Excellent ferry to Lanai from Lahaina

The only thing I have frustrating to me is that there was no way to get around the island unless you booked a car two days in advance. And I booked to come back at 5:30 I had to go all the way back to the kiosk lady and tell them we want to go on the early shuttle back That’s after I was in line I wish there was clear instructions or somebody would announce that while sitting there waiting for the shuttle and standing in line

Unforgettable
Reviewed by: Kamille, 2022/05/08It's called a snorkel tour but that title really falls short of everything involved. We had not one but two dolphin sightings. I'm not saying we saw a couple of them in the far distance. They were swimming right beside us, and there were literally dozens upon dozens of them jumping and spinning above the water. The beach at Lanai is peaceful and exclusive. The team set up games and activities for everyone to enjoy. Yes there's snorkeling but they are not assuming that everyone is into that. You wanna chill on the beach? You wanna play giant Jenga with the fam? You wanna walk up a nature trail? All covered. The short trail up to the cliff side is indescribable. After all of that they feed you a freshly prepared bbq lunch and they make certain that you don't leave hungry. The servers came by a half dozen times to make sure that everyone had enough food. I took the 630am tour in anticipation of afternoon winds because I tend to get motion sickness. I am not a morning person at all but considering the perfect conditions I had no regrets. The crew was attentive, friendly and considerate. I don't eat meat and I avoid gluten. I stupidly forgot to mention that in my booking, but they were still able to accommodate me on the spot with no hassle or judgement. If you've read this far and you still haven't booked, you'll be missing out on one of the best tours the island offers.

Adventure on Lanai

Aside from the wonderfully planned experiences, such as snorkeling a hike up to see Puu Pehe and a delicious lunch, we were met with extraordinary surprises as well! We were greeted by whales and dolphins! The voyage from Maui to Lanai was very enjoyable. The scenery of the ocean and islands around us, as well as the service on board with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The snorkeling was AMAZING.

The people were friendly, funny, and had all the right answers to make this an exeptional trip

The timing of everthing was correct. The snorkelling was over at the correct time for the meal, the meal was great and appropriate for the day
The weather was perfect, and we even saw a whale breach in the way back.

Do this!! It’s the best way to get around Maui.

Going to Lana’i with a guide is the best way to get around and to learn about the island. The tour of Lanai came with the round trip ticket from Maui. Totally recommend this trip!!

Oahu to Big Island - Volcano Helicopter Tour & Sightseeing Adventure with Lunch
OH MY GOODNESS!!
Reviewed by: Denise, 2022/04/18We traveled from Oahu to the Big Island and were ready for our adventure. We boarded our helicopter for our sightseeing adventure of the volcanoes. I was extremely lucky to be chosen to be in the co-pilot seat!! What an exciting ride. Our pilot was awesome. He was very informative and answered all our questions. This is the only way to see volcanoes, from the air. When our flight was over we were to be picked up by the tour bus and continue our day. Somehow we were overlooked and no bus picked us up. I called the company and they immediately sent someone to Glenn to pick us up. He fed us lunch and then took us to meet up with Dexter, our tour guide and we enjoyed a day of sightseeing. Even with that little oops, we were very pleased with the whole experience.

Day Trip from Kona to Oahu - Arizona Memorial & USS Missouri Pearl Harbor Tour
Great one day experince

We flew in from Big Island and proceeded to baggage claim area outside where we saw a bunch of people waiting. This is where your bus will meet you. After that, we were met by Frank out driver and guide and he was great! We had plenty of time to see the following sites...USS Missouri, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum (we ate lunch here), Pearl Harbor Memorial. Now at the Pearl Harbor Memorial choose your time wisely. Me, my wife and 8 year old son went on the USS Bowfin, then over to our USS Arizona ferry. When we returned, saw the USS Arizona anchor, another USS Arizona memorial and Submarine Memorial. Overall an incredible day and a great learning experience for me and my family.

Great day trip!!
Reviewed by: Great day trip!!, 2022/04/14My family and I went to Lanai for a day trip. The beach was maybe a 10 minute walk from the harbor. Make sure to pack a cooler with drinks and snacks. The general store at the harbor has limited things. The Four Seasons is close by but the restaurant isn’t open to public like we thought. There are cabanas on the beach, but they are only reserved for hotel guests. If you have small children there is a lagoon on the opposite side of the beach that is calmer and cooler for children to play!! The boat ride was great. It was a little choppy coming back, but overall a great experience!!

