There is no attendant at the meeting place, so I had to check in by myself at the check-in counter by showing my voucher. However, I was informed that my reservation wasn't properly reflected, which left me confused. In the end, it took quite a bit of time, and I managed to get in by sending a photo of the voucher. It was awkward since there were a lot of people lined up behind me.

The food was delicious, so I was satisfied. However, every time I ordered a drink other than the initial welcome Mai Tai, I had to pay with a credit card, which was a hassle. They don't accept cash, so a credit card is a must.

It seems that the performers change depending on the day, and on my day, it was only Elvis. I would have liked to see Michael too. If you like Elvis or Michael, you might enjoy it.

集合場所に特にアテンドの方はいないので、自分でチェックインカウンターでバウチャーを見せてチェックイン。と思いきや予約がうまく反映されていないと伝えられて困惑。結局かなり時間がかかってバウチャーの写真を送ることでなんとか入れてもらいました。後ろにかなり人が並んでいて気まずかった。
料理は美味しかったので満足です。ただ、最初のウェルカムマイタイ1杯以外のドリンクを頼む時、いちいちクレカでの決済が必要で面倒だった。現金は受け取らないとのことで、クレカ必須です。
ショーは日によって出演者は違うようで、私の日はエルビスオンリーでした。マイケルも見たかった。エルビスやマイケルが好きな人は楽しめるかな。

We enjoyed the activity. We went to the sandbar during high tide, so the water was up to our knees, just slightly under our hips. The difficulty is easy, especially when it's self-guided. The corals are beautiful when snorkeling! The waterproof maps helps a lot, and obtaining the rentals were a breeze. They provided snorkels, dry bags, maps, flippers, life jackets, and the kayaks. Overall, I would recommend! Bring some snacks, because the four hour rental was exhausting. Just be sure to clean up after yourselves and do not litter!

Definitely a splendid evening, whats better than being on the beautiful Waikiki waters

With this being our first snorkel tour, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can tell you that it was just as much about the people running the tour as it was about the tour itself. Everyone was dedicated to making our experience a memory to last a lifetime. The boat was great, the food was awesome, the drinks were a nice touch and the snorkeling was exactly what we were hoping for. Thanks again for making this an awesome memory.

Every time, the service is truly wonderful. This time, due to various circumstances, I was forced to change my return date on the morning of the pickup day and couldn't notify in advance for cancellation (or change). However, when the driver came to pick me up at the hotel, they kindly accepted the change. Additionally, when my return date changed again, they were very accommodating during the second change as well. This time, I was helped more than ever! The pickup time is always accurate, and I will definitely use your service again next time without any complaints.

毎回本当に素晴らしいサービスです。
今回は諸事情で、迎えの当日の朝に帰国日の変更を余儀なくされ、事前にキャンセル（変更）連絡できなかったため、ホテルへ迎えに来て頂いた時に変更を伝えたにもかかわらず、快く変更を受け付けて頂きました。また、さらに帰国日が変更となり、２度目に変更にもとても親切にご対応頂きました。今回はいつも以上に助かりました！
毎回迎えの時間も正確ですし、次回も文句なしに利用させて頂きます。

It’s cool and all, just not much to do out there. Basically paying to swim 10 minutes off the beach. Not worth the money.

The ocean is incredibly beautiful! I was able to see sea turtles! They also kindly teach you how to snorkel and use the boat!

There are people who speak Japanese, so you won't have to proceed without understanding the explanations, and it was also great that they provided transportation to Waikiki.

日本語を話してくださる方がいらっしゃるので、説明が分からないまま進むこともないし、ワイキキまで送迎があるのも有り難かったです。

Went on the afternoon trip with my best friend, we went as a birthday outing for him. The trip was SPECTACULAR, the cliffs and the water were gorgeous, we saw a a whale, the captain regaled us with facts of the coastline, and saw one of the sea caves. It was a little rough and we did not go in but it was still just as amazing all the same. We did not do any snorkeling (as it would be a little late in the day to do so) but we were permitted to jump out of the boat to swim around. It was fun, had a nice little meal. I will definitely go with this tour again if given the chance. A+.

I participated in light clothing. I set out thinking it would be an easy hiking course, but due to the bad weather the day before, we had to navigate through a fallen bamboo grove along the way.

Before reaching the waterfall, there were steep slopes that made me sweat a lot, but the sense of accomplishment was 100%.

On the way back, we had lunch, which was delicious and felt like a reward. I was very satisfied.

The view from Tantalus Lookout on the way back was also great, making it the best course overall.

