I found this tour when I was thinking about going to Haleiwa to eat garlic shrimp. I had also wanted to try horseback riding for a while, and riding by the beach sounded wonderful, so I signed up.

Kaz, our Japanese guide, cheerfully talked to us during the drive and introduced the scenery we saw from the car window. The other members of the tour were all nice people, and when they heard it was our honeymoon, they applauded. The horse I rode was a bit mischievous and kept moving forward, which was scary at first, but I got used to it and had a great time. There were two instructors who closely watched over us, which made me feel safe. They also took a lot of pictures along the way!

After returning to Haleiwa, we went to the garlic shrimp food truck recommended by Kaz. Thanks to him making a phone call, we were able to enjoy delicious garlic shrimp without having to wait. This gave us extra time to visit Matsumoto Shave Ice and enjoy some shops. On the way back, instead of just dropping us off at the meeting point, they took us close to our hotel. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

日本語ガイドのカズさんは行きの車内で明るくお話して下さり、車窓からの景色の紹介をしてくださいました。ツアーに参加されたメンバーの方も良い方ばかりで、ハネムーンというと拍手して下さいました。乗馬はやんちゃなお馬さんだったのか前へ前へと進んで最初は怖かったのですが、途中から慣れて楽しく過ごせました。インストラクターの方も2人ついてきちんとみて下さるので安心でした。途中写真も沢山撮ってくださいました！ハレイワに戻ってからはカズさんお勧めのガーリックシュリンプのフードトラックへ。電話をかけて下さっていたおかげで美味しいガーリックシュリンプを待たずに食べられました。そのおかげで時間も余裕ができ、マツモトシェイブアイスにも行け、雑貨屋さんなども楽しめました。帰りは集合場所でなく、ホテルの近くまでそれぞれ送ってくださいました。素敵な思い出となりました。ありがとうございました！

We got stuck in traffic on the way back, but that also became a good memory. The scenery was amazing! I would like to request a tour for my next trip to Hawaii as well. Thank you very much.

It rained from the morning of the reserved day, and I received a call first thing in the morning from Genie, who suggested, "Since the weather is bad today, let's change it to tomorrow afternoon!" The change turned out to be a great decision, as the next day was clear and sunny! The staff were very polite and taught us well, and even though I was nervous, I was able to ride smoothly and had a very enjoyable two hours! It was fun to feel the wind. Genie was cute, kind, and the best! (＾＾) Since we were the first group this time, I want to join the Segway tour again with all my friends next time.

With a feeling of excitement, I arrived in Hawaii after a long time. After exiting through the designated area for individual travelers, I saw a guide in a yellow shirt and thought, "Great, we can head to the hotel smoothly." However, after walking a bit, we waited for several minutes. During this time, I was just waiting and started to feel increasingly anxious.

Finally, a van arrived. Just when I thought it was our turn, they started calling out groups of travelers by hotel. I was hopeful that we would be next, but the van left without calling us. We waited a few more minutes and finally got to board!

For someone who doesn't understand English very well, I wished for some guidance on how long we would be waiting and the order of boarding. However, I can also see that this relaxed and laid-back vibe is part of what makes Hawaii special.

It was such a fun adventure! It was raining for most of it and we got pretty muddy. If it’s raining when you go definitely buy or bring a poncho to cut down on the mud. There were parts of the trail that felt more advanced but they guided us on how to get through.

The sites and greenery were absolutely stunning!

The guides were super pleasant and supportive. The explained everything clearly and patiently. I felt safe and supported the whole time. Learned lots of cool things!

I was glad to efficiently visit various points on my first trip to Hawaii. The cost performance was great, including meals and snacks. I appreciated stopping at places that are hard to visit individually. The guide provided good explanations, and I really enjoyed it. Overall, I think the tour was excellent.
However, there was zero spiritual aspect. There was no explanation about spirituality, and the driver declared right from the start, "Today is a gourmet tour!"
Honestly, I was expecting to visit spiritual spots, but it was completely a gourmet tour. It was fun, so that's fine.
How about not forcing in spirituality and just stating from the beginning that it's a "gourmet tour"?

This was my first major vacation after being isolated due to COVID. Being immunocompromised makes finding activities difficult. We contemplated the UTV/ATV tour, in hopes of social distancing. However, we settled on the bus tour at the last minute. We got the early Monday morning tour our last day on Oahu. The bus was almost empty, so we comfortably social distanced. (The later morning buses were definitely far busier) Nick was a great host and generally joyful human being. He made the experience even better for us, despite my limitations. This place is beautiful and gorgeously maintained. Cannot miss this! If I get back to Oahu and I am well enough, I’ll be joining the horse back riding tour.

It was a fun tour packed with activities. Our guide Daisuke and our driver Mahea, who was born in Hawaii, both did their best to show us around. It was disappointing that many shops in Haleiwa were closed for Thanksgiving, so we couldn't explore the town, but instead, they took us to Dole and the King Kamehameha statue. Starting with malasadas, the food was satisfying throughout the tour.

Although I had the earliest pickup, I made the regrettable mistake of sitting behind the driver's seat. Since it was a coastal drive, sitting on the right side would have allowed me to enjoy the scenery better.

Even though we couldn't stroll around Haleiwa on Thanksgiving, I still wanted to take pictures of the signs. I mentioned that I was looking forward to encountering sea turtles, so our guide Daisuke made a great effort to find them for us. Unfortunately, there weren't any on the beach, but I was able to see a turtle's head popping out of the water with my own eyes. Instead, I was lucky to encounter seals sunbathing.

