We used this service as a family. Since we had elementary school children with us, we opted for the buffet to allow for more freedom to move around the ship, and it was just right without being too formal.

As expected, we quickly enjoyed the view of Waikiki from the rooftop, returned to our seats, got some food, and went outside to watch the sunset. It was a great course for families with children who want to move around during the live show.

The view of Waikiki from the sea and the unobstructed sunset from the ship will create special memories.

The interactive hula lesson and the final group dance are great for those who want to participate (the invitation is enthusiastic), so I think it's fine for those who are not comfortable to just enjoy the scenery and skip it.

We had a wonderful time as a family, enjoying dinner, cruising, and a Hawaiian show, making the most of what Hawaii has to offer.

案の定、すぐに屋上から海からのワイキキの景色を見たり、席に戻ったり、食事をとってきたり、また、夕焼けを見に外に出たりと、自由に動けたので、ライブショーに見ていると動きたくなる年齢のお子様連れには、ちょうど良いコースだと思います。

海からのワイキキの眺めや、船からの遮るもののないサンセットは特別な思い出になると思います。

参加型のフラレッスンや、ラストのみんなで踊るところは、参加したい人だけで良いので（お誘いはすごいですが）楽しめる方だけ、参加すればいいと思いので、苦手な方は、景色を見てスルーしていれば大丈夫だと思います。

ディナーとクルージングとハワイアンショーと、ハワイのいいとこ取りができて家族で楽しい思い出ができました。

It seems to be a popular cruise, and there were just so many people. I was worried about whether things would go as planned from the pickup due to the crowd.
The indoor space on the ship felt quite cold.
There was hardly any room to spare, and it felt cramped during the shows. The tables were also narrow.
I wonder if I should have opted for a five-star experience even if it was more expensive.
I had ordered wine as an option, so the drinks were good, but the food was just average.
The return bus was also crowded, and there was no guidance, but I was relieved to be able to follow the crowd and get on.
It was nice to be able to watch the fireworks on Friday, but it was quite a struggle to see them due to the large number of people.
Since it was my first time in Hawaii, it became a memorable experience.

As for my thoughts outside of the main topic, I first stopped by a donut shop, but it's a place that's become boring even in Japan. Personally, I found it unremarkable. The souvenir shops I visited along the way were nice.

It was indeed cold inside the ship. Please be sure to bring a jacket.
We were guided to the first floor for the all-you-can-eat crab and steak course.

In that case, maybe the buffet would have been cheaper and better?

There was no explanation about the drinks, and I didn't know that alcohol had to be ordered and picked up from a different place, so I ended up with a drink that tasted strange. The waiter was not friendly, and it seemed like the people at other tables were having more fun taking pictures.

When we went up to the fourth floor, it was incredibly beautiful, and desserts were being served. Our course had desserts served early, and it felt like we were all excited in a small circle.

I really should have gone for the five-star option. I avoided the lobster because I read reviews saying it had a bad smell... what a disappointment.

They say to shoot for the stars...so why not go for as many stars as you can? Now that I've been on the three star and the five star dining options, I can honestly say that the five star is worth the extra money. Both dining options were enjoyable and both exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food and service were excellent on both cruises, but I preferred the extra elegance of the five star. From the private welcome reception with the captain on the upper deck, to the live Jazz music, and the less crowded dining room, the five star was truly a luxurious experience.

This is my fourth time participating, and it was my first time attending the fireworks on Friday. I usually watch the sunset and the Honolulu skyline from the deck, but this time I was able to enjoy the fireworks from the top floor. The food was delicious, and it's my favorite tour.

I would definitely recommend the Five Star package if you're having trouble deciding which package to choose from! It was such a nice evening filled with an amazing meal, lovely live music and a great view of the sunset. This is definitely more of an elegant feel compared to the Three Star package if you're looking for something a little more upscale. You really can't go wrong with either one though, both are very nice and the food was exceptional on both!