軽装で参加いたしました。手軽なハイキングコースと思いつつ出発しましたが、前日荒天だったとのことで途中倒れかけた竹藪の中を進みました
滝に到着するまでは、きつい坂道もあり汗でびっしょりになりましたが
達成感は100％でした
帰りにはランチをいただきましたが、これがまた美味しくて　ご褒美のようで
大満足でした。
帰途タンタラスの丘からの眺めも良くて　コースとしては最高でした

I participated because I wanted to see sea turtles.
On the day of the tour, the sky was cloudy, and the sea wasn't very clear, but I was able to see sea turtles both from the boat and while snorkeling!
There were no Japanese-speaking staff on our boat, but there was a staff member who understood a little Japanese, so I felt somewhat at ease participating.
During the drive to and from the location, the driver was very friendly and engaging, so I didn't get bored!
It was a very enjoyable tour.
If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to participate again.

ウミガメに会いたくて参加しました。
当日は曇り空で、海はあまり綺麗に見えづらかったのですが、船の上からもシュノーケリング中もウミガメに会うことができました！
私たちの乗る船には、日本語スタッフの方はおられませんでしたが、日本語が少し通じるスタッフの方がおられたので、ある程度安心して参加をすることができました。
行き帰りの車では、運転手の方がとても楽しくお話をしてくださり、退屈しませんでした！
とても楽しいツアーになりました。
また機会があれば、ぜひ参加したいです。

It was a valuable experience to see the underwater world in Hawaii. However, I couldn't find any information about "Japanese narration available for download." Once seated, there was no opportunity to ask questions to the staff. In reality, there were no staff members available to answer questions, and at both the boat before boarding the submarine and at the meeting point, there was no situation where I could inquire about the "Japanese narration available for download." There were also no Japanese brochures. This was very disappointing.

ハワイの海中を見ることができ貴重な体験でした。
ただ、『日本語ナレーションダウンロード可能』はどこへやら？
座席につくと係の人に質問できる状況ではなかったです。実際には質問できるような係の人はいないし、潜水艦に乗る前の船でも、集合場所でも『日本語ナレーションダウンロード可能』の質問ができるような状況ではありませんでした。日本語パンフレットもありませんでした。これが非常に残念でした。

We did the Jungle expedition, movie sets and agriculture tours. The guides at the ranch were great. The ranch itself is beautiful. We learned a lot of interesting facts about Polynesian culture, what’s grown on the ranch and got to try a few foods while on the agriculture tour. I took a star off because the bus driver was kind of a jerk. He complained about the other driver and belittled us for not laughing at his jokes or wanting to interact with his aggressive attempt at a side show on the way to the ranch. One lady did attempt to interact with him by asking a question and he got angry with her. No one attempted to engage with him after that. On the ride back to Waikiki he didn’t speak and hurried people off at their stops.

It was perfect! The crew was really kind and helpful. The captain was really funny and entertaining. And the star of the show - the Manta Rays - we're absolutely breathtaking. We were lucky to find a group of Manta Rays en route and decided to drop anchor and just spent all the time there. That gave us more time with the Manta Rays. We weren't the best swimmers so the crew helped us with life jackets and they helped to and fro the float. We had a great time and I would absolutely recommend them.

- views of the ranch/mountains are breathtaking, not to mention it is next to the ocean
- don't expect to go too fast on the ATV's, the tour is for vibes not adrenaline
- tour guides were awesome, energetic
- got to see wildlife(cows, etc)
- 10/10 must do on your hawaii trip, worth the price of admission

You should definitely do this tour. This is the best stargazing tour! I was trying to book the other tours but because of our location it would of required us to drive across the island to meet up and then gather with others to ride together to stargaze. It was like a 7 or 8 hour tour. I chose this tour because we could pick a time slot and just meet and stargaze and the tour was only 2 hours AND with a photo. On our way it was pouring rain. We thought the tour would be canceled. But James sent us a new location. There was no rain and perfect place to be in awe of all of the stars we would be able to see. His knowledge of astronomy and his professional photography made the experience more memorable. I didn't think that much of the photo we would receive. But after getting the photo was was in awe!! We was not only able to learn so much about astronomy, but we was able to have the best souvenir of our experience!

I used it from the airport to Waikiki. Since the drop-off point is right in front of the hotel and no tip is required, I made a reservation through Veltra. As soon as I exited the arrival lobby, I found the staff member and was able to move smoothly to the bus stop. I waited a little for the bus to depart, but since it's a shuttle bus, I thought it was reasonable. I will use it again when I'm traveling alone.

