Our first flight was delayed, so we missed two connections. We had to re-schedule our lei greeting twice! The company was great - I appreciated that THEY called US to confirm ahead of time so that I was able to tell them about the delay. (And then they called again to confirm, so I was able to let them know about the second delay.) It would have been more difficult had I had to find their contact info and call them myself.
We arrived very late in the evening, exhausted, and our greeter was there for us, the last customers of the night. The leis were as promised. Thank you very much!

I ordered leis for our family of 8 on a Friday for the following Tuesday. Our flight was over an hour late, but the wonderful smiling ladies greeted us as we got off the plane. Everyone was so thrilled especially me that they were there even though the plane was late.

At the airport gate on Hawaii's Big Island, my husband and I were both greeted with a shell lei and escorted to the shuttle bus. The driver provided current as well as historical information about the area during our trip to the resort. For our return trip home, the driver was on time and then upon arrival at the airport, we were personally escorted around the numerous security lines to the correct one for us. Roberts' service was both professional and personable. We highly recommend them and look forward to using their services again in the future.

The Driv er had stayed up all night

The driver was waiting outside the hotel lobby ready to take me to the airport at Kona for my flight at 6.13.am. It was 4.15 am and dark but quite busy on the road as people drove to catch the first Hawaiin Airlines Flight for Honolulu. The bus was comfortable and we had a good conversation about life on Hawaii Island as we went along. The driver took me right up to the departure point. It was a very aimiable trip.

Aloha! Service and product were as expected and promised. A very sweet young lady greeted us at our gate as we exited the walkway. She held a sign with our names and came happily towards us as if she knew who we were before we said, she then helped us get to baggage claim. I surprised my son with this lei greeting. Leis were very fresh and beautiful. A great way to start your Hawaiian vacation! Highly recommended! Mahalo!

My plane arrived almost 2 hours late and Vladimir was waiting for me when I arrived. He was extremely friendly and got me to my hotel before the other 50 people on my flight so I was able to check in right away! I was a little late getting ready for my return trip and Michael came to the front desk while I was checking out and helped me with my luggage. He was also extremely friendly. If I ever have the pleasure of visiting Kona again, my trip will begin and end with VELTRA and Roberts Transportation.

We're not sure what is the typical greeting but going to Hawaii for the first time for us meant a definite lei greeting. It was simple. There was a guy waiting with a sign. No pictures or fancy process, but we did ask him to take a photo after the fact. Glad we did it.