I participated on the last night of our stay. As mentioned in the comments, there were no other Japanese participants besides our family, and many older couples from Europe and America attended! However, the crew was very attentive, and we were able to enjoy the sunset comfortably! They shared stories about the history of Hawaii, but since we are not good at English, we didn't understand much. However, I think Japanese guests can participate with peace of mind! The food was buffet style and quite delicious. The main sunset was breathtaking! We were able to relax on the boat on our last night! One thing to note... the meeting point is at the local pier, and you cannot park your car at the pier, so be careful. I recommend parking at a nearby pay parking area around Kailua-Kona!

I participated alone because I wanted to see the filming locations. First of all, there was way too much free time, making it tough for a solo participant. I give it one star for being a solo experience, but even if there were two people, the rating would still be questionable.

I had to listen to the same explanations multiple times, and the jungle tour was guided by a foreigner, so I couldn't understand anything they were saying. They endlessly explained Hawaii's history in English, which wasn't enjoyable at all.

It's just a tour of a vast ranch. Regarding the cinema tour, the bus stops at each filming spot for a photo session with each group. We had to line up until it was our turn to take pictures, and even if we wanted to move on, we couldn't. It was tough for a solo participant.

What is this? An Instagram-worthy tour? I thought to myself. It might be a good tour for those who want to take Instagram-worthy photos, even if it costs a lot.

In any case, I won't go again. I would have preferred to just hang out at Waikiki Beach.

ただただ広い牧場を回るツアーです。
シネマツアーに関しては撮影スポットのたびにバスを止めて1グループごとに撮影会を行います。撮影が回ってくるまで列で並ばされ、先に進みたくても行けず、1人参加には辛いものです。
何これ？インスタ映えツアーか？
って思うツアーです。高いお金を払ってもインスタ映えがしたい人には良いツアーかもしれません。
とりあえず二度と行きません。こんなことなら、ワイキキビーチで遊んでたら良かった。

A guide who speaks Japanese will accompany us to a Croatian lunch.
We arrived in about 45 minutes.
Since there was about an hour until the tour check-in, we spent time walking around the souvenir shop and the ranch.
There is also a break area with a solid menu, including light snacks like sandwiches and drinks, so it could be a good time for breakfast.

After checking in for the bike tour, we put on helmets.
Ponchos for rain protection were also available in the same location.
Once all participants have checked in, we watch a bike handling instruction video.
The video is entirely in English, and the bike tour guide also spoke only English.
I felt a bit anxious about the explanations in English regarding gear changes, but we can practice a bit before the tour starts, which helps.

Since we ride mainly on mountain paths and gravel roads, it might feel a bit uneasy until you get used to it.
The ride lasts exactly two hours from start to finish.

ギアチェンジなど英語での説明だったので少々不安でしたが、ツアー出発前に少し試し乗りが出来るので、その時に練習が出来ます。

基本山道、砂利道を走るので慣れるまでは少し不安になるかも知れません。
スタートから終了まで、ぴったり２時間走ります。
が、途中写真タイムを設けてくれます。
ガイドさんが、写真を撮ってくれるのでカメラやスマートフォンなど手渡しすれば1人参加でもペア参加でも素晴らしい景色を背に写真が撮れます！

服装はそれぞれでした。
男性の方はタンクトップやTシャツに半ズボン。
女性の方は長袖シャツやTシャツにスパッツや長ズボン。
皆さんスニーカーでした。
泥が跳ねるので足元が汚れます。

荷物は、ロッカーがありますが少ない方がよろしいかと。
財布・携帯（カメラ）・タオル・飲物が入るサイズの小さなショルダーやウエストポーチが良いかと。
リュックサックだと、背中に汗を物凄くかいてしまうので、なるべくなら避けたほうが良いかと思います。

ツアー後、帰りのバスまで２時間弱あったので、昼ごはんを休憩所で済ませました。
他のツアーの方や午後から参加の方などで、休憩所が非常に混む為、座席に余裕がない場合があります。

Royal Star Pearl Harbor Experience with Tickets to Arizona Memorial & City Tour

We were picked up and warmly greeted by our guide/driver Brandon. Brandon’s in-depth knowledge of Honolulu, it’s history and it present day culture, to include the building murals, is wonderful. This just attests to the time spent studying these subjects. Being former military, his narration of the Punch Bowl and it significance both in history and present day was outstanding. Before our arrival at Pearl Harbor, Brandon setup the morning of Dec 7 will great background information, that would not normally be known unless you are a history buff. Then on to Pearl Harbor, where we were turned over to the Park Service and the Navy. A very informational presentation and lots of background
and answers for any questions. The time spent was wonderful with tons of information to be gleaned. Time was well managed, the route and schedule were well planned and the experience was great.

