A really good tour with an excellent tour guide that gave tons of Hawaiian history. The snorkeling spot was incredibly rocky and definitely not for a beginner or child. Loved all the hawaiin history and "Cap" was great but not worth the money in my opinion.

Hawaiian Airlines was supposed to be at Terminal 1, but for some reason, I was dropped off at Terminal 2. As a result, I had to walk back through the corridor with my heavy suitcase and golf bag in the heat. For 10 minutes...

Our arranged bus was 20 min late, but part of the blame was a nearby hit and run (so traffic staggered around the police and paramedics). This caused us to miss most of the pre-show. Can't really fault anyone for that - just wished we had experienced it.
They no longer separate parties by table, so no more actual COVID separation (on paper/signs, they ask people to wear masks when away from their tables, but hardly anyone did so and no one enforced it).
Food was great. Buffet style, both sides of 2 rows of tables. Pick what you want, go back as much as you want. Lines were quick.
Performance was awesome. I wasn't aware that they had world champion fire dancers in the troupe. I personally loved the stories and explanations of each dance.

Did this tour on our first trip and was not disappointed the 2nd time. Completely different experience. Older folks were able to jump off the 20ft ledges but they also had spots where it was anywhere from1-5ft for young ones or those that were unsure. The hike through the jungle is so beautiful.

The steak wasn't that good, but the crab and chicken were. Fireworks were nice but for the price we paid, I'm a little disappointed. The dances they performed are rhe same you would see at a luau. The men's slap dance was entertaining.

For the cost this tour was great! The tour guide, Larry was excellent. He provided so much history as we drove to Pearl Harbor and gave clear instructions on what to expect at the site. This tour is good if you want a quick drive around Waikiki and its history and paying respect to Pearl Harbor. Very pleased!

The tour is really nice. The tour guide made all the difference. Being a local the way in which he shared the history and the culture island makes the experience all the better. He didn't talk all the time, checked in on the group, and also didn't rush us at certain spots. I am grateful for who we got for the ride. Highly recommend booking this tour. It was a long day, but we were never bored. Wonderful experience!

It can't be helped, but the prices have gone up compared to before. If I'm alone, I'll use the shuttle bus, but if there are two or more people, I think a taxi would be better. Also, as I've mentioned before, there is only one drop-off point at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and depending on where you're staying, it can be quite a walk from where you get dropped off, so in that regard, a taxi might be better as well.

I was under the impression we were on a smaller shuttle bus, not a big bus. By the time we got picked up we had to sit in the back of the bus. Only a few people wore masks. I had paid more for this tour because I thought it was in a smaller vehicle. I saw many smaller shuttles and was told by the tour guide that this company used to use smaller shuttles but now went to the big bus. The tour guide knew a lot about the island that was interesting but it was obvious that he was sure high on himself. We spent a lot of time riding the bus and getting on and off. Last time I was on Oahu I rented a car and it was much more enjoyable.

We had a great time in the sunset and stargazing tour. The tour operator Yamauchi-San was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. He promptly picked us up at the scheduled time. He was very engaging with the whole group and provided us with donuts and water at the start of the trip. He ensured that the group got gradually acclimated to the altitude by stopping at couple of places on the way. Once we reached the summit he took us to a place that had a very clear view of the setting sun. Then during the stargazing part of the tour he showed us several stars and star clusters through the telescope and binoculars. Also since it was a full moon we also got a good view of the moon and it’s craters through the telescope. Overall we enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to others.

This time, I used the service when I arrived in Honolulu on a flight from Japan. Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the group exit was closed that day, so I exited through the individual exit. Therefore, having a reservation is definitely more reassuring. There are still few Japanese tourists, and I thought it would take time to depart, but the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. There were only three groups, including myself, totaling six people, and we departed and arrived at our destination in 40 minutes. (The second of three locations) The driver was friendly and pleasant. I plan to make a reservation and use the service again next time.

また次回も事前予約して利用しようと思っています。

I booked a shuttle from the hotel to Honolulu Airport, and on the day of the trip, I waited at the meeting point, but the bus didn't arrive even after some time. Usually, for optional tours, they come to call you in the lobby, but this time there was none, and if we hadn't noticed the bus in the back, we might have been left behind. This shuttle operates entirely in English, so for those who are not confident in their English skills, it might be a bit risky as you may not know which terminal to get off at.
