My family had the most amazing time on this cruise!! Everything was perfect from the moment we took our shoes off to get on the beautiful boat until we were putting our shoes back on upon returning. Thank you crew!!

The crew was wonderful and very compassionate towards my family during the trip to spread my brother's ashes at sea. They helped us by taking pictures for us and the captain read some remarks.They were very attentive, professional, and did everything they could to make the day special. We were so grateful for their kindness during this difficult time.

It was great! The crew and Captain were wonderful. We saw amazing fish and other things. Highly recommended this company. Amazing service and very nice. Love it so much

The experience was absolutely very worth it with a big crew. We had a wonderful time with Jason & Courtney very very lovely host / captain. The boat was beautifully finished. Unforgettable experience 3-4 hours is absolutely perfect. We saw dolphins, sea turtles & fishes.

This cruise was great! The captain and crew were so knowledgeable about the area and were extremely concerned for everyone's safety and experience. They let us know when the water would get rough and warn people of the possibility of getting wet, were diligent when someone was getting sea sick. They made the rounds to visit, offered to take photos, and helped people get seated safely with their dinner and drink in tact. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Loved it!♥️♥️♥️We attended on our 43rd wedding anniversary.!

Im sorry but this was the best American boat experience ever. When they say open bar they mean it! Great staff, great experience, food icing on the cake this should be 200 per person!!!!!!

Since we had a large group, mostly consisting of people in their 60s and above, we decided to rent a private boat. It was great to be able to do things at our own pace. The captain was cheerful and charming, which made the experience very enjoyable. Although some members of our group didn't understand any English, it was very helpful that they used simple words. Even though it was a private boat, there were other participants nearby, and having Japanese staff made us feel at ease. The spam onigiri that was provided as a snack was delicious.

大人数で、60代以上が多かったので思い切って貸切ボートにしました。色々とマイペースにできてよかったです。船長さんも明るく可愛いかたでとても楽しめました。英語は少しもわからないメンバーでしたが、簡単な単語を使ってくれてとても助かりました。貸切ボートといっても、アクティビティは他の参加者さんもちかくにいるので、日本人スタッフもいて安心できました。　
スナックで置いてあったスパムおにぎりが美味しかったです。

We had a wonderful time on the sunset cruise. We had a one year old and three year old with us, and the whole family had a great time. The crew was amazing, the boat was clean, and the drinks were strong. My husband usually gets sea sick, but this was the first time he was completely fine. The boat is big and stable. The crew had several drink choices, snacks, and even brought out teriyaki rice bowls for everyone. They let my three year drive the boat, which made his whole trip. We’re definitely going again on this next time we’re on the Big Island.

I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and deference of PCK Nautical's crew shown to me and my family member on the occasion of my mother's sea burial. The service was simple and respectful. The captain chose a beautiful quiet spot where I dispersed my mother's ashes followed by rose petals, plumeria and the orchids unstrung from our lei. I thank Min and the crew of PCK Nautical for helping fulfill my mother's last wishes to return to her island.

The Hondo is comfortable and mid-sized with many onboard spots from which to view the ocean and Diamond Head. We felt safe under the care of the captian and crew.

It was so much fun to see wild sea turtles and fish up close! I was a bit anxious since it was my first time snorkeling, but the instructor was kind and taught me everything step by step, making it a very enjoyable memory!

The crew was excellent! All were very personable, professional, looking out for everyone's safety and comfort. All very knowledgeable about the area, and seemed to love what they do which always makes for an excellent adventure. Sunset didn't disappoint either. Would love to do it again!

The sea felt great and I was excited. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any whales, but that's okay. I enjoyed it as if I were on a cruise.

