappointed. However, it is a very valuable experience to see the state of fish in nature and how they exist. You can feel the gap between the ocean on TV and the actual reality. Also, it depends on luck; I was able to see a sea turtle and a ray, but it seems there are times when you can see sharks as well. You might think that turtles are like Gamera in the ocean.
- There is a small invitation on the way back, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Even though the fish visibility is low, they do go around the wrecks, and you can actually see a lot of fish, so it's not really a bad point. Compared to the photos in the pamphlet, it might be a bit lacking... but this applies to everything.

They take photos at the entrance, but they sell them for $40 on the way back. Well, that's pretty common, right? However, for couples or as a memento of a honeymoon, the quality is good, so it's worth it. We bought one. Oh, and you might hear the name of a well-known airplane, too? (Sorry if I'm mistaken).

良かった点
　・ホテルへの送迎バスが専用トロッコで、わかり易い。
　・潜水艦に乗るまで、船で行くのですがちょっとした
　　沖合で景色が良い事。
　・ちょっとした沖合なので船酔いしにくい。
　・とにかく潜水艦！！！。
　・結構見れるかな？。
　・今のハワイの海の実態や、海を守るために色々な努力
　　がなされているという事実がわかります。

悪かった点
　・とにかく魚影は薄いです、窓の近くで魚を見れると
　　思って行くとがっかりするかもしれなせん。
　　ただ、自然における魚の状態や有り様が見れるので、
　　とても貴重な体験だと思います。
　　テレビの中の海と実際の現実とのギャップを肌で
　　感じる事ができるでしょう。
　　またその時の運もあるでしょう、自分はウミガメと
　　エイをみれましたが、サメが見れる時もあるよう
　　ですね。
　　亀なんて、海の中のガメラってこんな感じなんだ
　　ろうなって思うこと請け合いです。
　・帰りにちょっとした招待がありますがお勧めしません。

魚影が薄いとは言っても、ちゃんと沈没船などの周りを回っってくれて実際は多くの魚を見ることができるので、あまり悪い点とはいえないですね^＾；。
パンフの写真とかと比べるとちょっと・・・というところでしょうか。まあこれは全てに当てはまるでしょう。

入り口で写真を撮ってくれるのですが、帰りに４０ドルでうってくれます。まあよくある事ですよね。ただカップルや新婚旅行の記念としては、出来も良いのでいいのでは？自分たちは買って来ました。
あ、そうそう知る人ぞ知る飛行機の名前も出てくるかも知れませんよ？(間違いだったらごめんんさい^＾；)。

It's a bit pricey, but I had a wonderful experience touching, kissing, and swimming with dolphins. We traveled from the hotel to Sea Life Park by a large bus. The customers were about half Japanese and half from other countries, and the guide spoke mostly in English. Since there wasn't much important information shared on the bus, I think it's fine even if you don't speak English. At the site, there was someone who could speak Japanese to explain things during our visit. It wasn't too difficult and was a lot of fun. By the way, there's a church right at the entrance of Sea Life Park where Yuko Rin had her wedding!

ちょっとお高いけど、イルカに触れたり、キスできたり、一緒に泳いだり。
とっても素敵な体験をさせていただきました。
ホテルからシーライフパークまでは大型バスで移動でした。
お客さんは日本人とその他の国の人が半々くらいで、ガイドさんはほぼ英語のみ。
バスの中ではそんなに重要な話はしないので英語ができなくても大丈夫かと思います。
現地では私たちの時は日本語が話せる人が説明してくれました。
そんなに難しくなく、楽しかったです。
ちなみにシーライフパーク入ってすぐのとこにゆうこりんが挙式した教会がありますよ♪

We participated as a family.

My 5-year-old daughter was a bit scared at first, but as she touched and kissed the dolphins, she completely fell in love with them.

The stuffed animal we bought on the way back has the same name as the dolphin we played with, "Maui," and she takes good care of it.

We would like to participate again.

親子で参加しました。

５歳の娘は最初おっかなびっくりでしたが、イルカに触れたり、キスしたりするうちに、すっかりイルカが大好きになりました。

帰りに買ったぬいぐるみに、一緒に遊んだイルカの名前と同じ「マウイ」という名前をつけて可愛がっています。

また、参加したいと思っています。

At first, I was scared because the manta rays were so close, but I got used to it!

I thought something was bumping into my face, and when I looked closely, it was a huge amount of plankton?! It was amazing!

Even though there were so many, the two manta rays quickly devoured them all!

The view of the sunset in front of the office is beautiful! ☆

大量にいたのに２匹のマンタがあっという間に食べ尽くしてしまいました~

WOW is all I can say. Took the kids and the wife to this tour, and we are from a landlocked state, so all kinds of any sea critters are new to us...but nothing, and I mean nothing could have beat getting an eyeful of the mantas gliding all around so close up. The kids went wild for it, and even my wife wasn't scared a bit. Overall it was truly a great experience, and one I would tell others to for sure try out. Families will love it and I even saw some single people just out enjoying the trip as well. Its really for everyone
