My first skydiving experience.
I was filled with both excitement and anxiety.
There were few people who spoke Japanese, but they showed us an explanatory video before the jump, so it was fine, and the staff communicated earnestly with gestures.
Before jumping, you might think it would be really scary, right?
No, rather than being scared, the view is so beautiful that I felt like "Wow~" and then I jumped out.
There’s no sensation of falling from a high place; instead, you feel a lot of wind, which is really pleasant.
I chose to jump from 4,267 meters.
Even so, it goes by in an instant, so I recommend a higher altitude.
Also, wearing white pants is a no-go; they might get dirty.

I definitely want to participate again, and I highly recommend it to my friends!

国内やハワイ以外のスカイダイビング料金と比較しても
ハワイはかなり安いので、初めての人は
ムービーをとる事もおすすめです。
何度も見返せて楽しいです。
また必ず参加したいですし、友達にもすすめたいぐらい

I participated in skydiving at my husband's request! I tend to get motion sickness and I'm not good with roller coasters, so I wasn't very enthusiastic about it, but I thought it would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience and decided to join.

I received cookies from our driver, Masa, and it was fun to take photos with specific poses!

During the flight, the instructors were very playful, which helped ease my nerves and created a friendly atmosphere! However, the moment we jumped out of the plane (or fell?), there was no countdown, and we just dropped suddenly!!! I wasn't mentally prepared for that!!! (laughs)

As for my impressions… my husband, who loves thrill rides, seemed to have the best time! He also paid extra for photos, and they provided the data on a USB.

As for me… I think I got really sick because I took the motion sickness medication at the last minute. However, the view was beautiful, so it became a great memory!

It was a lot of fun!!!

My husband wanted to participate, so I reluctantly signed up. We were picked up at 5:15 AM and immediately handed the paperwork, which involved just checking boxes and occasionally signing. There was an explanation at the airport, but there were no staff who spoke Japanese, so I had to figure things out as I went along. After getting suited up, we practiced the arch position briefly before boarding the plane and taking off. I was nervous, but before I knew it, I was pushed from behind into the sky. It felt amazing!! It was not scary at all! I truly felt like a bird. I'm so glad I did it. I'm very satisfied.

It was my first time skydiving, but the instructor was very entertaining, and I was able to dive without feeling nervous. Although I can't speak Japanese, they helped ease my tension.

The first dive went by in a flash, and I was able to see the breathtaking views of Hawaii, which was truly moving. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you.

You need to tip the instructor and the cameraman about $20 each. Since they are the ones who kept me safe, it's understandable! It's better to bring cash.

My husband and I participated, and since it was our first dive, we both ordered photos. I think it was about $140 each. It was disappointing that there was a difference of over 100 photos even though we paid the same amount. Also, whether it was the camera's performance or not, the colors of the photos were too different, which was quite shocking. The cameraman was a nice person, so I didn't want to say much, but comparing the photos made me feel sad. I didn't notice it at the time, but looking at the photos at home made me really sad, so I gave a rating of 2.

However, skydiving really became a great memory.

その場所で確認した時には気づきませんでしたが、自宅で写真みていて、すごく悲しくなってしまったので評価２にさせていただきました。

It was our first experience for both of us. The drivers and instructors were very kind to us, who could hardly speak any English. It seems the weather wasn't very good, and we couldn't ascend to 14,000 feet, so they gave us a discount! (We didn't even notice how high we went!) The views were something you can only see while skydiving, and it became the best memory! If I get to go to Hawaii again, this is definitely an event I want to include in my plans!

Wow, what an experience. Definitely a MUST-DO while you are in Oahu! I loved the Doors-Off experience as it gave me a chance to get some incredible photos of the island from the air. BUT even more importantly, it was such a unique experience to experience flying as the wind and air rushes by! I'll never forget it. And the service and experience was exactly what you could hope for. The Magnum Helicopter experience was AWESOME, trust me, you'll love it. Best birthday surprise you could ask for.

The doors-off adventure heli tour was the highlight of our trip to Oahu! Hotel pickup and heli flight training was incredibly efficient. All staff were so helpful and friendly. Views were insane and the doors-off tour was such a rush. We got some amazing photos on this tour and I'll probably never want to do a heli flight any other way now :) Such an impressive tour; thanks so much for this experience never to be forgotten!

I was worried about whether it would be cold, but it didn't bother me at all. Anyway, the view of the blue sea and green mountains was breathtaking. I also had the photographer jump with us and purchased the photo and video data. If you want the photographer to jump as well, you need to tip both the instructor and the photographer, so it can be a bit pricey, but it's not something you do often... My husband seemed to get motion sickness after the parachute opened. If you are prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take some medication beforehand.

I was supposed to try it last year, but it got canceled due to strong winds, so I came back for a revenge attempt!!

Since I was participating alone, I decided to hire an outside photographer to capture the experience.

I dove with a friendly instructor and photographer!! When jumping out of the Cessna, it was so quick that there was no time to feel scared. Haha! Once I jumped out, I enjoyed the free fall, which felt short at just one minute.

The weather was great, and it was a very pleasant experience. Also, the photos and videos make for wonderful keepsakes. If you have the budget, I definitely recommend signing up on-site♪

Some people felt a bit nauseous from the shaking after the parachute opened, so if you're worried about that, it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

現地にてアウトサイドカメラマンもお願いしました。

気さくなインストラクター・カメラマンと一緒にダイブ！！
セスナから飛び出す時は一瞬で、「怖い」と思う暇もなく。笑
一気に飛び出すと1分間が短く感じるフリーフォールを楽しみました。

天気もよくとても気持ちのいい体験でした。
また、写真・動画もとてもよい記念になります。
ご予算に余裕のある方は、是非現地で申し込んでください♪

一部、パラシュートが開いた後の揺れで酔っている人も居たので、

Thank you for the best hour. When I received the contact for the helicopter arrangement the day before, I was pedaling hard on my bike to get to Ocean Entry and didn't notice it. I confirmed via email and was able to secure a reservation for the much-anticipated doorless helicopter. On the day, the explanation was in English by a foreign pilot, and even though I didn't understand everything, I was able to see the flow of lava, the road I biked yesterday, and the sky above Ocean Entry. It was my first time riding in a helicopter, and I thought that riding in a doorless helicopter right next to me might not happen again unless I come back here. I appreciate this valuable experience. Please let me consult with you when planning my next options. Thank you.

We were slightly nervous but very excited. When we arrived, the ease and experience of the pilots and staff took away any concerns. The ride was smooth, serene and very fun. The views from up above were absolutely amazing! We even saw whales from the sky! I would highly recommend this activity to anyone. It may seem scary, but the ride was very secure and the pilot very experienced.

My husband bought us tickets to skydive for my birthday, and at first, I was skeptical and freaking out. However the second I got on the plane, all my fears went away. The view was phenomenal - the ocean, beaches, mountains and whales! I felt at ease with my professional, Mark, and while in the air, he let me take control of the shoot for a few minutes. It was the best experience of my life! It's exhilarating and the view is out of this world. I HIGHLY recommend skydiving at least once in your lifetime, and there's nothing like the view of Oahu on a bright, sunny day... I can't wait to do it again!
