I made a reservation for the very last time slot at 4 PM. My whole family was really looking forward to this during our trip, so we took motion sickness pills and were fully prepared. There was also an American family participating, and although I couldn't understand them well when they spoke quickly in English, they made sure to explain things clearly for us, which made me feel at ease. Since there were a lot of people, the waiting time was a bit long, but we had a wonderful experience. I definitely want to participate again.

Everyone except us was a foreigner and spoke English.
The English had quite a native pronunciation, so I had some trouble understanding, but I managed.
Parasailing had a beautiful view and was really nice!
I paid $30 for photos, but they also included a video as a service.
I didn't get as seasick as I expected.

This was my first time parasailing, and it felt amazing and wasn't scary at all. Actually, I'm not good with heights. A friend who loves Hawaii said it wasn't scary, so I decided to give it a try! In the end, I'm glad I participated. We took a shuttle to the boat dock and boarded with 11 people on one boat. It had been raining since the morning, but it stopped when we went out to sea, so we were lucky. However, there was some wind, so it was a bit bumpy.

I took motion sickness medication, so my daughter and I were fine, but my husband and son weren't feeling great. They said if we had stayed on any longer, it would have been tough. But the whole family agreed it was a great experience. We also bought photos for $30, which made for wonderful memories! The instructors were friendly, and we had a lot of fun.

If you're visiting Hawaii you must do it! The staff were so friendly, they were also very fun! The music they played was a plus! I will be honest, I was so scared to do this but the staff made it fun, I wanted to do it again! I did the 800ft with my sister, the people in our group were also very fun and friendly. Even when it started to sprinkle, I had an amazing time! They take you pictures with a SIM card that you could purchase, I would recommend that ever since their pictures are great. I will be doing this again when I go to Waikiki!

It was the only tour I participated in on Oahu, and it was truly wonderful.

The tour trolley bus arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time at the meeting point. We were taken by a driver who spoke a bit of Japanese and was quite friendly, traveling mainly with other Japanese participants. Most of the staff were locals, and although their Japanese was limited, we were able to communicate.

After checking in, we waited a bit before moving to the boat. On the boat, there were other Japanese participants and a beautiful sister duo from California. We headed out to sea in perfect weather, and one by one, we went parasailing! We soared much higher than I had expected, and it felt amazing.

For an additional $30, the local staff would take photos of us with a DSLR from the boat. Everyone on our boat purchased this option. It seems that tips are also expected, but we only brought exactly $30 in cash, so that's all we could give (sorry!). Everyone else was tipping around $5.

They also captured beautiful scenery and videos, creating wonderful memories. One of the fellow participants, who was on their second trip, was flying with a waterproof camera and took photos from above, so I want to try that next time!

Basically, they drop you into the sea at the end, but if you say "dry please," it seems you can finish without getting wet. I highly recommend that everyone experience this!

思っていたよりずっと高く舞い上がって、本当に気持ち良かったです。
追加で３０ドル払うと現地スタッフが一眼レフでボートから写真を撮ってくれます。
僕たちのボートはみなさん購入していました。
その他にチップも必要なようですが、私たちは現金を３０ドルちょうどしか持っていかなかったので、それだけ払いました（ごめんなさい！！）。皆さん５ドルぐらいのチップを払っていました。
風景や動画も撮ってくれていて本当にいい思い出になりました。
２回目の参加という同乗者は防水カメラで飛んでいて、上からも写真をとっていたので、
次回はトライしたいです！
基本的には最後に海に落としてくれるのですが、ドライプリーズと言えば、
水につからずに終了できるようです。

I booked this tour for my husband, who loves roller coasters. I have a fear of heights, so I was really scared, but surprisingly, it was okay. The parasailing, which slowly rises high, seems to be recommended even for those with a fear of heights. If you're going to do it, I recommend challenging yourself to the highest feet.

I was satisfied with the fun and beautiful sea experience. The boat taxi to the venue was incredibly exciting, and I enjoyed it even beyond the main event. However, I was disappointed that the aerial stay time was shorter than indicated. After the event, they played a video, but it was only 7 minutes from start to finish. The displayed time was half of that, which seems incorrect. Even though 7 minutes was enjoyable, I believe the time should be accurately stated. That's the only point I would deduct for.