空港からワイキキまで利用しました。降車場が、ホテルの目の前、チップ不要ということなので、ベルトラで予約しました。
到着ロビー出たらすぐに、担当者見つかり、スムーズにバス停まで移動できました。バスの発車まで少し待ちましたが、シャトルバスだから、こんなものかなと思います。一人の時にはまた利用します。

Encountered a pod of dolphins. The weather was nice, I didn't get seasick, and it just felt great. I'm thinking of participating again next time! ⛵️

天気も良かったし、船酔いもないし、ただただ気持ちよかったつぎも参加しようと思ってます⛵️

I was picked up by bus and moved to Senba, where everyone cheerfully explained everything in Japanese, from the precautions for boarding the boat to the overall flow. I had an incredibly fun time, got to see turtles, and it became the best memory!!! This time I came for my honeymoon, but I would like to use this service again when our family grows!!

バスで迎えにきてもらい、船場まで移動し、船乗る時の注意点から、全体の流れまで日本語で皆んな明るく説明してくれ、めちゃくちゃ楽しく過ごせて、カメも見れて、最高の思い出になりました！！！
今回はハネムーンできましたが、今度は家族が増えた際に、また利用させてもらいたいです！！

The check-in location was difficult to find. I would like directions from the exit number. The handling of luggage was done carefully.

I am so glad we booked with this company! Many staff members were verified life guards and had degrees I. Marine biology. Safety and fun was their first priority. They didn’t skimp on lunch- allowed 2nds and thirds so you definitely weren’t left hungry! We were a little bummed that we didn’t actually get to see any whales, only 1 turtle, and not a ton of fish, but they can’t help nature.

We had the best time. Memories to last a lifetime and fantastic pictures also.

What a very pleasant activity. My husband who does not go into the water loved it and wants to do it again. Great crew. We had a great time

Like has such an amazing crew! I got a little sea sick and they were wonderful to help me with get through it!

The views were amazing!! It was hard for me not to get a little choked up.

Since this was likely the last hotel in Ala Moana for the pickup, I thought the car might arrive late, but it came right on time. The driver was friendly and provided thorough explanations. They drop you off near the counter of the airline you are using. Since I was flying with Asiana Airlines, I was the last to be dropped off. I was satisfied with how smoothly we were able to get to the airport!

ピックアップが最後になるであろうアラモアナのホテルだったので車の到着が遅れるかなと思っていましたが、時間ぴったりに来てくれました。運転手さんは感じが良く、説明も丁寧でした。各自利用する航空会社のカウンター近くで降ろしてくれます。アシアナ航空だったので一番最後に降りました。スムーズに空港まで移動できて満足でした!

After entering the country, I had some trouble finding the staff (I was looking for a kiosk since it was mentioned, but there wasn't one). However, I was able to successfully find the person holding a sign at the exit. They handed me a paper, and I took it to the car to get in. The driver seemed a bit unfriendly. The air conditioning in the car was quite strong, so those who are sensitive to the cold should be careful! I was satisfied with how smoothly I was able to get to the hotel. ^^

入国後、係の人を見つけるのに手間取りましたが(キオスクがあると書いてあったので探していたがなかった)、出口のところでボードを持っていた人を無事に発見できました。紙を渡されるのでそれを持って車まで行き乗車。運転手さんは無愛想な感じでした。車内は冷房が効いているので寒がりの人は注意です! スムーズにホテルまで移動できて満足でした^^

Highly recommend. Staff was amazing, interactive, fun and knowledgeable. The food was very good and we were well taken care of. Loved this experience and even saw some whales as well.

The buggy experience is about a 40-minute bus ride from Waikiki, and you get to drive quite a bit. You can use your Japanese driver's license, and since it's an automatic, there's no need to worry! The local guides are friendly, and the breathtaking views in front of you are just like what you see in the movie Jurassic Park.

There are also tours that take you around the movie set, but I’m glad we chose this option as a family of three. You can switch drivers, so my eldest son took the wheel partway through. Since it takes up almost a full day, I recommend planning your schedule accordingly. I highly recommend it!

ワイキキからバスで40分くらいのエリアでのバギー体験で、結構ガッツリ運転します。日本の免許で大丈夫ですしオートマなので心配無用！
現地ガイドも気さくな方達で何より目の前に現れる絶景が映画ジュラシックパークで観たものそのもの。
映画セットを周るツアーもありますが、家族3人で参加したのですがこちらを選択して良かったです。
運転は交代も出来るので途中からは長男がハンドルを握りました。
日中を1日ほぼ使い切るのでそのつもりで予定立てると良いと思います。
オススメします。

Food was great especially the pork and salmon. Show was nice, small if you’ve been to some on the other islands. But overall a nice evening.
