I was sad to leave Maui, but I took the Roberts shuttle to the airport, and could take in everything while someone else was driving! Our driver made sure that we heard a little more about the island before our departure.

My plane was late in getting into Kahalui, but the Roberts Driver was there, holding up my name with a smile. They waited for me, and got me to my hotel. I was tired, and it was great to have someone else doing the driving!

The best airport shuttle

Veltra arranged for Roberts Hawaii to pick me up at the Kona airport on February 3, and take me to my condo. I was not only on the late (10:00pm) Alaska Air flight 875, but we were at least 35 minutes late landing. What a relief to see the young woman greeter with my name on a placard, a big smile and a welcome hug. She helped me at the luggage carousel and walked me to the van and driver, a cheerful man who explained I would have a private ride since passengers on other flights had already gone and he had waited especially for me to arrive. The fantastic service and good humor continued as we drove to my destination (about 13 miles) and the driver carried my 2 cases all the way to my apartment. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with airport transportation -- and all this for about half of what a cab would cost .
I am sorry to say that (a bit groggy from a long flight) I did not retain the names of these 2 outstanding employees who so well understand the meaning of "aloha". Mahalo nui loa to Roberts Hawaii shuttle service. I have been recommending it to all my neighbors here in Kona.

Was very unorganized at the airport. Was supposed to be waiting for us when we got off the plane but wasn't and then told us they forgot about us. Once in Van to go to Hotel. The driver was blaring his bebop music. Scheduled a pick up at our hotel once our trip was over and called to confirm pickup and they had us on the schedule for the wrong day. Rescheduled for the appropriate day and confirmed 3 times and they still didn't have us being picked up at the right hotel. Very unreliable and would choose a different way to get to and from the airport but NOT this company.