We went on our honeymoon on the first day. We chose a 5-star plan with a window seat and a commemorative photo, and we had an incredibly luxurious time. I had seen the reviews about the food beforehand, so I honestly didn't have high expectations, but it was very delicious! The stuffed lobster and USDA prime tenderloin beef were especially tasty. The meat was super tender (о´∀`о). The staff provided attentive service, which was great.

Just before the ship departed, a rainbow appeared, and I was really glad we had a window seat. Plus, it was a double rainbow (*^_^*)♪ It was cloudy, so we could only see a little bit of the sunset, but the Hawaiian sky was still very beautiful. The commemorative photo was given to us in a mini album with the Star of Honolulu logo and pictures, which became a lovely keepsake♪

The jazz performance, singing, and dancing were also enjoyable. I play the piano regularly, so I was thrilled to hear live piano right in front of me. We had a seat near the middle by the window, so we were super lucky. The fireworks were on the smaller side and viewed from a bit of a distance.

There were one or two things that were a bit troublesome; my husband and I took the bus from the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, but the bus stop was crowded with other dinner cruise guests, and it was unclear which line to stand in or which bus to take. The staff seemed busy, and it was a bit hard to get clear directions (><) (It might be understandable since it's a large hotel with many guests). Also, they put stickers on our clothes, but the adhesive was weak and came off quickly (it might depend on the fabric?). So, it's best to be careful not to lose them!

By the way, my husband wore an aloha shirt and chinos, while I wore a pretty ivory dress with small yellow flowers. The first bus was a bit challenging, but overall, we were very satisfied (*≧∀≦*), and my husband was happy too. We booked about seven tours with Veltra for this trip, but this one was definitely at the top with no complaints◎.

曇りだったので夕日は少ししか見れなかったけど、それでもハワイの空はすごく綺麗です。
記念写真は、船長さんと一緒に撮った写真をスターオブホノルルのロゴや写真が入ったミニアルバムにして渡してくれます。これが素敵な記念になりました♪
ジャズ演奏や歌やダンスも楽しかったです。私はピアノを普段やってるので、目の前で生のピアノが聴けて嬉しかったです。窓際で真ん中あたりの席だったので超ラッキーな席でした。
花火は規模が小さめなのと少し遠い位置から見ることになります。
ひとつ、いやふたつほどちょっと困ったことが;
私たち夫婦はシェラトンワイキキホテルのバス乗り場から行ったのですが、バス乗り場は同じディナークルーズのお客さんでごった返していて、どの列に並べばいいのか、どのバスに乗ればいいのか振り分けられるのですが、スタッフさんも忙しそうで少し指示が分かりづらかったです(><)(大きいホテルなのでお客さんもたくさんいて仕方ないかもしれませんが)
あと服にシールを貼るのですが、粘着が弱くてすぐ剥がれるので(服の素材にもよるかも？)なくさないように気を付けた方がいいです！
ちなみに服は旦那はアロハシャツにチノパン、私はアイボリーに黄色い小花をあしらった綺麗めのワンピースで行きました。
最初のバスだけちょっと大変だったけど、トータルで見たら大満足でした(*≧∀≦*)旦那も喜んでいました。
今回の旅行でベルトラさんで７つくらいツアーを申し込んだけど、こちらは文句なしの上位です◎

This time, I participated in a tour that also served as a dinner party after my brother's wedding. Our first family trip with my spouse and our parents, a total of six people! There wasn't a specific dress code, but many people wore dresses or collared shirts.

Just before the reception, there was a shell lei gift. If you want a lei that looks like a black stone, there is an additional charge. Further ahead, there was a photographer who took pictures and came around to sell them during the show. We declined the photo session and proceeded to the reception.

