They arrived on time. Although the staff couldn't speak Japanese, it wasn't a problem since it was just a transfer service. You load your own luggage. If you don't expect excessive service, it meets expectations.

時間通りに来てくれました。日本語が話せるスタッフでは無いけれど送迎だけなので特に問題になりません。荷物は自分で乗せるスタイルです。過度にサービスを期待していなければ想定通りです。

I couldn't find the meeting place and had to ask someone for directions. Other than that, there were no particular issues. It's a style where you load your own luggage.

待ち合わせ場所が探せず、人に聞いて教えてもらいました。それ以外は特に問題ありません。荷物は自分で乗せるスタイルです。

If you look for someone wearing a yellow aloha shirt, you'll be fine! Don't worry if your English isn't great! Also, tips are not required, so it's relaxed!

I used the evening hotel pickup to catch a night flight to the mainland United States. It was a large van, but there was only one other passenger, so we were delivered to the airport smoothly.

アメリカ本土への夜便に乗るために夕方ホテル前ピックアップで利用しました。大きなバンでしたが他にお客さんが1人しかおらず、スムーズに空港まで届けてもらえました。

The reception counter was easy to find, and I felt reassured to receive guidance in Japanese for the boarding area. It was also great that the reservation included the tip, so I didn't have to deal with cash after arriving.

受付カウンターがわかりやすく、日本語の案内で、乗り口を案内してもらえて安心しました。予約にチップ込みなので、到着後に現金を扱う手間がないのもとてもよかったです。

Snorkeling and ocean leisure activities (such as banana boat rides, boating, and stand-up paddleboarding) are included, making it enjoyable for a variety of people. The snorkeling area is very shallow, so even those who are not good swimmers can enjoy it safely. The staff is friendly and speaks both Japanese and English.

シュノーケルと海のレジャー（バナナボート、ボートやサップ等）がついていて色々な人が楽しめます。シュノーケルもとても浅いエリアなので、泳ぎが苦手でも全然安全に楽しめます。スタッフは日本語、英語ともにOKでフレンドリーです

It was a tour where I could do everything I wanted at once: exploring sandbars, observing sea turtles, and snorkeling. The staff was friendly and accommodating in both English and Japanese, which made me feel very secure. Meals and drinks were included, and I could also experience the atmosphere of international cuisine.

サンドバー散策、うみがめ観察、シュノーケルとやりたいことが一度でできるツアーでした。スタッフも親切で英語も日本語にも対応しているのでとても安心です。食事や飲み物も含まれていて海外の食事の雰囲気も感じられます

It was my first time paragliding. I had a wonderful experience in favorable weather. The two guys were very friendly and communicated in English, explaining things with clear gestures. The wind on the boat was pleasant, and the scenery was amazing.

パラセイリング初めてでした。
天候に恵まれた中で、素敵な体験をすることができました。お兄さん２人も、英語でのコミュニケーションでしたが、とてもフレンドリーで、わかりやすいジェスチャーを入れながら説明してくれました。
ボートでの風も気持ちよく、景色も最高でした。

I was really nervous because I had a driver in another country who drove extremely fast, but this driver was actually very skilled and gentle when I got out of the car. I was relieved to arrive at the hotel without any confusion from the airport.

以前別の国のアクティビティでめちゃくちゃ飛ばす運転手さんで、ドキドキしましたが、普通に運転上手で、降りる時もジェントルでした。
空港からオロオロしないでホテルに到着できて助かりました。

The staff was very cheerful and kind. However, the size of the snorkeling set did not fit at all, and also, this might be unavoidable, but I was confused by how deep the tide was, more than I had imagined. If I could have received a briefing on snorkeling or the tide conditions the day before or just before departure, I might have been better prepared mentally...

スタッフの方はとっても明るくて親切にしてくださいました。
ただ、シュノーケルセットの大きさがまったく合わなかったのと、あと、これは仕方がないかもしれませんが、想像以上に潮が深くて、困惑しました。
前日直前や出発前の事前に、シュノーケルのレクチャーとか、潮の状況とか、きかせてもらえたら、心の準備ができたかも…

I use this service every time from the airport to the hotel. This time, I was able to board with almost no waiting time. The seats are spacious and comfortable, and the driving is careful, so I can use it with peace of mind.

空港からホテルまで毎回利用させていただいています。今回も待ち時間ほぼなしで乗車できました。座席も広く座り心地も良く、運転も丁寧なので安心して利用できます。

Tour consists of sandbar and coral reef with amazing burger lunch in-between. All gears for snorkeling were provided as well

I knew in advance that the tide wouldn't go below zero, but on this day, it felt like the tide was gradually rising. It was fun to do various activities like stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking. During snorkeling, we were given bread to feed the fish, and many of them came close.

