Wonderful experience! Swam with the sea turtles and saw many fish. The crew was so kind to everyone and they had a lifeguard as part of the crew who was wonderful as well!

This trip was amazing. The sites are unreal and the snorkeling is great. The crew are professional, courteous, informative (with interesting insights about the geography and Hawaiian culture as you proceed up the coast), and best of all, a bunch of fun. Mana Kai Catamaran sailing tour was awesome! We had a great experience seeing many sea turtles and fish in the ocean. The Captain and the snorkeling tour guides were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this snorkeling tour to anyone who wants to see sea turtles.
This was a great experience! We stayed in Waikiki and the pick-up and drop-off was amazing, especially at the end of the day since we were able to sleep on the shuttle home. Swimming around and playing volleyball on the sandbar was fun! The crew did a good job getting the passengers involved. After lunch we drove around and saw sea turtles before heading to the reef to snorkel. It was our first time snorkeling, but the crew was helpful making sure we were comfortable with the gear. We had a blast! Would definitely book this if you're looking to maximize your time with activities.
We traveled as a group of three families ranging ages 11-45 and everyone was happy with the activities provided. Friendly staff. Great day.

This tour provided a number of firsts for me and my husband. It was our first time on a sandbar. Our first time turtle watching. Our first time snorkeling. Everything about this trip was fantastic. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!
This was a very fun excursion. The staff was so fun and accommodating. There ware lots of activities to choose from to do. We had a great time!
I couldn't swim with the dolphins. I could only watch them swimming from the boat. I was really disappointed because I joined thinking I would be able to swim with them.
The website mentioned dolphin watching, but it was only on the top page, and the wording on other pages was ambiguous, leading me to believe I would be swimming close to the dolphins, but instead, I just watched them from the boat for a few minutes.
There are still videos on YouTube showing people swimming with dolphins, which feels misleading, like a promotional ad.
The snorkeling afterward had no corals or tropical fish at all; what were we supposed to see in such a barren sea? I was told by the crew that we would see turtles, but there were none. Other guests quickly got out of the water and seemed bored on the boat.
The only fun part was the slide, but paying 20,000 yen per person for this experience is way too high and not worth it. I've participated in various tours before, but this was the least satisfying and the most expensive.
The lunch was not tasty either. The optional photos, which are also quite expensive, are definitely not worth it. The pictures we took ourselves were much better, and since we couldn't swim with the fish, turtles, or dolphins, we ended up with photos of just floating in the sea or sitting on the boat.
I absolutely do not recommend this tour. I even wonder if they set such high prices because they are struggling with fewer customers. I regret not choosing a different tour.

HPにはイルカウォッチングと記載がありましたが、TOPページに載っているのみで、他のページにはイルカと泳げる様な曖昧な書き方だった為、イルカの近くには行けないけど、見える距離で一緒に泳ぐのかなと思い参加しましたが、船の上から数分イルカを眺めるだけです。
YouTubeにもイルカと泳いでいる動画が未だに載せてあったり、誘導広告のようで、紛らわしいです。
その後のシュノーケルは珊瑚も熱帯魚も全くおらず、何も居ない海で何を見ろと言うのでしょうか？
亀と会えると搭乗員から言われていたのに、亀も居ない。他のお客さんも早々に海から上がりつまらなそうに船でしてました。
唯一滑り台だけが面白かったですが、これで1人２万円の料金は高すぎて割に合わない。今まで色々なツアーに参加しましたが1番満足度が低く、高額でした。
お弁当も美味しくない。オプションで付けられる、これまた高額な写真は絶対に付けない方がいい。自分達で撮った方がよっぽど良い写真ばかりで、魚も亀もイルカとも泳げないので、ただ海に浮いてるだけ、船に座ってるだけの写真です。
こちらのツアー絶対にオススメしません。
客が少なくなり、経営厳しいからなのか、こんなに内容と見合っていない高額な金額設定にしているのではないかとさえ思います。違うツアーにすれば良かったと後悔です。

I loved this experience. We got there early to find parking and decided to eat breakfast. My spouse took in the scenery, everything was so peaceful. The boat ride was about 7 minutes and the area was beautiful. We got to do most of the activities, ate donuts and drank juice. Would love to return and do it again.
We got to see a turtle and a pod of like 15 dolphins we learned were currently in a half conscious state and they can basically auto-swim!
Boat was a little crowded with the kids on board. Would prefer an option with adults only as they were a little much for our honeymoon.
Overall great time! The cooled lava caves were very cool and go up all inside the big island!
We really enjoyed this cruise! The lunch, live music, helpful crew, and activities were all on point. Easily the best thing I’ve done on island! It was the perfect way to spend the afternoon! I wish it was longer because it was that much fun!
The crew was incredible! We loved seeing so many dolphins up close and got to see a few sea turtles too! The crew ensured everyone stayed safe while in the water which helped us relax knowing they were there if any of us needed a little help. We also loved the Hawaiian traditions included. Highly recommend this tour!

The crew on the boat was nice and really helpful. They made the experience memorable for me who has never been snorkeling. I recommend taking some motion sickness medicine before going on the boat if you are not used to it

Such a fun experience. There were 4 in our party. Two actually went snorkeling and the other two watched turtles. The staff went above and beyond.
We did the No Wiki Kona LUXURY SAIL, dolphin watching, snorkeling. This was the best Catamaran snorkeling sail we've ever been on! (and we've done quite a few)
The captain and crew were knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. They found us a fantastic snorkeling spot in a reef corner with LOTS of different fish and turtles and no other boats there at the same time. The breakfast and lunch was really great as well. I loved that they put cushioned chairs on the mesh canvas area up font so that you could sit so comfortably in the best spot on the boat! I would definitely do this again and highly recommend it
The trainer for paddle boarding is great! We don’t know his name. He is a very skinny guy, tan, looks like a local or asian like. He is very helpful!
This was the best excursion for my family. My kids got to snorkel, kayak, and play vball. Everyone had soooo much fun! The staff is amazing and the musician played the best oldies. I knew almost all the songs!!! It ended up being karaoke night.
The maps are not helpful. Once out of the cove, it was hard to find the landmarks to orient ourselves. Did not see any fish or turtles while snorkeling. The wind was so strong and guides did not give advice on how to navigate in high winds- were paddling hard on right side trying to go left but kayak continued to go right. Upon finally making it back to the cove the guides did not get up from their seats, didn’t assist us getting out of kayaks and just told us to put the paddles and life jackets back ourselves.
Would not recommend.
Aloha. I am sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience kayaking and snorkeling with us. And sorry that you did not find our map or our staff's instructions helpful. Was there any information missing from our map or anything that we could have added to the map to make it more helpful? Any feedback would be appreciated as we would love to improve if possible. Unfortunately we can never guarantee wildlife sightings. The animals are always there, you just have to be in the right place at the right time. I'm sorry that they weren't there for you that day. And although we are in the flattest bay on the island, we are still exposed to the wind and conditions, and there is almost always wind involved in ocean kayaking. But very sorry again that overall your experience was disappointing.
Very relaxed environment, welcoming crew, and fun to be had by all ages. We snorkeled, played volleyball and had a great lunch, I would definitely do again.

My kids age ranging from 5-9 years and they loved it! Best lunch-cheeseburger ever. Time went by so fast when you are on the boat having fun, I’m glad I picked this one over the three hour one fyi. We will definitely be back!