This was a wonderful activity. The guides are knowledgable, patient, and friendly. Be sure to wear your bug repellant on the hike. I went on a training trip to Hawaii with my company. A van picks you up from the hotel. After visiting each hotel, we arrived at the boat dock. After switching to the boat and departing, we put on life jackets before heading out to sea. There were about three other groups on the same tour, and we took turns parasailing. You can also purchase photos taken by the tour staff (around $30 per group). While parasailing, it feels amazing to be floating in the air, but while waiting for your turn, you are swayed by the waves, so if you are prone to motion sickness, it's better to take some anti-nausea medication. We reached a height of 150 meters, but since there was only ocean around, it didn't feel as high as I expected. At the end, we splashed into the sea and were lifted up one last time before finishing. This is definitely a tour you should experience if you go to Hawaii!

First of all, I was 40 minutes late for the meeting at the hotel. When I got there, it felt like our flying time was shorter compared to other groups, which made me wonder, but since I'm not good at English, I couldn't ask. However, it turned out to be short, and other members of the group noticed something was off as well. One of them negotiated for the photo fee (the photos taken by the staff) to be waived. Thanks to that, I felt a bit better knowing that there are good people in the world.

Later, I received a message from the tour company saying that I had booked for 120 meters but only flew for 45 meters, and they would refund the difference. At first, I was confused because I didn't know where to meet, and I was surprised that the welcoming vehicle was something like a trolley. However, they called out to me properly, so I was able to get on safely.
The captains were great and kept the atmosphere lively, making it enjoyable even when we weren't parasailing.
I hadn't planned on taking photos and only brought a minimal amount of money, so I regretted not bringing more when I saw how many photos they took.
I highly recommend it! It was super fun!

Wailua River Kayak & Secret Falls Hike - Guided Kauai Adventure

We had 3 athletic families attend this trip with adults and teens. The kayaking was BEAUTIFUL on the way 'in' to the hike (current and wind assisting). The hike itself was a bust and we all like to hike. Our guide left us to our own devices for most of this trip and was of little guidance. Even wading through the water to the hike our guide took us the more difficult route. We know this because on our return to the kayaks a couple of us followed a different guides route across the river which was so much simpler and safer! The hike was muddy and slippery despite having good water/hiking shoes. We had adults/kids fall many times and one significant injury. Others had already slipped in this location yet our guide offered no help or alternative. In early July, unfortunately the waterfall yielded little water. The hike not worth the end result. We did enjoy the 'work out' aspect of the kayak trip back. It was beautiful but challenging going against the current if you aren't a regular kayaker.

At a minimum: I'd rate this a moderate adventure and challenging for individuals who aren't regularly very active.

I participated for the first time this time at the request of my companion.

We headed to the sea on a wild trolley driven by an old man with long gray hair... It was a different kind of intensity compared to a sightseeing trolley, and I thought it was an attraction in itself. (laughs)

In the midst of that wild trolley ride, I was casually made to sign a document stating that they wouldn't take responsibility if something happened. (laughs)

After that, we checked in at a booth by the seaside (they spoke Japanese), and waited for the welcoming boat next to the booth. We were the only Japanese participants, and there were people from various Asian countries and a family from Australia, which made me a bit worried. Plus, there wasn't much shade, so I got a little tired.

After waiting for about 10 minutes, the boat arrived. A cheerful person who could speak broken Japanese guided us to the boat, and we took off at full speed into the sea...

I checked reviews beforehand and saw that some people got seasick, so I took motion sickness medication. The small boat sped along, jumping over waves, so I recommend taking medicine if you're prone to motion sickness. After that, even when others were flying, the boat was still quite bumpy.

Before I knew it, I was strapped into the equipment, told to sit here, and had the gear fastened on me, and then we were off into the sky...

There was no time to think about being "scared" as we were launched into the air. (laughs)

Being up in the sky felt strange, and I naturally smiled. We didn't request the photo service ($30), so we tried to take pictures ourselves, but due to the fear, we couldn't manage any selfies... (laughs)

I thought it would have been fun to capture interesting footage if we had brought a GoPro.