Unless you pay a special additional fee, you will be guided to seats in front of the stage in the order of reception. Since we arrived just before 5:30 PM, the front seats were already taken, and we ended up in the back. When going to get food, they also guide people to the front seats first. The only soft drink available was fruit punch, and the only other option was lemon water. Since I can't drink alcohol, I would have preferred a more varied drink menu. Our parents enjoyed buying various beers and had a great time drinking.

The food was delicious, and we were all full. The show took place at the beginning and end of the meal. It was a dinner show that was longer and more substantial than we expected, and the whole family was very satisfied.

私たちは17:30直前に着いたため、案の定ステージ前側の席はもう埋まっていて一番後ろの席に。食事を取りに行くのも前側の席の方から順番に案内されます。ソフトドリンクはフルーツポンチしかなくあとはレモン水を飲むしかなかった。お酒が飲めないのでもっと充実したドリンクメニューが良かったです。親たちは色んなビールを買って楽しく飲んでいました。
食事はどれも美味しく満腹になりました。
ショーは食事の最初と最後にありました。思っていた以上に長く中身の詰まったディナーショーで家族みんな大満足でした。

I watched the sunset at the summit of Haleakalā and participated in a stargazing tour. Yamapi's stories were wonderful, and I had a fantastic time. I definitely want to join again when I visit Maui.

At the end of my trip, I made a reservation here. Until then, I had been running around in a T-shirt and shorts, but I dressed up a bit for the first time in a while and boarded the cruise ship feeling sharp. It's nice to do something like this once in a while.

Onboard, various shows were held, and the Hawaiian dance performed by the girls was especially cute. We even took a photo together after the dance, which became a lovely memory.

The food wasn't exceptionally delicious, but it was generally tasty. I ended up sitting a bit far from the food, so it was a hassle to go get it, and I could only go a little (you can't really walk around much during the live performance). I enjoyed the cruise with great scenery as well.

それまでTシャツに短パンで遊びまわってきましたが、久々に少しドレスアップをしてきりっとした気分でクルーズ船に乗り込みました。たまにはこういうのもいいですね。
船内では様々なショーが行われ、中でも女の子たちのハワイアンダンスがとても可愛かったです。ダンス終わりに一緒に写真もとってもらってよい思い出になりました＾＾
食事は特別美味しい！というわけではなかったですが普通に美味しかったです。ちょっと料理から遠い席になってしまったので取りに行くのが面倒で少ししか行けませんでした。（ライブ中はあまり歩き回れない）クルーズの方も景色良く楽しめました。

I participated in this tour during my first trip to Maui. The day of the tour had perfect conditions with a new moon, no wind, and a completely clear sky. Additionally, our guide, Yamapi, was wonderful, and his stories while we gazed at the stars were inspiring and made me feel motivated to keep going. If I come back to Maui, I would love to join this tour again.

Even if you get lost, it felt like someone would help you out if you were wandering around with your voucher. Since it's likely a space with only employees and tourists, there shouldn't be any danger of petty crime. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Jurassic Park is great, but I think you'll enjoy it even more if you watch the new "Jumanji" that was released recently before going, as it really feels like stepping into that world!

英語に不慣れな二人で参加したので不安だったのですが、日本語の分かる方が多く働いているようで、何も問題ありませんでした。ツアー間の移動や食事なども、人の流れについていけばなんとなく済ませられます。
もし迷ってしまっても、バウチャーを持ってウロウロしていれば誰かがなんとかしてくれそうな雰囲気でした。

The luau show seems to be quite popular, and when I arrived 30 minutes early, there was already a line. Before it started, a beautiful rainbow appeared, which was lucky. ショーの前には、豚の丸焼きを取り出すところや、簡単なフラの踊り方なども見ることが出来ます。
色々な国な人との相席なので、となりのカナダ人と仲良くなり楽しい時間を過ごせました。

It was a cruise on a very large ship. The dining options were divided by floors. The quality of the food was decent, but I was very satisfied with the scenery and service. I signed up thinking I would participate at least once. It was a plan with all-you-can-eat crab and steak, and they kept bringing more crab, plus the staff was friendly. It was also a lot of fun to dance with everyone after the meal. The sunset from the boat was beautiful, and I had a more enjoyable time than I imagined.
