Upon arriving in Honolulu, I was quickly guided to the bus by the staff waiting at the counter to the right of the exit. While I don't think there's much difference compared to taking a taxi, considering the need to explain things in English to the taxi driver, this option is much easier. Plus, since you can make a reservation in advance, you won't have to deal with any stress after a 7-8 hour flight. I definitely plan to use this service again in the future.

When I arrived, there was a person with a sign with my name on it. I knew right where to go. I was greeted with a shell lei. She walked me to the luggage area and waited for my bag. Then she took me over to the shuttle bus.

The driver was wonderful! He had so much knowledge of the island and shared it with me. As we drove to the hotel he was sure to point out all of the sites, things to do, history of the island and much much more.

I would highly recommend using this shuttle service when you visit Kona!

My Lei greeter was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and knowledgeable. My shuttle was running late & she stayed with me until it arrived.
This was my 17th time to Hawaii and in previous years I used a previous Lei Greeting Company & an elderly man was my Lei greeter. He was so rude I had to change companies. I'm very pleased with this company and I highly recommend them. I recommend them to all my friends who visit Oahu.