However, this strange experience left a huge impression on me even without photos, and in the end, I'm glad I tried flying.

But I might not recommend it for those who are afraid of heights? I was shaking while enjoying it. (laughs) There’s no feeling of floating like on a roller coaster during the ups and downs, so you can rest assured.

Honestly, I felt that there wasn't much difference between 110 meters and 150 meters, so I chose 110 meters and was very satisfied. I don't think higher is necessarily better. Next time, I might consider participating at 50 meters.

For those who are hesitant, I suggest starting at 50 meters...

観光トロリーとは違う激しさを体感できこちらもアトラクションかと思いました。笑

そんな爆走トロリーの中で死亡しても責任はとりません的な書類に、
さらっとサインをさせられました。笑

その後、海辺のブース？にて受付をし（日本語が通じました）
ブース横で迎えの船を待っていました。
参加者は日本人は我々だけで、アジア系の方々、オーストラリアからいらしたご家族
など多国籍で少し心配かつ日陰があまりないのでちょっと疲れました。

１０分くらい待ったあとに船が到着。
カタコトの日本語が話せる愉快な方が船まで誘導してくれ、
そのまま大爆走で海原へ…

事前にレビューをチェックしたところ、船酔いをした方がいらしたので、
酔い止めを飲みました。小型船でぶっ飛ばし、波をどんどん超えていくので、
苦手な方は薬を飲むことをお勧めします。そのあと、他の方が
飛んでいるときにも船に乗っているのでそこでも結構揺れました。

そしてあっという間に器具をつけられ、ここに座れと言われ、
カチャカチャ装具をつけられ、空へ…

「怖い」など考える暇もなく飛ばされてしまいました。笑

空の上は不思議な気持ちになり、自然と笑顔になりました。
我々は写真のサービス（３０ドル）をお願いしなかったので、
自分たちで写真を撮ろうとしましたが、恐怖のあまり、自撮りはできず・・・笑

Go proなどを持っていったら面白い映像を撮れただろうなと思いました。

でもこの不思議な体験は写真を撮らずともすごーーーく印象に残っており、
結果的には飛んでみてよかったと思っています。

しかし高いところが苦手な方にはおすすめしないかも？
私は楽しみながらも震えてました。笑
上り下りでジェットコースターのようなふーっと浮く間隔は全くないのでご安心を。

高さも110メートルでも150メートルでも正直変わらない気がして、
110メートルにしましたが大満足です。高ければいいというものではないと思います。
次は50メートルで参加してもいいかなと思っています。

迷っている方もまずは50メートルからどうぞ…

I participated in 2009 and found it very interesting, so this time I joined with my mother. Our guide, Ken, was very kind, taking photos for us along the way and providing various explanations, which made it a lot of fun.

Since there were only a few people, we were able to swim and take our time taking photos at Flat Island, which was the best.

On the way back, instead of taking the shuttle bus, we rented bicycles and went snorkeling at Kailua Beach. The ocean was so beautiful, it felt like being in paradise.

The staff were truly kind and attentive. I will participate again.

We participated as three adults. In Guam, we couldn't join due to strong winds, so I was determined to experience it. I was able to fully enjoy the thrill of 150 meters. Looking at the deep blue sea and sky, I felt like a bird; even though it was a short five minutes, it was pleasant. I also appreciated the captain's friendliness. Everything was in English, and I didn't understand the content at all, but I could see the surrounding foreigners laughing, so I felt they must have been having a fun conversation.

At first, my husband wasn't very enthusiastic, but it seemed he enjoyed it the most. Next time, I want to challenge something even higher.

This was my first experience with parasailing. I couldn't imagine what 90 meters would be like, but even for someone like me who isn't good with thrill rides, it was fine. You go up into the sky all at once from the cruiser. The view from above was amazing, as I could see the entire city of Waikiki, and it felt really good. The staff were locals, but they spoke some Japanese words, so there were no issues.

I had a great time. The shuttle service made me feel secure. I appreciated being able to choose the height. I recommend bringing a waterproof camera or smartphone.
