I flew from Los Angeles to celebrate a best friend's birthday in January 2017, and made up another friend's and my own birthday (in November). I treated my friends and myself with the Five Star - Luxury French Cuisine with Live Jazz. It's was a great evening with the hula dancer's Happy Birthday song to my friend, the waiters cordial and professional service, delicious meal, conversation/fellowship time, pianist and jazz music performance which was very interactive with the guests, and nice view of the Sunset, Wikikki hotel "forest" and Diamond Head. Everything was perfect! Absolutely loved it. And it's a great and memorial experience for my friends, too! Thank you all for serving us!

The bus guide was very kind and pleasant. In Haleiwa Town, there were many cute shops, and I was excited to go shopping. It was my first time riding a horse, and I found handling the horse interesting, while the seaside walk was refreshing. Unfortunately, the sea turtles didn't show up, but this tour was really fun!

I absolutely recommend this tour!! First of all, the tour guide was a wonderful Japanese person. I was amazed by their explanations of the sightseeing spots and their thoughtful interactions. They also gave various poses and advice for photos, allowing us to take many memorable pictures. The stargazing was a world I had never seen before, and it was so moving that I was brought to tears! When it comes to tours on the Big Island, Mauna Kea is a must-see. My friend and I participated in the summit sunset tour and were very satisfied. It included warm clothing, a bento box, water, hot drinks, and cookies, which was very thoughtful. Our guide, Kon, was very calm and kind, and Macchan was truly a mood maker and reliable. Both of them were wonderfully attentive. The age group of participants was mostly in their 20s and 30s, creating a friendly atmosphere. The view from the summit of Mauna Kea was, of course, breathtaking, and I received a lot of energy from it. In January, there was still snow and it was cold, but since they had prepared proper cold weather gear, I had no worries and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was also convenient to stop by a supermarket on the way there and back. I highly recommend this tour for friends, families, and couples alike.

I was relieved to have made a reservation in advance from Japan since it was fully booked at the time. I was captivated by the eloquent guide and had a wonderful time. I learned that Haleakalā has no "sound," which was a very strange sensation. I also enjoyed a magnificent sunset and had a great time stargazing. Lastly, I was able to hear the guide's heartwarming stories, and I truly felt that participating in this tour was a great decision.

The buffet was good with plenty of variety and tasty food. wonderful on board entertainment with passenger participation wife has a bad knee and the crew went out of their way to get a wheelchair and move around to and from the bus to ship to the bus.

I was so excited to see whales and I wasn't disappointed! Guaranteed indeed.
We saw a few pod of whales and it was always entertaining to watch them swim by and see their blows. I actually saw one that threw its tail out of the water up close when I was heading to the restroom, but very quickly that no one noticed it I think. I just got lucky, haha!
It was a nice cruise, great customer service from the crew, delicious food, and gorgeous views of the Waikiki coastline and Diamond Head! There were fun activities on board too like lei making, ukulele lessons, and hula lessons. I really enjoyed the trip! I was with a group of friends but as a mom, I would definitely recommend this for families with young children as well, it's a great activity for all ages so anyone are welcome!

I booked a plan without pick-up. The check-in location listed on the voucher is the Paradise cruise office, but in reality, there is no such office, so you need to check in at the Stat of Honolulu reservation office.
The breakfast isn't particularly delicious, but I was able to enjoy warm dishes and coffee.
About two hours after departure, we spotted a whale just 20 meters from the boat! We were lucky to see it.
Since the boat is quite large, positioning is also important.

It was January 18th, and the mountaintop before sunrise was very cold with strong winds. However, when the sun finally appeared from behind the sea of clouds, it was beautiful and very moving. The sunrise spot was crowded, so we got off the bus and waited in the cold for over 30 minutes. I think it’s a good idea to prepare for the cold with wind protection in mind.

It was a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. When we arrived at the airport, people were getting off the bus one after another, and while I was waiting for my luggage from the back, someone said in English, "This is not the place, get on the bus." When I got on the bus, there were still two people sitting inside, and I mistakenly thought everyone was getting off here. The driver kindly informed us where to get off, which was very helpful. I felt a bit embarrassed to learn that the drop-off points inside Honolulu Airport vary depending on the destination, but it was nice to have such kindness and not get lost. I would definitely like to use this service again when I come to Honolulu.

We had a blast on this tour. Zoom was our driver and he was fantastic. I loved the Ipad on the dashboard to show us the location of many scenes from the show. We stopped at many locations. He even stopped to get us breakfast due to the heavy traffic getting to the pickup location.It was fun to see all of the star's houses on the island and especially to go to Steve's house and sit in the chairs facing the ocean and going inside to meet the actual owners of the house. Thanks to Zoom and Amy to give such a wonderful tour. The smaller vans gave us such a personal touch.

Fun filled 3 hour cruise. Great food, music, and tour. The crew were all exceptional. Within 3 minutes of leaving the dock the crew had already located 2 whales we could watch. Right before dinner, they located a manta ray as well. The crew also found another whale on the ride home. Great time and very family friendly.

My first horseback riding experience was a bit scary at first, but it was amazing with the beautiful scenery along the coast. The horse wandered into the bushes to graze, and I almost got separated from everyone, plus it suddenly started running, showing its wild side, but in the end, I think I managed to ride it well, haha.

I was the only Japanese participant. Both the guide and the participants mainly spoke English, so if you don't understand English to some extent, you might just end up following along. At first, I felt refreshed walking through the "tropical rainforest" with the sounds of birds, but it changed to a bamboo grove along the way, which didn't really feel like a "tropical rainforest." The waterfall we reached after walking for just over an hour had a thin flow, which was different from what I expected.

I think it was good to experience another side of Hawaii. However, from the 8 AM hotel pickup to the 1 PM drop-off, there was no chance to use the restroom, which was tough.

日本人参加者は私一人。ガイド、参加者ともほぼ英語オンリーで、英語をある程度理解できないと、ただ着いていくだけとなる可能性があります。最初は鳥の声が響く「熱帯雨林」を歩いて気分爽快でしたが、途中から竹林に変わり、その部分は「熱帯雨林」という感じではありませんでした。1時間強かけて歩いて到着した滝は、流れが細く、期待とは異なりました。

This was the first tour we took on our first trip to Hawaii in April of 2016. It was absolutely amazing. We had a good time on the Star of Honolulu except it was rather windy that day. Had a blast, regardless! There were several whale sightings but, not close enough to see them which was disappointing. The breakfast was fantastic. We spent time walking about the ship taking some wonderful photos. We would definitely book another cruise when we return again.

All family members were satisfied and it became a good memory. I think being able to choose three activities at this price offers great cost performance. The staff were also kind; they accommodated us by switching us to the same tour bus as our friends who had made a separate reservation, which was very nice.

This time, I chose the movie tour, jungle tour, and fish pond tour. Actually, I couldn't choose anything else. Among the four activities, the cruise was closed on Sundays.

I believe it would be beneficial for future participants if the breakdown of selectable activities were clearly stated in advance. The buggy and horseback riding fall under the experience category.
