To enter Hanauma Bay on your own, it seems you have to win the reservation battle that only starts a few days in advance, so if you want to go to Hanauma Bay, I think it's safer to use the provided services. During our visit, we were fortunate with the weather, and since it was mid-March, we were able to venture further out. We were able to see sea turtles and yellowfin tuna, and it was great that we could later share photos. Since you snorkel for nearly an hour, I think it's a good idea to rent a wetsuit. The weather was good, but even so, I was glad to have the wetsuit towards the end.

We participated as a couple on our honeymoon. Both of us were new to snorkeling and felt a bit anxious before joining, but once we got started, it was so much fun that we completely forgot our worries! The instructors were very friendly and taught us various things in a bright and enjoyable manner, and we got to see many beautiful fish and sea turtles. This was our first time having such a wonderful experience, and we had a great time! Thank you very much!

There were many participants who were not Japanese, and there was a group that was just too noisy, making it hard to hear the instructions. Although a staff member who understood Japanese explained things individually, it was too loud to hear. People were vaping and even entering the sea with alcohol, yet no one was reprimanding them. I was really looking forward to it, but I couldn't do either stand-up paddleboarding or canoeing. I'm very disappointed.

日本人以外が多く参加しており、とにかく騒いでるグループがいて、注意事項等々聞こえず、日本語のわかるスタッフさんが個別に説明してくださいましたが、うるさ過ぎて聞こえませんでした。

I went snorkeling with a light heart among young people. Thanks to the instructor who guided us without letting go of our hands, I was able to swim for an hour. The waves were rough that day, and I don't think I could have made it on my own, so I'm grateful. Because of that, I had the memorable experience of encountering turtles twice and swimming with them. I was tired, but it was fun.

We arrived slightly late and the crew kindly waited a bit for us. There was only 4 of us which made the experience felt a lot more enjoyable - it was not crowded or noisy! No jostling of people.

Once out there, we got in the water smoothly and saw 2 rays, 3 times. Unfortunately, the ray sightings have reduced in recent years so we considered ourselves lucky! Highly recommend it all round!

It was a cloudy and chilly day, and the guide recommended renting wetsuits to prevent injuries from the cold and coral. It was definitely the right decision to rent them since we passed very close to the coral.

I was truly thrilled to encounter sea turtles. The guide was bright and very kind, and I greatly appreciated their help. It was a memorable experience for the whole family.

If I have the opportunity to go again someday, I would love to join you.

Too windy to cruise up the Na Pali coast the day we went and that was the only negative of an otherwise wonderful experience. I appreciated the safety 1st approach and professional attitude and experience brought by captain and crew. We cruised down the west and south side and had a great time, seeing beautiful shoreline, spinner dolphins and humpback whales. The crew was excellent, and everyone had a blast. Nice job!

Many moons ago I visited the sandbar and knew I needed to come back again. It took me 10 years but finally made it!!

I ponied up the cheddar for the private speed boat and for me it was perfect. Captain K was so attentive to my family. (My daughter tripped in the parking lot within 20 seconds of meeting him). He bandaged her up. Taught us about the geography of the bay. Went out of his way to find us some turtles at the end.

My 5 year old had the time of her life with all the fish! Snorkeling was amazing. All the toys already out on the sandbar were amazing.

10 out of 10. Will do again next time in Oahu.

I was worried about the weather, but it was low tide, sunny, and calm—perfect conditions that were truly beautiful. I was also able to see the honu up close. I was informed that there might not always be staff who speak Japanese, but on my boat, there were two, and I was able to experience everything without any issues.

The weather was absolutely beautiful, perfect for a day at the beach! I was so happy to see sea turtles both from the boat on the way there and while snorkeling (even though it was a bit far).

It was great to see that there were people who were properly addressing those who were breaking the rules, whether they were part of another tour or individuals. It showed that everyone is committed to preserving the beauty created by nature.

As mentioned in other reviews, it was still a bit chilly when getting in and out of the water during this season, so I recommend bringing a large towel or a cover-up.

The included transportation was excellent. On time and our driver gave us commentary on the scenic drive to the harbor. On the way back he stopped at
Leonard's Barkery and let us get donuts!
The snorkeling at the bay was excellent, we saw lots of fish and saw 3 turtles.
Afterward we had about an hour at the bay to use paddleboards and floaties.
I wish they had kayaks like some of the other companies.
Snacks included granola bars, apples, chips, and musubi.
A little pricey but enjoyable morning.

this is a nice day on the water with a nice boat ride. Crew is very nice. It is $160 per person including transportation, and for that you get a seat on the boat maybe if you can find one, a cheeseburger with baked beans and fruit for lunch, a trip to a sandbar where either you play volleyball or stand around, then a trip to a reef to see little fish and turtles.

The staff who picked us up by bus had excellent communication. When we arrived at the sea, there were staff members, including the captain, who spoke Japanese, and they were very approachable, making for a very enjoyable tour. Since the snorkeling was deep, I mentioned that I couldn't swim, and the staff provided me with a float and accompanied me around the area. Without that support, I would have had to give up, so I was very grateful for their proactive assistance. The sea was incredibly beautiful, an experience unlike any other. Stand-up paddleboarding was also fun. We even saw sea turtles. The water was so clear that it felt surreal.

Eka snorkeling with manta rays was amazing. The small, personalized tour is a great way to see the rays. Loved the classic canoe. This was perfect for ray family and I can recommend this tour group highly enough. Kai was great - he is so knowledgeable about the rays and he calmed my 9 y.o.’s fears -he on spectrum and they were very flexible in how we got him into the water and to the board. My son can’t stop talking about how great this experience was-he can’t wait to go again. Book this tour - you won’t regret it. During my visit, I was fortunate enough to encounter more than ten manta rays. Thanks to the lights, the mantas came close enough that I felt I could reach out and touch them, which was truly impressive. The staff were all friendly, and I was able to enjoy a fulfilling time. On the return boat, we were even treated to hot chocolate, which showed their thoughtful attention to detail.

I really wondered if we were going to set off, but the staff didn't seem to mind at all, and they started with a bright attitude, which helped me let go of my worries and enjoy the experience. After we arrived, the weather forecast improved. Occasionally, the sun came out, and I was satisfied. The people I was with naturally cared for each other, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The only downside was the weather. Even in Hawaii, March is still not hot, so I think I want to go in the summer next time.

The weather was a bit bad, with strong winds and cloudy skies. It was quite cold to get into the sea. While snorkeling, I had so much fun that I forgot about the cold, and I got really excited when I found a turtle. There was a turtle near the coral, but when it moved away from the coral, there were no other creatures around. It was challenging to find the turtles, but the instructor helped by pointing out their location, and I was able to spot about six of them in total. After snorkeling, we had some free time, and I enjoyed paddleboarding. The catering was quite good, with hot coffee and warm water, which was very helpful. In March, it can be cold after snorkeling, so I think it's a good idea to bring plenty of towels.

三月はシュノーケル後は寒いのでタオルをたくさん持ってた方がいいと思います。

Unfortunately, due to high tide, we couldn't see the sandy beach, but we had a great time with marine sports in the beautiful sea.
