Great customer service

Trying to Check in to Catch the Bus
Reviewed by: MIchael, 2017/12/06While the driver and bus ride went perfect, the process to find the person to check in with was poor. First, it was tough to find her and then when I did she just kept moving around without making eye contact with anyone. I had to follow her around in order to finally get her attention and check in. She was rude and not helpful at all. I suggest you figure out a way to make the find and check-in process better.

Not a very warm welcome!
Reviewed by: Romel Cabrera , 2017/11/22Advertising tell you about one or two persons waiting for you to give you a warm welcome, help you with information and overall, make you feel the love of Hawaii.
I got one person that pretty much said, welcome to Hawaii, hang the flowers in our neck and tell us; "you luggage is in 5 (it was actually in 4) and the shuttles stop and the end of the building". The entire interaction didn't last a minute. At least offer to take a picture of is?! I was expecting a little bit more of welcome feeling for the money paid!!! Beautiful flowers thou!

At the end of the ride, I don’t know if the driver was just tired or if he just didn’t hear me, but I said thank you for the ride and I got no response. The driver was a great help helping me up the steps at the Royal Sea Cliff Resort where there were inadequate hand rails at the time due to painting. He also carried the suitcase up to reception as well as carrying up the walker. The driver should be commended for his help.

On Time, Friendly, Safe Driver
Reviewed by: Elwyn-California., 2017/11/04Booked online, placed pick up time for 10:30AM from my hotel to Kahului Airport. It got changed to 11:30AM pick up time. I called them the day before my flight to change my hotel pick up time back to 10:30AM which they honored. Driver actually arrived a little early, he helped us in loading our two luggage. Courteous driver thank all of the passegers for visiting Maui. He drove the clean, comfortable, air-conditioned shuttle bus at or under the speed limit. I am a repeat Roberts Hawaii paying customer. The company met my expectations and I highly recommend them.

Noticed Our Driver Ignored Red Lights

Waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive outside the Maui Airport terminal building. Shuttle bus clean and comfortable. Female shuttle bus driver was courteous but drove the shuttle bus too fast with a fuul load of passengers. I noticed that whenever a traffiic light would turn from green to orange, she sped up to beat the red light, which she actually did twice. We have patronized Roberts Hawaii in our previous visits to Oahu and we were satisfied with their services, these are the reasons I chose this company again.
