As soon as I exited the arrival lobby, I saw a yellow reception desk to the left, and when I headed there, they immediately greeted me. It was easy to find.
I waited for about 10 minutes until it was time to board the bus. The other passengers that day were all foreigners except for me, so it was nice to experience an international atmosphere. (That said, there’s no need to worry about difficult conversations.) The bus was full, with people sitting next to each other, and only those who were not of Asian descent were not wearing masks.
At one point, the driver stopped the bus and went somewhere for about five minutes (I guess this is part of the culture?), and since we also stopped at other hotels, it took about 30 minutes, but it was within acceptable limits. I would like to use this service again next time. Thank you.

We decided not to rent a car while in the Waikiki area. This shuttle was the perfect solution to getting to and from the airport. They were on time picking us up from our hotel and were only a phone call away when we arrived at the airport. Both of our drivers were polite and courteous and the driver taking us to our hotel had a lot of tips on places to go while we were there:)

Hawaiian Airlines was supposed to be at Terminal 1, but for some reason, I was dropped off at Terminal 2. As a result, I had to walk back through the corridor with my heavy suitcase and golf bag in the heat. For 10 minutes...

It can't be helped, but the prices have gone up compared to before. If I'm alone, I'll use the shuttle bus, but if there are two or more people, I think a taxi would be better. Also, as I've mentioned before, there is only one drop-off point at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and depending on where you're staying, it can be quite a walk from where you get dropped off, so in that regard, a taxi might be better as well.

Whenever I come to Hawaii, I always use their shuttle service. It's reliable. This time there were about five families, but a regular bus arrived, so we were able to ride comfortably with plenty of space. Everything from check-in to guidance and boarding the bus was smooth and great.

Right outside the exit, there was a Roberts kiosk. I had made a reservation in advance, but when I asked the staff, they said you could ride without a reservation as well. There were about four hotels on the route, and it didn't take much time. The fare included a tip, which made it very convenient. The airport transfer was also on time and went very smoothly.