Snorkel and Beach Day trip to Lanai
Reviewed by: Jerry, 2022/04/10The day with the Trilogy people was amazing. We had great weather with little wind for the trip over to the island. We were able to pick a pod of dolphins along the south shore of Lanai. Captain Raquel and her crew on April 8 onboard Trilogy IV took care of everything. They were active to check on everyone to be sure that all were doing well. Beach time on Lanai was incredible. Snorkel time over the reef in the middle of the bay allowed lots of fish viewing time. Crew was active to assist everyone into the water and was watchful as we were in the water to stay safe. Plantation lunch was excellent and was served comfortably in the Pavilion. Our return trip was comfortable in spite of the waves being more vigorous.
We have been to Lanai with other companies. Captain Raquel and her crew delivered incredible service and made the day very enjoyable.
Leave early to avoid traffic issues even if arriving for the 6:00AM check in. We parked in the Republic lot on Dickenson and had a short walk to the check in area.

One day trip to lanai
Reviewed by: Yari , 2022/04/01I booked a day trip to lanai with my family. I issued on doing a bit or research before hand as to what to expect once I landed in lanai. As I get to the booth to get my tickets for the ferry the lady who attended us was amazing at answering my questions. She told me I should of before hand rented a vehicle as where you dock is a little out of the way where you rent vehicle in order to enjoy the island. You also most reserve a spot to ride from the dock to the car rentals. She gave me contact numbers for me to call in order to see if there were any more available. Talk about stressful moments. While inside the ferry most of the vehicles were reserved and fortunately my last attempt was a success I was able to reserve a spot for transportation and rent a keep. Do your research before hand.

Jedoch war es unpraktisch, dass die gekauften Tickets zuerst gezeigt werden mussten und dann neue Tickets verteilt wurden anstatt, dass diese Online gezeigt werden konnten. Etwas flexiblere Rückreise wäre Praktisch, anstatt nur genau zu der Ausgewählten Zeit. Sonst war der Ausflug gut und hat sich gelohnt.

Maui to Lanai Snorkel Cruise with Optional Underwater Sea Scooter Upgrade
Amazing experience!
Reviewed by: Lucy, 2022/03/21Great experience. The crew was great, full of information about marine life. They took us to amazing shallow reefs off of Lanai and there were no other boats around at all. Saw sea turtles and octopus. They also made sure to get us to see whales and since it's late March, they were everywhere. We followed some pods and got to see them go under the boat. Incredibly professional as well, helpful for getting gear on for those we have never snorkeled before. Wetsuits available for rental which was great to use in the water since it gets cold after a while. Breakfast, nonalcoholic drinks, snacks available, BYOB and you can store stuff in their huge cooler.

Honolulu to Hilo One Day Fly Away Tour - Volcanoes National Park & Waterfalls
Excellent Time with Informative Guide

Our guide -- Dexter -- was highly knowledgeable about everything: history, geology, culture, botany, you name it. It rained the day we were there: pouring rain at some points that seemed to magically clear up each time we got off the tour bus. But we didn't mind, because Dexter did such a fabulous job of explaining where we were going next, why it was so significant, and what we were passing along the way (he seemed to know each and every different tree species) that we barely noticed the rain. Definitely recommend this trip.

Tour guide was fine albeit somewhat "dry" with regard to "tales." The delays were beyond the tour guide's control but it did take away from the time we had to enjoy the various sites. For the cost, of which the airline fare from Oahu to the Big Island was the major cost involved, it was not worth it. If you're already on the Big Island, the cost is probably worth the tour.

Incredible tour!
Reviewed by: Marty, 2022/02/21Incredible helicopter tour along with great bus tour of Volcano Natl Park and surrounding areas. Pilot was fantastic and funny. The ride felt very safe. We even got to see whales as a bonus! Ground tour was awesome with stops both in Volcano Natl. Park and included stop at 450 ft. waterfall, famous beach, and local bakery. Guide on bus tour was very nice and knowledgeable of local areas, history, and culture. Company handled flights to and from Oahu, the helicopter ride, and pick up/drop off at airport. Well worth the price.

Lana Trekked Tour
Reviewed by: Pat, 2022/02/21My husband, daughter and myself went on the 3 1/2 hour tour. Bruce was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, not only showing us places on Lanai, but also giving us the history, customs, and pointing out the different trees, plants, and animals. We were also fortunate to see deer and whales. After the tour, we spent a couple of hours in Lanai City, having lunch and visiting the art galleries and stores. The half day tour was perfect, allowing us to go back to Maui on the 2:30 ferry. The only thing we wished we had more time on the island so we could have hiked some of the trails.
