I am so happy to have chosen Roberts Hawaii Shuttle service! Will definitely choose them when I go back!

Fly shuttle picked me up from HNL airport to my hotel & back. They were very organized, on time, helpful & friendly. Also the driver was so nice & gave me some advice for certain places to visit. I surely recommend it. the vans were clean & well taken care of.

Service was good rep saw me at baggage, great! We waited for driver, little mix up with some other customers made for a bit of extra wait but our driver was awesome!!!

When I arrive in Hawaii and head to Waikiki, I always book the shuttle bus from Roberts.

This time, it seemed that Honolulu International Airport was crowded, and we had to circle once, causing a delay of about 30 minutes. However, as soon as I exited, the staff guided me, and I was able to board the shuttle bus without much wait.
I think they are able to respond flexibly even if flights are delayed because there are many customers.
The prices are reasonable as well.

I would like to use this service again.

ハワイへ到着し、ワイキキへ行く際は、いつもRobertsのシャトルバスを予約しています。

今回は、ホノルル国際空港が混雑していたようで一回旋回し、到着が30分間程遅れましたが、出口を出るとすぐ係員の方が案内してくれ、それほど待たずにシャトルバスに乗れました。
利用客が多いから、例えフライトが遅れても柔軟に対応していただけるのだと思います。
料金もリーズナブルです。

また、リピートしたいです。

I appreciate that you were informed in advance about my mother being in a wheelchair and that you accommodated us. However, there were some delays due to possibly exceeding the capacity, such as having to transfer buses and needing assistance with the lift for the wheelchair, which caused some frustration among the other passengers. It made for a somewhat uncomfortable situation during the ride to the hotel. I wonder if it would have been helpful to explain the situation to the other passengers?

母が車いすであるこをと事前に連絡しご了承いただき対応いただけて感謝しています。
ただ定員オーバーなのかバスの乗り換えがあったり、車いすをリフトで上げてもらったりと時間を要し、同乗のお客様が怒って不快感をあらわにされていました。
ホテルまでの乗車中少し居づらい状況でした。
他のお客様に状況のご説明があれば良かったのかな？と思いました

After the airplane arrived in Honolulu, we had to stay on the ground for about 30 minutes due to a medical emergency on board, which delayed our exit. While I was a bit worried, I made my way to the group exit and looked for the Roberts Hawaii desk. Fortunately, a staff member was waiting with a sign displaying our names, which made it easy to find them. They handed us our tickets right there and explained the shuttle bus departure location and number, allowing us to move smoothly without getting lost.

Additionally, I accidentally left my luggage at the shuttle waiting area when I boarded the bus, but the staff member kindly brought it to the bus for me, and I couldn't be more grateful. It was truly a lifesaver. Thank you very much!

飛行機がホノルルに到着後、機内で急病人発生のため、30分ほど駐機したままになったため、出場が予定よりも遅くなってしまいました。
大丈夫かなと思いつつ、団体出口に出て、ロバーツハワイの受付を探そうとしたら、係の方が名前を掲げて待って下さってて、わかりやすくて助かりました。
受付票もその場で渡して、シャトルバス発着場所や番号も説明してくださったので、迷わずスムーズに行動できました。
あと、シャトルの待合場所に荷物を忘れたままバスに乗り込んでしまったのですが、係の方がバスまで持ってきて下さり、感謝しかないです。
本当に助かりました。

Great communication, and a very beautiful lei presentation! Made us feel very welcome to Hawaii and a great first experience on our vacation. Definitely worth the money.

Hotel to airport upon returning home. The hotel pickup was right on time, which was a relief. When asked about the airline during boarding, I answered Hawaiian Airlines, but I was dropped off at the first terminal for flights to Kona, even though flights to Japan are at the second terminal. I was able to move shortly after, but I was filled with anxiety and sweating profusely.