I would like to have a revenge tour of Haleiwa, but overall, it was a satisfying day.

　感謝祭でハレイワの街の散策が出来なかったけど、看板の写真だけでも撮りたかったです。
　私がウミガメに出会えるのを楽しみにしてると話したので、ガイドのダイスケくん一生懸命探してくれました。残念ながら海岸にはいませんでしたが、肉眼でウミガメの頭が海面から出る姿は確認できました。代わりにアザラシの日向ぼっこに遭遇できたのは、ラッキーでした。
　ハレイワ観光はリベンジしたいですが、一日満足でした。

The person who guided us was unfriendly, fumbling with sending photos and when I requested to resend them, I was refused. The way they spoke was very unkind, and it completely ruined the enjoyable atmosphere. It seemed like they were focused on promoting their own tour, leading to a self-centered conversation and guidance. Overall, there was traffic on the roads, and we were pressed for time at each point, leaving us no time to enjoy things slowly. Since the itinerary was packed, if there are traffic jams, the schedule becomes quite tight.

This was on my bucket list. My guide was very informative. He took pictures, individual and group pictures of us during sunset and during the stargazing event. Be prepared to bounce around on the dirt road to the summit. Totally enjoyed the hot cocoa and BLT sandwich that was provided.

Wish he could have been more informative and more helpful with taking photos. I would recommend this tour for people that want a good workout. Not for seeing the sites.

I was instructed to be at the meeting point five minutes before the pickup time, so I arrived ten minutes early. However, not only did they not arrive five minutes before, but they also didn't show up even at the scheduled departure time.

After waiting and feeling frustrated, they finally arrived about seven minutes after the departure time. There was no explanation or apology for the delay.

After that, we headed to the airport after stopping at three pickup locations, but no passengers showed up at two of those spots, resulting in wasted time. In the end, it took about 60 minutes from boarding to reaching the school.

ピックアップ時間（出発時間）の5分前には集合場所に居るように指示されたので、10分前には待っていました。が、5分前どころか出発時間になっても来ませんでした。
痺れを切らして問い合わせをしようとした出発時刻の7分後位に、来ました。
特に遅れた説明も謝罪もありません。

Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial Tour with Transportation from Waikiki & Ko Olina

Enlightening Entertainment

The biggest draw for this tour is that the pickup point was directly at Disney's Aulani Resort. (Not too many other similar tours had stops there!)

Our driver Quentin made the trip a very informative one with his vast knowledge of the landmarks and places of interest. He was also very receptive to people's questions and stuck true to form with timings of tours, particularly dropoffs and pickups from the Pearl Harbor Memorial.

I would like to extend special thanks to Quentin for allowing me to take a much needed bathroom break during the Honolulu portion of the tour. The main problem, however, was that downtown Honolulu has absolutely no public restrooms anywhere, so if you don't use the restroom at the Pearl Harbor Memorial, you are screwed. Unfortunately, I had to learn that the hard way!

Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed this, and I believe the party I was with did too!

I'm glad there was a kiosk right inside the domestic arrival lobby, so I could meet up without any confusion. This time it was a domestic flight from the Big Island to Honolulu, so I'm not sure if there will be a kiosk in a prominent location at the international arrival lobby.

I searched for a tour to experience the great nature of the Big Island for the first time and participated in the Mauna Kea Summit Sunset and Stargazing Tour. At first, I didn't have high expectations for climbing the mountain to see the sunset and the stars. I also read reviews mentioning that the explanations were only in English, making it difficult for those without strong English skills to understand. Additionally, although I don't have high blood pressure, I was concerned about climbing over 4,000 meters at the age of 67.

In conclusion, it was an amazing experience. While I did feel a bit breathless at the summit, it wasn't an issue if I walked slowly. The detailed explanations of the summit's viewpoint, the breathtaking sunset as it gradually darkened, and even I, with barely passing vision for my driver's license renewal, could see the Milky Way with the naked eye. The detailed explanations of the constellations were also impressive. I hadn't seen the Milky Way in about 50 years, and it was truly moving.

This experience was made even more special thanks to the attentive service from the staff at Masashi Nature. Our guide was a Japanese person named SHOYO. His extensive knowledge, excellent explanations, and thoughtful attention created a very comfortable environment.

There were about 12 people on the tour, and my wife and I were the only Japanese participants. The explanations on the bus were in English, but they were not difficult to understand. Additionally, when we got off the bus, they provided a summary of the key points in Japanese. Outside the bus, the explanations were given in a mix of English and Japanese, making them very clear and detailed.

The photos of the sunset and the one with my wife under the Milky Way are wonderful treasures of memories. If I plan another tour in Hawaii, I will choose a Masashi Nature tour where I won't struggle with the language.

この感動もマサシネイチャーのスタッフの丁寧な対応があったからです。私らの担当は、日本人のSHOYOさんでした。彼の博学な知識と説明のうまさ、細かな気配りがとても居心地のいい環境を作ってくれました。
12人ほどのツアーでした。日本人は私と妻の2名だけでした。バス内の説明は英語でしたが、それほどわかりにくい英語ではありませんでした。また、バスから降りた際にバス内の説明のポイントだけを日本語で説明してくれました。また、バスの外では、英語と日本語と交えて説明をしていただき、とても分かりやすくかつ詳細なものでした。
夕焼けの写真、天の川の下の妻との写真も思い出としてとても素晴らしい宝物をいただけました。
次回、ハワイでツアーを計画するのであれば、日本語に苦労しないマサシネイチャーのツアーを選択すると思います。