Absolutely incredible views of the beautiful Na Pali coastline. Captain did a great job of keeping it as smooth sailing as possible. There were some choppier parts of the journey, but we were pre-warned as they came up. The views were totally worth it! We even got to see rainbows over the coastline. As the seas were fairly calm, we were even able to see inside the edge of a cave. The crew were friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were fantastic too. On the return journey we were treated to views of the stunning sunset over the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Holo Holo Charters exceeded my expectations for this boat cruise. I think bedsides the Napali coast, the most impressive thing about the experience was the professionalism and attentiveness of the charter crew! They were incredible to attend to everyone’s needs and made sure everyone had a great time. This was the highlight of our trip to Kauai. The mountains and coast were absolutely incredible and worth the trip and $. The dinner was also very yummy and authentic. Only feedback: it was a bit hard to hear the captains story telling when standing on the sides of the boat… maybe more speakers or louder volume? Overall, incredible experience to see the coast and be taken care of by a great staff!

I was especially grateful to the female crew member who did her best to help when one of my companions got seasick. The meals served during the cruise were also delicious and satisfying. Thank you very much.

We were also lucky enough to experience whale watching. Since it was getting late in the season, I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be a fortunate experience.

特に、仲間の一人が船酔いになった際にも、一生懸命対応をしてくれた女性の乗組員には大変感謝しました。またクルーズの間に出された食事もおいしく満足できるものでした。ありがとうございました。

途中運よくホエールウォッチングも体験できました。そろそろ季節外れになる時期故、期待していなかったのですが、幸運でした。

Family trip to HI and topped it off with a great sunset cruise. Thank you to the staff for smooth sailing and a wonderful sunset. Definitely recommend this tour on every vacation to HI.

Beautiful tour! We saw the coast, rainbows, whales, and a beautiful sunset! The food is fantastic and the crew is incredible! Do NOT do this if you get at all sea sick though because it is a rough ride out. I would also recommend sea sickness medication before if you don’t want to chance it all. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet because you will!

Absolute must do while in Maui. We saw several whale pods, mama whales showing their young how to wave, and excellent views of the coastline and Molokai. The crew and captain were fantastic, high energy, knowledgeable, and kept the drinks flowing. Food was pretty good, definitely go with the short rib! The catamaran was pristine and well maintained. Instructions for boarding and exiting were easy to understand. I cannot express enough how much the 3 of us enjoyed this tour. We keep saying it was an epic day. So memorable and enjoyable.

It was amazing with the bonus of whales, dolphins, and a rainbow. The crew's considerate service was very pleasant. There was a child who was feeling seasick, which was a bit sad, but when I told them there was a rainbow, they looked happy watching it. We were the only Japanese people, but it was okay even though we didn't understand English.

Our experience could not have been any better! The water was calm, weather was perfect, even with the clouds, which made it more beautiful! The captain and crew, Jack, Ian, and Taiyo were so attentive, gracious, and kind towards us, as we scattered our mother's ashes. It was a day we will always treasure. We highly recommend it and look forward to another sail in the future (just for fun!). Mahalo and blessings from our Ohana to yours!

Dolphins and whales plus a beautiful sunset with excellent service and guidance by crew.

I was able to see a lot of whales!
I participated around the second week of March.
I was really moved to see the spouts and tails multiple times.
On the way back, I encountered a pod of dolphins and was able to see them up close.

I didn't understand any English, but I was able to manage by mimicking others:
- Put shoes in a box before boarding
- Get drinks on the boat
(Since everyone was putting tips in the box, I did too)
- Put tips in the box when getting off

I was quite anxious because I didn't know what time or where the pickup would be, and the people I was with on the way there somehow took an Uber back.
After waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes, the pickup arrived, and I was able to return safely, but I should have confirmed it on the bus going there.

3月の2週目くらいに参加しました。
潮吹きや尾びれが何度もみれて、すごく感動しました。
帰りにはイルカの群れに遭遇して、
近くでみることができました。

英語は全く分かりませんでしたが、
・靴を箱にいれて乗船する
・ドリンクは船の中でもらえる
(みんなは箱にチップいれてたのでいれた)
・降りるとき箱にチップいれる
はみんなの真似してできたので困りませんでした。

帰りのお迎えが何時にどこへ来るか分からず、
行きで一緒だった人たちも何故かウーバーで帰って行ったのでかなり不安になりました。
15~20分くらい待っていたら、迎えが来てくれて無事帰れましたが、行きのバスで確認しておくべきでしたね。

The Crew was Awesome and the Sunset was Priceless. We had breaching whales all evening. Fun was had by the whole family. We were surprised when they served a meal, but it was delicious.

