Someone was already there waiting for me when I arrived. The shuttle car was new and very comfortable. I actually took a very nice nap for half an hour in the car on my way to the hotel. I am vey happy with the quality of the service.

I requested a surprise trip to celebrate my mother's birthday. I was very grateful that they kindly agreed to my request to include the message "Happy Birthday" next to her name on the card that would be held at the airport exit. On the day of the arrival, I was excited and nervous, expecting a warm Hawaiian welcome as I exited the airport. However, the person who greeted us was a girl in regular jeans and an aloha shirt. She was cute and very pleasant, but she blended in with the other staff to the point where it was a bit disappointing. That said, she did escort us to the rental car shuttle area, which was very courteous. I feel hesitant to give a low rating, but I believe a more festive welcome would really enhance the Hawaiian experience and boost the excitement. Therefore, I will give it two stars with hopes for improvement in the future.

Run by Robert's Hawaii this airport pick up and drop off service was terrific. Both trips were confirmed by telephone the day prior. On arrival at Kona the driver was waiting--even bearing a shell lei to greet me. This was also a very cost effective way of getting to and from the airport as taxis are quite expensive. I highly recommend if you don't want to rent a car while on the island. Both drivers were total sweethearts as well. Big Mahola.

Great Experience

I have been to Hawaii many times, but never needed shuttle transportation. I was hesitant to use a shuttle service, but decided to give it a try based on reviews from others. The experience exceeded my expectations. There was a greeter at the baggage claim and my shuttle arrived quickly to take me to my hotel. It was very pleasant, efficient and reasonable priced. I will use them again the next time I need a shuttle.

The driver was waiting right outside the gate and was very welcoming! As he drove us to our hotel he pointed out landmarks and told us a lot about Hawaii, giving us tips on things to do and places to visit.

My shuttle driver and van were there on schedule after my flight arrived. I rode with 2 other passengers to our various lodging in Kihei. The driver was confused as to the exact location of my lodging, but was courteous and friendly to change direction and got me to my destination. The driver offered a great deal of friendly advice in response to passenger questions. A very nice experience.

The driver was right on time and at the right place--he was friendly and courteous and provided lots of info on the way to my destination.
This was 1/2 the price of a cab !

I have to say first that the honeymoon leis were stunning. The entire week I've been in Hawaii, I haven't seen any as nice as the ones I bought here. However, keep in mind that, depending on the time of your flight, you might not actually be greeted at the airport. And that information isn't given out until AFTER you purchase it. My plane arrived at 6:55 am, so they dropped it off at my hotel instead. I still got the flowers, but it just kinda ruined the greeting experience I was hoping for.

Upon arriving in Lihue I was anxious about the greeter finding us, but as soon as we neared baggage claim their was a sign for us. Our greeter was warm and friendly and explained how to get our rental car once we'd obtained our luggage. She also explained how to maintain the leis for a few days. I'd highly recommend it.

The efficiency of the staff getting us out of the airport on to the bus was outstanding. The trip to the hotel took a little longer than going back to the airport probably because of traffic.

Marcia, who is very friendly took my directions down correctly that I wished to be picked up outside of the parking area of the hotel not inside - had her directions misunderstood and the driver waited for me by the front desk of the hotel inside instead - and was leaving when I finally looked to catch him just by luck.

We arranged for a lei greeting at Honolulu airport - unfortunately, our flight from San Francisco was canceled. In the rush to get onto the next flight (which was within an hour of our cancelation) we forgot to inform Veltra about our flight change. When we landed in Honolulu (around 11 pm) we left a voice mail at their office - the next day they called me and then delivered 3 beautiful and fresh orchid leis (nicely packaged) to our hotel. They went above and beyond to help start a GREAT vacation. Thank you!

I arranged for Platinum Limousine to take my mother, who's 82 and uses a cane or walker, from a hotel in Waikiki to the Honolulu airport. My mother was anxious and nervous about traveling alone. Platinum did a GREAT job of easing her anxiety - they took care of everything and helped her every step of the way (luggage, bag inspection, getting checked in and a wheelchair at the airport). She was so pleased and thankful for how well they took care of her. Thank you!