潮位がマイナスにならないことは事前に分かっていたのですが、この日は段々潮位が上がっていく感じでした。
サップやカヤックなど、いろいろなアクティビティができて楽しかったです。
シュノーケリングでは、餌のパンをもらえて、魚がたくさん寄ってきます。

I initially thought about going with a four-wheeler, but the kids said it would be boring since they couldn't drive themselves, so we chose this instead. It was my first time on an e-bike, and I was worried, but there was practice at the beginning, and my middle school and upper elementary school daughters had no problems. The guide was a really nice person, and his explanations were interesting with jokes mixed in. He took a lot of great photos at the photo spots. It was late August in the afternoon, and I was concerned about the heat, but there were many clouds that day, so it was fine.

最初は四輪バギーにしようと思っていたのですが、子供たちが自分で運転できないのはつまらないというので、こちらにしました。Eバイクは初めてなので心配でしたが、最初に練習もあり、中学生と小学校高学年の娘でも問題なかったです。
ガイドさんがとてもいい人で、解説もジョークを交えて面白かったし、フォトスポットでは映える写真をたくさん撮ってくれました。
8月下旬の午後で、暑さが心配でしたが、当日は雲が多くて大丈夫でした。

We were the only Japanese people there, and I was anxious because I didn't understand English, but I managed to understand through gestures and by watching how others did it! At first, it was scary because it swayed a lot, but after that, it just felt amazing!! When we landed, they made sure our feet touched the sea, which was so much fun! I could feel the beautiful scenery and breeze of Hawaii, and it was the best experience! The location was also easy to find, near Kaka'ako, and after we finished, we went shopping and took a walk before heading back! If you love heights, you should definitely try this!

私たちしか日本人はおらず・・・英語がわからず不安でしたが、ジェスチャーや、前の人のやり方をみて理解！
飛び始めはゆらゆら揺れるので怖かったですが、そのあとはただただ気持ちいい！！
降りる時には海に足がつくように楽しませてくれました！
ハワイの景色と風を感じられて、最高の体験ができました！
場所もカカアコ近くでわかりやすく、終わってからも買い物や散歩をして帰りました！
高い所が好きな人はやるべきです！

Previously, I participated in a tour where we were driven around, but this time we joined a self-driving tour. It was a dynamic experience that was thrilling and allowed us to feel nature up close. The guide spoke English, and although I couldn't understand everything, they made a great effort to communicate in a fun way. They also took photos at various points, making it a wonderful experience.

以前は、乗せてもらうツアーに参加しましたが、今回は自分達で運転するツアーに参加しました。
迫力があり、自然を間近に感じるダイナミックな体験ができます。
ガイドの方は英語ですが、（全部理解はできませんでしたが）
一生懸命楽しく伝えようとして頂きました。ポイントでは写真も撮ってくださり、良い経験になりました。

Meeting at 5:40 AM before sunrise is indeed early, but we were still among the fourth or fifth group to enter the site. We rented a paid option for a parasol and chair set, which I highly recommend due to the strong sunlight. In the morning, there are relatively fewer people, making it enjoyable. Around 10 AM, we had an incredibly lucky surprise when a monk seal suddenly came up on the beach to rest, just about 10 meters from our base. My grandchild had been talking about wanting to see one since before coming to Hawaii, so it was great that we could make that happen by chance. There is a law requiring a distance of over 15 meters from monk seals, so it’s also a good memory that our base had to be moved quickly.

日の出前の５時４０分集合はさすがに早いが、それでも現地では４組〜５組めの入場グループでした。有料OPでパラソル・チェアセットをレンタルしましたが、日差しが強いのでぜひお勧めします。午前中はヒトも比較的少なく楽しめます。１０時頃に私たちのベース基地から１０ｍくらいの場所に突然にモンクシールが砂浜にあがってきて休憩するという超ラッキーサプライズに出会えました。一緒の孫がハワイに来る前から会いたいと話していたので、偶然にも叶えてあげられてよかったです。モンクシールには１５ｍ以上距離を取らなければいけない法律があるので、我々のベース基地は速攻移動させられたのもいい思い出です。

We enjoyed every aspect of our evening from the Hawaiian cuisine to the show, the music, and the excellent staff! Wow! Would recommend that everyone go to this luau. Thank you to each and every one who made this night memorable, and a special thank you to our server Nick! You were phenomenal!!

The sandbar is located inside the bay, so the waves were very calm. I usually get seasick, but this time I was fine. We saw turtles from the boat, and finally, we went snorkeling around the coral reef.