I participated in a group boat tour 10 years ago. It was such a great memory that I initially hoped to join a group boat again this time, but it was sold out a week before the tour. Since I really wanted to go, I reserved a private boat. Of course, it was more expensive, but it was worth it.

• Since it was a speedboat, we could get to the location faster than the group boat, and we were able to play for about an extra hour after the group boat had left.
• They prioritized letting us use the stand-up paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and other equipment, so we could play as much as we wanted. That feeling of being prioritized was incredible.
• A professional Japanese guide accompanied us, sharing information about the tour, Hawaii, and the pandemic. They played with us beforehand like a member of the family.
• They took care of arrangements for the restroom after landing and monitored our rental car.

Of course, the beauty of the sandbar was amazing, but I’m really glad I chose the private boat.

10年前に団体ボートで参加しました。良い思い出だったので、今回も団体ボートを最初は希望したのですが、ツアー開催の1週間前でSOLDOUT。どうしても行きたかったので貸切ボートを予約しました。もちろん費用は高かったですが、それ以上の価値はありました。
•高速ボートなので、団体ボートよりも早く現地に行けて、帰りも団体ボートが帰ったあとも遊べたので1時間くらいは追加で遊べた気がする。
•SAP、シュノーケル、遊具等優先して使わせてくれるので遊び放題。その優遇感はハンパない。
•日本人のプロのアテンドが付くので、このツアーのことはもちろん、ハワイのこと、パンデミックのこと教えてくれる。家族の一員みたいに事前に一緒に遊んでくれる。
•着岸後のトイレの手配とか、レンタカーの見守りとか、やってくれる。
もちろん、サンドバーの美しさは素晴らしかったですが、貸切ボートにして本当に良かったです。

I booked this for a Burial at Sea. I told the Captain what my father's wishes were, what he liked about the island, etc. The Captain read his obit, studied the charts & current for that day and I couldn't have scripted it better myself. They were unbelievable nice, generous & caring. A vision that all of us that were there will keep. Pictures will never do it justice.
I think he must know someone in high places, as the waters were VERY calm - like glass. The place he picked was beautiful - we could see all the way to the bottom. Picture perfect.

Amazing service from the 3 crew members Nick, Paul and Phil. We saw a lot of whale activity in the evening. The drinks kept flowing and the food was much better than expected. Would definitely do another trip like this.

Lovely crew, delicious Mai Tai, amazing wildlife viewing. I have never seen a humpback whale do a complete breach, and this was just supposed to be a sunset sight cruise! We laughed and truly enjoyed the time. Our plans changed from going to see the stars to this, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Wish I had understood I would be barefoot the whole time (I likely didn't read the memo). Would have changed which shoes I wore to board.

We rented a private speedboat. First, my apologies for most likely misspelling your name, Kaikoa or Keoke? Again, my apologies but me, my hubby and his mom had the best experience and truly enjoyed the day just talking with you about Hawaii and seeing all the wonderful wildlife when snorkeling. We also wanted to say thank you for being so kind and hospitable and putting up with our 20 questions about Hawaii life and thank you so much for sharing! Sending good vibes and hope you and your family are prosperous and happy. A thousand times Mahalo!

Too windy to cruise up the Na Pali coast the day we went and that was the only negative of an otherwise wonderful experience. I appreciated the safety 1st approach and professional attitude and experience brought by captain and crew. We cruised down the west and south side and had a great time, seeing beautiful shoreline, spinner dolphins and humpback whales. The crew was excellent, and everyone had a blast. Nice job!