帰国時のホテル→空港。ホテルの迎えは時間ピッタリでホッとひと安心。乗車時、エアーラインは？ときかれたので、ハワイアンエアーと答えたら、JAPAN行きは第二ターミナルなのに、Kona行きなどの第一ターミナルで降ろされた。程なく移動できたけれど不安満載で大汗だった。

I was a bit anxious because I arrived more than 15 minutes late. I called the number listed on the voucher that said to call if I was more than 15 minutes late, but it went to voicemail. I was worried since it was an early morning flight, but I made it in time.

予定時間より15分以上遅れて到着だったので少し焦りました。
15分以上遅れた場合は電話して下さい、とバウチャーに書いてある所に電話しましたが留守番でした。
朝早いフライトだったので心配しましたが間に合いました。

I was picked up on time and driven directly to the Honolulu airport.

Pick-up from airport to hotel went smoothly and the driver was friendly.

I was told there was no reservation for the pickup time and location. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was smooth. I also gave a generous tip. On the return pickup, the Roberts car arrived 8 minutes late. When I showed the voucher and tried to get in, I was told there was no reservation, and they gestured for the next car. After repeatedly showing the voucher and asking if they had contacted the main office, I was finally allowed to board, but about 5 minutes had passed during that time. Everything had been smooth until the end, so I was a bit disappointed by the last-minute mishap.

I was a bit anxious because I arrived slightly later than the pickup time, but the driver spoke Japanese and was very kind, which was a great help. The Waikele Outlet was almost fully open, and I had a wonderful time there.

ピックアップ時間より若干遅れて来たので、少し不安になりましたが、日本語が話せるドライバーさんで、凄く親切で助かりますました。ワイケレアウトレットもほぼほぼオープンしていて十分楽しめました。

We use Robert's every time we come to Honolulu. They never disappoint. The driver was very courteous. Thank you very much!

I put on the lei, took a confirmation photo, and they also took a photo with our smartphone. When I was asked about transportation to the hotel and mentioned a taxi, they guided me to the taxi stand. The staff was very kind. Thank you very much.

The driver was very kind and courteous. I liked the fact that he communicated with me about the travel time and that he had other passengers to pick up. Communication is key! We had good conversations along the drive which made the ride more enjoyable. Even though he talked to me along the drive, he never took his eyes off the road. I could tell that he was a careful driver. I appreciated that! Thank you!

If ever you go to Hawaii this is a must to be able to have the whole Hawaiian experience it’s a beautiful process and an amazing experience to just always remember after all it’s one thing Hawaii is known for so give it a try I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.......

Driver was on time polite and efficient. What else is needed. Already booking return trip for the family,,.......

Fully recommend this service. I used this company from the airport to my hotel and then back to the airport at the end of my vacation. Booking was easy, drivers were great and the cost was far lower than an Uber or cab.

I changed my initial reservation and received a confirmation email and voucher, but on the day of the service, the shuttle did not arrive even after 10 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, I had the hotel staff call for me. After about 30 minutes of conversation, they finally arranged for it. In the end, the shuttle arrived an hour late. I was able to check in and make my flight, but I will think twice about using this service in the future.

当初の予約を変更し、確認のメールもバウチャーも届いていたのですが、当日は10分経っても来ず、15分待ってホテルの人に電話してもらいました。30分ほど話してもらってやっと手配してもらえることになりました。結局1時間遅れでシャトルバスが来ました。チェックイン、フライトには間に合いましたが、今後の利用は少し考えてしまいます。

The airport desk was also prominent, and the participants' names were written and posted, so it was easy to identify. The bus arrived quickly, and we were able to go to the hotel without any waiting time.

空港のデスクも目立ってて、参加者の名前が書いて貼ってあったのですぐにわかりました。バスもすぐに来て待ち時間なくホテルへ行くことができました。

We wouldn't use any other airport shuttle service. Always consistent and timely.

I had a hard time finding the reception area. The location had changed due to COVID. If there were a larger sign and information in Japanese, it would have been easier to navigate.

Prompt pick up to and from the airport to the hotel and the driver was very informative and polite. Would recommend and will always use this service every time I visit Waikiki
