There was a desk located just outside the airport, which was easy to find. The shuttle pickup area was also nearby, so I hardly had to walk, and the wait time was about 10 minutes. The driver was friendly, and the experience was comfortable.

Our van took a long time to finally pick us up from the airport. The driver was very personable but dropped us at the Hilton lower lobby. We had no idea where we were. We had to find our way to an elevator and get to the main lobby to check in. I had to drag two suitcases since my husband is in a wheelchair. It was very stressful after long flights and a long wait for the van.

It was so nice to arrive at the airport and be greeted with a lei. Our greeter was so kind and offered to take a picture of our family with our leis. He seemed genuinely happy for us to have arrived on his island. This was a surprise for my family so it was great to see their faces. The leis lasted all day. Two things to note: my flight info changed at the last minute and I was nervous that I would lose the money I paid and they wouldn’t be there when we arrived. I called multiple times, but the time difference didn’t let me catch them in the office. Someone did call me about my flight change, but I was in the air. I was pleasantly surprised to see the greeter there. But definitely call them if anything like that happens to you. Secondly, (in my own little world) I was expecting to be the only one greeted, but it’s one greeter for all the people who buy this package, so we waited for the family ahead of us who were greeted and took pictures. It almost ruined the surprise for my family, but since they had no idea this was happening, they waited patiently for me to turn their attention toward the greeter. They were still surprised.

Smooth ride, but no Lei at arrival

We paid for the ride and a Lei greeting well in advance of our trip. Plenty of time for someone to figure out they don't do Lei greetings at the airport in which we arrived.
We didn't get it, so I called to find out what happened. That's when I was informed there was not ever going to be a Lei Greeting. I've been trying to contact the company for a couple of days for my $30 refund and can't seem to stir up a human for help.
The shuttle was waiting for us and the driver was friendly. He pointed out some restaurants we should try near our Airbnb.
Aside from the lack of communication and needing a refund, I'm happy with the transportation we received.

I had family members flying to Honolulu for first time back in 2019 and found I could have them receive Lei's as the came off the plane. I thought that sounded like a great greeting to Hawaii for the first time.

My family members loved it so much. I found out they were going to go back to Honolulu again because they fell in love with Hawaii. This time there was going to be a total of 5 family members traveling. I got them all Lei's.

Because of Covid, this time the greeters could not meet my family members at the gate when they deplaned. Everyone in my family still loved getting the Lei's when they reached the baggage claim area.

So be it a gift for yourself or family or friends, I highly recommend a Welcome Flower Lei Greeting at the airport.

I think it would be smoother to register a mobile number that can communicate or, if using the hotel phone, to provide the room number when making a reservation.

We ordered a private car/SUV and ended up with a 12 passenger van with no shocks. Before we had the awful ride, we waited over an hour after retrieving our luggage at the airport for someone to picked us up. I would not recommend this service ever.

Used Speedi Shuttle for 4 total transfers during my multi island trip. They were always on time, very responsive and communicative regarding my trips. Though I booked for the 'shared' option, 3 out of the 4 transfers I was the only rider, so it was a great value. Would definitely use again when I'm not renting a car in HI.

After exiting with the orange tape for pre-clearance, I was welcomed with a board that had my name on it, and after confirmation, the staff guided me to the pickup area. In reality, a Charlie Taxi was arranged, and I was the only passenger! I arrived at the hotel in about 20 minutes. I believe the attentive service is due to the impact of COVID-19, but I can only express my gratitude for the pleasant service during such difficult circumstances.

After arriving in Honolulu, we had some time before the afternoon check-in at the condominium, so we chose to stop by Ala Moana Center for some shopping reconnaissance. The lounge was very convenient as they stored our family's four suitcases. It was just before the COVID-19 outbreak, so there were fewer tourists, allowing us to relax comfortably. We had lunch at the food court in the center and coincidentally got to see a hula dance performance, which really got us into the Honolulu spirit from day one. The friendly lounge staff and the cheerful shuttle bus driver were also highlights. I highly recommend it!