サンドバーが湾内なので波がとても穏やかでした。船酔いしやすい方ですが、今回は大丈夫でした。亀は船の上から見て、最後に珊瑚礁の周りをシュノーケリングしました。

The tour at Kualoa Ranch was amazing! The views were absolutely breathtaking, everything was very well organized, and the guide shared lots of interesting stories that made the experience even more special. Definitely worth it!

It took about 30 minutes to arrive from Waikiki by rental car.
We had a great time as a family of four (two adults and two elementary school children) from 10:30 to 14:30 as follows:

Both adults and children were very satisfied and unanimously agreed to "come again."

I used the round-trip shuttle service (airport ⇔ Honolulu). They helped with loading and unloading luggage smoothly, which was very helpful. Since the tip was included, I didn't have to worry about calculating tips.

We used the service with nine people from three generations. I have visited Honolulu several times. In the past, I used taxis or rental cars, but this time, with so many people, we opted for the shuttle service. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The loading and unloading of luggage was also smooth. Thank you very much.

Very relaxing and educational experience. My family and I really enjoyed it.

The bowl-shaped seating allows for a great view even from the back, making it very enjoyable. The acrobatics, presented with a sense of Hawaii's history, are beautiful and impressive. I'm glad I went. It will be a memorable experience.

すり鉢状の客席は後方席でもよく見え十分楽しめます。ハワイの歴史を感じる演出でのアクロバットは美しく、迫力も有り。行って良かった。思い出に残ります。

It doesn't take much time for the Manta rays to show up, swimming with these giant peaceful fish is amazing experience.

We have limited snorkeling experience so it is tiring to float 45 minutes. We are exhausted when returning to the boat. It worths the experience.

Tip: Bring hot drink and chocolate bar with you!

The crew are willing to help with sea sickness and exhaustion, but they only have bottled water. The nearest place to get any replenish is Longs Drugs which requires several minutes of driving.

The good: Black Sand Beach and Volcanoes National Park are as good as they can be. Halema'uma'u Crater is amazing.

The average: The Coffee Farm we visited is a small one. We saw the coffee plants, but didn't see much about how the coffee is produced as the machines are taken apart and stored. Food is ok-ish, lunch is fast-food bento, dinner is at a small restaurant.

The unfortunate: We didn't see any star due to the cloudy weather. If you want to do stargazing, join a stargazing group as they will have better planning and equipment.

The staff were very polite and kind, and there was absolutely no worry about communication in Japanese. I was able to enjoy my time safely and happily from start to finish. Their character was truly wonderful, and I entrusted everything to them with great confidence. Unexpectedly, there was a wild seal sleeping on the beach, safely protected with cones and ropes to keep humans at a distance, which was impressive. Such a cute sight! While swimming, I encountered beautiful fish and turtles that touched my heart. Even if you're not confident in your swimming skills, the instructors guide you well, and I believe you'll be able to fully enjoy the beauty of Hanauma Bay!

なんと言っても、スタッフさんがとても丁寧で優しくて、日本語対応も全く心配ないですし、最初から最後まで安全に楽しく過ごせました。お人柄が本当に良くて、とても信頼してお任せしました。予想外にも野生のアザラシが浜辺で寝ていて、人間が近づかないようにコーンやロープで安全に保護されていのは感動しました。とても可愛い姿！水泳中には綺麗な魚さんや亀さんとお会いして心を打たれました。泳ぎに自信がなくても、インストラクターの方々がしっかりと誘導してくれますし、たっぷりとハナウマ湾の美しさを堪能できると思います！

As a couple who are huge fans of the Jurassic series, this was a place we absolutely wanted to visit for our honeymoon. It was my first time riding a horse, so I was a bit nervous, but there was a proper briefing beforehand, and all the horses were well-behaved, so I had no worries during the ride. The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view! The scenery is beyond description, and I highly recommend it.

夫婦でジュラシックシリーズの大ファンなので、新婚旅行でどうしても訪れたかった場所です。お馬さんに乗るのも初めてだったので緊張しましたが、きちんと前もってのレクチャーもありましたし、お馬さんたちもみんなお利口さんなので、乗馬中は心配なかったです。見どころは、なんといってもその絶景！見晴らしの良さは説明不要で、是非ともおすすめしたいです。

This is my fourth trip to Hawaii. I finally fulfilled my long-held dream! I was simply moved in front of the magnificent nature created by the Big Island. This time, it rained a little along the way, so I hope to visit again in sunny weather next time.

4度目のハワイ旅行。ついに念願叶いました！ハワイ島が創り出した大自然の前に、ただただ感動。。今回途中で小雨が降ってきたので、次回は晴れの中伺いたいです。
