My family member was surprised by the lei greeting, however, I was expecting a little more excitement from our greeter. Definitely a nice treat for a first time visitor or a loved one.

I reserved a limo for transportation from the airport to our hotel, I "ordered" a "stretch", imagine my surprise when the limo that greeted us was a Hummer!!! My daughter was THRILLED. This was only slightly more expensive than a taxi and very well worth the extra!!! Our driver was courteous and professional and it was a blast being on the inside watching people who no doubt were wondering, "who is that in there", as we do when we see a limo go by. I would recommend this to all and if I am fortunate enough to return to the islands any time soon, will be booking another ride through Hawaii Activities!!!

Beautiful greeting. As others have said, the person who met us was extremely helpful, very friendly and full of valuable advice. She went above and beyond what was expected!

Requested the transfer with a Spanish Speaking driver and he was most courteous, polite and helpful.
Would not hesitate to reccommend them at all.

I was in town for the Pro Bowl, and was pleasantly surprised to find that I had been upgraded from Lincoln Navigator Limo to the Hummer Limo. I don't know the reason, and I don't really care (LOL)....,but I'm grateful. I scored big points w/ my buddies for pulling out all the stops. The drivers were punctual and accomodating (as it relates to taking pictures for us, and pointing out points of interest on the island). In the future, I hope Platinum Limo gives the option of having a stocked bar, even if its w/ snacks and juice/soda beverages, since they can't serve alcohol.

The staff is very polite, punctual. She provides quality service to my families.

Great experience for anyone arriving in Hawaii! The greeter was waiting with a name sign and welcome message just as ordered online. She gave us each a lovely, full flowered orchid lei where many other people on our flight receiving lei greetings were getting a lei with a large space between the flowers. We ordered the standard lei greeting, so I would imagine the deluxe ones would be even more beautiful. She chatted with us while taking us to the baggage claim area and gave us some great ideas for sightseeing etc. I'd highly recommend this company!

Marvelous experience! They went above and beyond our expectations. We booked a regular limo as a surprise for a family member and were upgraded to a stretch hummer at no extra cost - what a wonderful surprise! The car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. The friendly, courteous driver was very attentive. The cost was less than a cab ride quoted by several other companies. Great start to a vacation!

Our greeter was right there waiting for us when we got off the plane, She had a sign saying happy 30th anniversary that was great, It was awesome to be greeted that way. She walked us all the way to the baggage claim and helped up find the shuttle personnel to get us on the right track. She was GREAT! The flowers were fresh and beautiful everyone at the airport had their eyes on us. Yes I would do it again! Out of all the lei's we got in hawaii these were the BEST!!!!

The lei was beautiful (we went with the superior lei). The greeter was very friendly and helpful!

Our Limo driver was great and on time. Very well worth the money.

Was very nice. The girl was there waiting for us & guided us to the luggage carousel. Flowers smelled wonderful.

I arranged for the lei greeting to surprise my son and his new bride. Their flight was 3 hours late but at 1 am they were greeted at the gate...that is above and beyond the call of duty! If only the car rental people had been so customer oriented. Thanks for being there. I would have read your comment board guidelines but they were in Japanese!

very easy to set up, use and very friendly and helpful staff.

The greeters were there to meet us with beautiful leis. The two greeters were very beautiful island women in purple and white traditional island dresses with white sandals. The other greeters (from other companies had on hawaiian shirts and slacks, nothing spectaclar like ours). I would highly recommend this lei greeting to any first time visitor to Hawaii.

ORDER 3 LEI'S FOR THE KIDS AND DIDN'T TELL THEM.FLIGHT WAS 2 HOURS LATE SO ACCORDING TO THE VOUCHER IF THEY MISS YOU AT THE AIRPORT THEY WOULD DELIVER TO HOTEL.WHEN WE DEPLANED THERE SHE WAS AND THE KIDS LOVED IT.THE NICE YOUNG GIRL EVEN WALKED US HALFWAY TO BAGGAGE CLAIM.THIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

My Girl freind was totally surprised, and really felt SPECIAL because the other people getting off the plane got nothing, a really nice way to start a loving vacation.

Our greeter met us with a big smile, with our name on a sign outside the gate when we arrived. She offered to take our picture, and lead us to the restrooms, baggage area, found our transportation for us. She was WONDERFUL! I would recommend this service to everyone.

I suprised the other couple we were with and ordered the lei greeting a week before we were to arrive in Hawaii, we were staying with them in their timeshare and thought it would be part of our thank you to them, they were very suprised and thought it was a nice touch to the start of our beautiful week in Hawaii. It also made a nice photo of the four of us.

PLANE WAS 2 HOURS LATE AND HAD NO PROBLEM CALLING FOR PICKUP.LIMO WAS WONDERFUL AND SO WAS KIM AND THE OTHER DRIVER.VERY PROFFSIONAL AND ON TIME. WAS CHEAPER THAN ANY OF THE SHUTTLES FOR A GROUP.

Our driver Kim was great. She was on time, courteous and efficient.

This was our 3rd trip to the island and had never had a lei greeting before. Was a real enjoyment to be greeted with leis

It was nice to be greeted by a smiling face and fresh lei's after a 12 hour flight. Our greeter was very nice and took us to the baggage claim. However, we had another group that did not receive their greeting (not sure what company they booked it through) and they were disappointed.

This was a wonderful greeting for our sisters vacation to Kauai. Our greeter Leilani was wonderful. She met us at our gate in Honolulu with a cheery Aloha greeting and beautiful flower leis. She showed us the garden area and took pictures for us. She also escorted us to our connecting flight. This gave us a great start to a terrific Hawaiian vacation.

The lei greeter that we got was really nice and treated us well. Even my wife (who I surprised with this) liked it.
She sent us to the shuttle that would take us to our rented car and answered any questions we wanted to ask. I would recommend this to anyone!

Wow! What a nice limo!! It was so nice to be picked up by a limo instead of riding a shuttle or cab…..and with a family of four, it was the same price!!! The driver was so courteous and “classy”!!!!!! Thank you so much for adding to our Hawaii experience!!

Didn't get the name of our delivery girl, but after we received our lei, she helped us out by taking us directly to the busses that would take us to our airport.

I've since found that there are several other services like this, and dozens of shops near China Town, but in the end, I still felt this was the best value overall for what we received as a bonus; the assitance.

It was easy to book this online. The limo was right there after we picked up our bags, and took us right to the hotel, in comfort and style. It was a great value. Better than a shuttle ride.

This was easy to book, and not very expensive. A great alternative to a shuttle going to the airport.
